Hard workers, they have also upgraded their Van's easier to identify. LAX is just a busy airport with a lot of traffic so it always takes a while for pick up, been parking my car with mega airport for a couple of years never had an issue with my car fair price. If you fly out of LAX come with patience

Fast, efficient, and affordable. The lady at the front desk was nice and welcoming. The driver, Juan was very friendly! When I got back to the lot, my car was already waiting for me right where the shuttle stops, pretty much like valet. Would use this lot again!

We had to wait over an hour to get picked up at the end of our trip. We noticed a lot of Spot vans. Nice people and hard working. Just not enough pick up vans. But budget friendly.

Just fine. They were nice. Car was dusty but fine. They are like 15 minutes from the airport so might take them half an hour to get you. Driver was a good driver. Cheaper than a lot of places.

Booking was a breeze. I got there and they had my reservation # in hand. I parked my car. I took my keys, although if you leave your keys with them, they will have your car parked up front when you come back. I took my shuttle to LAX right away. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes. When I returned, they picked me up within 15 minutes. My car was scratch free. A little dirty since it's open parking, but for the rate, who cares!! I paid $22.00 for 5 days!!!! Will use them anytime I go out of town. Their nearest competitor was going to be $100 for the same amount of time. No competition! Don't go anywhere else!

Not as bad as previous reviews. It does look sketchy and the employees could be nicer but I was picked up within 25 minutes of calling in from the Airport.

This was the cheapest option, and it was worth it. We never had to wait long for a shuttle. The staff always seemed in a hurry, which I suppose is a good and bad thing. Loaded our luggage for us, no problem, and got us where we needed to go in time. I would use them again!

We came back early than planned, and they were happy to do a refund for us for the 3 days we were early. It didn't seem like the full refund that we deserved, but can't complain about the price.

Cheapest... They have been improving. In the past, the shuttles took a long time but is better now. Last time I didn’t even wait 15 min. Also, they just got a new van, which is cleaner.

Decided to try this place despite all the horror stories, and I’m glad I did. I usually use another parking service when I leave my car in LA, but this place had the absolute best price for leaving my car long term (17 days). They were less than half the price of everyone else in town.



Check in was a breeze, showed my confirm # and paid, got a ride to LAX in about 10 min. Called for pickup and had a van there in about 10 min also.



Nothing stolen, no damage, maybe I just got lucky, but I have to review based on my experience with them.
