Airport Center Parking LAX is situated less than a mile away from LAX terminals, at 5959 Century Boulevard, which is about 15 miles from downtown Los Angeles California. This is my new favorite place to park when traveling out of LAX. The entrance was a little hard to find initially, but now I know to just make a right turn as if going to the hotel right next to the garage. Take a ticket, park on Level 4 or above, and take the elevator down to get the airport shuttle. There was a shuttle waiting when I arrived and we were on our way in under 5 minutes.
My flight got in after 11pm so I was concerned about wait times, but it wasn't a problem. I called the phone number provided and the shuttle picked me up at the designated spot in less than 10 minutes. This shuttle also services hotels near the parking garage, so there may be multiple stops.
I had prepaid for my reservation but mistakenly used my credit card upon exiting, so I was double charged. I called Ray the next business day and he reversed the second charge without a problem. Great customer service that has earned my long term business.

I used this for the first time and it was fast and easy! I reserved my spot and prepaid so I got a barcode to get in. We drove up, scanned the code, and parked in the upper levels since the lower ones are reserved for hotel guests. Locked the card and waited for the shuttle which came within 10 minutes (at 3am) and took us straight to our terminal. Pickup after our trip was also easy.

This one was a little doozy because each night that we took the car in there it was like $26. But we got a situated in taking care of the place where we say that there at the Hyatt house they were wonderful and took care of the situation without any hassles. So thank you for that. I definitely recommend while your stay is there and parking there. Just get the parking pass and that'll alleviate all of that.

Super easy online booking and works great as long as you can estimate arrival and departure accordingly.
You’ll get a bar code for print and/or email that you’ll use for easy entry & exit.
Downside is that most parking lots are marked for ‘Compact’, so you’ll find a ridiculous amount of cars parked across the lines with many white space between yet some cars mingled so close that dents and scratches are a huge concern.
Transport to & from the airport was easy too. If you can manage your own luggage swiftly, that helps.

A little hard to find the entrance, but once we scanned our app to enter we were able to find a parking on 3rd floor. The shuttle was waiting for us once we got down. The very friendly shuttle driver asked me to take a picture of his sheet showing 3 different shuttles that can pick us up on our way back, and he told us where to pick up the shuttle upon our return. When we arrived back to LAX, the shuttle had just arrived, and the super SUPER friendly driver lady helped us load our luggage, and we were back at the lot in a jiffy. Maybe our timing was just perfect, but I'll definitely try this lot next time we travel.

So I think I’ll definitely be parking here again.
Pros: Shuttle was convenient and free, cost wasn’t ridiculous, location was PERFECT, and shuttle drivers were pleasant.
Cons: PEOPLE PARKING IN MULTIPLE SPACES. I really think a staff member should be on each level to facilitate parking inside the garage area. I literally had to SQUEEZE into a space and had no regrets because I paid in full for my reservation. If folks knew how to drive/park there’d be a ton more spaces. Locating the entrance was a bit tedious. Oh the airport pick-up locations 😰 ugh I hope those improve.
I appreciate Ray coming to my rescue when I could not get out the exit! He was patient and presented a quick fix to get me on my way. I do recommend this location with a disclaimer to get there at least 3-4 hrs before your flight just in case you have to drive around to find a spot to squeeze into.

A bit hard finding a good spot, lots of them are marked for hotel or other use only. I ended up on the roof. Lots of spots are very tight.
Shuttle pick up was quick and painless from the lot though. Overall pretty good so far.

Soooo much cheaper than LAX parking! The shuttle runs all the time so we didn't have any problems. The lot was basically full though, we drove to every floor and couldn't find a spot even though we paid ahead of time. They let us park in a spot that said "reserved for ..".

Add on after the review was posted: Manager Ray reviewed the facts and agreed with me to refund the additional charges. Also said he was going to work with his IT group to adjust charging logic in their system. I appreciate his quick review and correction.
Careful with your reservation times!!!! Location great. Parking good. Pickups acceptable. Very good value overall. What left me extremely dissatisfied was the add on charge at my exit because even though I had paid for 5 full days and departed from the garage 4.5 days later, the company uses your reservation starting time and ending time to lock you in on your parking period. BEWARE, if you enter the garage before your reservation time OR depart the garage after your reservation time, you will be charged for another day, EVEN THOUGH YOU ALREADY PAID FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. The contract disclosures are very poor and I'm sure they are collecting lots of extra fees on this policy. Yes, I spoke with the company and they just talk around this scam. The company should give users the full paid period. If they maintain their current policy, they should PROMINENTLY warn customers on the reservation page that they will be charged for any time exceeding their reservation period, even though customers have technically already paid for the days.

A little pricey but super close to the airport, consistent shuttle service and ample parking. It might take you a while to find parking but I eventually found one on the top floor. I would also give a big shout out to the staff, especially Sandy. I paid for the parking through the website Parkon but I never received a confirmation email but my card was still charged. When I arrived back from my trip I was about to have to pay double but I called and Sandy at the front desk and she was able to find my reservation!

I wanted to say George was very helpful to me and my husband. The parking lot was full. We didn’t have any reservations to park, but he found a parking space for us. He left before we could give him a tip for his great customer service!!! Also our shuttle driver, I forgot her name (black lady with blonde curls) also provided great customer service. Now the only problem I have to share, is that I was disappointed with the shuttle seats. Some of the seats were torn, but other then that everything was excellent. (11/28/19)

The shuttles come quickly and there’s a live customer service number that was very helpful. My worst fear was realized when there was an error with my ticket leaving and a worker came down immediately and assisted. The only thing that is confusing is where you go to get picked up once you return and it’s at the hotel shuttle points which is at a different location than most of the other pick up points - they should provide clearer instructions in the confirmation.

Had to find parking last minute for a flight and it was extremely close to the airport for $25 a night. There were lots of spaces (around Thanksgiving too) and the shuttle was super simple and ready to go. This place is actually 24 hrs unlike other parking garages.

I'll try to stick to the facts. The prices are competitive. It's in proximity to the airport, so shuttle rides are very short. Shuttles just don't arrive at the terminals as frequently as some of the competition. Whether this matters to you for the price trade-off is something you'll have to consider. Parking spaces are too close together and many park over the lines. There's a high probability that your car will get dinged, even though I haven't had this issue both times I've used their garage.
DO NOT book partial days. Only book FULL days to give yourself maximum flexibility on returning because they only bill for full days. I had an issue with this and I had to contact customer service after the fact to ask them to reverse the extra charge for going over my stated return time by 3hrs (which they kindly did for me). So, if you plan to park at 7am on Monday and leave at 5pm on Tuesday, book it for leaving at 7am on Wednesday, it'll cost you the same with the added benefit of having extra time to return. Some garages just remove overstay charges if you don't go over into the next 24hrs, but they don't do this here (even though their website claims that they only book in 24 periods). An overstay on a partial day will cost you another full day.
Would I go back? Most likely. All the negative reviews about vandalism and theft can happen in any garage without manned security or a security gate keeping people out. The small parking spaces are a real pain, but there's no guarantee other garages in the area won't eventually be just as cramped. It'd be a gamble to go with another garage, but it COULD pay off. Their shuttle wait times aren't the best, but I've seen much worse from other garages. All of the garages in the area charge for full days only, but some of them delete over stays on request. This doesn't matter to me because now I know how they operate here.
Should you try them? How comfortable would you be with really tight parking? That's the biggest con in my estimation. If you can roll with that, I suggest giving them a shot keeping in mind the information I've provided.
