Port of Palm Beach Cruise Parking Guide

Last verified: October 16, 2026, on the Port of Palm Beach's own parking, directions and cruise terminal pages, listed under Sources.

Short answer. The Port of Palm Beach charges $20 a day for cruise self-parking and $25 a day for VIP parking, and both count the day you sail and the day you return. A 3-day cruise costs $60 to self-park; a 5-day cruise costs $100. It's credit card only, with no cash, and you can't prepay: attendants direct you to the lot when you arrive.

Port of Palm Beach cruise parking rates

Cruise lengthSelf-parking ($20 a day)VIP ($25 a day)
3-day cruise$60$75
4-day cruise$80$100
5-day cruise$100$125

The port says self-parking is "$20 per day for vehicles, including day of arrival and day of departure," and VIP is charged the same way. Vans, RVs, buses and trailers pay the daily rate for each space they use. VIP is first come, first served and "cannot be guaranteed"; the port doesn't say what VIP includes, so don't count on a closer or covered space.

How the lot works

  • No reservations. "Prepaid parking is not available at this time." Parking attendants direct each car to the self-parking area.
  • Cards only. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover; no cash.
  • A surface lot, not a garage. The port's passenger lot is secured and patrolled 24 hours a day, and the port asks passengers to use the temporary pedestrian walkway from the lot to the terminal.
  • Disabled parking. Spaces are available, and the fee is waived for vehicles with special equipment for a driver with a disability and for certain disabled plates; the port lists the rules on its parking page.

Getting to the Port of Palm Beach cruise terminal

The terminal is at One East 11th St., Riviera Beach, FL 33404. On Margaritaville at Sea embarkation days it opens at 9:30 a.m., and its doors close at 3:00 p.m.

Traffic advisory: the right-turn lane onto 11th Street and the northbound sidewalk are closed for road work, and the port expects them to stay closed through November 2026. Heading north, the port routes drivers by 13th Street and Avenue C.

Margaritaville at Sea is the port's main cruise line. The port's cruise page also links to SeaDream Yacht Club, American Cruise Lines and Viking, which sail from here occasionally.
