Don't forget to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a room. They compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be let down.

Booked last minute due to having a 5 hour delay in Tucson. Staff were very helpful with all of my questions. Very awesome experience overall. Note: they do have a 200$ security deposit that gets refunded to you after you check out.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your resort. This site will compare thousands of booking web sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be let down.

Excellent, as always! I can never fail to tell all of my coworkers and family about this fantastic hotel. I am very pleased and impressed with their hospitality and outstanding manner. They never let me down despite my high hopes. The rooms were all spotless and well-kept. Thank you so much for such a great service. Highly suggested!

Let’s just say our stay was amazing! We had a terrible day because our flight was canceled and we just wanted to get home. So the airline booked our hotel and this hotel accommodated us so well. The restaurant was AMAZING. We had steak and it was top notch! And don’t let me get started about the service - the bartenders and waiters were so great. Checked on us made sure everything was great and made our drinks just how we like it. Not to mention, we forgot tooth paste at our old hotel, and called the front desk to see if we can purchase and they said it’s free and they sent someone up to our room to bring it to us. I have never had such amazing service at a hotel before and this one was lovely!!!!

Not a bad hotel but we weren't told about a $600 deposit to stay their. The booking company shows $60 while the hotel website shows $400. When you go to the counter they say it's $200/ day with no no free parking or smoking areas. People are literally sitting around the parking lot smoking or wherever they can find. It makes the place look bad. I must say that Diana in the Cafe made the stay their much better. Great customer service! Everything else was just ok.

Decent hotel building, but room was not properly tuned down upon checking in (see photos). I would consider the room I stayed in a dirty hotel room. Body hair trimmings were covering the bathtub, and this is during covid where everything is supposed to be “extra clean” (yeah right). Hotel is also very noisy (though I guess you can expect that for a hotel right next to LAX).

Oh, did I mention the $200 deposit they require PER NIGHT?

To their credit, the front desk staff were nice, though I called about 15 times prior to checking in and no one bothered to answer the phone.

First and For Most this Hotel requires a $200 DOLLAR DEPOSIT PER NIGHT FEE! THAT'S PER NIGHT FEE!

The Hotel itself is nice, the lobby is clean the staff for the most park is helpful and nice. There was one very rude woman at the front desk on Thursday night. She couldn't find our reservation even after we gave her the Confirmation number. My boyfriend told her we made the reservation on AAA, she told him he needed to go call AAA. At this point he was almost done with her and her rude behavior, but she found the reservation and we checked in. The room was OK, No microwave, there was a coffee maker and coffee, standard two bottles of water and a mini fridge. The body, shampoo and conditioner was in large containers in the shower to be used over and over which I'm myself not a fan. You have to request maid service when you want it before 2pm. There are a lot of great places to eat and it is in a good central location if you plan to visit Multiple places.

Perfectly spacious rooms, well maintained and spotless. What more could you ask for when it's just a bit more than $100 in a city as expensive as LA? Apparently there's a heated pool and a gym too. Free airport shuttle every 20 minutes. Good coffee in the room. Comfy bed. Seriously, this place is hands down the choice to make. The building itself is a bit old, but everything has been well renovated. Oh and the staff up front was nice too.

We had another wonderful visit to this hotel this time with a full park view. Thank you for the upgrade! We love staying here whenever we come to have a vacation. It is a perfect location for us. Near museums and everything we want to do is within walking distance. We will come back and recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

Simple, but nicely decorated room. I like the auto-on bathroom light. I don't know if I could've adjusted the time, but the light remained on longer than my liking. The ability to turn the headboard light off and on should be on both sides of the bed.

Actually this is a very nice hotel at very convenient location with very friendly staffs.

The reason I gave one star because when I booked this hotel, besides the hotel fee, on my itinerary there was a one time resort fee of $15.00. Ended I was charged $133.33. And during my eight-night stay, nobody came to clean the room or add more supplies.

There are so many same quality or better hotels nearby, I could make so many choices if I knew there's an under table charge.

So, before you decide to book with this hotel, add some hidden charges then compare with other hotels around.

I’m looking at the reviews… not sure I want to spend $150 on a deposit and still pay $17-$40 for parking…. I haven’t even gone to this place not sure I want to. It’s nice to always have options and look around before deciding

It felt like home from the moment we were checking in, to the moment we checked out. The warm welcome and blessed assistance from the staff member, Bernadette, kicked off our stay to an amazing start, The room service was good, the location is very convenient. I feel that the hotel should have complementary parking, other than that, this is the place you want to stay.

Front desk was really nice! Rooms are over priced to me because have to pay for parking. The smoking area is pathway to garage so smell smoke and weed to and from garage sucks when you have kids. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8am 😡 check out not till 12. Hard to find hotel no signs and lot of people just hanging out front smoking. Rooms was clean, bed was nice! Tv didn’t really work. But will I stay again probably not. Parking is far and set up weird to have to pay 40$ for in n out pass when your paying for a room and resort fee already.

Poor signage to find hotel. Drove around 3 times. Very nice people working there. Room older but bed was delicious. Quiet with nice view if planes. Great coffee bar in lobby.

It's tough to rate hotels during Covid since most of their appealing features and amenities have been suspended. However, my room was nice, the mattress was comfortable, the linens were decent, but the bath towels were a bit threadbare. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

This hotel is should be rated 3 star, we checked in for 3 nights and it was defiantly not what we were hoping for. We had late flight that came in around 1 am and when we got in we were told we had no reservation even though we booked it almost a week before and prepaid. After showing them our confirmation they determined evening shift checked someone into our room. front desk night guy was very very nice and took care of us and got us into a king bed room. As far as the room goes the shower and whole plumbing system was horrible, shower pressure was really bad and the sink drainage is super slow. The 3 night we were there housekeeping did not come in at all to clean and on top of that they have you Pay for a parking even though it’s 7 floor parking garage that’s practically empty. They charge you $17 dollars for one time access or $40 dollars if you want in and out. You are better off booking residence in next to them.

I had an excellent stay - was allowed to check in a bit early, offered a late checkout, and was more impressed with the amenities and facility than one of the legacy hotels down the street where I have previously stayed. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking is expensive at all of these LAX area hotels, that's not a Sonesta thing. I didn't park a car but I noticed there is free street parking if you look for it.

Beware of their hidden fees. They charge 450 dollar deposit after I arrived here from Arizona, and they charged me 120 dollars for parking for 3 days. I will never be back to this rip off hotel!

They also do not have microwaves in the room and I was on the 11th floor and had to go all the way down to the sixth floor to use the only microwave in the hotel. There's soda machine that was there with the microwave was sold out. I also didn't know that I had to call down to the main desk to request somebody clean my room. I've stayed at cheaper motels and had an enormously better time than I did staying at this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Had a pleasant stay on the 15th floor overlooking the city lights. Self parking is $40, add another $50 for valet service. Great location, 20 minute drive to the beach if you have the time.

Went to Noe at the Sonesta Los Angeles Airport for drinks...it is beautiful inside with gorgeous views of Downtown. The place is dimly lit with indoor fire pits and the servers are nice...this is a nice bar to have drinks after work (if you work downtown) or a nice place to meet up with friends for a drink. It is pretty busy on a Friday fyi, there is some street metered parking but it is very limited, your best bet is to park in one of the underground lots, i paid 7.00 next door to the hotel.

I can't say enough positive things about our stay! We stayed three nights and had an amazing experience. Everything was extremely clean and convenient. Staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. We used the complimentary car a couple times and my son said he felt like a celebrity. Great room, pool, gym, lobby and restaurants. We would definitely stay again if we are in LA perfect location with access to anywhere in LA.

First things first, you'll notice a stellar lobby. I don't usually spend lots of time in lobbies, but this one begged me to enter and stay a while. Relax on the couch, sit by the cozy fireplace. It was stylish and comfortable, and I spent plenty of time on those chairs by the elevator.
