For me I’d rather use their services instead of Uber. I think it’s kind of the same price.

Even after our flight back got delayed a day, the staff called us and easily made the adjustments for our pickup. When we were brought back to the office my car had already been brought out front and someone was waiting with my keys.

I will definitely be using them again next time I fly.

Was a easy process. They call you a Lyft to drop you off at airport, no shuttle.

Friendly staff. Easy car drop off. Lyft driver arrived promptly to pick us up and drop off at LAX. Will definitely use TravelCar again. Very affordable like the old days of travel.

The location seemed a little weird but this place was honestly so easy! The uber/Lyft pick-up/drop off is convenient and so much better than waiting for a shuttle/going to all the other terminals to pick up other guests.

Great experience, fair prices, and friendly staff/ shuttle. Parking in LA is expensive, but with TravelCar our car was safe, well cared for, and they had it ready for us when the shuttle/Lyft had us back at the lot. Our international flight was delayed overnight which left us tired and frustrated, and out of contact. When we landed 12 hours late at LAX they texted me to see if we had landed as they were to close within 1.5 hours. By the time we arrived upstairs our ride was there.

My reservation was canceled without warning because my registration might expire, which it never did. Now free parking is no longer available in my area. I am very unhappy with the company. The customer service agents did nothing to resolve my issue. They just restated my emails in their own words. I am very unhappy with the company and do not plan to ever use them again, for free parking or paid.



Update: As I cannot reply to the owners response. I am doing it here. The first email I received in October was one canceling my reservation. I was never warned this would happen. I have already provided the company with the updated registration and was told free parking was on longer available in Orlando. This can all be verified with the emails I have sent your company. If you, the owner of travelcar, could contact me and rectify the situation, I would be happy to update my review.
