Located less than a mile from LAX airport, the Sonesta Los Angeles Airport brings a modern and energizing experience to your stay in the City of Angels.

Please present your booking confirmation (on your device or printed) to the valet attendant in front of the hotel. In exchange, you will receive a valet ticket. Keep this valet ticket and present it upon your return. 
Due to covid-19 hours of operations are from 7 am-11 pm. You may not park your vehicle during off hours. If you return to pick up your vehicle outside of those hours you may visit the front desk for assistance.

Complimentary Hotel Shuttle runs every 20-30 mins. No reservation is needed. No set schedule. Please arrive 30 mins before departure from Hotel.

When returning from the airport to the hotel please head to the UPPER level "departures" and look for the red signage at each terminal that reads HOTEL SHUTTLES. Shuttle description: White shuttles buses with orange digital signage that reads, "SONESTA" and "SHERATON GATEWAY".

This parking place will Rip you off. Their QR code reader does not work and there is no parking employee to help. My credit was charged twice. Park somewhere else.

When I made my reservation on 3/20/25, my credit card was charged $188.21 for an 8 day parking fee. When trying to enter the gate the scanner can not read my QR code. A driver behind me got off his car and helped me. I waited in LAX departure area for almost an hour before seeing a Sonesta shuttle van. As I tried to exit the parking garage, the scanner was not able to read my QR code. I have to insert my credit card for the gate to open and was charged again for $212.21. No Airport Center Parking employee was available to help in both occasion. I have disputed the $ 212.51 charge in my credit card account for double billing. Arturo Tabios
