FAQs

Yes! You can safely sign in due to the encryption technology and our security standards. Your credit card number, address, and phone number will be protected. For this reason, online booking is as secure as reserving by phone.
If the reservation is accordingly canceled, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or amount paid online. Review the hotel specific cancellation policy to find out more information.
Yes, you may cancel your reservation 1 hour prior to your check-in time for a full refund.  Please call our toll free number (860) 530-0072, email us at customerservice@parkingaccess.com or chat with us online.
You will receive a reservation receipt via email, however, if you'd like to request an additional reservation receipt, please Click here
Yes. When booking for someone else, simply place their name on the reservation form. The billing information needs to be added in a different section of the submission page.
Yes. Although we do not show availability for the same day, you can make the reservation online, and we will submit it to our supplier. We will inform you of availability as soon as they respond.
No. Our Park Stay Fly packages include all the components, and we cannot sell them separately. You can search for parking only using our site, but that does not include a hotel room, it will include only parking.  Some hotels offer parking only, but a Park Stay Fly package deal is 1 night stay plus free parking.
No. You can find information about the Frequent Parker Program on each airport’s page.  In lieu of individual frequent parker programs for each parking lot, parkingaccess.com offers a very fun parking rewards system.  You can earn parking rewards by using coupons or discount codes, referring friends or parking so many times.  You then redeem your parking rewards for amazing gift cards or ask for the balance to be transferred to your Paypal.  The advantage of our program is we can offer you more value for doing things like referring friends or parking so many times because we are offered discounts by many of the gift car companies and pass those savings on to you!
After making a reservation, you will get a confirmation e-mail. It will consist of all the information needed for check-in, including a hotel’s phone number.
You are purchasing a Park Stay Fly package - therefore, the listed rate applies whether you use a parking structure or not.
No, but ParkingAccess.com offers discounted parking rates, and all passengers can earn Parking Reward Credit and get coupon codes and discounts.
After collecting your luggage, use one of the airport’s courtesy phones to call the hotel and arrange a pickup. They will inform you of the shuttle stop location.
parkingaccess.com allows travelers like yourself to search, compare and reserve a parking spot at most all major US Airports.  Each parking lot has been selected carefully based on price, location and customer reviews.  You will search, compare and select a parking lot and receive a guaranteed reservation, which you will present at the parking lot.  
First, you want to call the hotel directly using the phone number on your confirmation email. Obtain the cancellation number from the hotel, then either submit a cancellation request on our website (Help) or by calling us toll-free (860) 530-0072.
To reset your ParkingAccess password, take the following steps:
  1. Click on "Sign In."
  2. Click on "Forget?" above the password box.
  3. Type your e-mail address and then click on "Send Instructions."
  4. We will e-mail you a link to a page where you can easily create a new password.
The easiest way to confirm a reservation is to log into your Dashboard , then in the upper right-click the circle that has your initials and click on My Reservations .

Unique to parkingaccess.com, our Parking Rewards offers parkers a way to earn rewards through promo / coupon codes, sharing or simply by making reservations on our site.  If you have a promo code or coupon code here's how you redeem it.

If you are a new user follow these steps

  1. Go to our Register page and Click on Have a coupon code? join parking access for free
  2. Enter the Coupon Code, your name, email, and password and click Create your account
  3. Next, you'll land on your Dashboard homepage and see your Pending Reward dashboard
  4. You can accumulate as many Rewards as you can, however, our policy is that you must first reserve a spot with us in order to redeem them.  
For prior parking reservations, enter the check-in date as the date you plan on staying at the hotel. The vehicle drop-off date should not be added until you reach the submission page of the hotel. For additional assistance, please call our toll-free number 800-851-5863 or chat with us online.
 If you made multiple reservations by accident, please cancel them by chatting with us online, emailing us or by calling us at (860) 530-0072, and our representative can manage this for you.

No refund will be issued for unused days.

Cancellations can be made up to 4 hours in advance. Reservations cannot be cancelled after the scheduled reservation time. All cancellations may be subject to a fee plus taxes where applicable.

If you made an online reservation and received an error message or did not receive the confirmation at all, please call us toll-free at 800-851-5863 or chat with us online, and our representative will provide you with additional help.
Each hotel has its own policies. Some of them have daily fees for additional parking, while other hotels only permit additional parking if the passenger reserves another stay on their return.  Refer to your confirmation email for full terms and policies regarding additional parking days.
If you have an overstay on a reservation that has already been paid, you will be asked to pay the additional amount at time of check-out by inserting a valid credit card into the kiosk or pay with a cashier.
Yes, it is possible. ParkingAccess.com lists all the hotels on offer, but you have to contact our office online or call at 800-851-5863 to check availability.
Usually, parking coupons and discounts can be applied only during the reservation process. However, you can cancel your existing reservation and make a new one that includes the coupon code. 
Yes.  One of our new and very awesome features is giving our users the ability to make a search and if you're not ready to book that day, easily go back and retrieve that parking request right in your Dashboard .  Here's a quick overview.

First, log into your Dashboard .  Then Click on your initials in the upper right and select My Reservations .

As seen in these screenshots - your past parking requests are either Pending or Confirmed.  If Pending, you can click on the three vertical dots and go back to the search page.  There you can update your parking dates if need be and select one of the available parking options. dashboard

If you have a parking request that was confirmed, this means that you completed your reservation - either a past or future parking reservation.

A majority of the parking lots are secure, fenced, and frequently patrolled. However, we assume no responsibility for any damage to vehicles or loss of personal property.
All Park Stay Fly hotels allow one vehicle per room. Therefore, you must book a second room if you need parking spots for two vehicles. Alternatively, you can contact the hotel of your choice and arrange a second parking space.
Each hotel will have information about their transportation options that you'll find on our results page or the hotel details page each has on parkingaccess.com .  Typically, a free shuttle will be available every 10-15 minutes, but review closely as some start at different times that may or may not work for your departing flight.
Yes! Most of the Park Stay Fly hotels permit this. Note that your hotel stay is non-refundable as of the moment you park your car.

If you made a reservation, pre-paid and paid again while exiting one of our facilities, take a picture of your receipt you received when you paid at the parking lot then please call us toll-free at 1-800-851-5863.  You will have to either fax that receipt 866-231-2093 or email it to customerservice@parkingaccess.com .  

The reservation is the agreed charge. The second charge will be refunded.

*To guarantee this does not happen again, please print your confirmation voucher and show upon exiting* 

Unfortunately, you are not able to change hotels. The only way to make a change is to cancel the existing reservation and then re-book the new hotel.
Our parking package guarantees a parking space only. You must contact the hotel in order to get a particular location for your vehicle.
A Park Stay Fly package provided through parkingaccess.com provides air travelerls with a one-night hotel room plus a  free parking spot for a designated number of days (for example 7 or 14 days).  Additionally, hotels provide a free shuttle ride to and from the airport and the hotel.  

Each hotel has it's own cancellation policy, some allow same day cancellations, others require more advanced notice, typically 24 or 48 hours.  Your reservation confirmation will have the specific details of the cancellation policy.  Unfortunately, if you fail to meet the hotel's cancellation policy, you will be marked as a no show, you will be charged for the full price of the package.  


If you have met the cancellation requirements with the hotel please be sure to ask the hotel for a cancellation number. Then provide that number to us to obtain a full refund of your prepaid hotel room deposit.

Processing refunds will generally take within 3 to 5 business days.
Once you inform us of your cancellation, the refund will be processed immediately. Usually, the cardholder receives it within 3 to 5 business days.
In most cases, parking is situated on the hotel grounds. There may be some exceptions. You can always find out the exact location by contacting the hotel or calling us toll-free at 800-851-5863.
If you stay beyond your reservation, the charges are determined based on the hourly rate of the particular lot at which you parked. When the number of hours you stayed over, times the hourly rate would exceed the daily rate, you are charged the daily rate.
Each hotel has its own policy. Therefore, some of them do not allow us to post their rates on our website. However, these hotels can still be booked online, and you can contact our office at 800-851-5863 for rate inquiries.
Yes! All subscribers will be informed of our amazing deals and discounts so that they could use them and reduce the parking costs.
ParkingAccess.com guarantees a one-night room, a parking spot, and transportation to the airport. However, even though we want to provide you with the best service, we are not responsible for any lack of hotel amenities.
Yes. Since our reservations are prepaid or require a deposit, your card will be charged at the time of booking for the amount specified at checkout or over the phone with one of our agents.
