How the team's garages and lots work

Buy a pass for one game, then have it ready in the MLB Ballpark app for the attendant to scan. On the team map, B and C sit between N Street SE and the ballpark. H and M are along M Street, T and U on 3rd Street SE, and W near 7th Street SE.

Rules at the team lots

• Lots open 2 hours 15 minutes before first pitch and close 1 hour after the game.
• No tailgating.
• Drive-up is sold game by game, not at every game, at an unpublished price.
• Cars in B and C may be screened by security, police and dogs.
• Motorcycles pay the car rate. RV, bus and oversized vehicle rules are not published.
• Sales are final. For car trouble after the game, call 202.640.7911 to avoid a tow.
• Cash acceptance and lot re-entry are not published.

Remaining home games and other dates

The team sells passes for five more home games, and MLB schedule data shows no postseason games here. Times are Eastern. Gates open 80 minutes before first pitch, or 75 for 6:45 p.m. games.

The team's Banana Bowl page lists its time as TBD, but SpotHero and ParkWhiz show 7 p.m. MLB's 2027 data lists 81 home games from March 25, and 2027 season-plan parking is already on sale.

SpotHero, the team's parking partner, showed 30 listings for September 15, priced as totals, from $27.13 to $108.50 in its event search:

• 15 K St. SE garage: $27.13, 0.3 mile
• 1160 1st St. SE garage: $32.55, 0.2 mile
• 1230 Cushing Pl. garage: $54.25, 0.1 mile

The "starting at" prices on its venue page are not game prices. One Half Street SW spot showed $5.99 there and $43.40 for the game.

ParkWhiz listed 12 options from $17 to $80, fees not shown, on its event page:

• The Stacks Garage, 101 V St. SW: $17, 0.6 mile
• 80 M St. SE garage: $40, 0.3 mile
• Lot O, 125 O St. SE: $40, 0.1 mile

SpotHero listed that same O Street lot at $65.10 and 0.4 mile.

Rideshare, taxis and drop-off

• Don't stop on South Capitol Street. The team calls it a busy highway.
• Suggested Uber pickups are N St. SE at New Jersey Ave. SE, L St. SE between First St. SE and New Jersey Ave. SE, and M St. SE at Half St. SE.
• The taxi stand is on the north side of M Street SE between South Capitol and Half Streets. It runs from about two hours after first pitch until half an hour after the game.

Getting there on Metro or by bike

Navy Yard-Ballpark on the Green Line is a block away, and both entrances are ADA accessible. Capitol South, on the Orange, Blue and Silver lines, is a 15-minute walk.

Rail fares are $2.25 to $6.75 on weekdays before 9:30 p.m. and $2.25 to $2.50 after that and on weekends. The team's Metro page says that, as of February 2026, the last trains leave Navy Yard by 12:18 a.m. Sunday to Thursday and by 2:18 a.m. Friday and Saturday. Metro-operated lots are free on weekends and federal holidays, except during regional or special events.

Bikes. The free valet left of the Garage C entrance takes e-bikes, e-scooters and helmets. The bikes page says it runs from 2 hours before game time to 1 hour after. The A-Z guide says gate opening to 45 minutes after.

Accessible parking and drop-off

• Accessible spaces are in all team lots. Call 202.675.NATS (6287), option 1, then option 1 again.
• Single-game accessible spaces in Garage C and the N Street garage are sold online only, at an unpublished price. Bring a placard or plates and the pass, and arrive at least an hour early.
• The accessibility guide calls the N Street garage the GEICO Garage. Other team pages call it Garage B.
• ADA drop-off is on First Street SE near Potomac Avenue. For wheelchair service to Garage B or C, text NATS with your request and location to 202.980.4357.

Post-game road closures

Police repeat the 2023 post-game plan, according to the team.

• Garage B traffic goes north on South Capitol Street, toward the 3rd Street Tunnel or I-395 west.
• Garage C traffic goes south over the Frederick Douglass Bridge to I-295 or Suitland Parkway.
• Closures run from about the 8th inning to 45 minutes after the game. They cover N Street SE, Potomac Avenue, northbound South Capitol Street below M Street, Howard Road and southbound I-295 Exit 4. Eastbound I-395 Exit 1A may close too.

No construction closures are published. WMATA's old escalator notice for the station now redirects to its alerts page.

What this guide doesn't recommend

• Arriving without a pass. Drive-up is not offered at every game.
• The wrong garage for your route. B traffic goes north after the game, C traffic south.
• Trusting one app. One O Street lot was $40 on ParkWhiz and $65.10 on SpotHero.
• Buying resale without checking the venue. Vivid's page also lists 2027 spring training parking in West Palm Beach, Florida, from $50.
