PARK 'N FLY - Lot 1 Cruise Only

I was impressed how prompt the service was. I just finished parking when the shuttle picked me up at the car. The driver was helpful and very polite. On our return the shuttle was there waiting and ready to go. He took us right to our car. I was in and out of the airport as efficient as could be. Thanks again for the great service. What a great way to go.

Quick and easy entry and exit process. Rewards program with discounts for Military, Government employees and AAA, as well as free park earned for specific length of stays. Reasonable priced for the area.

This time there was a van waiting at the lot when I arrived. When. I was walking out of the terminal on my return I called and barely had to wait at all. This is a VAST improvement from my last experience here. They said they've hired more drivers since then.



Previously, I'd waited for over 15 minutes to leave the lot and get picked up from the airport each. Sitting around watching multiple shuttles from other parking lots was not a good way to end a trip.



I would recommend a way to approximate how long the wait times are. When I called I asked the operator and he had no idea how to even check how long it would take to get me picked up from the American Airlines terminal.

Not enough drivers for this parking lot. All the other lots have vehicles that drive around and pick up. This lot NEVER has enough drivers.

TIME FOR ME TO USE ANOTHER LOT.



30 minutes and still waiting outside.



1 van drove by and he was in the far outside lane. Never stopped just drove by. The last time I had a van drive in the same lane and tried to wave him down he rolled his window down and told me to wait for the next van.



This parking lot has horrible employees. Never had a nice driver.



When I flew out the other day the driver never opened the back food for me to place my bags. Just sat on the side of the door and waited for me to put my bags in and close the door myself.

The staff was super friendly and the pick up and drop off service right to our car was very convenient! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I am a regular user of park n fly. I book online, park quickly, get picked up by their van right away, and make it to the airport in minutes. On return same drill -- quick pick up from my arrival terminal and I am on my way home fast. Really friendly staff too!

Booking parking at lot 1 for SAN is the best use of vacation or business dollars. Great value, customer service, and peace of mind!
