I arrived there and did not have my reservation, but had my ticket. I asked the woman if she was able to look it up on her computer or the stack of paper in front of her? My phone had no charge and it was charging. She said no, so I went to the car and retrieved my phone. I pulled up the reservation and showed it to her. She asked me to give her my phone and I said no. I put it as close to her through the window as I could and she said she couldn't see it. She wrote down the confirmation number then asked to see the dates. I again showed her my phone and she wanted to hold it and I said no. She did not need to touch my phone. She said she was not serving me. I said should I call the police and tell them you are not letting me out of the garage???? She said I don't care. I asked the man sitting to the right of her to look at my phone and he did. Then the lady would not give him the confirmation number she wrote down.. Worst experience ever. Never ever again! Ever again! You need to watch the camera on Sunday night at 7:31. The two women hid their faces so I could not take a picture of them because they would not tell me her name. Disgusting people you have working for you. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!! I hope you have a microphone on your cameras. Check it!!! JOES here I come! Your company is despicable! Your employees are despicable and shallow and lost you a few thousand a month... Thats just from me; get ready to lose my business's business.....

Perhaps the biggest advantage to using this parking lot is its proximity to the airport. It’s literally a few hundred feet from the terminal.
I reserved a spot online for 9 days. Price was competitive with other lots in the area. The downside is that the first 3-4 levels are reserved for their valet service, but you can find spaces at the higher levels.
The shuttle pickup is on the ground floor, and I didn’t have to wait more than a minute or two before one arrived. Driver was friendly and helped me with my bags. Dropped me off at the right location and gave me their business card with their phone number on it.
Upon my return, I called the number on their card to see if a shuttle was nearby. The person answering said yes, and they would be there shortly. I saw the shuttle, but it passed by as other shuttles were in the way and he couldn’t pull over. So I waited another 5-10 minutes before the next time came. Driver again was friendly and verified that I was the one who called.
Since I prepaid, I had to go to the cashier to get my exit ticket. There was a short line, but didn’t take more than 10 minutes. My car was fine: no damage.
Overall, I can’t complain about the service. Employees are friendly and communicate with each other.

I used them in the past since we stay at the Hyatt Regency every time we've flew out of LAX. Our flight was at 940 and I told the driver Sun Country was our stop. Well lets just say we would of been on time had the driver dropped us off in the right terminal. Our stop was terminal 1 and he dropped us off at terminal 5. The boarding pass and bag check in closed at 850 and after running across the airport we missed our flight check in by 5 minutes. Had the driver dropped us off when we first entered the airport we wouldn't of had to catch a flight 3 hours later with a hawaiian airlines. I told the boss about it when I checked my car out not expecting anything but an apology or we'll talk to him for training purposes. Somehow it was my fault and I should of gave myself more time to arrive.
The shuttle driver doesn’t stop to pick you up! He keeps getting in the far lane and driving by even though I’m waiting in the designated area. It’s driven by 4 times. Would not recommend! I ended up getting him to stop after I jumped up and down and waved my arms at him. When we got on the shuttle - his excuse was not very many people were standing there. I think two people is enough for you to stop. All of the other shuttles did.
There were over a hundred empty valet spots open on lower floors but the website said it was sold out. When leaving there was a lot of road construction just outside the structure but no one warned me and there were no helpful signs either. Other than that the drop off and pickup went smoothly and it was a good price. I will be back but now know to ask more questions.
After researching many alternatives I went with QuickPark because they seemed to be a decent price and reliable.
We ended up doing self-parking around 11:00 AM on a Thursday, found a spot just under rooftop level.
Shuttle arrived promptly both leaving and also at the airport after our trip. Drivers are courteous and help with bags.
If you're pre-paid, stop at the 24/7 cashier window to validate the ticket you got when entering the garage.
Parking lot is in great location and a had good experience at the lot. Only thing is I text them what terminal I was at and maybe 7 of their vans drove by without stopping for me. Waited about 30 mins standing there till I finally got one to stop for me.
Very close to LAX. No waiting for shuttles. Price very competitive with other parking lots. I've stayed there several times, and will continue until they stop providing the exceptional service they now provide!
Scams. Don’t park here, if you are even an hour late, like from a delayed or missed flight they will charge you a full day at full price. This place is a rip off, not worth it. I recommend parking at Marriott airport parking. I’ve been late before there and they don’t screw you like this place does.
Waited for the shuttle bus for 45 minutes. Two busses passed by and did not stop. HORRIBLE service. Stay away from this airport parking!!! The other parking shuttles were coming every 5 minutes. Park your car at any parking place at LAX except this one!!! They deserve zero rating.
This is one of the best off airport parking garage at LAX. I like the convenience of it. If push comes to shove, you one could even walk back from the airport to this place. The service is excellent as the shuttle runs every 20 minutes or so.
I use this place exclusively when I travel. The only issue is that pick up when you return for whatever reason is longer than drop off. Can't explain it but I have waited up to 1 hour before. Otherwise I recommend this.
Good price, shuttle was waiting and quick. It's annoying to PREPAY but then have to go to a window to get your exit ticket issued. Can't the online payment become a bar code?
BTW...be SURE to note the FLOOR you park on. It's easy to see the row number but there is no floor number except in the elevator. I wandered up and down several ramps looking....thank goodness the key fob penetrates concrete.
Worst parking experience. They advertised online that their pricing was $8.95 a day. I chose this place, only to find out when I returned that they charged me $30 a day. The place was so packed I had to park at the very top floor. When I got to my vehicle, my window was shattered and my belongings were stolen. I asked the attendant what was their policy when vehicles get broken into and he said they had no liability. They only have cameras on the first floor of an 8 level parking structure and they do not have security. They do a poor job of protecting their customers assets. This company makes so much off people every day, the least they could do is hire some security and install cameras on all of the floors.
Drop off easy. Ride to airport quick. Only downside was pickup from my vacation was horrible. Could have just been a fluke, hence 4☆ but I'll use again and can easily go up or down depending on service.
Car got broken into and had some things stolen from it. Wish they had better security to prevent this from happening. If you park here, don't leave anything in the car.
This was my first time using Quik Park and i have to say it will certainly not be my last! From start to finish everything was quick, orderly and convenient! I prepaid for parking, found a spot fast and there was a shuttle waiting right when i arrived at ground level, with a few more behind to ensure everyone getting to their terminals in a timely manner! I never had a question on how to catch the shuttle upon returning from my trip for they hand out business cards with directions! Staff was friendly and informative! I was nervous to use but recommend for anyone traveling out of LAX!
Nice place to park your car if flying out. Prices are fair. They have shuttles to take you to the airport. Friendly drivers and very helpful. You don't have to wait long for a shuttle going or coming back. Just remember they pick you up on the Departure level which is the Top, not the bottom. Parking is covered which was great to keep your car out of the elements.
Very affordable and easy to get in, park, and get to LAX in no time at all. Was much cheaper than taking an Uber ride round trip, less than half the price approx.
I always park at this location whenever I go on trips, I pay ahead of time online and it’s always an easy process, this is the last time I will ever park here, I got out of the airport and walk over to the shuttle pick up area, call, and let the man know I was waiting the man sighs and goes “I just had a call from there and just sent a shuttle” I told him I just got there and that was the first time I called. And he asks, “do you know what the shuttle looks like?” Ive parked here hundreds of time, there was no need to give me attitude because a shuttle just passed, unfortunately I no longer will be parking here or recommending it to my friends & family
Disappointed with Quik Park! Getting to the airport was a breeze but getting picked up was an issue. Waited for 40mins for the shuttle which never arrived. Another shuttle company ended up taking me to the structure after the driver noticed I still hadn't been picked up for a while. To my surprise after getting dropped off there were 4 shuttles sitting in the structure...so much for running "every 10 minutes". On top of that I payed extra compared to other places for what I thought would be a safer and more secure facility only to get to my car and find that the trunk emblems had been removed!

I parked here from Aug 27 to Aug 30, 2020; and shuttle staff were very polite and helpful. That is all I found positive about my experience.
When I returned, the customer service staff was more interested in their phone activities than processing my ticket. When I got to the floor I parked on, I found my car had been broken into and vandalized. But this wasn't an "in and out" type vandalism. While they tore the hood emblem and antenna off, they also used it as a base of operations for at least a couple days. I found a dozen cup-noodle containers, drink bottles, clothing, and drug residue all over the interior. The rear parcel tray and armrest had been used as ashtrays; and personal care items like toothbrush/paste and deodorant had been left as well (probably because they knew they could come and go with no issue). Whoever had lived in my car also had a blast going up and down the aisle writing in the dirt on several other cars as well.
Security is a complete joke: they obviously don't do regular rounds, and only have camera coverage on the first floor (as told to the police who came to take my report). I will not be recommending this garage to anyone, nor will I be returning.

I had a great experience here. I chose this lot because it was close enough that I could walk if the shuttle failed to show up.
Here’s what you need to do:
1. Reserve and pay online. Print your reservation and bring it with you.
2. Park and get on the shuttle. Read and take photos of the pickup directions inside the shuttle.
3. Refer to your photos when you get back from your trip.
4. Pickup - stand by the red “Hotel and Private Parking Shuttle” sign and wave to the purple, yellow, and white Hyatt/QuikPark shuttle. There are three of these signs that I know of. Term 4 and Term 6 are the spots that I have personally used.
5. Walk to customer service office after getting off the shuttle. Hand them the ticket you pulled when you first entered the lot and your prepaid parking printout for validation.
6. Exit the lot with your validated ticket.
Usually pretty good if you can find parking after you've already paid in advance. Had to park in a non-parking spot once. All the while, there were hundreds of empty valet spots at twice the price. Smells fishy to me.
If I could give no stars I would. My car got broken into here and when I went to customer service the guy working said “well there’s nothing I can do, sorry!” and after that I was trying to pick up my grandma ( who can’t walk ) at the shuttle drop off and the lady who works in customer service was very rude and said I needed to move because that’s where shuttles come in. When I was trying to leave I noticed my ticket was stolen as well and I already paid. They made me pay again because I didn’t have my ticket or any proof that I already paid because my phone was stolen to. I will never be using them again!

UPDATE: The return trip was much better - driver wore a mask for the whole drive and enforced passengers to do the same. Driver was also kind and courteous. Checkout was simple and quick - just had to give printed receipt from reservation/pre-payment to the service window and was given a ticket to go through the exit gate. (July 23, 2020)

Horrible, Filthy Shuttle. Travel during Covid Pandemic is stressful enough. The shuttle driver allowed the shuttle to be packed Shoulder to Shoulder with passengers, some passengers that jumped on at the last minute weren’t wearing masks. There should be some decent attempt at reducing amount of people in each shuttle during this time. When I voiced my concern to the customer service/cashier office- I was given the excuse: ”sorry, but boarding an aircraft is like having a lap dance” (and she wasn’t trying to be funny). It’s expensive to park there, and not worth it.
I read reviews for most parking garages and they all seemed bad so I chose QuikPark based on the fact that they had the highest review. Even though they were a little more, I'm glad I did because they were great. There was a shuttle already waiting to take me, customer service was friendly and responsive and I didn't wait long for a shuttle back. I got in at midnight, the parking garage was well lit so I felt safe. I'd definitely use them again.

We have a corporate account so I was expecting to get a discount. While reviewing info, there was a note to bring paperwork or you'd be charged double. Never said you HAVE to make a reservation to get the corporate discount, so I continued on to park. Showed up, the guys help me with my luggage, asked if I want my car washed and advises $30 price - which I agree to. Get on said shuttle and off I go with a my claim ticket. Arrive back on the 3rd day about 11 pm weary from traveling - car is not washed, go to the counter to pay for the parking, the woman explains that since I don't have a reservation, there is no discount and asks me what I want to do? Do I have a choice? I need the exit ticket to get out of the parking garage. Pay $85.65 for my car to not get washed, cheated out of discount and the rudest service imaginable from someone that barely speaks English. Supposedly the price should have been $40+/- without the car wash. I paid double that. What a crock!
Any time we take a trip out of LAX and need to park our car, we choose Quikpark. Their shuttle service is frequent and prompt. Even during busy season, as long as you reserve ahead of time, you won't have too much trouble finding a spot.
My favorite parking for short trips. Easy to get to, frequent shuttles. For longer trips it's cheaper to use a shuttle service or Uber.
Best airport shuttle driver I’ve ever had!
Well lit, super friendly, fast shuttles. I parked for 6 days. The morning I left it was still dark and I didn't feel unsafe at all. The structure is a little confusing the guy told me I parked in the valet side and I told him sorry and he laughed and said he was just giving me a hard time. My tire had been leaking and was pretty flat but not all the way and one of the guys aired it up for me and made sure it was ok before I left. Will 100% use again and recommend to anyone.
This place is a total scam and the service is the worst ever. To cancel a reservation you have to go to a second web site and they charge one days rental which is a total rip off. Stay away and find a better spot to park

QuickPark shuttle situation at LAX is terrible. We landed at LAX around 10 PM last night (Sunday). Called the dispatcher to pick up at Terminal 5 but were told to go to Terminal 6 instead as they don't pick up at Terminal 5 (?!?). Fine, we walked to Terminal 6... 40 minutes and 4 unanswered calls later, no shuttle. Finally the first QuickPark shuttle drives by and it's full so it doesn't even stop. After over an hour of waiting we finally get a shuttle to stop at Terminal 6. At this point there are some 40 people waiting for this shuttle and it physically cannot accommodate everybody. One could have walked to QuickPark garage and back.. twice... in this amount of time we spent waiting. The facility itself is fine but if they cannot provide simple reliable shuttle service, it's not worth it.
Good parking garage very close to LAX and they have shuttle service about every 10 minutes. Make sure to note down their phone number in case you don’t have a smartphone as they don’t give out cards for their number to call when you land.
Also, book online ahead of time to ensure a space and for a cheaper rate. Most of the parking is covered and they also offer a valet service for slightly more per day (I have just used the self parking option).
I have tried several long term parking options near LAX and this is the best that isn’t too expensive.
I have been parking here since early 2017. First I was doing the reservations and paying but was fortunate enough to get on their monthly plan. The only problem with posting positively is that it is getting more and more crowded.
98% of the shuttle drivers will lift your bags, so do them them courtesy of tipping $1 per bag, with a minimum of $1 for the ride. They get me to and from in that horrific traffic.
Vonda is wonderful too so be sure to thank her for running a great parking structure so close to the airport.
Easy LAX access, regular shuttles every 10 minutes, but only on bottom arrival level so you have to walk up to departure...but no big deal, reasonably priced, sheltered parking.
Everything worked out great, only complaint I had to park on top no cover, even though I paid for covered parking. Shuttle was waiting downstairs took us right to the terminal. With regards to coming back, had to wait about 15-20 mins to be picked up on the way home, but overall very happy with the service
The car wash is the best! I tipped heavily. It was less then $30 to get my big dirty electric Tesla SUV washed. They wash and vacuum. The car wash is available to all parkers just leave your keys with the front desk next to the valet.
Very close, I mean very very close. Most customers walk to the airport, although those people are the same people who enjoy walking more, then most people to help save the Earth and all its species.
Another reason being close is really cool is because the roof is a great place to take a picture of the plane flying in. About every 10 minutes or more.
Many different hotels next door in case you need a to place to stay if your flight is delayed. Or if you arrived to LA early.
Like most people experience about a 10 minute wait for the shuttles. Where you get dropped off at the airport is where you get picked up. And wait there with your valet number to give it to the driver, and you get your car!:)
