Shuttle Transportation to/from Los Angeles LAX Airport

405 Airport Parking also provides free shuttle service to and from each LAX terminal building. In order to find a shuttle stop in this parking deck, go to Level 1 of the parking garage, and the shuttle waiting area will be to the left of the parking entrance. The shuttle transportation services operate 24/7, approximately every 25-30 minutes. Therefore, you should plan ahead and include more time for parking before starting your trip.

How to catch a shuttle at LAX back to 405 Airport Parking?

When you arrive at the airport, take the luggage and go outside to the ground transportation island in front of the airport terminal. Find the red “Hotel Shuttles” sign where you will wait for airport shuttle buses. Call 405 Airport Parking LAX office at 310-216-0845 to tell the dispatch your terminal number or send a “pick up” text with the terminal number to 310-439-5335. Additionally, you can track the arrival time of your shuttle bus if you download the Ride Systems app.

I had an early 6 am flight and I was pleased to see 2 shuttle drivers ready to go. They were energetic and kind. You do have to drive all the way up to 6th floor for airport parking since you will pass empty floors along the way. My car was safe and sound when I returned. When going back, we waited close to a hour for the shuttle and I called twice. It was a Sunday. I definitely would go park there again.

Nice covered parking. 7 levels. Be sure to take a pic of the phone number by shuttle pick up so you can call when you're ready to be picked up at airport to be returned to parking so you dont have to wait.

It's reasonably priced if you go to cheap airport parking.com, there's a barrier in and out the parking is covered but there's no way in heaven that it's patrolled and your vehicles are safe. You take your chance. I use it and I'll keep using it though There are plenty of buses to and from LAX.

Okay so if you're like me and saw all the negative reviews then you know I was skeptical to park here. Ended up parking here anyways because it was cheap and tbh I just think people don't listen. The instructions were super clear on the website to print your receipt in order to get into the structure, the driver was very clear with me saying where he will pick me up when I arrive back, and after just a few minutes of small talk with the driver he gave exceptional customer service and airport advice. Yes the shuttle does lag and I waited 25 min but I knew if the place had bad review that I should try to plan ahead and expect to wait and leave later than expected from the parking structure that way I'm not paying extra for late fees. It was an easy and good experience thanks to me having some common sense and understanding where I was at lol.

I’ve had good experiences parking here, even though a lot of people haven’t. Only down sides I can think of are that the first few levels are confusing as 405 overnight parking doesn’t start until level 4 or 5, cars park where they shouldn’t, and it’s pretty tight quartered. I had an amazing experience with my shuttle driver Kat (Kat003). She was a very down to earth person who was on time, and got me to the airport quickly and safely. She cares for your safety and will brighten up your morning!

The parking is always tight there, we often think we will never find the last open space. But we have always found one. They are so convenient to LAX and their shuttle service is fantastic. We have parked there 4 or 5 times now and will use them for our next trip out of LAX.

Had a great experience leaving my car here for 12 days and the price was excellent! I think the bad reviews are due to user errors and not following directions. There are signs everywhere but you cannot park on or before the 5th or 6th floor I believe. Also, for pickup, you must go up one floor to departures and text the main office your Terminal. Sadly, most people are dumb, are unable to read the signs posted everywhere and are surprised they had a bad experience. Simply just Los Angeles idiots. Great service. Will use again.

Stayed my car more than once. One minus - Long shutl pick up. And do not forget to print a leaflet to be returned when leaving. Price for 3 days - $ 20

Standard garaged self park. Smallish stalls so not so good for pick up trucks. I felt safe even though lighting is a bit dim. Elevator worked. Shuttle is shared with the 405 garage across the entrance alleyway. Remember the text number, to summon shuttle on your return.

Download the WAY app before you arrive. The gal in the office was very helpful but had it not been for her, It was confusing getting set up. Once in, not a single issue. I’d park there again

Best service in LA! They’ll rarely pick up the phone. You can stand at the shuttle area and see every shuttle company except this one.



Other parking companies are literally running circles around this one.

Grave yard staff are very helpful. Leshea helped me with parking and very nice. She deserves a raise! Most people wont go out of their way to help but she did. I made sure i had my reservations ready. They only take card, no cash. Be kind to all of them, they are just doing the job that was given to them!

Usually shuttles take like half to 45 min so come prepared. Very convenient and better then other parkings in the area.

I always use this lot bc the staff are nice, prompt, and convenient. When I arrived, the attendants were super helpful and I was in and on the shuttle within 15 mins. I ll definitely be using them when I need to park my car

Can't complain about the price. It's definitely crowded. Give yourself an extra 30 minutes for the shuttle. It's definitely worth it compared to an Uber.

Booked a car last minute while on a business trip and this was the drop off spot. I was already nervous looking at the reviews. Lucky for me everything went super smooth. I was told the airport shuttles run every 30 minutes which was better than my hotel running on the hour. I went right into the garage, parked to drop off the car, took the elevator down and the shuttle was right outside waiting 💯

It seemed secure enough, I guess. Shuttle was fine. Staff was nice.

Only issue was waiting for them to get the other cars out of the way so we could get our car out. They double/triple park and stuff the structure absolutely full.

I booked before reading any reviews. when I read the reviews I was terrified so I went one hour early to find a spot, surprisingly I parked right away. Waited for the shuttle bus for less than 5 minutes.

After two days when I came back, I texted and called for the shuttle bus, it came after 22 minutes and the driver was very kind, helped me with my luggage.

Overall the service was very good and when you put the price in the equation, it is outstanding!

It might look a little rough when you arrive but actually they’ve been the most consistent over these last 10 years! Always a great value. Shuttles always run in a timely manner. They’ve always watched over our car in a wonderful way. Consistency and value. They’ve been very good to us

First time using 405 parking.

We used the parking for a red eye flight.

We just picked up our car from landing back to LAX overall this is a good spot you have to pre -pay online and get a scan code you can’t pay there that's the only inconvinience we had other that it's OK the shuttle runs every 30 min we waited less than 30 minutes both times. There's designated areas @LAX were the shuttle picks you up. Parking 405 is a 6 out of 10

Hard to find down a back alley and at a different address than advertised. Their shuttle was fine. The staff are friendly. Signage inside the garage is not always intuitive.
