We had a great stay at Hotel June! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and the hotel is in a nice spot close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. It didn’t have any kind of effect on our stay, but I will mention the room could have been wiped down a little better before our arrival. There was some food on the bed frame and some hand prints on the wall that I noticed as soon as I walked in. The food from the restaurant in the lobby was good too!

In town for a quick girls trip and decided to stay here bc it was cute (!), reasonably priced, and close to LAX.

The decor has a serious coastal, mid century modern vibe. Very well put together look that holds up from the lobby to the rooms.

Speaking of the rooms! I stayed in a double with a coastal view. There’s plenty of room to spread out and get comfy. The beds were plush with a very simple white bedding look. THAT BATHROOM! I’ve never seen a full wall half-length mirror in a shower, BUT it’s going to be in my next bathroom at home.

We enjoyed happy hour at the Caravan Swim Club. The small bites we ordered were pretty good and their signature cocktails were on point! Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

In all, would definitely stay again and look forward to checking out their Malibu location next time I’m in Cali!

We stayed here for 5 nights! The location was good for getting Ubers into town. The room was very cozy and the bed very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they gave us a late check out too. Recommended it 100%!!! Will come back again!

Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. They add fees at the end about amenities even if you don’t use them. No water in the room. I’d recommend them to leave at least 1 water bottle in the room. Shower is nice. Close enough to the airport I you’re looking for something quick and easy.

Had some family come into town earlier this month for a short trip. Had them stay at Hotel June as it is in close proximity to LAX and to Santa Monica (where we'd be spending a bit of our time). Got to the Hotel and was greeted by the Rooms Manager, Kelly O'Connell, who got the family all checked in, assigned a fabulous room, and who gave lots of pointers for "kid friendly" places nearby. Throughout the stay, Kelly would see the family around the property, and check in with them as to how the stay was. What shows her attention to detail is that even with a hotel full of guests, she remembered everyone's name. A big thank you to Kelly for making a great hotel stay that much better. She is definitely an asset to the hotel. Thank you Hotel June for an awesome experience.

I love this hotel. It was so beautiful and we'll designed. My only problem was the hotel restaurant was not open during my stay. It's closed on Monday and Tuesday but it is I. A great location by lots of restaurant and near a grocery store.

We had a fantastic visit for 3 nights/days after Christmas. The entire staff was warm and welcoming. We had great service from everyone from valets to room staff to the front desk. We took advantage of valet parking, and the valet staff recognized us when we pulled our car and returned, etc. and were very engaging with us and the kids. We had some great recommendations from the staff for places to eat and the like. We were fortunate to be given a floor on 17th floor, and the views of the area were excellent. A very nice and very clean hotel and facilities. Our kids were very happy with the stay and want to come back. While the hotel is right downtown, the driving around the hotel was very easy. We frequently walked to restaurants and shopping nearby.

Room was amazing! We originally booked a room with 2 full beds and upon check-in asked (crossing our fingers) for an upgrade and the clerk happily gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room with 2 queen-sized beds! No mini-fridge, and space was tight - but the facility was gorgeous and amenities were sufficient and, honestly, unless you're planning on hanging out in the room, it was ample space.

Convenient location near the airport but doesn’t feel at all like an airport hotel. Very hip and cute. Food was amazing as were the margaritas! One of the best sleeps I’ve ever had in a hotel room ! Good value.

One of my favorite hotels in Los Angeles. I rested here with the team, the leader gave us such a New Year's gift and paid for the entire vacation. The staff is great. The mattresses are just fire! I haven't slept so well in a long time. You know. when I returned home, I wanted to get rid of my mattress and buy myself the same one as they have. In general, it’s very good, I just didn’t have enough hooks for clothes, instead of built-in hangers, which are no longer relevant, and uncomfortable. This is a good hotel with a normal customer service culture.

Our family had the best experience at Hotel June! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, Kareem and Savanna made us feel incredibly welcome. Kareem went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well-suited. We also dined at the hotel's kitchen, and the meal was better than any restaurant we've been to. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and exceptional dining!

Shampoo, bodywash, conditioner were amazing definitely gonna buy the same kind the had out for my home

Just recently had a family stay at hotel June. When we arrived Jason and the other gal at the front were very welcoming and friendly. Check in/ check out was smooth. Beds were comfortable and hotel and room were nice and clean. 10/10 recommend and would stay again. Only downfall is parking, but that’s expected in LA of course.

Loved our stay, it was only a quick 1 night but it was very comfortable. They have Aesop for hair and body in your room which was awesome. Complimentary boxed waters. I didn't get to check out the restaurants but I've heard they're great I was highly recommended the poolside dining. They gave us a late stay since I was working and needed just a couple more hours. The only thing I think it's a bit over priced, just slightly...but it is a very nice hotel with excellent service and quality.

This is a lovely option extremely close to LAX. Its the only hotel option within 10 minutes of the airport that has stellar food and true LA ambiance. It's perfect for a short layover in LA - has a great gym, a sun soaked pool retreat, elevated food & beverage and essentially no risk of getting stuck in traffic before your flight! It allows you to feel like you're in LA without really leaving the airport. Highly recommend for a layover scenario or for one night stay ahead of an early morning flight.

A couple downsides to consider: First, other than proximity to LAX it isn't near anything else - its not walkable to anything you'd want to do on a longer visit. Second, and my least favorite aspect - you get a TON of airplane noise well into the night. Request to be on the north side of the building to help alleviate the jet engine sounds.

Overall - lovely space, gorgeous amenities, and fabulous dining. Highly recommend for a short 1 night staycation, but wouldn't plan a full vacation here.

This contemporary hotel situated near LAX airport is clean and comfortable. Walking distance to food and fun. I stayed here for one night solo. The room was clean and inviting. I couldn't figure out the TV but it didn't bother me since I'm not a TV person. I took advantage of the free coffee at Scenic Route restaurant located next to the lobby. I also ordered breakfast to-go and enjoyed it over at the pool. It's set up like a cute oasis at the pool area better known as the Cabana Swim Club. It's directly across from the lobby when you exit through the front entrance door.

There's a full bar and you can order food as well at the Cabana Swim Club. There's stairs that take you up to the bar area where there's plenty of seating. There's is ample seating outside at the pool too.

Makes you forget that you're right by LAX.

This hotel is conveniently located near beaches so be sure to make time to feel the sand between those toes.

I loved my stay at the hotel.

Very spacious room!

Very close to the airport, a short ride to Santa Monica and Venice Beach.

A longer ride to Downtown and other parts of town, but still very much accessible to all places using an uber.

The room was great, I had a really good sleep in their bed.

The bathroom is equipped with good soap and shampoo, and was very good overall.

The cleaning of the room was great, and towels were replaced every day.

Water bottles are given for free.

This is a beautiful place in a nice area. They have plenty of amenities. Their complimentary breakfast is from 5am-7am apparently. Plan accordingly 😳

They are conveniently located by LAX airport. They are next to an LA Fitness and their Valet Parking is complimentary 👍🏼

If you need your car or trying to get something out of it, you can go to the valet and they will bring it up for you and park it back ☺️.

Great lounging area and they also have nice views.

The Hotel June is absolutely beautiful!!! The pool was my favorite part if you love palm trees this is the place for you. The staff is incredibly friendly and always checks up on you to make sure you’re doing well. The service at the actual pool may take longer but you can always just walk up to the bar. This review is 100% honest. The hotel is stunning. There is a $50 holding fee per night that will only be charged if you order room service, movies, etc. Food and drinks are NOT included in the price. Breakfast is NOT included you have to pay for it which is the only thing that threw me off. Other than that absolutely amazing get away will definitely be going back. Thank you Hotel June for the paradise stay!!!!

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights on a business trip and this was the cutest place to stay! Valet was friendly and efficient. The front desk person, Jordan, was the best front desk person I've ever encountered! And the bartender, I forgot her name :(, but she was just as amazing in terms of service and very kind. The aesthetic was also very cute and calming. I wish I had more time to explore the dining options and pool area; again, I was here on business. Next time I'm in the area, I am DEFINITELY staying here again!

Like other reviewers, I was concerned about the bad reviews but was pleasantly surprised by our stay here. The location is convenient for a stay near the airport, and staff at the front desk and valet were very pleasant and am helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, and the provided toiletries in the bathroom were delightful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on a quick trip/layover in LA.

First time staying at this hotel and location. The location is prime if you’re traveling out of LAX or as a base location for exploring the South Bay and West LA area/ beach locations. The amenities were pretty good as well. Probably like 20 steps outside the hotel is a Ralph’s with a Starbucks inside and pet store if you travel with your pet. On the opposite side are some restaurants and another coffee shop. The hotel is pretty pet friendly which is good to know if you travel with a pet. Now the rooms are very clean and the shower is so relaxing and the toiletries are really good. I’m giving this hotel a 4 stars because I feel it lacks some fine tuning in their customer service area. The front staff is alright. Some are more attentive than others. The bartender was very whatever. He was uninterested, uninviting, unprofessional. If he said two words to us it was a lot. Our drinks were sloppy. The valet service was ehhhh. For the price you pay a night plus the parking and all the fees and taxes, they can do better with their service for a four star hotel.

Hotel June is Awesome! I read some bad reviews but decided to stay anyways. The negativity was unfounded. This place is awesome! Great vibe, comfortable rooms, nicely designed. There are some small things that could be improved but I would give this a solid 4.5 star rating. The $45 required valet parking is over the top and should be included in the room rate t booking.

Had an overall good experience during my visit at Hotel June.

Positives:

- Customer Service was very friendly( they even hand delivered a microwave to my room)

- Room was specious and bed was comfortable.

- House keeping was very pleasant and always tidied our room without asking

- Gym provided free towels and headphones.

- TV comes with Apple TV which made it easy for us to stream directly from our devices.

- Very close to LAX, but doesn’t feel like an airport hotel due to it being in an actual neighbourhood.

- Free coffee and I think tea in the lobby in the morning.

- Close to grocery stores and other restaurants

Negatives:

- As others have mentioned it basically smells like weed 24/7. This isn’t a big deal for me, but I know it may not be ideal for others.

- Valet parking is very expensive and is the only option unless you find street parking.

- They have a lot of hidden fees that may catch some people off guard. I would prefer that they are all listed out.

- Gym equipment is a bit lackluster. Wish they had some more machines etc and benches.

- The shower pressure is low and the shower doesn’t have a door or curtain, so the floor gets soaked every time after having one.

- The ventilation in the shower also doesn’t work, so when you take a hot shower it becomes over streamed in the washroom.

I feel like with a few tweaks this could go from being a very good hotel to a great one, but all and all I did enjoy my stay and would definitely come back!!

Beautiful place. An oasis in LA❤. They treated us well and we didn't want to leave. Their restaurant is cool, tacos rock! Seating around the pool, so serene. Apartment suite, superb! Room service, perfect. Complementary bikes to ride, fun! I loved it. Would go again tomorrow if I could. Thank you Hotel June!

It's safe, everyone is wearing a mask, they take your temperature as you get in the hotel, the tables seating are spaced out so they are following distancing procedure, the staff is very nice, everyone greets you as they see you, you really feel comfortable.

Great stay, great food, neighborhood location.

First off, Hotel June is the kind of place you'll stay at if you want to be in that specific area. It's not convenient if you're trying to "see LA." On the other hand, if you have a high room with a window facing Lincoln Blvd, you have a fantastic view of the city.

I've stayed here twice and had a great stay each time. The service is great, rooms are comfortable and fashionable, if a bit simple. Be sure to eat at Scenic Route; the food is very good and reasonably priced. Also, valet is very easy and the staff is friendly.

Amazing staff, beautiful space, great energy and very good food! Location is good for being close to the bus, but too far to walk anywhere really, which is sad. Taking the (free) bikes to the beach was fun, but took longer than expected

The place is okay it's on a pretty busy street so be prepared for that I was told that I was upgraded to a very nice room no passive aggressive there at all and it's right on the road so I requested a refund it didn't work out no big deal. But all in all it's okay I will definitely not be coming back. The sofa if you want to call that in the room is like sitting on a slab of concrete. The bed seems company so far limited television but hey what are you going to do...I do have to say the director of operations...was exceptional in handling and following up with my concerns...world class..well done

The rooms are peaceful and thoughtfully designed including unique in room amenities making it feel like a home away from home. The interiors of the hotel are stunning and highlight the unique location of the property and amplify the artistic nature of the community. The staff is warm and welcoming and Johnny makes the best Lattes at "Scenic Route"!

I arrived to the hotel super late and had only few hours to sleep because our flight was delayed . Everything was fine but it took the staff SO LONG to check us in! I understand it was not their fault and probably some kind of required process but - you should be more considerate of people tired and needed sleep.

The room was nice and clean though.

We ended up staying a Hotel June as we had to pivot our travel plans suddenly. It was honestly a lovely experience. They welcomes our dog, rooms were very clean, and the front desk and valet teams were so kind. We had to extend our trip twice and the front desk team was more than helpful.

This is such a nice hotel now. The design refreshers and updated service are great. It's very hipster style but we loved it

I loved this hotel. The room was a bit bare, but to be honest I enjoyed the minimalist feel. It was extremely clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were stocked with Aesop products, which were a great, luxurious addition. The lobby was gorgeous, and the free coffee in the morning was the perfect pick-me-up before starting our day.

Absolutely love this hotel!

Came here for a weekend last month to escape from life. It was very much needed. I don’t even know where to begin. Everything is so cute and pretty here. It makes me wish I had the money to redecorate my own home. The rooms have a very minimalist vibe to it - very chic if I would say. Loved and thought the Apple TV’s in the rooms were very convenient because I really dislike the old televisions. I stayed in the entire time enjoying the foods and drinks from the restaurant in my room because I just loved the entire vibe. This was much needed since I work from home. Definitely recommend Hotel June if you are looking for a tour next getaway!!

Hotel June. Just came back from a great stay. Do yourself a favor and get an ocean view room ! The staff was super nice and eager to get anything you need. The parking staff was also amazing!

We had a great time and even visited a car show right across the street. This hotel really doesn't have too much within walking distance (shops are closed) but Malibu and Venice are a short drive away. All in all great stay ❤️

Hotel June is a fabulous well-decorated oasis!!! Some of these negative reviews had me concerned but I booked anyways and am currently having a fantastic holiday weekend! The room is bigger than I thought it’d be based on hotel website photos. The programming is great, we did a poolside yoga class on Saturday morning and it was a wonderful way to start the day with a lovely instructor! We missed Sunday mornings guided meditation sound bath and I regret it! The restaurant is incredible with a super interesting menu. We’ve ate upstairs for dinner and poolside for breakfast— both were delicious!! My one and only neg is that they sell day passes to the rather small pool for $20 and it gets so packed! By noon there’s not an empty chair in the place and people are elbow to elbow in the 4 ft water. Get to the pool very early or in the evening to enjoy a swim! Would still 100% stay again!

Loved our stay here back at the end of May/early June! Literally zero complaints. My husband and I were so relaxed for our entire stay, and it was such a cozy and intimate ambiance. I still look back at pictures on my phone camera in an attempt to relive the experience :) It was our first time in LA, and this place honestly made me fall in love with California! The pool area is INCREDIBLE, we ate at The Caravan Swim Club twice, the service was super friendly, and the indoor cafe was excellent as well. Our room was perfect for the two of us (loved the complimentary boxed water...such a fun touch!). It was clean, the TV had streaming apps enabled (bonus points!), and the view was gorgeous! We could see the mountains in the distance from our room. There are several restaurants and a grocery store that you can walk to in minutes, and you can easily walk to the main bus that leads into Santa Monica. It is also super close to LAX. As soon as we can travel back to LA, we'll either be staying here or at their Malibu location.

I read through some of the low reviews for entertainment purposes, and if you are considering a stay here, please do not let these influence your decision. The ones that I read were literally a result of inappropriate expectations and a lack of travel experience. The elevators worked 100% fine (room keys are required for many elevators these days), literally all hotels worth staying at charge daily amenity fees/deposits, everything was clean, and the resort was staffed adequately with friendly and helpful people.

What a lovely stay! My City King room was comfortable and quiet, staff was quite helpful as well. Fitness room is top notch( I wish they had a squat rack!) And honestly my only criticism was the lack of coffee. I understand no coffee makers in the room, but the downstairs coffee made available had no pods, even at 530am. Staff said this was an ongoing issue, I hope it's resolved soon. Overall I found my stay quite enjoyable, thank you!

My favorite hotel in Los Angeles! We had our company off-site meeting here, everyone flew in from all over USA to meet for our quarterly team meeting. The service, rooms, food, decor, ambiance EVERYTHING was top notch! Thank you Christopher for another successful event! And thank you to the best hotel staff I’ve experienced in such a long time!! The team won’t stop talking about how great the staff was and how comfortable the mattresses were! We’ll be back soon!

Love this place.

The lobby is modern and beautifully decorated with holiday cheer.

Parking is an issue. This weekend was busy, They have a wonderful brunch. Eggs, pancakes, toast, sausage, potatoes, fruit oatmeal , coffee and juice. A little of everything for everyone. Plus the area is beautiful for dining.

Everyone is friendly and attentive.

Found this place on accident. Great atmosphere from the moment you park your car with the Valet, check in at the front desk, grab a bite at the elegant little restaurant, up until your head hits the pillow in your zen atmosphere room the friendly staff make you feel welcome and relaxed. As definite hidden jewel close to LAX and not to far from some amazing beach destinations.

I often recommend this place because it is super cute and very close to LAX and LMU. It is not in a scenic area of LA, but the design of the hotel and pool area does a great job of creating a vibe. The rooms are clean and well designed. There are very good food options on site- pricey but high quality. The staff is friendly and helpful. I noticed that there are some maintenance issues with the resort bikes- I really hope they keep the bikes as an option as it is fun to ride them to the beach- they just need a little TLC. On our most recent visit I noticed that the room needed some better window blinds- but again I think this might just be a maintenance issue for the hotel as it is a few years from its re-design. This is not a resort, but it is a chic hotel with an excellent price point.

Absolutely the entire experience at Hotel June from start to finish!

The staff welcomes you with a "welcome to Hotel June resort" and had the kindest etiquette and manners.

I'll definitely be staying at more PROPER hotels after experiencing Hotel June.

They have an outdoor destiny area called the Caravan Club and despite the slow night, they welcomed me with drinks. There was a heated lamp atop my head and it made the entire night so cozy.

Their bed is fluffy and stuper comfy. Great shower water pressure, too! Lol

Looooved my stay!

We had a long layover for a flight out of LAX so we planned to stay here to hangout and get some rest before a long flight to Tahiti. Our flight ended up getting delayed by a day and the hotel was able to keep up in our same room when we came back from the airport and informed them about our flight issues. The hotel's great, nice pool, the restaurant has really good food and drinks. The staff is friendly would definitely stay here again if I have a long layover and want to decompress.

Great location near airport, restaurants and grocery stores. Rooms were good. Fridge is spacious, no microwave though. Ask for a coffee machine. Conference room is tiny and has no windows. Avoid it for long meetings. Restaurants have no viable vegan options.

Location - perfect. As we were in LA for less than 48hrs (arriving in the evening and leaving late afternoon), it was only a 5 minute Uber to and from LAX which is perfect, especially for the departing flight time. Plenty of meal options nearby.

Rooms - we had a 2 bedroom family apartment for the 4 of us which was perfect. Plenty of space for so much luggage too. Rooms were clean and bed and pillows comfortable.

Our family of five (two adults, three children) arrived early in the morning after a long, international overnight flight. We were allowed to check in very early, and even given a free room upgrade by the manager! The manager, the front desk employees, and Peter in valet parking were all exceptionally helpful, friendly, and courteous. We highly recommend Hotel June West to anyone traveling in LA.

The stuff was super friendly and helpful. Their service definitely was excellent. However I feel that the price you pay for a hotel of that caliber is definitely too much. Especially when the nearby Marriott hotels are much nicer and more conveniently located. This place does not offer any long-term parking or shuttle to the airport so you have to get an Uber which is sort of inconvenient. The decor was atrocious but the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Not bad, a good hotel with a nice fitness center to get active while enjoying vacation. Also, at the front desk Matthew made it more welcoming than ever when having check in issues with a third party booking.

My only complaint is the pool hours, why close at 8pm especially on a Saturday. I feel there should be adult swim hours after that time and close around midnight.

It's a small pool, and not everyone would get chance to go in.

Me and my wife were on the sixth floor, having a great view of the pool and at night it's inviting due the vibe of the nights light and bonfire going on. It just sucks that we can't go in at that time, which made us stay in room and binge watch Movies on vacation.

Hotel June is beautiful, no fuss, excellent food, and total California-feeling! The staff was so easy to work with to reserve a room block and dining options for my corporate group travel. It's very close to the airport, and wonderful for quick trips and easy gatherings. I'll be back for sure!

We had our company holiday party here and it was absolutely amazing! The rooms, the caravan swim club, the drinks, the bar, the vibes -- everything was perfect. We have our employees stay at Hotel June when they're traveling and everyone raves about Hotel June. Great location too. Thank you Hotel June for continuing to impress our company! 10/10!

Pleasant stay, but not blown away. The photographs show it off really well. The bedroom felt more basic than minimal. Nice clean bathroom with good products. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed food in the evening in the Caravan Club, tasty food and drink with great service. Did not appreciate the "wellness charge". Breakfast was good. Weather didn't allow us to enjoy the pool area, but looked lovely.

My wife and I came here from Boise for a quick birthday getaway weekend. We were VERY pleased! From the moment we pulled up valet parking was so friendly and check in staff were so warm and welcoming!! Great location, nice clean gym, cool pool and sun Lounge area, nice restaurant , very pet friendly, I noticed someone gave a negative review saying no grass for pets, that’s not true about a hundred feet from front door there is a huge nice park. Can’t please everyone. This place made my birthday weekend one to remember! This is our new go to whenever we visit west LA.

This is such an innovative hotel. It's not just the super comfortable rooms, state-of-the-art technology, killer gym, and rollicking restaurant and swim club -- all set in an ideal location. It''s also the incredible staff that made our stay so special.

Fun hotel, nice pool area, great to have access to food and drinks on site, and rooms were very comfortable and nicely done. They get 5 stars also because the Manager (Jordan) and front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful when we got into a jam off of the hotel property. We called the hotel to see if they could help, and they went above and beyond to help us out.

We were in the area for an event, and having this cool spot to enjoy was appreciated!

Incredibly beautiful hotel! The staff was awesome and so accommodating! Everyone working there had a smile on their face despite people calling out and it being busy for the 4th. I called to let them know it was my husband’s birthday and they not only checked to see if he had dietary restrictions but then left a bottle of rosé chilling in the room! To accommodate for the early wake up of a workers march, they provided us ear plugs and a 2 o’clock checkout, more than generous! The food was incredible as well as the drinks!!! Dog friendly, clean, and beautiful! We’ll definitely being staying again and again!!

Location is great if you have a car-- there's a supermarket 2 mins away walking, and Costco for gas within 5 min driving.

Aesthetic is modern and minimalist. Wish valet wasn't so expensive (38 daily) but it is LA. Would stay here again!

Had an amazing stay at Hotel June in West LA! The hotel itself is beautiful and we loved the pool area. The Caravan Swim Club was great for dinner and drinks. The hotel room itself was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Great area as well since it is close to LAX and within reasonable distance to Venice beach and Santa Monica. Would definitely return.

Hotel June! Where do I start… Exceptional Service by the front desk, I stumbled on this Hotel looking for a place close to LAX, but on the way to the beach cities. It is 5 min from LAX in a very low key area minutes from Santa Monica and Venice beach or 13 minutes to Hermosa & Manhattan Beaches. The hotel is decorated in a Mid Century Modern vibe , but also has a Swanky Coastal boutique feel to it! The rooms are sleek & Simple with a super comfortable bed and updated bathrooms. Safety no issue with needing a room key to use the elevators to rooms! Quiet property at night no sleep issues but fun pool and restaurant during day across the valet lot on property with amazing food and drinks. I wish I would have found it years ago on my Cali trips because I have paid more much more per night for name recognized hotels all over LA, for much less of a travel experience!

I would highly recommend this hotel to business professionals traveling to LA and surrounding areas, Sophisticated Solo Travelers wanting to get away. Girl staycations and young couples wanting to experience the beach scene but not pay the high prices along the strands! Hotel June West you started my vaca off on a excellent note! THANK YOU

Nice boutique hotel. Room was warm and while they were responsive in fixing the A/C, it didn't work again later that night. Restaurants and bar were awesome (if not a bit pricey). Pool area was nice and private.

Not sure about the bad reviews. I enjoyed the hotel. The location was good and it's much nicer than many other hotels in the area at this price point. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the restaurant serves great food and drinks. The valet parking price is definitely steeper than I've seen anywhere else in the states or Europe with overnight being around $38 per night... Otherwise you're options are pretty slim unless you find street parking somewhere.

Although I only stayed one night, there were things that make this 3 stars. 1 the TV is apps only so if you want to watch TV and know your password from apps you use at home. 2. It took 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower, a shower with no door. Breakfast is not included either. Last a $15 amenities fee? I never used an amenities and still charged.

We had to stay at hotel June for an extended amount of time because of a home remodel. The service at hotel June was amazing, food and bar was great, the suites were spacious with comfy beds, and the valet system prompt. All the valet guys were great, but especially Dennis and Jose. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here!

The Hotel June West is a fantastic boutique hotel. Great roof-top restaurant, reasonable prices, and a variety of choices for brunch, nice portions. It's located close to LAX Airport; approximately a 5-10 minute cab ride.

Rooms are contemporary with great bedding, soft sheets, and bathroom amenities. Great layout of the room and bathroom.

Wish I could have had a longer stay than one night. Would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arose.

At first I planned to stay in this hotel for 2 days, but I liked everything and stayed for another 2 days. I really liked the design of the hotel, the pool area is great. I would especially like to mention the food. The breakfasts were great! Thank you to the whole team, I will definitely be back!

One-hundred percent reliable and the best hotel to stay at! This hotel is really one of the best when it comes to rooms, foods, facilities, and many more. Their staffs are highly capable and very friendly, and I liked it very much. These guys always make me feels like I'm at home, and I would like to commend them for that. Also, the foods are the best! Very tasty!

A truly great find for a hotel so close to the airport. Great restaurants nearby. Very European-feeling room but plenty spacious. The beds might be the best I've slept in yet. Yay Hotel June! I'll be back!

The staff is amazing! The amenities are beautiful and the pool/restaurant access is unmatched. I loved everything from the moment I seen hotel June! I would recommend for close beach access and LAX convenience, very easy to find and accessible to out of town guests. Loved my stay!

HIDDEN GEM- had never heard of this place until my close friend chose to have her baby shower here. Suck a cool Palm Spring vibe in the city. The food was DELICIOUS. We shared a bunch of plates. The pool scene looked very cool (we did not go - but will be back to visit). The staff was all very helpful and friendly.

Extremely close to LAX, making it an easy check out + catching flight combo. Boutique type simple hotel with all the amenities you may need.

Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. I was very appreciative of the free drip coffee in the morning, and the lively lobby. Everyone working was all friendly and I overall had a great experience. The neighbourhood is clean and safe.

I would 100% stay again if I'm in LA.

This hotel is very chic & cozy. This was a work trip and only stayed here one night, but was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed staying here. The ladies at the front desk were super kind and answered all of my questions. This spot feels a little hidden and I loved how relaxing it felt. The pool was pretty empty when I went to lay out for a bit. Also, shoutout to Jose at the valet service. He was great and very helpful. Overall, highly recommend!

Valet service was super helpful and prompt. Even though there is an additional cost, it was worth it for us when we had to leave in a hurry. The Deluxe King room was spacious for myself and my husband and our luggage, with nice Aesop products. The hotel had really nice amenities (gym had pelaton bikes, a tonal). The coffee was nice and available until 11 a.m.. It was centrally located with easy access to the highways and the beach. The front desk was wonderful - special thanks to Savannah and Craig for helping us during our stay.

I travel a lot for work and decided to go with this Hotel. From outside, it won’t look like a boutique hotel as you can hardly see the front door. My room though small but was very clean and had new nicer furnishings. Nothing was worn down or old. The manager at the restaurant upstairs to the waiters were all very friendly and polite. I also love having the expensive toiletries. I also want to mention front desk people were all so accommodating had answers for me. I had Ralphs right by the Hotel if I needed groceries. Very happy I went with this Hotel. I will be back!.

I was not able to use many of the amenities because I was arrived late and left early but I absolutely loved the room and the service. The quality of products was a nice surprise. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, my room was clean and quiet. The valet service was fast, easy. I wasn't able to explore nearby but there was a small grocery store and many other store. Very close to the airport. I was told over and over to not stay by the airport but I felt very safe and was extremely happy with my short stay at Hotel June.

Would of gave this place a five star. The only thing was we had to pay for daily parking. Besides that, the hotel was so clean, unique and beautiful. Staff was wonderful. Loved the attached pool/restaruant. Will definitely come back again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel June! Cute boutique hotel with lots of added features. Nice pool, great bar, and yummy restaurant. Staff was very kind and attentive too. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Great location as well if you’re traveling in/out of LAX, etc. Will be back!

It’s beautifully decorated and a good location (near the airport and Venice beach). Staff are great and service is excellent. It’s just really really pricy for what it is and room service hours are limited. Pool is also much smaller than it looks in the picture, it’s basically half the size of what you think it is.

What a cute hotel! I spent a whirlwind of a time traveling in SoCal from Long Beach, Pasadena, Los Angeles and Santa Barbara over the span of 3 nights and 4 days. Hotel June lived up to what was on the website and in real life. It is valet only parking which caught me by surprise. (I don’t normally drive a car nor am I a valet person.) There is a grocery store right next door with a Starbucks. I was able to get wine and snacks late night and my coffee super early. We spent some time by the pool and the restaurants nearby. The staff were all super friendly. Every single one who we met. Highly recommend!

This hotel met all of our needs as we were picking up someone from the LAX airport located nearby. It's valet parking only. Otherwise, you can navigate the Ralph's parking lot or some street parking nearby. I found the valet services to be extremely friendly and helpful. My one knock on the whole is the morning coffee which is advertised as free but is abundantly unavailable and terrible to drink. We had to ask for cups which were also unavailable and it took longer than necessary just to get a free cup of Joe. Otherwise, it seems like a cool boutique hotel. We heard lots of French and found some drunk San Francisco Giants fans high on their 15 to 0 victory over the dodgers.

We had an absolutely amazing 8-day stay at the hotel. Raheem gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home right from check-in. Vanessa surprised us with a delightful bowl of fruit and a kind welcome note. Jason and Regina went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests, including arranging a microwave in our room. The rooms had a simple and charming minimalist design, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was fantastic that the pool was heated. The convenience of having a Ralph's supermarket right next door was an added bonus. As a disabled veteran with a handicap tag, I was grateful to be able to park for free in the designated spot at the back of the hotel, saving on parking fees. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and memorable, thanks to the exceptional service and amenities provided by the hotel staff.

Such a cute hotel. The whole hotel feels like a beach island cabana. Modern beach decor. Super cozy and well laid-out. The restaurant and pool zone is really nice and welcoming. It’s so easy for pool areas to feel overly kid-oriented, but this one is very adult friendly. I highly recommend staying here rather than Hotel Row near LAX. All those airport hotels are outdated, beat up, and don’t have great service. Everyone at June was super nice. Sounds like it was opened by a couple. They must be rad.

I had the most fabulous experience at the June! I arrived well before official check in & the super friendly team were able to accommodate us right away. The staff proved to be super friendly & helpful in all departments throughout our stay. Absolutely loved the Caravan Swim Club restaurant & the Aesop toiletries. Would definitely stay here again!

Hotel June was a cute stay. My only complaint were a few of the amenities were not working. My AC had to be fixed blowing hot air and my mini fridge never got cold. The beds were nice and comfy, but the bathroom was a bit small.

I stayed here the night before my wedding. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very accommodating with our needs. They were friendly to all my vendors (makeup, hair, driver) which helped my day go very smooth! My bridal party woke up early to use the pool and said it was amazing. 100% recommend.

I felt like I was at an all inclusive resort my entire stay. This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at, and I will definitely visit again! The decor throughout the whole hotel is a vibe, and everything was so clean. All staff were kind, and made me feel like a VIP. Their amenities, location, and food set my trip apart -- I still can't believe the amenities they provide for the low price of the stay.

It’s been a long time dream to stay at Hotel June. My husband has been before and always raves about it. We stayed with our baby and golden retriever. Super nice to stay in a very dog friendly hotel. The rooms are clearly intentionally designed but I’d say I expected a little more personality in the room but it’s still nice, just slightly underwhelming.

The service: the valet staff are INCREDIBLE. Some of the kindest people I’ve ever met in the service industry. They all deserve massive raises. Always helpful with baby, and the dog and just clearly good at their job. The front desk staff on the other hand, lack energy, warmth and friendliness. It feels like a stark contrast to go from the nicest valet staff to a cold welcome at the front desk. Everyone else we’ve encountered (room service, housekeeping, handymen) have been so kind. Just the front desk staff seem a little too cool for school.

Other than that we have had a great stay. Really good price as well for the type of experience you are getting, so close to the airport, the ocean and key spots around LA county.

EDIT: less than 24 hours after writing this review, the front desk manager called my husband and made sure that no incident happened, and wanted to ensure that we had a great stay. They sent housekeeping immediately and offered a voucher for dinner. The front desk staff today have been sooo much more energetic and warm. Maybe different staff? Maybe just caught them at a bad time or end of their shift. Regardless VERY impressed with the hotel. The valet guys mentioned they heard I left a review and were given a shout out. Which makes me happy that they take the reviews seriously, and not just the bad but the good ones too and give kudos to their staff. I would give my rating a 4.8 if I could!

The hotel was okay, perfectly adequate, but what made the stay wonderful was the warm and cheerful staff and how honest and helpful they were. My friend lost her ear pods and they went out of their way to help her out, it just meant alot that Nick and another girl at the desk (can’t remember her name) would take the time to help like that. Would stay again just because of the hospitality and staff!

overall a nice place. rooms were clean people very nice. food was very good.

only issue... if you charge all the food for breakfast , lunch, and dinner at the restaurant they charge you tax at the time. Then when you get your final bill they add tax again for those food services.. they tax you twice.

They also tax all the state taxes... they are small amounts but weird...

so just keep track and maybe do not charge to room. i tried to get this figured out but the front office supervisor stopped responding..

buy overall a nice stay

Lovely hotel close to the airport. It was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The mattress was one of the most comfortable ones I've ever slept on. Water pressure in the shower was really excellent--though some of the water tends to splash out on the floor with the design of the shower, so be sure to use the bath mat to wipe it up so you don't fall. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. I needed to print some things, and they were ready to assist with that, since there is no business center to use. There is a pool and a fitness center, though I didn't get to use them. The elevators only go to your floor when you use your key card; I really appreciated that extra level of security.

My only complaint is that the restaurant next door played extremely loud music one evening until 10:30 pm. I couldn't drown it out with the fan or with TV, and I couldn't concentrate or get away from it... it was maddening. I don't know that the Hotel June has much influence with that, but just FYI. My room faced the pool and restaurant, so maybe it would have been quieter on a different side. The other nights were not a problem (there was still music, but it was a reasonable level), so I don't know what kind of epic party was happening that one night, but it was unreal.

I would stay here again... just on a different side of the building, just in case.

What a delightful little gem of a hotel. The staff could not have been more accommodating. The pool/bar was closed for TLC, and boy howdy did these folks compensate...we didn't even ask! The room was perfect and then some. Great local, near to Marina Del Ray.

Stay here.

I was delighted to meet the two attendants at the front desk when I checked in. They were very knowledgeable about anything and everything, throughout my whole stay.

The only person that didn’t match the ambiance was the manager, he always seemed rustled and anxious with his staff anytime I passed through the lobby. He also wasn’t knowledgeable about the Hotel June website that he had me scan since he didn’t know some answers to my questions.

The breakfast was delicious and professionally made. My room, which faced the airport was phenomenal! Gorgeous view, perfect weather and a clearly updated room which was heavenly quiet. Thank you so much for the experience. I will be going back in October for my monthly visit to LA and I don’t want to stay anywhere else but Hotel June!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My friends and I also threw a small bridal shower at Caravan Swim Club and it could not have gone better! They were so cute and printed out personalized menus for everyone, we had custom cocktails and a Mezcal tasting! Vibe/Atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for and would highly recommend!
