A friendly reminder that in the Hussle and Bustle of our daily routines, simple and deligent service always brings clarity and peace of mind. Thank you for your timely pick ups and drop offs with prices better than most. I highly recommend this parking company as they were friendly, quick and picked me up very quickly in their shuttle and dropped me off right next to my car at almost midnight. The lots are well lit the drive ways are mostly clear.

We had an amazing driver, Darnell, who was courteous to all of the guests and went above and beyond what other drivers had done. He wasn't pushy and was actually very considerate to all of the guests. He didn't make anyone uncomfortable and instead made sure everyone felt at ease which isn't easy when it's late at night and everyone just wants to go rush home to sleep.I noticed that no one had tipped him but that did not stop him from actually still giving the same amount of care and attention to each customer.I would honestly use Park and Fly just because of the great customer care he had.

Park N' Fly at LAX is easily the best place to park when you are traveling for more than a day.

PROS:

1) Frequent Parker Club: a free membership that tracks the number of paid days you stay at any Park N' Fly location and rewards you with a free parking day after 8 paid stays. If you travel a lot like me this is an excellent perk as your free days add up quickly. In addition, if you pay online you can use the free membership card they send you to by-pass the booth at the exit. There is a special lane for members where all you have to do is insert your membership card and you are free to go!

2) Online reservations: online reservations save you money and time. The parking rate is based on a per-day dollar amount so you are not charged an hourly rate...this is helpful when your flight departure/arrival has odd hours.

3) Waiting times: on average I do not have to wait very long before a shuttle is there to pick me up after parking my car. Typical wait time has been 5 - 10 minutes.

CONS:

1) Only one con here is that when waiting for a shuttle to pick me up after arriving back at LAX I tend to wait around 10-15 minutes for a shuttle. Most of the time I spend waiting is due to the fact that I fly United (our terminal is the last stop for any shuttle). HOWEVER, I will say that I've waited for other shuttles for far longer. 10-15 minutes is no time at all when you consider the other parking alternatives.

This place is fast, convenient, and inexpensive. The shuttles are there to pick you up and take you to your terminal, every few minutes, and when they drop you off, it's right at your car. Easy to find, easy to get in and out, and easy to pay online. They made my airport fiasco a lot more tolerable.

Best parking near LAX. So easy and convenient. This lot is located literally right next to Terminal 1. Look at the picture I attached. Just drive into the lot, park wherever you want and walk precisely 5 minutes to Terminal 1. From there either keep walking to the Terminal you need, or take the LAX shuttle from Terminal 1 to the Terminal you need. Note its just a 3 minute walk between each terminal in sequence. Parking costs $22/day. If you want valet then it's an extra $7/day. Valet eliminates any walking within the large parking lot.

OK Listen up. Park N Fly should be your only choice and here is why: Construction, Road Closures and airport traffic has turned LAX into a traffic crawl. It's only going to get WORSE!Park at Park N' Fly and walk the leisurely stroll of only 5 minutes to Terminal One Southwest Airlines. If you are flying on a different airline, take the convenient escalator or elevator up to the departures level and hop on the Free Airport Shuttle that will drive you to your Terminal of choice. If you park anywhere else, the shuttle will have to sit in all that traffic just trying to get into the airport and add at a minimum 20 to 30 minutes to your day and that's if you are lucky!. Now that Lot C is closed, Park N Fly is the smart, convenient and affordable choice.

This is very close to LAX you can walk to terminal one if you don't want to wait for the free shuttles. Now i used this location 3 times. The first time took the shuttle to terminal 3 and the other times i walked and it is good to walk if you are not in a hurry. If you are arriving at terminal 1 or 2 i wouldn't wait for the shuttle if you don't want to sit and go around to each terminal and sit in some traffic. It is faster to walk even from terminal 3. Now it is $23 + to park but if you have AAA you get a discount ☺

Convenient location is just a short walk from Terminal 1. Hopped to and from my Southwest flights with ease. While drivers are always friendly, I really liked not having to take a shuttle.

Bonus: I found that one of my tires was very low when I first arrived, but had to leave immediately for my flight. Staff was kind enough to help with an air compressor when I returned late in the evening. Thank you!

I always park at Park 'N Fly @ Park One when parking at LAX. I appreciate their frequent parker program: I fly a lot on business and the free days I earn enable me to park for free when I take a vacation. The lot is safe, well-lit, wide spaces. Easy to scan in/scan out if you reserve a space in advance without having to interact with people. Only improvements I'd recommend would be repainting the spot numbers in some areas of the lot and more frequent shuttle pickup.

This review is mainly for the manager Cherie Santiago. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and considerate to us when our flight were canceled and we had to leave + come back the next day. I had to ask for her business card so I could write a review for her. Also, the parking is very affordable, super duper close to the terminal, especially if you flight in/out from southwest. Highly highly recommend!

Park 'N Fly was the best! I got the airport late and they took care of me quickly. There was a ton of traffic due to an accident in the airport and the lot was full, but they honored my reservation. On the way back they sent a shuttle right after I called and valet had my car ready. Great staff; great service.

Easy. Secure. Affordable. Upon entry, Scan your reservation code on your phone (USE THE APP) park your car, walk to the airport, upon exiting you will scan your code again and then you are free to go! Couldn’t have been easier, also, they have carts that will take you to your parked car so you don’t have to walk!

Shuttles arrive at pick up locations very fast. The drivers are very accommodating when dropping you off at your vehicle. The parking lots are very close to the terminals and never crowded. I do suggest reserving your parking online prior to arrival.

The service and distance from terminals is convenient but the price is a little high

Awesome parking lot at LAX, so close to the terminal that I walk most of the time if I’m in and out of Terminal 1 or 7/8. Prices are competitive to other nearby lots. Shuttle service is pretty quick, didn’t have to wait long for pickup.

Close to gate and its an easy / quick walk. If you have a lot of luggage it might not be so convenient.

Very convenient and not an awful walk! We traveled to terminal 7 - the furthest terminal- with 2 check bags, a toddler car seat, two personal items, and a diaper bag all while pushing a stroller (and I’m five months pregnant). The walk was refreshing after our flight! Nice way to stretch the legs and give the toddler a chance to take a look around outside before being cooped back up for the journey home!

The focus of everyone at Park n Fly on customer service made parking and getting to the airport terminal a pleasant experience, both for our departure and our return. We arrived with a reservation but the self park was full, so without hesitation we were given an upgrade and sent to Valet. That started things off on a terrific note.

The Park n Fly services for the disabled really work and made it possible for me to make this trip with my family.

On our return after an 11 hour flight and time getting through customes it was especially nice to hear Welcome Home from all the staff at Park n Fly. Their attention to customer Service is second to none. I am impressed!

My very favorite, favorite, favorite thing about your services is that I can park and WALK to my terminal. No waiting for a shuttle! I quickly walked to LAX Terminal 2 on departure. On return, I easily and quickly walked from LAX Terminal 7 to my car! I love it! The reservation, prepayment, entry, and exit were all a breeze! You are definitely my new go-to parking solution. Thank you!

I don’t like having to fly out of LAX (does anyone!?) but when I do parking here makes the experience better. The location is great right next to terminal 1 making a short walk to most terminals, or you can opt for a shuttle. The shuttles are almost always available, the drivers are very friendly and make sure to get you to your terminal quickly. Prices are fair and the location is safe, also very well lit at night.

TLDR: Great location, fair prices.

I like that you can make a reservation on line and are able to apply discounts ( AAA, AARP etc). Also we have arrived at the lot more than once and the lot is full unless you have made a reservation. The other great thing is that you can walk to the terminals. We have walked to all but the International terminal. It's a lot quicker than waiting for shuttles.
