Hobby's lots are cashless: enter and exit with the same debit or credit card, or pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay. Cash is not accepted. On the morning of October 5, Houston Airports showed ecopark 89% full and the garages 81% full, so reserving ahead matters on busy days. Rules at Hobby's garages and ecopark
- 60-day limit: a car can stay in a terminal garage or ecopark for up to 60 days without notice. For longer, contact SPGI at 281-233-1786, or the car may be removed at the owner's expense.
- Height limit: 6 feet 7 inches in the terminal garages. Taller accessible vehicles can use ecopark, or Level 1 of the Red Garage at garage rates.
- Finding your car: in a garage, photograph the nearest column with its level number. In ecopark, write down the facility and the shelter letter or row number you get on entry.
EV charging at HOU
Blink chargers at Hobby are free to use. You need a Blink InCard, or you can scan the QR code on the charger's screen with your phone for a guest code. Houston Airports also lists a ChargePoint location in the Blue Garage, Level 2, Row D.
