Fox Auto Parks (LAX)

airport was very crowded on Mon. night 11/6/23 and it took a long time for the shuttle to come.

I’ve now parked at Fox 4 or 5 times and it’s a great service. The shuttles come very quickly to the lot and to the airport. All of the people who work there and drive the shuttle are super nice. They take great care of me and my car and I would recommend them to anyone traveling out of LAX!

I was really impressed with the service here at Fox. I dropped off my car 1 day before my flight. Easy check in. The customer service associate gave me my receipt and it had all the information. Six days later my plane arrived in L.A.X. and I texted the number they gave me. I got my luggage and went to the rental car shuttle pickup I waited like 10 minutes and a shuttle arrived. When I arrived to Fox Parking my car was ready outside ready for me to pay and load up my luggage. I paid $71.60 for six days of parking and $5 tip to shuttle driver. I would definitely use Fox Auto Parking again.

Easy, cheap, quick, right next to LAX.



I was looking for a place to park near LAX that wouldn't break the bank. It's these guys. Under ten bucks a day.



Dropped off my car, checked in, I was at the airport in 10 minutes.



On the way back, got my luggage, texted them, caught the shuttle.



My car was waiting for me.

I was looking for something reasonably priced near LAX and stumbled upon Fox. Everyone was super nice and professional, and the shuttle came right on time which was a Lifesaver because I was running late. When I came back, checking out was easy and quick. The car was in perfect condition. Will totally park here again.

Called and given advice to use their own website rather than Groupon, unless you trip happens to be exactly 3 or 5 days long. Also given a discount code just because I inquired. Friendly staff. Shuttle was quick and professional. Helped carry luggage. When you text them, they get the car ready ahead of time. Only waited less than 5 minutes for shuttle on departure, less than 10 min on Arrival.

I realized that I left a bag of my son's milk bottles filled with milk in the car after going through the security.

When I called them, they were really helpful and made sure I get the bag back. One of the front desk staff went to my car, found it and handed it to a shuttle bus driver. I met up with the driver at the arrival level of the terminal we were at. Everything was in the bag and i was able to feed my son afterwards. I can't thank enough all the staff members for what they have done. Thank you so much!

So far so good! Just dropped my car off at their LAX location. Great customer service.



You park, go inside and to all to the staff member, they give you a receipt, they take your car keys and they'll move your vehicle into a parking covered structure, and you are done.



I like that their shuttle is an actual bus, not a van like some others that I have been.

Everyone was super friendly, both the desk staff and drivers. When I dropped off the shuttle driver saw me and waited to make sure I got on before he drove off. Pick up went smoothly as well, waited no more than 15 minutes and the driver was funny, friendly and helpful. Car was ready at checkout since I texted my return ticket number after retrieving my bags. Great value for the price.

I usually self park here outdoors because the rates are good and the shuttle is pretty frequent. Did valet parking and left some cash in my car. When I returned there was a miscommunication that was my fault but the staff was super helping and trust worthy. My vehicle and all my belongings were waiting for me after my flight and it was still a very affordable experience. 10/10 I recommend this place.

Been using Fox for about five years now. Best 3rd party parking service at LAX. I'm at LAX typically once a month during the year for business or leisure, their prices are very competitive. Be warned, there are fees for anything larger than a compact or sedan. They suffer from the same congestion issues that all parking and rental car providers are currently dealing with at LAD, the new renovation is hurting every outfit out there in terms of wait times for arrivals.

This has become our go to place for parking when traveling out of LAX!

Friendly, efficient staff make it great! And there wait times for pick up is the best we have ever experienced. Not long at all.

We have parked here at least 4 times and it's always an easy process in and out. I have only had great experiences. The prices are better for us than paying for a ride to and from the airport depending on the length of your stay. Super convenient! I see that they are going to start providing car wash services which I will totally take advantage of.

There should be better instructions for the shuttle though (I only used it when coming back from the airport so I wasn't sure what I'm looking for; I couldn't find any instructions on the website, had to call and listen to a voice recording, and it still didn't say I'm looking for the "fox rent a car" shuttle). The shuttle is the one for Fox Rent A Car (the car rental is a couple of blocks away, the shuttle makes two stops).



One other thing is that I booked this through SpotHero and on there it said "uncovered self park" but you do have to leave your key and they have to retrieve the car for you. You can text your name and phone number when you're on your way to pick up your car and that can speed things up.

My car was safely tucked away! The guy at the front desk was even very helpful. I travel to Pennsylvania to say my last goodbyes to a dying family member and park my car at their location for the multiple days that I was gone. For some reason the card that I received says Monica.

I had an excellent experience with this car service recommended by my brother! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making the entire process hassle-free. Leaving my car was convenient, and their shuttle service made traveling a breeze. I felt secure knowing my vehicle was in good hands. There are a few reviews of this place saying that their cars were robbed and driven around and some even said that they punctured their gas tank and stole their gas. We read this after we booked it and didn’t want to spend extra money for a different parking lot. We were gone for 4 days and our car was perfectly fine! I think the best thing about this place is the shuttles. They are very fast and they come frequently!

Used them to drop off a rental, was an easy and quick experience. There is a shuttle on site that takes you to the airport. But be mindfully of the crazy traffic, allow plenty of time before your flight.

Very happy with our experience. Got right on shuttle to airport, told exactly where we should meet the shuttle upon return before we left the lot. Everyone very courteous and helpful!! Upon return didn’t wait more than 5 minutes and shuttle picked us up! When we checked out with Stanley, it was great to have his smiling face on a long day of travel and our car valeted to us was an added plus!! Very happy with service!!

After a horrible experience at 405 parking, we came here desperate. We were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to park and how reasonable the rate was which we only paid upon returning to pick up our car. This place was such a breeze, we came back a second time and got an equally satisfying experience. Shuttle came 15-20 min like mentioned which was great. Second time we arrive close to midnight so the shuttle took closer to 25min I think it’s just because it was so late. Will come back here again and recommend it to others.

Shuttle pickup was quick (maybe we were just lucky with timings). Staff were friendly and helpful and had our car ready to go for us when we got back. Good service and price

Used Fox for the first time this past weekend and had an excellent experience. The valet was very fast and efficient, and somehow I had zero wait for the shuttle in both directions! I opted for the car wash and my car looked great at pick up. The price was also the best I found in the area. Will definitely be using Fox again!

This was the first time using the service. I'm hesitant to park here after reading some bad review, but this place is fast, dependable and convenient. Parked for 6 days and rates are cheaper. They have frequent shuttle to airport. I have left my phone in the shuttle and informed the front desk, they immediately contacted the shuttle driver and got my phone back in 20 minutes. The shuttle buses are also very clean and the drivers are courteous. I highly recommend this Parking Spot!

This was my first time parking here and it was for a duration of 4 days. I had an excellent experience! It ended up being around $45 total for parking. Which was very reasonably priced for me! They have a shuttle to and from the airport. And they have your car parked out front once you text them that you’re ready. And if you’re lucky, a taco stand is right down the road. Definitely will be back. Thank you guys!

I was cutting it very close when I returned at midnight as last shuttle was at 12:30am and the lot closed at 1 am. I had my text all lined up to send as soon as I collected luggage which was taking a long time to hit the conveyor belt. I got my luggage at 12:31am and immediately fired off the text and headed for the purple sign. While waiting I received a call from Fox asking exactly where I was waiting. I was so relieved at that gesture. Back at the parking lot the service was impeccable. Great customer service! I gladly left tips especially as I was spared having to sleep on the airport until the lot reopened at 4 a.m.

Have been using their long term parking services for many years now & I think it’s time to leave a review. Our flights are usually early morning so we usually drop off the car before 6am. Attendants are always polite, professional and helpful. Online booking is always the best way to go to expedite the process in the morning. We never had to wait long for shuttle services to & from airport. Text services is convenient when needing to notify attendants of our arrival. We recommend and will continue to use their services in the future.

Editing this review to convey my main point. If you wait at the shuttle pickup you will miss the fox shuttle which is on the street, not in the shuttle lane. The directions don't say to go to the shuttle pick up they say to go to the car rental area which is upstairs so it's confusing. It would help if you changed the instructions to say wait on the street outside of gate 7A. I had a heck of a time figuring out where to catch the shuttle. Directions say purple sign that says rental cars. The purple sign says shuttles. The pickup is at gate 7A on the street, not where the shuttle pickup is. Then I got off at the first stop, fox rental cars. Stay on the shuttle until you get to the self park lot. It would have been fine if the directions were clear. I prefer the FlyAway. I don't like driving all the way to the airport and with all the waiting for shuttles, you really don't save time. Beware when using a third-party to get a better price. The money you pay them as a deposit does not go towards your parking fees.

Very affordable and much more convenient than cabbing to LAX. Less expensive too! They close from 1-5AM so keep that in mind if your flight lands after hours. Always fast, kind, and quick. Highly recommend.
