2026 home games at Empower Field

The official schedule lists eight remaining home dates. Kickoff times are Mountain Time. The stadium says Lot C opens six hours before kickoff, 8 a.m. for 2:05 and 2:25 p.m. games and noon for 6:15 and 6:20 p.m. games, and all other lots open four and a half hours before.

Stadium lots: who can park there and what it costs

The stadium has about 6,500 on-site spaces, reserved for season-ticket holders with pre-sold permits, and points everyone else to roughly 15,000 spaces in independent lots nearby. The stadium's "buy permit" button goes to Ticketmaster, where the only permits listed for the September 20 game on our check date were resale.

• Lot C: $55 a space, credit card only, sold on game day to the first cars in line. The stadium's own page says it expects the lot to sell out 30 minutes to an hour after opening.
• Lot A carpool: $45 a space, credit card only, sold only to vehicles with four or more people. Opens four and a half hours before kickoff.
• Accessible parking: Lot L at $35, or the ADA sections of Lots D and G at $40, restricted to vehicles displaying a valid state-issued placard. The ADA guide says these spaces usually sell out within the first two hours.
• Cashless: the stadium takes no cash anywhere, including the lots.
• Digital permits: the stadium asks permit holders to add the pass to Apple Wallet or Google Pay before arriving.
• Re-entry: the building has a no-re-entry policy. The stadium does not publish an in-and-out rule for the lots.
• RVs and oversized vehicles: Ticketmaster's lot map shows RV zones in Lots C, J and R, but the stadium publishes no rules or prices for them.

Tailgating rules

From the stadium's tailgating policy and fan guide:

• One permit equals one space for one vehicle. Spaces cannot be saved or blocked, and drive aisles must stay clear.
• Barbecue grills are allowed. Kegs, glass bottles, open-flame fires and weapons are not.
• Tailgates must end 60 minutes before kickoff, and tents, tables and chairs have to be broken down before you go in.
• No tailgating in the B-Valet area or the carpool section of Lot A.
• Selling anything in the lots needs advance written approval from the Broncos.

Off-site lots, from official to independent

Official off-site lots. The stadium's game-day page links to LAZ Parking for lots it calls official off-site parking. For the Jaguars game on September 20 the LAZ page listed the Bryant St Lot from $120, 319 Walnut St from $60, and the Empower Field W Lot from $60, already sold out. The stadium's off-site parking map, revised in March 2026, also marks Riverside Church, Ball Arena and the Auraria Campus.

Riverside Church, 2401 Alcott St. The church charges $30 a spot for all events and $40 for playoff games. Lots open three hours before kickoff, everything is first come, first served, and it does not presell for Broncos games.

Auraria Campus. The campus publishes night and weekend rates of $30 at the Tivoli Garage and $25 at the 5th Street Garage and its surface lots, and says rates can change during designated special events. It publishes no Broncos rate.

Ball Arena. Its lots open three hours before an event and its published drive-up rates are for Nuggets and Avalanche games: $35, $40 and $70 depending on the lot. No Broncos rate is published, and only the Tundra lot takes cash.

Independent lots on the apps. For the September 20 game, SpotHero showed 30 facilities from $5.74 at a Platte Street lot to $70.53 at 319 Walnut St, a 13-minute walk. ParkWhiz showed 26 listings from $5 at the Platte 15 Garage, 1.1 miles out, to $60 at the Siegel Lot on Zuni Street, half a mile away. JustPark had no listings for the stadium at all. The pattern is simple: anything under $15 is a mile or more from the gates.

Street parking. The City of Denver says that during events over 20,000 people it actively monitors on-street parking around the stadium, and cars parked in permit areas may be ticketed and towed.

Rideshare and drop-off

• Drop-off is at the northeast corner of the stadium near Gate 5, on Mile High Stadium Circle, according to the fan guide. That spot is drop-off only.
• Pickup is not at the stadium. The game-day page sends riders to the Ball Arena rideshare lot at 5th and Walnut Streets, about a 15-minute walk east.
• The official map also marks a scooter zone. Older Broncos articles name a different pickup point on Howard Place. Use the current one.

Getting there on RTD

RTD's C, E and W light rail lines stop at Empower Field at Mile High Station, an eight-minute walk from the stadium. Decatur-Federal Station is also an eight-minute walk. For the 2026 preseason opener RTD added cars to the C, E, W and N lines, and its A, B, G and N lines connect through Denver Union Station. Type "Broncos" as the destination in RTD's trip planner.

A 3-hour pass costs $2.75 and a day pass $5.50. Riders 19 and under and active-duty military ride free.

The BroncosRide buses that used to run from park-n-rides are not operating in 2026. RTD says a revived service is being planned as a pilot for the 2027 season.

Accessible parking and drop-off

• Lot L costs $35 and the ADA sections of Lots D and G cost $40. All require a valid state-issued placard, are first come, first served, and usually sell out within two hours of lots opening.
• The accessible drop-off area is at the northeast corner of the stadium near Gate 5.
• Lots open four and a half hours before kickoff, so arriving early matters more for these spaces than for any others.

What this guide doesn't recommend

• Counting on Lot C. The stadium itself says it sells out within the first hour. Treat it as a bonus if you arrive at opening with a card, not a plan.
• Buying a resale on-site permit without reading the lot letter. Resale permits ran $179 to $537 with fees for the opener. The letter decides whether you can tailgate and how far you walk.
• Neighborhood street parking. The city monitors permit zones on game days and tows.
• Waiting for a rideshare at the gates. Pickup is at Ball Arena, a 15-minute walk.
