Joe’s Airport Parking LAX is situated at the entrance of the airport, and you will need only a couple of minutes to reach the airport terminal area. See the driving directions to Joe’s Airport Parking. The parking structure is open 24/7.

Even though valet parking is no longer available at Joe’s, their self parking options in a covered parking area are a great choice. Therefore, your vehicle will be weather-protected in the long term parking garage that provides more than 1400 parking spaces!

When you arrive at the airport parking lot, take a parking ticket, and follow the signs to the garage parking. A free shuttle service will get you to the terminal building, but not before a friendly chauffeur helps you with your luggage. You will also get free coffee and bottled water.

People in oversized vehicles should note that the vehicles higher than 6’ 6″ cannot fit in this garage. You might want to contact their sister company, Wally Park LAX Express, that has an uncovered car park facility.

Joe’s Airport Parking LAX Rates

Since parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, you do not have to make a parking reservation in advance. However, online reservation allows you to get a guaranteed parking spot and a discounted parking rate (save up to $5/day). Therefore, we suggest that you book a space now, and start your trip without worries.

The daily parking rate is $17.95. Hourly parking rates are not available.

Please note that this price does not include the Airport Access Fee and the Parking Tax ($3.62). All major credit cards and cash are accepted.

Shuttle Transportation to/from Los Angeles Airport

Joe’s Airport Parking LAX offers a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from each terminal building. The shuttle buses operate non-stop, approximately every 15-20 minutes, and the shuttle ride will take only a couple minutes since the parking garage is only half a block away from LAX.

How to catch a shuttle at LAX back to Joe’s Airport Parking? Pick up your luggage and call Joe’s parking office at (310) 670-0290 to pick you up. Proceed to the upper level, and wait for the airport shuttle service under the red “Hotel & Private Parking Shuttles” sign. Confirm the pickup spot when calling the office.

Convenient affordable parking near hotels and airport with friendly staff.



We were staying at the Homewood Suites which offered park and fly and it turned out they use Joe’s parking which is right next door. Joe’s was cheaper so we went with that option. We purchased a seven day pass in advance which didn’t give us any additional discount and we only found out when we arrived it did not include in and out privileges. My wife had an appt locally the day we were due to fly and when she returned we found the QR code didn’t work. Thankfully the office was open and Kianna was very helpful in initiating a refund for the weekly charge and we just paid when we returned.



Paying in advance included the use of a QR code and the scanner didn’t work great. Just make sure you set your phone to full brightness. Honestly the easiest option was just to enter using your phone number without prepaying. When you return you enter it again and pay the balance. Much more reliable and just as convenient if not more so.



The shuttle serves both the parking lot and the hotel and seemed to run frequently. Staff were very friendly and helped load suitcases. When you return to LAX you go upstairs to the red loading bay and text the shuttle service your location. Pickup took maybe 15 to 20 minutes.

Easy self service parking where your credit card is your parking ticket. Frequent shuttles drop off and pick up on departure level by the parking shuttle signs. Make sure to search online for coupons and discounts.

Learned of this parking service from a friend of mine. He had a lot of good things to say, so I decided to try it out and man this service did not disappoint. The parking garage is very close to LAX. The garage is secure and my car was unharmed. The also provide a shuttle service which takes you to the airport and also returns you to the parking garage. The shuttle is very clean with signs throughout to maintain social distancing. The prices are also very cheap compared to other parking services nearby. I would recommend reserving a spot online prior to coming as it could save you some extra money. Overall great service, I will definitely be using it again.

Shuttle service was fast!! Parking was also easy to find. I would recomend this place. Roberto was very helpful with loading our bags. Well we waiting for my husband to bring the car down, our kids loved their little Dino excebit😊

I have to admit I was a bit hesitant to park here based on all the negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. It’s located on the street that’s one-way, so when you see the Krispy Kreme sign, make sure you take the right turn into the garage. You can make reservations online and oftentimes there are $5 off coupons. You can either print the reservation barcode or use your phone to scan at the gate. I arrived at 5am on a Friday and had to park on the roof. The spots are really tight, and someone scratched my car (which isn’t Joe’s Parking’s fault) when I got back. The shuttle came in 7 min from waiting and the driver asked which terminal we were going to so the process was smooth overall.



For the arrival process, you have to go back upstairs to departures to one of the red signs. You can call or text the number on the reservation confirmation for a pick-up. A shuttle came after 15 min of waiting but was full, so I had to catch the next one, which did come after a few minutes. Once you’re back, you just need to scan your barcode again and you’re on your way out. The employees all wore masks and were polite. Overall, it’s a really short drive from the airport, was cheap, and was reasonably quick to go to/leave from the airport.

Easiest self parking process I have used. To get into the garage, just scan the QR code from the receipt (increase brightness of your phone if the code isn't read) or insert the CC used for the purchase. Drive up a few levels (the only negative), park, take the elevator or stairs, then wait a bit for the shuttle. The shuttles have always been there within 15 minutes.



Once back from the trip, go to the parking shuttle pickup area near the terminal, text the number included in the receipt to make sure the shuttle stops at the terminal (they usually do but texting seems to be more reliable). To exit the garage, just scan the same QR code or use the same CC. Easy, which is great after a long, late flight when you just want to get home.



If you are lucky you will get Robert and his "disco" shuttle. Always brings me a smile after an exhausting business trip. The other drivers have also always been pleasant and helpful.

My biggest problem with Joe's was that I could not find the entrance to their parking garage. I was circling and the stress level was rising... But we did eventually find it. Shuttle rides both ways were quick and uneventful. Now that I know where to find these guys ( I think ) would use them again no problem.

They had on site security guard. Their guard helped me replace my car keyfob battery and also gave me a jump start. My car wasn't turning on as I left it there for 10 days after I returned from my trip. Very happy with my experience here.

Reasonable. And the drivers are very nice. And when you call for the drivers they're really perfect, even with the holiday rush, they come every 15 minutes. Maybe an extra 5 minutes waiting time tops.

And what was lovely is other people had been waiting for their hotel shuttles and the driver took them to their hotel. So so nice.

Like how close the garage is to LAX. Shuttle service is alright. Rates were cheapest in town. Flight was delayed upon return and so I had to pay an extra $10 for leaving late by an hour. Not thrilled with that, would prefer more leniency in the future. Definitely will be parking here next time I fly out of LAX, unless the rates are raised of course. Overall pleased with my experience here!

Happy to have found Joes Airport Parking. Parking near the airport was 3x . We just left our car parked and headed to the airport. Parking was easy plenty of parking spaces. We only waited less than 10 minutes for the transportation to the airport. Our driver was very friendly, our experience was great. Definitely will use this parking on our next trip.

We stayed at the Homewood suites which is directly in front of Joes parking. We charged the parking to our room. The parking was really convenient to the hotel and to the airport. We used the shuttle 4 times and found it to be quick and professional. Never had to wait more than a few minutes. Get the business card with the phone number to text when you return so they know which terminal you’re at and how many people in your party.

Great location and reasonable price for parking. It was easy to enter and exit the parking location using the QR code. I state that the location is great because it's close enough to walk to the LAX terminals. It's a 15min walk from Joe's Parking to Terminal 7 (United). If you don't have much luggage and/or don't mind a bit of exercise, I recommend that you just walk to the terminal.

Making reservation and instructions was so easy to follow.

You could save your QR code on phone or you can print it out. Going to park your car was easy, neat & spacious parking.

Waiting for shuttle bus was quick, helpful & cheerful. The drive very knowledgeable about which terminal & what time your flight departing. They let you know if you walk more due how busy airport was they were very polite about it. The bus was also clean.



Picking-up: was excellent too. The phone customer service got answer me right away & guide me where to wait. Happy Customer here.



Overall experience was great customer service and seamless ride. 🤩🤩🤩🤩

After reading a bunch of reviews on other parking locations, I was honestly scared to leave my car in any parking garage. But I’m so glad I went with Joe’s. Parking was easy and the shuttle service was there within 5 minutes of my 11:30 PM arrival. I had a question and my call was immediately answered. I would highly recommend and will be parking here again.

This is gonna be my go to place to park. It was easy getting to LAX for shuttle drop off, we were at the first terminal in 5min since it’s really close.



Airport pick up was awesome, which to me aside from safety and security of the facility is what makes a place good or not. I was outside the terminal and just watched a Joe’s shuttle leave and was waiting since I’d already notified them for my pickup and within less than 5 min another Joe’s shuttle was dropping off people so I hopped on that shuttle for the ride back to garage.



This tells me they’re not the type of place that only uses one shuttle and only

come on intervals, not when people have actually called for pickup. That’s been my experience with other places but not here.



Prices were reasonable, facility had plenty of open spots and appeared secure. Didn’t see an elevator in the garage and honestly can’t verify if there wasn’t one. I will use this place again.

First time using Joe's parking and have no complaints. Very convenient and easy to find and park. The driver did his job and got me to where I needed to be, I didn't expect him to help with my luggage as he is the Driver not my personal luggage handler. On my way back, I did have to stand on the shuttle but didn't mind, I was actually grateful that the driver allowed me to get on, otherwise I would have had to wait longer. Sometimes I get lucky with a seat, other times I have to stand. I will definitely book again

I rented a Turo from this garage. It was pretty easy getting in and out just be sure you have the guy's phone number to leave the garage or something to enter in as a code. Parking here was great. The shuttle guys that take you to LAX are way cool and punctual. No problems getting in and out.

Kewon (hope I spelled that correctly) was the loveliest staff member I’ve come across. He was welcoming, and informative on the route and stops left on the shuttle ride. And beyond kind- TRUE CUSTOMER service! Give that man a promotion!!!

Safe and easy place to park. The shuttle goes around every 15 minutes. The lit was nearly full, so we had to park at the top.

We have been using Joe's whenever we travel for 7 days or less. It would be nice if they had bathrooms to use while we wait for the shuttle.

I prepaid for parking, which saved me a few bucks. Parking was easy. Elevator worked. The front office had someone available to answer questions. Bathroom available for customers. Shuttle arrived quickly. Right next to Subway and Coffee Bean. I've been to other parking lots and Joe's is the best so far.

I didn't want to roll the dice with the tiny lot-E and I went back and forth between reviews here and on other sites like yelp to find a place that wasn't overpriced, had a decent rating and allowed me to park my car...after reading some of the valet stories.

Joe's seemed to be higher in ratings than some of the others that friends had suggested but in the same price range. It was definitely more than the 96 that lot-E was, bummer it's 1/8th the size of lot-C.

Found a good spot to park, shuttle there and back was pretty quick and car was in fine condition when I got back 8/30/19.

I highly recommend and will use them again, and update or add another review at that time, but so far it was really good.

I use this place a lot as they're well established and have a good reputation.



Service - Its not the greatest but good enough for a parking garage spot.



Parking - Tight spots and parking garage can get full and you will have to circle around, gotta give yourself time to find parking.



Location - Probably the closest lot you can get to LAX besides parking in the actual airport structure.



Price - Reasonable and if you use codes even better.



Overall good service and will keep using them. Would be nice if they remodel the elevators.

Upon arriving at the parking garage in the late evening, we were greeted by a young gentlemen who helped with us with the kiosk. We weren’t given too much info from a relative but really, it’s simple. This young man was happy to help at any time and didn’t make us feel dumb or obnoxious, we appreciated that being in the city.

This review is only for the shuttle service and particularly for Daniel, who drove us from LAX to our airport hotel this morning. Rarely do we encounter such exceptional, friendly and helpful service. He was courteous and professional and went above and beyond to meet the needs of a confused and tired bunch of travelers, including our toddlers. And all with a smile :-) Thank you Daniel - joes are lucky you have you!!

Had to drive a few hours to LAX. On top of decent reviews, I also learned that this parking garage had gotten rid of its valet service. I have a real problem with handing out my keys to any valet service, so this was a big plus. Reserved my spot online. I got there and the machine asked me to enter my phone number to confirm my online reservation. It didn't print a ticket, so I assumed that online reservations are handled digitally. Once it confirmed my number, the gate opened and I parked my car. Shuttles were stopping about every 10-15 min. Got a shuttle within a few minutes of arriving and got dropped off at my terminal. Very smooth process. Returned a week later. I waited in the departures level on the terminal red Hotel Shuttle Pickup curb (as instructed on the sign at the parking garage). Again, Joe's Parking shuttles drive by every few minutes. As you wait at the terminal red pickup curb, keep an eye out for the shuttle. As soon as you spot a Joe's Parking shuttle, wave it down and tell them to drop you off at the parking garage. Once there, walk into Joe's Parking office and tell them that you're leaving. Tell them that you made a reservation and have your reservation confirmation email ready on your phone. They're going to want to look at it to note down the confirmation number and confirm info. They'll ask for the phone number used in the reservation, then they'll hand you a QR Bar Code to scan on the machine upon exiting. That's all there is to it. It's an indoor parking garage. I've never left a car parked in LAX before but Joe's Parking will be my go-to parking garage if I have to do it again. It was about 180 bucks for a week but the experience was completely hassle-free.

This is now our second time using the services of Joe's Airport Parking for our trip to Hawaii. We booked online for better deals. Make sure you print out a copy of your prepaid online reservations & keep it on your dashboard with your entry ticket to turn them both in to the Office Attendant as you return from your trip. 




The Shuttle was ready & waiting for us after we parked our car. We waited 10 minutes on the curbside for the Shuttle to pick us up after we arrived back at LAX & retrieved our luggage. When we got to Joe's, we pulled out our car & drove to the red lit up entry blockers; stepped out of the car to walk to the office & gave the online reservation printout along with the original entry ticket to the Office Attendant to print out a receipt for us to leave the parking structure. 




Dropping off and retrieving were both effortless and stress free. I will certainly use Joe's again without any hesitation. Joe’s is a great location to park if you’re flying out of LAX. Their Customer Service was also great. Everyone from the Office Attendants to the Shuttle Drivers were very kind & helpful. I had no issues what so ever.
