If you made a reservation, pre-paid and paid again while exiting one of our facilities, take a picture of your receipt you received when you paid at the parking lot then please call us toll-free at 1-800-851-5863. You will have to either fax that receipt 866-231-2093 or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org .
The reservation is the agreed charge. The second charge will be refunded.

Each hotel has it's own cancellation policy, some allow same day cancellations, others require more advanced notice, typically 24 or 48 hours. Your reservation confirmation will have the specific details of the cancellation policy. Unfortunately, if you fail to meet the hotel's cancellation policy, you will be marked as a no show, you will be charged for the full price of the package.
If you have met the cancellation requirements with the hotel
please be sure to ask the hotel for a cancellation number. Then provide that
number to us to obtain a full refund of your prepaid hotel room deposit.
