Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel (LAX)

Had to spend the night courtesy of United Airlines and a major flight delay last night. Our check in was fast, the room was updated, super clean and quiet. The shuttle was very convenient. We were impressed.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Sheraton Gateway for one night in April. The rooms are clean their gym is fantastic as is the pool area and the staff are very accommodating and will do their best to make sure that you're satisfied with your stay.

If you're looking for an affordable option and don't mind the windows not opening - this is a great place to stay near the airport! In house Starbucks is awesome too!

The hotel is so beautiful and smells amazing. The front desk staff was very professional and welcoming, especially Ramon. He has great positive energy, was respectful and extremely helpful. Thank you so much for your fantastic customer service Ramon!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My boyfriend and I came to celebrate both of our birthdays, and from the moment we checked in, Rosie completely transformed our experience. She didn’t just “do her job” — she elevated it. She saw it was our birthdays and immediately upgraded our room (with zero hesitation) to something way beyond what we expected. We’re talking views, space, and comfort we didn’t even know we could get.



But it didn’t stop there — she stacked on extra benefits that honestly made us feel like VIPs. Every interaction with her was filled with warmth, genuine care, and the kind of attention that makes you feel seen and appreciated as a guest, not just a number.



You can tell Rosie isn’t just great at hospitality — she lives for it. People like her are the reason guests come back and leave glowing reviews like this. She made this trip personal and unforgettable. Whoever’s in charge, please recognize this woman. She deserves a raise, a promotion, or both. Don’t let someone like her go unnoticed — she’s the definition of five-star service.

Our flight was delayed so we were placed in this hotel for a night and the staff made it super easy to check in and were very nice. Rooms are extremely nice, very clean, all around pretty cool. The shuttle comes back and forth between the airport 24/7 for free.

Very helpful. I had a flight canceled and rebooked. I didn’t want to spend 12 hours waiting to board my next flight. With the use of Marriott points, I was able to get my own room for one night and checked out early. The service was great and very kind. Will be coming back for my next trip.

David and his team have provided outstanding communication, service, and accommodation. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The rooms are excellent. David has served us above and beyond - checking in, communicating on every level, and going the extra mile to make sure our stay is comfortable. The service we have received from David and his team rivals, if not outpaces many of the global luxury accommodations I have had the pleasure of staying in. Because of the service we’ve received, the Sheraton will now be our first call for company travel domestically and internationally.
