The daily parking rates that include all taxes are as follows: $15.95 for self-parking and $16.95 for a valet car park. All major credit cards are accepted.

This hotel took a bad experience of missing my connecting flight and really made the day end on a positive note. The staff was very courteous and helpful, getting me checked into a good room for the night. Lots of nice amenities and the continental breakfast was good. Convenient shuttle to the airport also.

We are just transiting in LA for 2 nights. Clean rooms and fresh sheets, comfortable bed. I love their breakfast. We also rode their airport service, shared with other hotels. We nearly missed it. Good thing we heard the driver shouting - embassy suites. Because we didn't see the signage.

Great for the price. Separate bedroom with free provided cot for the baby to sleep in. Free snacks and alcoholic drinks at happy hour (5-7), free breakfast, free LAX shuttle, very friendly front desk staff with a reasonably priced in-house convenience store. What more could you ask for in an airport hotel?
Parking was expensive ($45/day) so it is actually cheaper to walk to the nearby rental lots and rent a car for day use and return it in the evening.

Nice hotel. Nice amenities. Helpful hotel staff. Not incredible, but nice. Only complaint was they cook their burgers too well done in the restaurant.

It was a great hotel with awesome amenities and friendly staff. I stay here for a couple of days, and I greatly enjoyed the facilities in your hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and safe. Besides, the staff entertained me properly and nicely from the very beginning up until the last. I honestly have fun with my vacation at your hotel. It was satisfying!

Fortunately, I booked this hotel a month ago for my vacation. Their rooms were beautiful to look at, has very cold air conditioning, and clean. Besides, the staff out there were decent, professional, and kind. When I roamed around with their facilities, it was all nice. I liked everything about this hotel. It was nice to visit again and again. Thanks!

I had to book a last minute reservation when I had issues trying to get home, and after I had been on a 12 hour flight from Barcelona. I was flustered and tired, so this place was a life saver. My only complaint is that the hotel shuttle did not arrive to LAX to pick me up in a timely manner, so I ended up taking a taxi. Despite this being the case, everything was perfect for a wonderful overnight stay. The 24 hour meal service they offer (Off site), the comfortable and spacious room, the friendly staff, the reasonable price (Considering this was sudden), the great breakfast...I would stay here again!

I loved my stay here!! (August 28-September 1) Room was a bit warm upon arrival but cooled off. Nice and spacious! Close to the airport. It was also quiet for a Hotel that was nearly booked to capacity. Just wish we weren't in a time of COVID-19 so I could have enjoyed more amenities and the daily breakfast!

This place is absolutely perfect! The windows open wide, so we enjoyed many hours over our 3-night stay. It was so relaxing. I feel homesick for that room, and we are 100% going back next year. The room was so clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect attention to detail in our room as well as the breakfast room. Highly recommended!

Overall a good one night stay.
The hotel room was clean, the staffs are courteous.
The only complaint I have is the poor sound isolation in the room.
I understand the hotel is close to the airport, but the sound isolation definitely has a lot of room for improvement.

A cordial inviting spot to put in two or three evenings. All work force are very much prepared, obliging and accommodating (all finished with a grin). Everything was taken care of with effectiveness and thoughtfulness regarding everything about given. The food was flavorful, and the view was brilliant while eating. A debt of gratitude is in order for doing such an extraordinary employment to make my stay so pleasurable!

I stayed in room 627 and itโs really big with separate living room with sofa. You have toiletries, coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is well maintained and near hotel. You have complimentary bus to airport every 20 minutes aprox. all day and every days.

Great location for a business trip - free 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport and very large, well-appointed rooms with a crazy-comfortable bed! The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that there's no on-site dining option and nowhere nearby to walk to, and the options stocked at the Front Desk "Market" were pretty limited.
David Kinkade

The immediate impression was a warm welcome by the front desk staff. Our room was clean, well maintained and fresh. Parking was easy. Security was good - my key was required to use even the elevator.

Do not depend on the shuttle to get you to the airport in time for your flight. LEAVE EARLIER THAN YOU WOULD NORMALLY. WAY EARLIER! Otherwise great place to stay and will do so again.

The staff, the cleanliness, property conditions were excellent! The free breakfast and made to order omelets were delicious. Only negative was parking is almost $55 per night. There is a parking garage next door that charges $25 per night. Winnie, the mobile robot was cool to witness deliver items to your room. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was friendly! My room felt welcoming. I enjoyed the manager reception and i appreciate the complimentary breakfast. However, i think it was better when they had their omelet station available.

The hotel was extremely clean and safe. A bit pricey and parking $46 per day. Also a $250 deposit was a bit much and unexpected. So expect to pay that stuff. We were on the 4th floor and it was pretty quiet. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Excellent hotel, just a bit pricey.

Very nice, clean, and large rooms. The lobby area looks like it should have several fountains but they were drained and empty when we visited. The service staff were friendly, although the bar/restaurant was a bit slow. Silverware was not included with room service initially and had to be requested. The location is very close to the airport and there is a 24 hour shuttle, but the surrounding area looks very dirty and some areas are strewn with trash.

Our room was very clean. Breakfast was good, with lots of options, hot and cold cereal, eggs, fruit, pancakes, waffles and pastries. If you don't like coffee, there was tea, juice and hot chocolate. Don't forget to get your code for the vending machine.

Was excited about the stay until something weird happened. Stayed at this Embassy recently while I was there I was told they wouldn't send anyone to clean the room but would send Winnie (the robot)to provide more towels. But my husband and I left to get lunch came back they had come in the room to restock the snacks and didn't take the dirty towels.. weird right? What's that about? ๐ค

Very nice Embassy. Rooms are more stylish than most Embassys I have stayed at. Park in the basement so that you can take the elevator straight up. Also Avis rent a car is next door and the shuttle here only takes you to the airport.

We had a wonderful stay here, the room was spacious and very clean. Parking was easy every time and the included breakfast was a great bonus! I would also like to mention that the front desk staff were always helpful. My only minor complaint was the size of the balcony, very narrow and generally small and for the extra cost, it is not worth it. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

This Embassy Suites is convenient to LAX. Employees were helpful. When I checked in, I was told that a deposit would be held on my credit card. I also found that the room I chose when I checked in on the app was given to someone else and they gave me a room on a higher floor, which I didnโt want because I had my two grandchildren with me. They explained that large group wanted to be together and that was the reason they moved me. One and then two elevators were down for the three nights we were there so we spent a lot of time waiting on elevators. Breakfast was wonderful. The little robot delivering toilet paper and other items was fun. The rusted vent in the bathroom dripping on my back was not so much fun. The air conditioner above the little kitchen area in our room was also dripping. Our room was unbearably warm at night. No matter what we set the thermostat on, it didnโt get cool. And parking fees are outrageous. If you can get a good rate, make sure the elevators are working, and itโs not summertime, I tโs a great place to stay.

Very close to the airport and right across the street from budget rental cars. I have stayed before and not had an issue like this, but this particular stay my room was really hot. I dont know if it was because I was on a high floor or what. Its clean and Safe, you have to Key into the lot for your car amd into the door, their also is an office/door man. and you have to use your key for the elevator. Its not a "brand new" embassy suites. But its a nice place to stay you wont be disappointed either.

Love the embassy suites . Itโs very clean and tidy up. The staff is welcoming and customer service is on point. Close to LAX. For those traveling itโs convenient. The rooms are pretty big . They have a small living room / kitchenette. The rooms are huge and the bathrooms are too . No bath tub in the room we stayed . Indoor pool ( warm ) and gym .

My wife and I truly enjoyed our short stay while visiting the LAX area. I was disappointed in no breakfast menu, but I understand. The โgrab-n-goโ breakfast unfortunately donโt much that like and the burrito I got was cold. An opening balcony door was awesome to be able watch the arrivals into LAX. My only recommendation would be some basic maintenance in the pool/hot tub area. Yes, I get that keeping things pristine in a high humid indoor environment is challenging, itโs there so letโs maintain it. Chipped tiles, dirt white paint on the pool/tub edges, clean the overhead glass panels, repair the water damage. The hot tub has a verrry loose handrail. The chair to enable disabled individuals to use the facilities has severe corrosion on the leg test. Having a pool/hot tub was a big factor in deciding to use this property.

I would give a 5-rating to this hotel. Last week, I had a reservation from this hotel. The staff that I spoke to was so polite and accommodating. The room where I stayed was so neat and spaciously clean. The bed was so soft and comfy. The view that I had from my room was breathtaking. The pool area was so clean as well. If you will visit this area better stay at this hotel!

We had a great stay at this hotel! Our check in was a breeze thanks to the gentleman at the front desk, I believe it was Darren or Darrion (I do apologize to him I lost his card with his name!) He was very helpful. I knock 1 star off the review because our safe was not operating as well as a fair amount of plugs in the bedroom not working as well. Overall great value and staff!

Noisy but clean and comfortable room. Food service in the "bistro" is a logistical nightmare and should be avoided but the waitstaff is very nice. Upon check in we went to our room and the housekeeper said our room was not ready for 20 minutes or so. That room was in an alcove off the main hallway next to a storage room! Front desk wasn't exactly apologetic but did give us another room after much grumbling and consultation on the the hotel team's part. The shuttle service was timely and pleasant. One nice feature - this hotel is exactly next to Budget rental return.

The rooms while a little dated are large and spacious. The hotel is very close to the airport so expect noise throughout the night. Parking is reasonably priced for the area. I was recommended the parking behind the hotel to save money. However it doesn't offer in and out services so you pay every time you leave. While it saved me about a dollar, it wasn't worth the hassle so hotel parking is preferred. They had laundry services onsite but don't carry laundry items. There is a deli across the street that sells the needed items though.

Our family of four booked 2 nights in August 2024. I was so delighted by our stay here. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was so quiet despite being near the airport. Probably the best Omelette I have ever had at an embassy Suites. This hotel is clearly managed very very well. Cleanliness, quiet, modern, great service, attention to detail - such a great vacation experience. We were able to tour LA and relax in the hotel each day. Kudos to the staff and manager. This is a super luxury experience at an affordable price!

First and foremost, automatically add $50+ a night to your stay if you are driving a car. We were completely unaware, as I made the reservation by phone instead of booking online.
The desk has exemplary customer service. Extremely polite and tolerant with irritable guests ( I had just learned of the extra $54 to park, so was not a happy camper). The room was perfectly designed (king suite). Ample room and comfortable. You get a free drink voucher at check-in. A couple bottles of water. Good variety of snacks and sundries available to purchase. The room has a fridge and microwave! The breakfast had something for every taste. Was good and filling. There are plenty of drink options, too!
The bummers: noisier than I expected for an airport hotel. Don't know why, but I thought they'd have better soundproofing. Could hear the traffic outside and planes taking off. The new (to me) fad of toiletries in shared bottles instead of individual use size... has potential, but it is problematic if not being actively checked. The shower gel bottle was off the wall, which would have been fine if it was still usable; unfortunately, the pump was also broken. The hand lotion bottle was completely empty... no lotion for you!! Lastly, there appears to be key card problems. We had one that refused to work, even after being reprogrammed. Then the replacement one did the exact same thing. We were stuck behind 2 cars trying to leave the parking, but their key cards wouldn't work and open the crossing arm. On our final exit, it's the same thing. Had to call from the parking control box, wait on hold for someone to answer, then be let out by the desk.
A bunch of annoyances, yes... but the overall stay was pleasant. And we enjoyed the extra time this stay gave us with our daughter before they flew back out.

The only reason I wouldnโt give this place a full 5 stars is because of the uncontrollable. The staff does what they can with what they have to work with.
Let me start with the facilities:
location: Perfect location. It is near the airport, they have an airport shuttle and itโs easy to get to, get in and out of and the parking is secure.
Breakfast: good, basic but still in the embassy suites expectation. They had fresh omelets being made, hashbrowns and many other options. The coffee is basic, and everything else you would expect with a hotel breakfast. But not bad for the rate of the rooms.
Facilities: overall theyโre run down. They need a lot of work. Not sure if itโs a neglect of the ownership, or if itโs just that the traffic is that high, but the rooms are beat up. Furniture is scratched, old, and the walls have holes in them, you can tell the carpets are dated, and tvs are old. Theyโre trying, and I think itโs because of the cleaning the staff gives the rooms why theyโre still going.
Staff:
Absolutely FANTASTIC!
This is the best part and what makes the hotel overall bearable.
When I checked in at night, Benjamin was kind, direct to the point and great to work with. Jazmin at the front desk also was great with sending towels and blankets up for our family in a timely fashion. So we havenโt seen the embassy suites robot yet and my children saw it after breakfast. Erick was the attendant at the front desk and he was absolutely fantastic! He saw my kids all over the robot and he immediately asked me what room are you guys in? Iโll send it up so they can see it.
Well Erick sent you the robot and he sent a bag of gummy bears and waters for my little ones, just a thoughtful and awesome gesture! Give this guy a raise!
Affordable, good location, outstanding staff, but the facilities need work.

Great for a stay near the airport. The rooms were clean and nice although the hotel itself shows some wear. Not a hotel near tourist destinations. A little noisy, but that is expected near an airport.

What a nice hotel it was! I was fascinated and delighted with this five-star hotel that I went with during my two days' leave. All of their furniture and amenities were classy and elegant. I felt like I was a one-day billionaire living in a place full of happiness and calmness. The valet that was meant for me happened to be so loyal and humorous. Also, the housekeeper was showing the curved on their lips even if they had a busy day. Because of my satisfaction and contentment, I would book in their hotel again sooner. Thanks!

Our day tour experience was amazing! Aside from the delicious foods and clean facilities. Your service was also good, especially the two ladies in the lobby area. We stayed here for our 25th Wedding Anniversary last Feb 5, and we wish to thank everyone for making our stay a truly memorable one! We are very impressed and grateful. Remember to use สแดแดแดสสแดสสส. แดแดแด when booking your room. They compare countless hotel sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is the best rated in the area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you won't be disappointed.
The staff was extremely helpful, and most especially the concierge services. Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean. There are a variety of restaurants nearby and boutique shops within walking distance. No complaints at all for the hotel! I would stay here again and recommend them to all of my friends.

My vacation week was fascinating and worth remembering. It was a prestigious and notable hotel that I planned to stay for the week. Everything that I needed was present on the suite that I am staying in. Amenities, furniture, and delicious foods were all there. Also, I loved the fact that the valet that I trusted was loyal and trustworthy to me. He made me feel like I was a one-week Queen at their hotel. All I could see was astonishing to my eyes and overwhelming to my heart. The place was secured, and the people were happy with each other. Till next time!

My room was very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast is free... And the buffet is very rich. In the afternoon between 5 to 7 pm in the atrium they serve complementary drinks and light snack.
Four stars because the TV doesn't work properly and the room thermostat doesn't work.

My family and I stayed here on our cross country road trip, after earning a free night on Hotels.com. Their own parking lot is small and hard to maneuver, does offer handicap accessible parking and entrances. Parking in the hotel lot is expensive, paid 106$ for two nights. The parking lot was swept clean and free of debris. Located near the airport, expect a lot of foot traffic in, and around the hotel. The desk staff that handled our transaction was friendly enough.
The hotel is very nice inside love the design. It offers apartment like rooms, with free WiFi, comfortable beds, extra fluffy pillows, plenty of towels, extra linens, large bathroom. On site convenience store, with a cute robot Butler that delivers to your door. Offers a free grab bag breakfast, with limited options. Definitely would stay here again.

The entire set up is sensational especially if you are traveling with children or in a group and want space and privacy. The place itself is breathtaking and set in a wonderful location with a clean, tidy and very quiet beach. The pool is clean, the gardens are tidy and we couldnโt really find fault at all. Last January we had a trip. We went to this so-called 5-star hotel in their area. We chose a room for 2 and it really went well. We love the accommodation that we had and the place was so pleasant. They also have free rides for us to roam around the place. It was really awesome, the food taste really good. On our 4 days of stay in that hotel, we experienced a lot more of a 5-star hotel.

Got to hotel around midnight. Front desk clerk was awesome! Room is gorgeous! Breakfast a sweet deal! However 3:30am super noisy from constant traffic!! The bed should be flip flopped with the room with the desk that is away from the street. Also, why am I getting an email at 250am and 306am to thank me for my stay. There is a $15 LA Workers charge as well. A bit much with all the other taxes put on.

The room is a little older style but very spacious. I like they provide nonstop shuttle bus to the airport. In LA, where traffic is slow, it is good to know we are very easy to get to airport . Another good thing is we are very close most car rental garage within a few minutes walking distance. So we donโt have to pay for hotel parking . Just pick up the car the day we need it.

This hotel has a very convenient location for those going to / coming from LAX. I had 7 rooms on the weekend of 3/26/2022. All of us enjoyed the atrium and spent many hours talking and eating out there. The rooms were nicely appointed, clean, and quiet when it was time to sleep. The front desk staff were all courteous and helpful.
Some things I did not like were:
1. the $42 per night parking fee,
2. the website said the 5:30-7pm happy hour was going, but in reality, it wasn't...but they gave 1 drink coupon per person per night for a free adult beverage, and lastly,
3. the shuttle took 2 hours to pick up our guest from LAX at 1am on 3/25.
Despite my dislikes, I would definitely stay here again if the need arose.

This experience it's been excellent . Close to the airport, the hotel has very nice suites very well furnished divided in 2 comfortable cameras. Beds were peerless as it was the bathroom and all very clean.
I didn't tried the food because the schedule was limited but it was included in the price. It's pricey but very good.

Picked this place because it was close to the start line of the LA marathon - no one should have to start running at 5:45am!
The staff was friendly, and the hotel very cute. Small and old, but looked recently renovated. The room was small (normal for big cities) but well decorated. The lobby had a fireplace going, which was wonderful to warm us up after being outside freezing. Overall, this was a good place, and near to Union Square.

Staff went above and beyond. My room didnt book online and by the time we arrived it was sold out. Front desk was able to find a room for us, then after the restaurant had closed the manager still provided service for me after a long day when she didn't have to serve me.
And the rooms were clean. No complaints! Very happy dad!

We enjoyed our stay there. It was just for a day. The kids loved the pool and it was very interesting to see the robot butler at work. The place was clean and everyone was very nice. Next time we'll have to stay longer.

The service is great, the room service people are very kind. The food that they have for breakfast is very tasty and they have a wide variety to choose from. The gym that they have is about as extensive as you would see at other nice hotels. The only problem that I have with this hotel is that the pool is quite mirky. I attribute that to just bad timing of when I saw it. The interior of the building is very nice and I like that all of the doors face out towards the main lobby. And the main lobby and the plaza are very nice.

All of your Embassy Suites brand have been phenomenal to us as we trek across these beautiful United States. If we've ever found anything insufficient they fix it with a smile. Hampton Inn and suites should hopefully fall in line. Our Flagstaff Hampton Inn and suites was really good but the others need a nudge. Thanks for giving us a "home " away from home.

While we didn't get a chance to stay here, we were so incredibly impressed with the customer service over the phone on Sunday. Our room had somehow gotten booked at the wrong embassy suites, so I called and spoke with a wonderful lady over the phone who was able to help rebook at the right property. Even though it was a couple hours past the cancellation window before we realized what had happened, they were able to accommodate us and were so kind about it. I wanted to write a great review and think the manager as well as the phone reception team for being so kind and responsive. You guys rock! We will definitely be back to stay here one day because of the great customer service we received. Thank you!

The staff was extremely helpful, and most especially the concierge services. Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean. There are a variety of restaurants nearby and boutique shops within walking distance. No complaints at all for the hotel! I would stay here again and recommend them to all of my friends.

Shay, employee at the front desk, was kind and compassionate. We waited in the lobby for a room to be ready and she remembered every customer that walked by. Remembered where they were coming from and where they are going, cheerful and sweet for every interaction.

stay was amazing. i love the complimentary bar service. free Monday to Thursday! free breakfast is amazing because of the live omelet bar. atrium is beautiful to have free breakfast. it's classy. I do think the bartender could be more welcoming. and one less star for the super expensive parking! 44$ a night. park elsewhere. front desk people - some could be more welcoming !

Visited Saturday 11/26.
The hotel and the rooms are actually much better than expected, we got a room for 6 people (2 double-beds + sofa) and it was really spacious and clean.
Wifi was included and working pretty well, the price was more than fair considering the rest of the options.
Breakfast (Buffet) was included in the price, not a huge choice of food but good enough for every taste.
Parking is not included and pretty expensive though, they asked us 49$ for the night.
Funny thing is that right behind the hotel parking there is the airport parking which is only 24$ for the whole day, less than half.
Overall a great experience.

Don't forget to use สแดแดแดสสแดสสส.แดแดแด when booking your hotel. They compare countless booking web sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure will love it I'm sure!
VERY NICE HOTEL CLEAN AND SUPER CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT SHUTTLE RUNS EVERY 15 MINUTES

This hotel is clearly well used as evident from wear and tear in the rooms (paint, wallpaper peeling, stained shower curtains, etc). However the floorplan is convenient other than the only vending is now in the main lobby. Guest laundry is on the second floor and $2.00 for wash, $1.50 for drying. They have 2 of each machine. Parking, while expensive, is conveniently located in the basement of the hotel. If you are traveling with a great number of luggage beware the limited luggage carts that are not well accounted for. The airport shuttle is a big perk for the hotel and the staff were friendly, courteous, and professional.

Great location for flights!
24 hour shuttle from LAX to the hotel (and hotel to LAX). The staff were SUPER FRIENDLY. Our cruise ended at 8:30 and we didn't think about check in time being mid day. They allowed us to leave our luggage in a secured room until our room was ready so we didn't have to lug it while walking and exploring the area. As always the rooms were great. I love that you get the feel of being in an apartment with the separate living room and bedroom, while also the ease of being in a hotel with room service.
This location has an indoor pool and gym, which we didn't go to, but could see form the lobby breakfast area. Upon checking in, we were given a drink voucher for the bar downstairs - yay!
My only complaint is there were no made to order omelettes, no pancakes, the traditional breakfast you think of when you usually book Embassy Suites. For hot food, it was steamed potatoes, soft scrambled eggs, and sausage links. That's it. Which is kind of disappointing when we booked E.S. over other hotels for the rooms and breakfast. There were plenty of grab and go options - yogurt, bagels, juice, fruit, oatmeal, coffee. Hope this location gets a better HOT breakfast selection.

Amazing hotel and staff! We had a city view room access to the infinity pool. It was a great place to relax, the room was big, and the view was fantastic! The staff was so accommodating and kind. Upon entry, we were greeted by them, and they were sincere and cheerful. We will surely recommend this hotel.

In the last couple of days, I went to this hotel, and I greatly enjoyed my staycation there. The staff was very accommodating, nice, and friendly to the customers. Also, all the amenities, foods, and housekeepers were excellent and nice. Overall, this hotel was a very good place to visit again and again. Thank you so much!

I wanna rate this hotel a 5-star rated! I stayed before and it was a great experience that I had in this hotel. This place was so relaxing. The amenities that they had were excellent. The room where I stayed was so neat and spaciously clean. The breakfast that they served was so delicious especially the pancakes. The pool area was so clean and big as well. The hoteliers were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended hotel!

This hotel was a truly great addition to our LAX trip. It was extremely handy to be next to the airport before our flight in the morning instead of having to wake kids up and brave LA rush hour to get to the flight. Absolutely would use this again. 6/5 stars for location.

Staff was awesome! Rooms were clean with no issues. Free breakfast is extremely filling and convenient! The balconies are a plus for those sampling the medicinal offerings of California!๐ I'll definitely be looking out for their hotels in every city I travel to!!

Stayed here with my teenage son for a nearby concert. We need a suite type room and this fit the bill. Staff was friendly, rooms clean, and check-in, and out were easy. Parking price seemed a little steep at ~$55 but in all fairness, I did not look at other nearby hotels for their parking rates. Overall, the location was perfect and while we only stayed one night, we would select this location again.

Perfect stay for my needs. I needed to layover for the night and work from my room. Room was perfect with separate bedroom with TV in each room. Had large work desk / table that I was able to put a full.days work in the next day. Bed was very comfortable. Room very clean. Had microwave and fridge and used both. Complimentary hot breakfast was good the next morning as well. Had just enough food selection to suit a basic breakfast. Staff very friendly. Building is very secure, although it's somewhat of a pain to need a card to get into everything including bathrooms in the lobby. Better safe than sorry. Plenty of areas to do.work.after checkout in the common areas with power ports available. Highly recommend for business stays.

This was a great hotel, very close to the airport with a shuttle and easy parking. It was nice to have a free drink and light snacks as well as a fresh hot breakfast. The rooms are very spacious and nice. We had a balcony with a great view of the planes taking off/landing. Didn't hear too much noise however even though we were close to the airport.

The staff at this hotel was very accommodating and polite. I have always stayed at this hotel and have never had a bad experience. The food was also great and worth giving every food a shot. Overall my experience in this hotel was an unforgettable moment and would definitely recommend other people to try it. Sure enough, I would love to return here. Thank you!

Always love the ambiance and environment of Embassy chain of hotels. Not sure if the one drink per guest is a post-pandemic measure, but don't expect to come to this location for the manager's reception or made to order omelet as these don't exist like pre-pandemic. The hot meals consist of scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage patties. Of course, you can get bread, bagels, pastries, and cereal for kiddos ๐. Great location and minutes from Santa Monica pier, beaches, universal studios, Hollywood, and Beverly Hills! Love the spacious room with two queen beds and hide a bed...perfect for family of five with teens. ๐ช ๐จโ๐งโ๐ง

Our stay at this hotel was good. The front desk was very accommodating, clean rooms, and accessible to the shopping area with a lot of restaurants nearby. And also, booking was convenient online and no hassle during the check-in. On the other hand, the staffs were very nice, they often asked us if we need some drinks and they also suggested foods to try, overall the experience was amazing. Thank you!

This is one of many Embassy Suites I have stayed at, and, being an airport destination property, you can expect it to be busy.
However, I did not experience a busy, overcrowded stay.
The dining area on the Lobby level is very large and spacious and accommodates many guests. The breakfast is wonderful, with made-to-order options as well as serve yourself foods.
The room was very spacious and had newer furniture.
The bed was very comfortable which helps for a restful sleep.
The airport shuttle pulls right up to the front, regularly, then makes one additional stop at the Marriott before reaching the terminal
If you join BonVoy rewards program and get the app, you can check in, pick your own room, and receive a virtual key, 24 hours before arrival; then, just go straight to your room and use your phone (digital key) to enter

We stayed here on our way home to Tampa the night before our flight. Our flight was delayed for 8 hours and someone in our party was sick. The hotel was very accommodating and helped out when they could. The rooms were very big and could fit our family very comfortably. They had two queen beds and a pull out couch and plenty of room for relaxing and were in 2 different rooms.
The kids loved Winnie, the robot that would bring things to your room like pillows, toilet paper , or small needs. Our flight ended up being canceled, and the hotel kept us in the same room and again very nice and helped out.
The pool and jacuzzi were a plus, especially since they were inside and heated. The kids had a blast swimming. To blow of some steam, the workout room was just enough to get a good sweat in.
The one downfall was the food is a 3rd party and some of our food came burnt and cold and there was nothing the hotel could do. But it had to do.
This is a hotel.my family will come back to and stay at. The check-in process was easy and simple.

This is your classic Embassy Suites with an enormous atrium in the center. While majestic, you frequently are woken by noise from the cafeteria down below. The food at this Embassy Suites was good, not great. The location was very close to LAX. Beds were nice and so was the room. All in all, good, but not great. Served its purpose.

There was a wedding in the atrium. The shut the elevators down. The elevators did not exit on the side of the wedding. The bottom of each staircase was locked we had to yell from over the balcony to get the attention of the front desk to unlock the staircase. It was quite annoying. Many guest were wondering to all the exits without any luck. Aside from the elevator issue. The hotel was good the breakfast was awesome. The pool area did not look inviting as the hot tub water was always yellow. I was there 3 days and it never looked clean enough to me so I skipped this relaxation area.

Very cozy and beautiful hotel. A bit pricey. I paid 250 for one night. The location is a bit off putting. It's close to a shopping mall very convenient. Staff knocked at my door around 9 am to ask me if I was checking out that day. I said yes but check out isn't until 11. Felt a little rushed. But I still took my time to check out. Other than that. It was a nice room to stay.

Stayed here for 6 nights and it was actually really pleasant! The room was spotless, water was hot, beds were comfy. Lobby and hotel overall was clean and actually pretty up to date tech wise. Only thing that threw me off was the parking which was $46 a day. Parking was always available though but it was kind of hectic to get to unless you went around and made a u turn down the road or stopped traffic to make the left turn because thereโs no designated lane to turn into. Room service came by on our last night and did a splendid job. We had called out first night for sheets and they were promptly delivered, the front desk staff is very nice and helpful as well. The pool was fun too for the kids! We didnโt try the breakfast but I did order a bunch of Uber eats and had no issues coming down and getting my food. Highly recommend!
