Don't leave any valuables in your car!! I had a positive experience my first time using this service. The second time, my car was brought back to me with the windows down and all the compartments empty. All of my things were gone (work ID, some cash, sunglasses, gift cards...etc)! When I spoke with the manager, they said they couldn't reimburse me for my losses as insurance only covers car damage (the car wasn't damaged). This experience was incredibly disappointing as I was really excited to have found this service (my first experience was awesome). I was offered a credit for the next time using the service, but I don't see how I can justify using them again if my car is going to get broken into in their custody. Really frustrating.
Have been using LAX Curb Express for a couple of years now and this is my go to when flying out of LAX. They are always on time, keep my car safe and in fact went above and beyond the last time I used them. They washed and fueled my car ready for us to drive back home. Can’t ask for more with such a diamond service. For the price of leaving it at LAX airport vs this VIP service, was way cheaper, couldn’t believe it.
Used this company for our family trip! Very trustworthy, safe, efficient and honest! So happy we used them. The staff especially was amazing. They were on time to drop off and pick up. Highly recommended!
Great experience! The drop-off was super quick and efficient, especially with kids, luggage and car seats. When we returned, I called and our car was there within 5-10mins. I opted to have the car washed while we were away, and came back to a nice clean car to drive home in. It was by far the easiest and most convenient parking I’ve had at any airport and will certainly use them again!
Do not use this service. We went to a website that had posted very good reviews about this company, but were disappointed. We got to the drop off address on a Friday afternoon only to find no curbside valet dropoff exists. It was a locked and shabby storefront with confusing signage. We called their phone number and they had difficulty finding our reservation, even though I had an emailed confirmation. The person on the phone had trouble with the English language. We waited for someone to arrive and drive us to the airport. When he finally arrived, after a very long wait, he had no uniform or nametag to show he worked for the company. He asked us for all the same information again, what was done previously online. We spent our entire vacation wondering if our car had been stolen or vandalized. Pickup a week later at LAX went a little smoother.
I have been using them for at least 7 years, when they were at the temporary trailers (had great service back then), then moved to another address which looked like abandoned, then to the other address (they’re called Valet Parking on the new address and you’re not adviced of this on your booking. I only discovered this when I called them to let them know that I am less than 10 minutes away).
They will email you to create an account but it is not user friendly. You cannot fully access your previous reservation. I was originally quoted $153.58 for 3 days covered parking with hand car wash. Not only did I discovered that my car was not in indoor parking (my car has the app that allows me to see where it is exactly located) but in outdoor parking lot. I also received a notification from my app that it was left unlocked! I had to remotely lock it using the app (thank God for this). When I arrive at LAX, not only were they 40 minutes late, but my car had bird poo stains (proof that it was parked outside), the car was not washed, and I was charged nearly $190! It should have been close to $110 (for indoor parking) since they did not provide the hand wash! I won’t use them anymore. The service just dropped significantly. So beware! They will lie and overcharge you for the services that they won’t provide. At least, there were no dings or dents on my car and nothing was stolen.
Terrible experience. Had to wait over an hour upon arrival. The worker in the office at the time (Friday July 2nd 12:36 AM) was short and rude. Had to call 2 additional times (within a 30 minute time span) just to find out they hadn't even ordered to retrieve our car. Several shuttle services passed during our wait, so I could have paid have the rate for quicker service. I expected better, quicker service for the cost.
Horrible company to valet with. Although it is convenient the lack of customer service is the problem. My flight landed at 9:00am and I was off the airplane by 9:15. I was told my driver would be waiting for me outside. After 30 minutes I called the company again frustrated because I have been waiting outside for 30 minutes and asked where my driver was he said the driver is looking for you, when my driver finally got there the first thing he said was “ I heard you were calling up to the office asking a lot of questions“ I am Terrance said yes why does it take 30 minutes to get my car from a mile away if that was the case I could’ve just parked offsite and instead of him being apologetic he said it was traffic and continue to try to go back-and-forth with me on why I should not have called the company and why he told me waiting 30 minutes was appropriate. I will never use this company again and I will probably call my credit card company and tell them about the horrible service to get my money returned.
BE WARE of THIEF! I highly recommend to reconsider using this service.
I used the service on 3/8~3/11. It is true using this service is convenient even though it is relatively expensive. But the worst part is not the price. Due to the COVID-19, I usually store face masks in my car. Before I handed the car key to the driver on 3/8, I had more than two dozens of face masks at the back seat. However, on 3/ 11, after retrieving my car, there were only 2 face masks left. I could not notice my masks had been stolen when I retrieved the car because I was so hectic in front of the crowded LAX pick-up zone. I think the thief (one of two drivers) left two masks because the left masks are only for children use. These masks are not the regular, cheap, ordinary masks. Each of them is at least $5. This is probably the reason why the thief (one of two drivers) stole them.
Eventually, I paid $120 more ($5 X 24 pieces) to use this service.
I called the company but the representative seemed not being interested at all.
No one knows that they may carry 'your entire car' away, not the masks.
Convenient service but don’t pay extra for the indoor parking, they obviously leave them outdoors and they come back covered in bird feces and dust

I've been using LAX Parking Curbside Express for many years. We started using them when our childern were much younger....SO nice when you have a ton of luggage & car seats to haul around. The guys have always been super nice and polite. They recently moved to a new location...which is a better feeling than pulling up to a construction style trailer...however...they raised the price a bit which I'm guessing helps to pay for the better office location.
I had been debating paying the extra money for this service over a traditional long term lot with shuttle service. But boy, when we arrived back to LAX after a long day of travel with an extremely cranky and tired toddler, I was incredibly grateful to just be able to dial up the valet and have our car arrive outside the baggage claim within 10 minutes. Dropping off the car had been a breeze as well. We pulled up outside their office, a valet came out with a clipboard and we signed some papers, he jumped in our car and a few mins later we were at the terminal. With two small children, luggage and car seats, avoiding waits and shuttles was a dream. I highly recommend for anyone, but especially for families. The hassle it saves is well worth it. Our car stayed in great condition. We will absolutely use again.
You'll never worry about Terminal 1 traffic again. They drop you off right at your airline. They'll wash your vehicle. They park your car at a secured parking lot. Then when you get back they pick you up outside of baggage claim. Its like Keith Hernandez is dropping you off and picking you up from the airport. Next thing you know they'll be helping you move!
I love LAX Parking Curb Express. They get me to the airport quickly, and pick me up fast too.
Everyone is super nice, and it is affordably priced. The convenience of having them drop you off and pick you up in your own car can not be overstated. No need to move your luggage, find your car or anything time consuming.
I wish they had locations at every airport.
