Adding a secondary review to my previous one. After waiting on the curb at LAX for 2 hours, with the shuttle driving right past us without stopping 4x despite us calling (with no answer)..... we were then 35 minutes late to picking up our car. THEY MADE ME PAY WHEN THEY MADE ME LATE. 10 minutes, sure I get it. 20, fine. but 2 hours then asking me to pay late fees? f that

Do not use the 105 Airport Parking (who also call themselves South Bay Parking). After returning from our trip, we called for them to pick us up and there was NO ANSWER. When the shuttle finally showed up, there was a shuttle full of very angry people. Not the shuttle drivers fault. Then, when we were leaving the parking structure they tried to charge us more because it was past the time we had expected to be gone. In the parking structure the elevators were broken causing people to carry all of their luggage up the stairs. Just not a good operation.

If you want to wait 30 + minutes for the shuttle to pick you up then you'll love this company. Literally watched other company's shuttles come by 3 times while waiting for this one. They also advertise covered parking online but when I got there they only had uncovered available. On top of that, the elevator doesn't go to the roof so you have to carry your bags up / down a flight of stairs.

Despite 24-hr attendants and 24-hr security my car was stolen. When I went to the attendant at the exit, I was accused by two employees of being in the wrong lot and later accused of having no idea where I parked in the lot. One even said I needed to prove my car was in that space.



They didn't take me seriously until I started telling everyone who was waiting for the shuttle to the airport that my car was stolen. Even then the one guy wouldn't believe me until he got in a golf cart and drove around the entire facility looking for a vehicle of my make/model/color.



El Segundo PD arrived quickly and did their thing. The attendant gave me a claim form to fill out, which was - of course - denied by the company bc they allegedly conducted an investigation and it was the guy's opinion that "reasonable care was taken."



I recommend parking anywhere else.

Parking garage did nothing about it and expressed no concern. Didn't make any effort to help me or offer any kind of refund or credit. Cops alleged employees at the parking garage were probably giving tips to local criminals about certain cars and how long they would be left there. DO NOT PARK HERE.

We got to parking garage and was told to go basically to the top to park. I get there and there is zero parking spots on a prepaid parking. I called them while up there and they said to come back down. I got all the way back down and they told me to go half way back up to a certain parking spot #. I got there and there was already a car parked in it. Then I had to go back to the first level where they scrambled to get me a parking spot. A 10-15 minute ordeal that could have been avoided. This is the supervisor that didn't know what she was doing.

The lady at the front gate was rude. We had to wait 30 minutes for the shuttle to take us to the airport. Shuttle drivers were great, helped with luggage. Upon return, waited for shuttle another half hour. Got our car, drove it to my family where shuttle picked us up upon arrival and loaded our luggage and kids in the car. A lady exiting the parking lot kept honking, and I checked, there was more than enough room to go around, but she acted like she didn't understand me, so I hand motioned her to go around and she just gave me dirty looks and kept honking. The lady at the post came and told us to move that the lady wanted to get out and I told her the lady can fit, as I was already getting in the car to exit. The post lady kept saying that we need to leave and next time we can't do that. I told her don't worry, there won't be a next time, we will never come here again.

If I could give no star that is what I would give them. I travel quite a bit and have never had such a horrible experience.

When we parked the car the shuttle driver was polishing up his vehicle. We told him we needed to get to the airport. He said when he was done.

On the way back after waiting about 45 minutes I had to call to have the shuttle to pick us up. Other people were waiting for the shuttle, too. I guess they only have one shuttle. As other shuttles came and went no sign of their shuttle. When the shuttle arrived it did not stop where all the other shuttles were picking up people. They passed all of us and we had to walk to get to the shuttle.

The driver did not move from his seat to help anyone with the luggage. He barely looked towards the door. Two of us were traveling together with very heavy bags, but he didn’t even move.

I have never had a worse experience.

Beware of this horrible place. Worst experience I’ve ever had and I travel quite frequently. My husband and I waited well over an hour trying to get someone to pick us up or at least answer the phone. I Download the app to see where the shuttles were and none were in the map. Finally got in touch with the agent who said “I must have just missed the shuttle”. 20 minutes later, Finally see one and it passes right by us. I Called back and was told that shuttle was “too full” and another should be coming soon. 30 minutes later we finally got on (after my husband chased it down). We finally try to leave the parking facility and get charged another $4.30 because we checked out late!!!!! What??!! Say away!

Do not use! Their shuttle was infrequent and when a shuttle finally did come they passed right by us even though we we in the designated spot and tried to wave the driver down. When they finally answered the phone I was assured a back up was coming in 5 min. Still waiting...been about an hour!! Will absolutely never use this company again!

I prepaid and reserved my parking spot one month in advance. I arrived at the scheduled time, and was denied entry. I was told the lot was full, even though I could see spots available. The attendant told me my reservation would not be honored and that I would have to park somewhere else. They offered no assistance to find alternate parking or any refund. I nearly missed my flight. Luckily, I was able to find nearby parking, but I had to pay 2.5 times more. Making the mistake of choosing this lost cost more than double had I simply booked with a garage that actually honors their reservations.

The guy at the entrance was really rude and kept cutting me off as I tried to tell him that my reservation doesn't have a barcode. When he finally figured out how to let me park, I asked him how long till the shuttle arrives. He said that there's one every 25 minutes but never said when the next shuttle would be arriving, despite me asking him multiple times. Shuttle driver was really nice and my car was safe and sound till I got back. But when I tried to call for pickup, like the shuttle driver told us to do, no one picked up. I called 13 times and no answer. I finally took a cab to the parking structure to get my car back. Overall, the service was below average. Wouldn't go back to this place.

Great experience parking, I just have problem to get there the google map gave me a wrong direction 898 pacific highway. I should type in south bay parking. Very confusing and my code not working so get a ticket. When I came back shuttle driver very helpful 👌. i got a very bad experience with parking

1. when I arrived, I did not find any sign of information about the parking and that it is located in the parking lot of the hotel. And it wasn't easy to find.

2. When I got back, I waited more than an hour for the shuttle to get to the parking lot.

3. The shuttle driver is not very friendly and violated the traffic rules.

4. I was charged double when I booked online and when I picked up my car.

5. The guard is very rude and when I had problems with payment, he told me that it was not his problem.

This was the worst parking experience in many states as I travel a lot.

Good service and the shuttle is reliable. I would book with them again. Although the parking structure was pretty full. They should let you know if there's there's space available before allowing you to book.

This place has gone downhill over the past couple of years. On a recent arrival at LAX, I was told by the shuttle dispatcher that the shuttle had just arrived back at the parking garage, and wouldn't be leaving for it's next trip for 35 minutes. Really? It's just going to sit there for 35 minutes? Since the shuttle had just completed a loop at LAX that takes ~20-30 minutes... what's the plan here? Send one shuttle through the LAX loop once an hour? I'll look elsewhere in the future.

They parked my car not in a handicap spot but in the access portion for a handicap spot. When I ask for a real parking spot they said I was a small guy in a small car I'd be fine. I waited 45 minutes for my shuttle 20 minutes after calling them and telling them exactly where I was.

Staff are friendly and laid back.

The shuttle made us wait 40 minutes to take us back to our car after a long flight. Never getting this parking lot again... The customer service was horrible...The lady got mad because we didn't understand how to get out of the parking lot. She was yelling and not willing to help us out. She must rather sit on the chair and be on her phone than to help us get out. She got mad and starting yelling when were asking for help. Horrible horrible service. If I could I would rate this a 0! Plus there's no parking until you reach the 6th floor and they don't even have an elevator pass the 5th floor. Horrible!

105 Airport Parking sold a spot they didn't have available - I went through the whole garage looking. They finally gave a spot, and then the shuttle bus on return failed to make its scheduled route at the airport. I called the provided number and got no answer. Next time I'll look literally anywhere else and no doubt be left with a better experience. Avoid if you can. Not worth the $2 savings on other, better lots.

Made reservation online. when arrived there was ONE available parking space in whole place. Also only one shuttle running and it runs about every 50 minutes 😳 "because of COVID" we were told. What does that have to do anything! If your website says shuttles every 15 minutes and that's not your current policy, update your website. People are parking here because they are going to the airport and on time schedules.

Customer service is horrible!!!!! There was a bunch of people waiting for the shuttle anda person working at the booth, yet she didn't tell anyone the shuttle driver was on lunch until we finally asked. All of us waiting. 9 people total had to call for Ubers & Lyfts. Will never use this place again.id rather pay more and be guaranteed a parking space and a timely ride to the airport.

I circled the parking lot 20 minutes before talking to the valet guy fernando. I didn't have time to spend waiting for someone to leave so I could park. It seems overbooking is their thing. I ended up having to go back online and going to the parking spot. Unfortunately I asked for a refund and this fernando guy gives me a number for park mobile. The number on the website goes straight to voicemail and it says the mailbox is full. How convenient. I called park mobile and they said they had no record of my reservation or my charge. It seems they're all scammers. It was shady to begin with and I'm still waiting on their reply to my contact form. So I'll update this post once I get an answer from these people. Someone needs to investigate their operations. How many people a day does this happen to? A week? A year? It's ridiculous. This is the way to get people travelling again

The parking location is relatively close to LAX and it is affordable. Those are the only positive that can be mentioned.



The advertisement states that the parking lot is covered. That fact is true until you reach the 6th floor. The 4th through the 6th floor is allocated for airport parking. Simply put, the parking lot fills up quickly because it is close to LAX and inexpensive. Furthermore, the elevator only goes up to the 5th floor, so be prepared to carry your travel bag down a flight of stairs.



The transportation to and from LAX is unacceptable. We waited 30 minutes for a bus to transport us to the airport. However, a bus arrived 15 minutes earlier but decided to park even though customers needed to transported. Upon arriving to LAX, we contacted the phone number on their website, which is the same phone number displayed inside their buses to request a pickup from LAX. The call went straight to voicemail and the voice mailbox was full. We decided to use a rideshare to take us back to the parking garage.



The parking is affordable, but you will end you using more time and money to get to and from the airport.

They charged me $15 extra dollars even though I stayed within allotted time. When I tried to call after I realized their error, it took about 10 days and multiple attempts before the phone was answered. They gentlemen stated it was a Way problem and not 105. I called BS and he finally gave me another number for his boss. I’ve left multiple messages about this and I still haven’t spoken to anyone. It’s been a month so now I’m leaving reviews.

You have to park on the 4th-6th floors. Elevator is broken with 5 people carrying all our own luggage. Dirty. Dirty area. Dirty bus. Didn't seem sanitized. No social distancing. Allowed a full bus of people'. Came back from vacation 2 hours later on our return and charged us 3x more the hourly rate. Rip off. Do not use them.

The only good things about this airport parking are the location and the price, but the horrible shuttle, horrible shuttle driver, tiny garage spaces and complete lack of customer service make even the cheap price not worth it. I'll never park here again and would suggest you don't either.

The most horrific experience. Seriously, I'm all for affordability, but save your vibe and energy and book something slightly more costly and more professional. This place and the service is extremely run down. The shuttle closed the door and left on me, as I was trying to get in with my bags at the airport. The lady driving screamed at me "hurry hurry" and then closed the door and drove away, making me wait 30 min for next one, making me come late to my car and then charging me 3 dollar late fee. Mind you I had 3 suitcases and she stopped way after where I was standing so I had to push all my stuff towards her, fast, down from the curbside. The info on the website is wrong and they provide very little information. It was painful and stressful.

Parking the vehicle was a simple process. It is the Pickup where it went all wrong. Landed at LAX around 11:50pm and got to the pickup zone around midnight. Called the number for pickup and no one answered. Was calling for about 30-45 mins. Eventually the shuttle showed up at the pickup location. So no one ever answered and I was so close to getting an UBER to their lot until the shuttle just showed up. Didn’t get picked up until 12:55am. Very unprofessional!

Took an hour for the shuttle to make a 1mile drive along with the 30 min wait for the shuttle we missed our flight the shuttle wait took longer than our drive not to mention their address on their online reservation is incorrect leading to another 20 min drive to find it. Not worth it. Just take a Lyft. These guys don’t have any insurance and do not honor self park reservations. So they force you to use their valet. No thanks. Show me that your drivers have valid licenses and insurance (they couldn’t)

Super fast and easy transportation to and from the airport. Waited less than 5 minutes to get picked up from LAX. The only thing that I would say needs improvement is when you exit the ramp your can't scan or enter your confirmation number and you have to call for help.

Vicious rude unprofessional workers. The lady was mad that I was annoyed with their horrendous customer service so she threw my keys. Luckily we were in a rush and had prepaid so I basically had to ensure this vicious woman... they will let u sit there for so long without any help and the shuttle will surely make you late to ur flight. Took an hour and 20 minutes to get my car. Then I had to pay a one hour late fee!

Used them a few years ago, and the buses ran frequently. They answered their phone and were pleasant. Now? Last four times were a nightmare. They infrequently answer the phone, their buses are unbelievably infrequent, late and full, they’re rude on the phone and it’s just not worth it.

I’ve been sitting into many of their buses with angry people. Read the reviews

Their prices were more reasonable than others nearby. I only had to wait about 15 minutes for a shuttle to take us to the airport. They have a sofa by the entrance but it looked so nasty I was afraid to sit on it. Coming back, I was able to track the shuttle with the Ride Systems app. Again I had to wait about 15 minutes for the shuttle. On checking out, they charged me a $3 over limit fee for going over my allowed time. I disagree but I went ahead and paid it. This place is basically a no frills place to store your vehicle while you are away.

Location is good but a lot of times only 1 shuttle running which can take up to 1 hr for pick up. Staff is ok but there’s little concern for wait times. You get what you pay for so I park here knowing that getting out can be long but I always plan that I don’t have anything that day. If I know I have to get somewhere I always pick another location.

HORRIBLE!!!! Over sold parking spaces, I had to valet which I NEVER do because I had a car stolen once. They were rude! The manager left for the day at noon! No phone number to contact someone other than the rude Hispanic women who seemed too full of herself to actually help me. It all started when I called to help with directions. Rude on the phone very unhelpful. My advice - DO NOT BE SUCKERED INTO CHEAP PARKING - there is always a price to pay!!!!!

Waited over one hour both ways for shuttle. On the way to parking the driver pulled into In & Out and turned off the shuttle and interior lights and said it was his right to eat. Sat in the dark for 10 minutes while he ordered his food. Had I known the parking ramp was a 10 min walk from In & Out I would have walked.

THIS PLACE LOST MY CAR KEY. I give this place 1 star so I can post this but in reality I give it 0 stars. This was the first time that I used one of these services for my car when I was traveling. I never thought in my life something like this would happen but this place LOST MY CAR KEY. Yes, they lost my car key. How could a place like this do that when THAT IS THEIR JOB. They have to keep track of all these keys for cars and they lost mine. As well as they moved my car the day I arrived down so they had my key and then they lost it. They said that someone might have TAKEN MY KEY. What do you mean! Why would someone do that. So I ended up having to wait about 2 HOURS for a locksmith to come and make a copy of my key so I could go home which was 1 hour away. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE. The manager also didn't come to his job to deal with it, I had to handle it on the phone with him. That's ridiculous. At least own up to your workers mistakes and come handle the problem in person. The locksmith was also so rude to me and treated this issue as such an inconvenience. Maybe if the place didn't LOSE MY KEY. I would have given this place 5 stars but now they get 0 stars. Don't come here, yes the price is cheap but there is a reason and that's because the workers don't care and they really don't care if they lose your key or they might take it home for some stupid reason. I got a refund thank god but that also took a long time that's very annoying as well. Chose a place that has a higher price for a better experience.

I too am surprised at the bad reviews of this place. I had a great experience recently and prefer this parking service over others. I left my car here from 04-25-19/04-29-19. Not a single scratch on my vehicle, and nothing was tampered with on the inside of my vehicle. I checked my mileage before and after leaving it there, and it was exactly the same number, meaning they only drove it through their parking lot and nowhere else. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Their shuttles were on time and were close together, making it easy to get to and from the airport in good time. Great affordable pricing, and friendly staff, I even gave them some tip$. Guys, I had a great experience, and would do it all over again, in fact this will be the one I choose from now on, as I have tried others in the past and wasn't too pleased with their shuttle service. But this place had great shuttle service, and their shuttles are also clean and well maintained, I am very pleased and satisfied. The only reason for the 4 star is because their entrance machine wasn't friendly when I was trying to enter the gate, it made me hold back a couple of cars, but once it finally read my QR code on my phone, it let me through and everything was fine. They even have free valet upon arriving. Thank you 105!!!

I too am surprised at the bad reviews of this place. I had a great experience recently and prefer this parking service over others. I left my car here from 04-25-19/04-29-19. Not a single scratch on my vehicle, and nothing was tampered with on the inside of my vehicle. I checked my mileage before and after leaving it there, and it was exactly the same number, meaning they only drove it through their parking lot and nowhere else.
