The venue garage at 701 Demonbreun Street
Music City Center, 201 Rep. John Lewis Way South, is run by the Convention Center Authority, a Metro body. Its three-level covered garage at 701 Demonbreun Street holds 1,800 spaces. Primary access (P3) is at 7th Avenue and Demonbreun Street; auxiliary access (P1 and P2) is along 6th Avenue.
The posted rates took effect June 2, 2025 and were still the 2026 table. No flat hourly rate.

Downtown garages and lots near the convention center
The venue names no nearby garages. The Nashville Downtown Partnership lists the Music City Center Garage at 701 Demonbreun St without rates and marks the Library Garage, 151 6th Ave N, as temporarily closed. Metro's paid parking page puts Metro-owned downtown garages at $3 to $20 for all-day maximum parking and $10 to $15 for events; Church Street Plaza Garage is temporarily closed for repairs.
ParkWhiz, October 12. We searched 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; ParkWhiz applied a 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. window. Listings ran from $15 at the 426 7th Ave. S. Lot (0.2 miles) to $95 at the Symphony Place Garage (0.4 miles). Its "Music City Center Lot" at 660 Lafayette St. ($30, 0.3 miles) is not the venue garage. An undated 7 to 9 a.m. search on September 14 ran $6 to $65.
SpotHero, October 12. Six facilities ran from $10.85 at the Holiday Inn & Suites, 420 Peabody St. (0.2 miles), to $27.13 at the Margaritaville Hotel Nashville valet. The closest, the AC Hotel valet at 410 Rep. John Lewis Way S, was 492 feet away at $19.61.
Conflicts. SpotHero labeled October 12 "Day 4" of a meeting the venue dates October 11 to 14, and put My Way Career Fair 2026 on October 27 against the venue's November 6. This guide uses the venue's dates.
Rideshare and drop-off
- The venue publishes no named Uber or Lyft zone. Its accessibility page says vehicle cutouts along Rep. John Lewis Way (5th Avenue) and 6th Avenue allow safe pick-up and drop-off.

Getting there on WeGo
WeGo's system map labels the venue "37 Music City Center" on Demonbreun with a Route 93 badge beside it. Routes 64 and 93 are the free Star shuttles, and Route 93 directly serves Riverfront Station, 108 1st Avenue South, where the WeGo Star train runs weekday mornings and afternoons.
The bus hub is the Elizabeth Duff Transit Center at WeGo Central, 400 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., with 27 local and nine regional routes. A local fare is $2.00 for two hours or $4.00 for the day, a regional bus ride is $4.25, and WeGo Star fares run $2.00 to $5.25 by station.
