No. IAD Airport offers a free Cell Phone Lot where meeters and greeters can park. Maximum waiting time is one hour, and you cannot leave the vehicle unattended.
- Is there disabled parking, and is it free?
There are handicapped spaces in Economy Lot, Terminal Hourly Lot, and Garages 1 and 2. They are not free of charge; you can see the rates above.

The short-term rate for the Terminal Lot is $6 per hour.

Yes! IAD shuttle service is provided 24 hours a day, so the shuttle drivers can take you to the terminal or your lot at any time.

Airport Transportation Services
