First of all I am not a type of guy who leaves reviews, specially bad ones. So, if I am writing this, it means some HORRIBLE experiences has happenned trying this parking lot.
1. First there is ZERO customer service. the phone number that you can find is picked by a mobile guy who is not even at the location. No actual office, just an old trailer which is abandoned.
2. You may say okay I am paying lots of money so it should be an amazing service. but there are many cheaper lots around that have MUCH a better service.
3. There is NO shuttle it is a lie that they have shuttles to the airport.
4. the guy asked me to drive us to the airport and then hand him the car key so he can drive my car somewhere UNKNOWN to me. WHO IN THE WORLD TRUSTS A STRAINGER TO LEAVE HIS CAR LIKE THAT???
5. So I just decided to forget about this parking and started searching an empty spot nearby. I got late to the airport cause it is going to be memorial day and every body is traveling then not many options for me. I missed my flight just because of THE PARK AT LAX.
Directions were very short and sudden so finding the proper parking lot was difficult. Getting ahold of a luggage cart was even more difficult so it makes you regret bringing more than a backpack. And parking prices are absurd if you need. To leave for more than a couple hours. Highly recommend Uber and definitely showing up at least 2 hours prior to boarding time.
Professional, friendly, and convenient. I would use them again, worth every dollar.
Made a 9-day reservation online. Although the lot was difficult to find, we were taken care of quickly upon arrival and given a ride to the airport immediately. After a passport issue kept us from flying, we were picked up within ten minutes of calling and brought back to the lot. We walked in fully expecting to pay at least that day’s parking fee, if not the full 9-days, as we had already signed the reservation. To our surprise, we weren’t charged a dime. This kind gesture made an otherwise stressful and miserable day a little brighter. We’d recommend their friendly and timely service to anyone, and will definitely be back to see them for our next (actual) trip.
Drop off was fine. When we returned from our trip we followed the directions, however, it took multiple phone calls back and forth to get picked up. Initially told one type of vehicle would pick us up, then told it was a different vehicle which was at the wrong terminal. My husband and I (in our late 50s) had to climb in the third row seat of a Suburban with stains and food crumbs. We got to our car 45 minutes after our first call. At one point, there were four passengers in the second row with the extra person on her companion's lap. Not worth it at any price.
DO not use this parking facility! I really wish I would have checked the Yelp reviews as well as the google ones!
I must have run over a nail on the way to the airport, and without telling me, they used fix-a-flat on my tire, still came back to a flat tire, and now I just had to buy brand new ones because that filler makes tire unable to patch/plug. I really doubt I'll get any reimbursement based on the majority of reviews on yelp detailing how damage to their cars were never reimbursed.
Also this is indeed just a trailer between 2 legit parking areas, very sketchy! Another passenger and I waited more than 20 min for the "shuttle" because they couldn't find the keys. The whole operation is unprofessional, and if anything happens to your car you are up the creek.
This place does not exist. The first hint that I should have picked up was on their website. When I made reservations the credit card webpage was unsecured. But my dumb**s went ahead and made reservations anyways. Follow the directions to the location and there is no parking lot. None of the phone numbers work. Total scam.
The park at LAX is a wonderful place to visit if you don't know anything about LA and you want to go to a place to just get away from things that you don't know what to do
Made reservations days in advance. When I arrived Thanksgiving morning the attendant said that they had overbooked the lot and I would have to find other parking. It’s Thanksgiving morning and all other lots are full. This place provided no assistance at all. Don’t use this place to park ever.
I give this place 5 stars absolutely.
My windshield was cracked in 4 days of parking and their Claim Manager Akef denied the responsibility to fix it. Please don’t use this parking lot! Save your expensive car. It costed me $450 to replace while trying to save $20-30 on this cheap parking.

Called for Pick up bus showed up in 15 minutes loaded 8 guys with Fishing gear and Icechests ....

Easy for me to find my way around the airport on first try.
I called them at 10:04pm. They said they were sending a shuttle right away. I called again at 10:25 because I still hadn't been picked up. They said the shuttle was coming in 5 minutes. I called again at 10:45, and they had the phone off the hook for the next five minutes. That's when I decided to walk the mile to the lot with my suitcase. They only have one van to shuttle people! Prepare to wait an hour for it.
This place is a complete scam. I made an online booking and paid for my reservation before arrival. Once I get there, I sign paperwork and handed over my keys and got on my shuttle and plane. On my return, they ask me to pay an additional two times more the amount I already paid. I was so confused. They take out paperwork saying the manager had talked to me and informed me of the error with the online booking, which he did not. I said I paid already and we went back and forth for a while. Then the man brings out this other paper and says I actually only owe $37 more. At this point, I'm running late and need to get on the road to make it to a work conference. The shuttle also took longer than I anticipated. So I just paid the extra fee, and the man I spoke with went on about how THIS time, they'll let me go easy. This is a huge scam. I ended up paying way more for parking than I would have if I parked through another service, and I did my research. More than the money, this business is simply dishonest. Let my lesson be your lesson. Do not park here.
My Lexus (13 years old ) park there for three nights. Someone broke in my car, mess up a lot and took my wallet. My wallet is locked in the glove box. Although those credit cards and debt cards in the wallet are not my major cards, still take me long time to report to their local police and all my credit cards bank
. The manager there said one night before some customers already got car broke in and report to police department as I did. Well, make your own judgement as I will not park there again.
Dropping of the car was fine, the expected run down lot from a cut rate place. The pick up was a nightmare. They drove by us 3 times as we stood under the shuttle sign they instructed us to stand at. A total of an hour waiting. Called multple times as we watched the shuttle zip by at ~30mph and we were treated like idiots for 'missing' the shuttle. Please just save yourself the trouble and park at Lot C. It only ends up being about $2 more per day after all this place's hidden fees. Specifically - this place charged me $9.84/day ($39.36 for 4 days) and Lot C is $12.
