Updated for current event-night routing and booking paths.
ACL Fest 2026: Weekend 1 is October 2 to 4, Weekend 2 is October 9 to 11
The 25th Austin City Limits Music Festival is at Zilker Park both weekends. Parking is sold per day, so buy one pass for each day you go. This section comes down after the festival.
No parking at the park: the festival and the City say there's no parking at Zilker Park or in the surrounding neighborhoods, and parking on the grass or other park grounds brings "a large fine" during special events.
Driving: reserve LAZ (1221 S. MoPac Expy or Barton Oaks Plaza) or Austin High School before you leave. Both are linked below.
Not driving: the festival shuttle from Sand Beach Park, CapMetro's MetroRapid 803, Lyft, or the hike-and-bike trail.

Rideshare, CapMetro, bikes and scooters
Lyft: enter "Austin City Limits Music Festival" or "Zilker Park" as the destination and the app moves your drop-off to the nearest festival point. The City puts rideshare pickup and drop-off under the MoPac Pedestrian Bridge at Veterans Drive, Lee Barton Drive and Wallingwood Drive.
CapMetro: the City calls MetroRapid 803 the best route; it stops near South Lamar Boulevard and Barton Springs Road. Plan the trip on capmetro.org.
Bikes: park them on Stratford Drive after crossing the MoPac Pedestrian Bridge, or on Azie Morton Road across from the Umlauf Sculpture Garden. The Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail leads to the grounds.
Scooters: drop shared scooters and bikes in the designated areas on Toomey Road and Sterzing Street before you go in.
The festival has three entrances: East Barton Springs, West Barton Springs and Lady Bird. Road closures are on the City's ACL Mobility Guide, and accessible parking and entry are on ACL's ADA page.
