Short answer. Two ramps connect directly to the arena at 199 West Kellogg Boulevard: the RiverCentre Parking Ramp at 150 W. Kellogg Blvd and the Kellogg Parking Ramp at 129 W. Kellogg Blvd, which has a 7-foot height clearance. Neither the arena nor RiverCentre publishes an event rate for either.
For the September 19 preseason game, ParkWhiz listed the Holiday Inn ramp next door at $51.59 and downtown ramps from $19.26, and SpotHero showed an event band of $15 to $30. The Green Line is six blocks away for $2. Kellogg Boulevard construction through November changes how you exit both ramps.

RiverCentre Parking Ramp
The ramp is at 150 West Kellogg Blvd, connected directly to the arena. The arena's Front Door parking map puts the upper entrance on Kellogg Boulevard and the lower entrance at Eagle Street and Chestnut Street. A City of Saint Paul planning document calls it the 1,627-space RiverCentre Ramp, constructed in 1970.
- Paying: license plate readers, per RiverCentre, and most major credit cards. Cash acceptance is not published.
- Rates: not published. RiverCentre says it can discuss expected rates and vouchers with event planners, and links to SpotHero for prepaid parking. The arena names no seller.
- EV charging: eight stations, first come, first served, $3 for eight hours.
- Contacts: parker assistance 612.330.0013; contract parking 651.223.5795, the number RiverCentre lists for Impark.
- Not published: opening times and in-and-out rules.
Kellogg Parking Ramp
The Kellogg Parking Ramp is at 129 West Kellogg Blvd, also connected to the arena, with a 7-foot height clearance for vehicles. The arena's accessibility page calls it another convenient option for accessible parking. Space count, event rate, opening times and cash policy are not published. During construction, drivers leaving the ramp make a U-turn at the traffic signal to travel eastbound.
Oversized vehicles and event buses
RiverCentre's A to Z guide says oversized vehicle parking is not available there. Its pages send oversized vehicles to Union Depot but disagree: the parking page says Lot D, 48-hour notification and pre-payment required; the A to Z guide says Lot C and 24-hour notice.
Event buses are exempt from the No Parking signs in the Event Bus Parking area, per the arena's directions page. Its temporary event bus parking map, a file dated March 20, 2026, puts bus parking south of the river off S. Robert St.

ParkWhiz. For the September 19 game, ParkWhiz showed 21 listings, from $1.60 at the 500 Broadway St. Lot, 0.9 mi away, to $57.89 at the Travelers Lot, 200 W. 6th St., 0.2 mi. Ramps: Holiday Inn Garage, 234 W. Kellogg Blvd., 0.1 mi, $51.59; Gold Parking Ramp Garage, 236 Smith Ave. N., 0.2 mi, $26.75; Lawson Commons Garage, 11 W. 5th St., 0.3 mi, $26.75; 7A Municipal Ramp Garage, 13 W. Exchange St., 0.3 mi, $19.26. ParkWhiz renders cents as a superscript; $51.59 can read as $51.
SpotHero. The SpotHero page listed the game with an event band of $15 to $30. Its "starting at" prices are page defaults, not confirmed game prices: Holiday Inn Parking Ramp Garage, 234 W Kellogg Blvd, 0.2 mi, $10.88; Lawson Ramp, 11 West 5th St, 0.3 mi, $27.13. ParkWhiz and SpotHero disagree on the Holiday Inn distance, 0.1 mi versus 0.2 mi.
Rideshare at Gate 4
The arena's directions page puts rideshare at Gate 4, the northeast corner of the arena on 5th Street, and gives the Lyft discount code MINWILD. RiverCentre's convention guide says there is no designated Uber or Lyft stand unless an event promoter arranges one; its pickup address is 175 West Kellogg Boulevard.
Metro Transit: Green Line and buses
Metro Transit says the Green Line serves several stations within a short walk of the arena; RiverCentre puts it six blocks away. From the Blue Line, transfer to an eastbound Green Line train at U.S. Bank Stadium Station. Buses: 63, 72 and the METRO Gold Line from the east; 61, 63, 72, 94 and the METRO B Line from the west; 54, 61, 64 and 74 from the north; 74 from the south. Station names are not published on the pages we could load.
Fares: $2 adult and $1 reduced at all times, good for 2 1/2 hours. An All-Day Pass is $4 adult or $2 reduced, valid until 2 a.m. the next day.
Accessible parking and the Gate 1 drop-off
- The RiverCentre ramp has ADA parking locations and elevator access, per the arena's parking map. The accessibility page names the Kellogg ramp as another option. ADA space counts are not published.
- Accessible drop-off is Gate 1, the southeast entrance, at 175 West Kellogg Boulevard. The same page also names Gate 4 for event-day accessible drop-off.
- The arena's pages give two addresses for the Rice Park ADA entrance, 111 W. 4th Street and 145 West 4th Street.
Kellogg Boulevard construction
The arena's construction page describes a sidewalk expansion project along the westbound lanes of Kellogg Boulevard, June 1 through November:
- No westbound exit from the RiverCentre ramp onto Kellogg Blvd.
- Drivers leaving the Kellogg ramp make a U-turn at the traffic signal to travel eastbound.
- Kellogg Blvd. street-level doors are closed. The skyway over Kellogg Blvd. stays open.
- Bus drop-off is on the eastbound lanes of Kellogg Blvd.
Separately, the Kellogg/3rd Street Bridge east of downtown is closed until summer 2027. Kellogg Boulevard is closed between Lafayette Street and Mounds Boulevard, and vehicles are detoured to East 7th Street.
City of Saint Paul meters
Downtown meters run Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., except city holidays. Rates vary by location and event meter rates apply on listed event dates, but the city publishes no dollar amount for either. Pay in the Passport app, zone 651. The latest arena event listed was June 24, 2026. A 2016 city fact sheet quoted $1 an hour until 10 p.m.; treat that as history. The city's parking overview page, last edited November 10, 2022, had no ramp list with event rates.
