I do not normally write reviews but this time I have to. For several years, we have been parking our car at 405. But on our recent experience, it was bad. Friday we have to wait for a shuttle to take us to LAX. I’m glad we have given ourselves enough time so we time to spare. Today we came back from our Chicago flight at 11:30, I send a message that we need to be picked up at Terminal 1 Southwest, message us back about 25 to 30 minutes and call back if no bus that comes. All other parking shuttle bus has passed by, but no 405 comes. I tried calling to asked what time the bus will come but no answer.
Finally the bus came, he was dropping off passengers not even at the designated red parking where we are standing at. We waved because it seems like the driver have no intention to stop. Luckily he did, but make a sarcastic remark to my husband. He seems like annoyed, people like this should not represent company they requires dealing with customers. Sad....
Paid for self serve indoor parking online in advance. We showed up to a garage with no parking spots available and the rows of cars blocking other cars in. When we spoke to the supervisor she told us she could do valet. We were opposed to valet because we didn’t want any one else driving our manual with a tricky ignition. She explained that her website over booked her. We asked how she could help us and she reiterated valet or she could cancel our reservation. She didn’t make any effort to apologize or convey her regret. She didn’t even give us her name. After reading the reviews on here after the fact and finding a sign that was posted in the elevator we are confident this is their common procedure. We are very frustrated by the false advertisement of their services and the treatment we received by the supervisor. We will not be returning.
Most convenient parking I've ever done at LAX.. shuttles come really fast the guys in the shuttles are helpful. the guys in the garage also are helpful great place to park.. and awesome prices. Parked for a week last time
For a long term parking it's nice. Fairly priced and relatively easy access from the freeway. It is crowded so if you don't have a spot, you'll have to leave your keys with them. Fairly clean for a busy parking lot and there's always someone at the gate. Good experience over all and would return if I am to travel again
I wanted self-service parking, so that other people would not be driving my car, but the facility was over-booked and valet was the only option. (they should have told me that when I made the reservation) They parked my car in a fire lane (isn't that illegal?) and when I returned from my trip they had to move seven cars just to get mine out. That took an extra 30 minutes.
