M&T Bank Stadium Parking Guide

We checked the Baltimore Ravens, Maryland Stadium Authority, MTA Maryland, City of Baltimore, ParkMobile, ParkWhiz, SpotHero and Vivid Seats pages listed under Sources. Prices are what those sources published that day for the September 20 game and change by event.

Why you can't buy a stadium lot on game day

The Ravens' directions and parking page says it plainly: for Ravens games, all stadium lots are sold out to permit holders. The lots on the official diagram are A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, K, L, N, NN, O and R, plus the Casino Garage and the South Warehouse lot. Permits are digital, shown on a phone or as a PDF at entry, and each one is good for one space. The team publishes no permit price and no per-game price. PSL owners also get two Horseshoe Casino garage options, a reserved space on the upper levels or a premium space on levels 1 and 2, with no tailgating and no valet currently offered, again with no published price.

• Lots open four and a half hours before kickoff. Stadium gates open two hours before.
• Early-bird parking is along the perimeter only, and in Lots G and H for the first two hours after lots open or until full.
• RVs and campers park on Lot H, arrive at least three hours before kickoff, need two passes, and must fit entirely inside a 9 by 18 foot space. Call SP+ at 410-347-9330 in advance for any oversized vehicle or bus.
• Re-entry to the stadium is not permitted. The team does not publish an in-and-out rule for the lots.
• The renovation is done. The team declared its three-year, $489 million project complete in August 2026. Gate A off Ravens Walk is now the main entry, the Bud Light Talon on the north plaza opens three hours before kickoff, and the Xfinity FlockYard sits at the northeast corner. Nothing published says the lots changed.

Tailgating rules

From the team's posted fan guide and lot policies:

• Tailgating must end 30 minutes after kickoff.
• No cooking within two feet of a vehicle. Charcoal means self-starting briquettes only, no lighter fluid, coals into the red barrels. Propane tanks are limited to 20 pounds and must be mounted to the grill.
• No open burning, fire pits or flammable liquids. Baltimore City prohibits open burning.
• No tents or pop-ups, no auxiliary speakers or generators, and no audio audible beyond 50 feet.
• One pass, one space. Spaces cannot be saved for late arrivals.
• No portable restrooms, no drones. Alcohol only for guests 21 and over.

2026 home games at M&T Bank Stadium

From the official schedule. Note that the September 27 Cowboys game, which the schedule page tags as a home game, is being played in Rio de Janeiro with Dallas as the home team. The stadium hosts a watch party that day instead.

The "lots open" column applies the team's four-and-a-half-hour rule to each kickoff. Weeknight games mean downtown commuter garages are still emptying out when the lots open.

Downtown garages: what they cost for a game

The Ravens send non-permit fans to ParkMobile and mention an arrangement with SpotHero, and say there are more than 30,000 spaces in garages and lots north, east, south and west of the complex. Look for the Ravens logo at participating locations. For the Saints game on September 20, on September 14:

• ParkMobile, the official seller: Federal Hill Lot, 15 E. Hughes St, $62 at 0.53 miles. Harbor Court Garage, 30 E. Lee St, $68. Penn Street Garage, 120 Penn St, $23. 414 Light St Garage, $79 with five spaces left. 1 East Pratt St Garage, $44, the only one marked as allowing re-entry. Arena Garage, 99 S. Howard St, $48.
• ParkWhiz: the same Federal Hill Lot at $50, Harbor Court at $60, Penn Street at $20, 414 Light St at $65, Arena Garage at $40, plus Lombard, Redwood and DownUnder garages at $30, 100 East Pratt at $40, and a Bio Park surface lot on Poppleton Street at $10, 0.9 miles out. Thirty-four listings in all.
• SpotHero, prices with fees: 940 W. Ostend St garage $70.53 at 0.4 miles, Horseshoe Casino garage $108.50 at 0.5 miles, CFG Bank Arena Garage $47.60, Centerpoint Garage $27.13, and Lexington Market Garage $14.11 a mile away. A hotel valet at 550 Washington Blvd was $217.
• JustPark: nothing listed for the stadium.

The city's game-day advisory tells drivers to use commercial garages and lots north of the complex and warns that cars in residential permit zones will be ticketed and towed. On stadium event days the city issues no single-day visitor permits in the zones around the stadium, and the Maryland Stadium Authority asks fans to stay out of them entirely.

Rideshare

The team's rideshare page says there are no designated pickup zones. Drop off on Warner Street to the south, Hanover Street to the east or Pratt Street to the north. After the game, walk to where a car can actually reach you: north across Hamburg Street along Ravens Walk and up to W. Pratt Street, south on Warner Street toward the Horseshoe Casino valet pickup area, or east along W. Ostend Street to S. Charles Street or two blocks further to Light Street.

Transit: rail, buses, park-and-ride

• Light RailLink stops at Stadium/Federal Hill, formerly Hamburg Street, directly outside Gate B, according to the stadium information page. Trains run every 10 to 15 minutes on weekdays and every 15 minutes on weekends. Camden Station and Convention Center are the next-closest stops. Camden Station parking is paid.
• Game-day shuttles. For the preseason games MTA ran express shuttle buses from Glen Burnie/Cromwell and Timonium Fairgrounds straight to Camden Station, with riders boarding for the trip home at the Convention Center stop. MTA posts each game's service alert a few days ahead. The Saints alert had not posted when we checked.
• Fares: $2 one way, $4.60 for a day pass valid until 3 a.m., $1 and $2.30 for seniors and riders with disabilities. Pay in the CharmPass app. A ticket bought during an inspection costs $7.
• Metro SubwayLink gets you to Charles Center, then a walk, with free parking at Owings Mills, Old Court, Milford Mill and Reisterstown Plaza stations. Bus routes CityLink Navy, Yellow and Brown and LocalLink 51, 54, 73, 76 and 94 stop nearby.
• MARC is weekday-only on the Camden Line, so it does not run for Sunday games. The Penn Line runs seven days a week to Penn Station, not to the stadium.
• Ravens Ride park-and-ride buses cost $35 a person from White Marsh, Carney and Southwest, and $40 from the Westminster Target and Hyatt Place Owings Mills, with the last bus leaving no later than 30 minutes after the game. The stadium's own site lists $30 and $35, so confirm the price when you book.
• Free neighborhood shuttle. The fan guide describes a complimentary game-day shuttle from Locust Point, Federal Hill and Pigtown to the H Lot and the north and south gates, running 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for 1 p.m. kickoffs. The page is undated, so check it before relying on it.

Accessible parking and drop-off

• Accessible spaces are in Lots B, C and R, more than 100 of them, sold at $60 per vehicle on game day only. You need a valid placard and a game ticket, and no permits are issued in advance. A fan who already holds a regular lot pass can show it to avoid the extra charge.
• Accessible lots open four and a half hours before kickoff, and tailgating in them is prohibited.
• Drop-off is along the northbound Russell Street service drive on the west side of the stadium, between Gates A and D. Tell the SP+ attendant you are dropping off.

Road closures on game day

The city's advisory for the August 28 preseason game is the pattern to expect: from about 2 p.m. until 1 a.m., the Russell Street service drive closes between West and Hamburg Streets, the Hamburg Street bridge closes between Leaden Hall and Paca Streets, the Ostend Street bridge closes between Sharp and Warner Streets, southbound Hanover Street is blocked between Henrietta and Hamburg, and the closures lift at the start of the fourth quarter for egress. Warner Street is also closed for construction between Worcester and W. Ostend, with one lane in each direction on the approach to the casino garage.

What this guide doesn't recommend

• Driving to the stadium hoping for a lot. There is none to buy. The only game-day sale is accessible parking with a placard.
• Residential streets in Federal Hill, Pigtown or Otterbein. The city tows in permit zones on stadium days and issues no visitor permits.
• Waiting for a car at the gates. The team says no rideshare pickup zone exists. Walk to Pratt, Charles or Light Street.
• The MARC Camden Line on a Sunday. It does not run on weekends.
