The room was filthy and air flow was horrible, fan loud all night. (SMOKE RESIDUE in non-smoking room)
ON TOP OF THAT it is false advertising that they provide a shuttle to and from the airport! We arrived back in Seattle at 8pm and there was no shuttle!!! Had to pay for transport to get our car. Even everyone at airport was shocked! Hotel gave us a # to call on return, but we were not told that they would not provide it.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!
Nice employees but place is run down and smells like urine, even in my room and mold in the shower. They did have a small fridge and microwave in room which was good though.
Typical. Close to competition, they'll be able to host you if the other ones can not. It's an older building, but it was perfectly fine. Room was large, bed was not awful even though I expected it to be. Bathroom clean.
Not too bad. A little outdated, but never was dirty or unsafe. Dude at the desk went above and beyond to get us some extra pillows, so we thank him for that. Good shower pressure too.
Not impressed with this place. Old and not too clean. Room smelled of smoke. No airport shuttle after 8PM. I definitely WILL NOT be staying here again.
Nice staff but terrible place to stay. The bed was so uncomfortable I didn't even sleep all night. Also, I just stayed there because they were close to the airport and had a shuttle, but there's a catch, the shuttle only runs 7am to 7pm so I had to pay $25 for a taxi because my flight was super early. The front desk attendant tried to tell me I could walk and that it was safe. Glad I decided not to listen and get a taxi! It would have been a miserable, long, and dangerous walk for me. Wouldn't stay there ever again!
The room was great if we were in 1993...giving 2 stars instead of 1 just because of the location and the staff was nice. There are better options for a bit more money.
Don't waste your money here, though its close to the SeaTac airport, there's others that are higher quality. It was dirty, not welcoming, hard to check-in, no elevator. Just overall gross. Didn't want to touch anything in the room. Slept on towels on the bed... the chair in our room was nasty. Just a cheap motel.
Cigarette burns on the bed spread, hair all over the bathroom. Felt dirty, smelled dirty. They hard charge the security deposit, which seems unnecessary anyway, then they wait over a week to initiate returning it to you. Spend a little more to stay in a better room and you'll end up spending less.
Bread crumbs and dirt everywhere. Mattresses were so old the springs were sunken in at parts and not sturdy. The entire building is practically being held up buy patchwork jobs. It's a roof and "bed". For the price near the airport, if you don't want anything else, it's fine.
Not a bad hotel at all. It's a little bit dated and doesn't have all the amenities of fancier hotels, but it's good enough and reasonable for the price. If you just need a place near the airport and aren't very picky it's great.
Sure it's not the best hotel, but it's perfectly fine for the price, and the location is great.
If you want a better hotel you'll have to pay more for it, it's that simple.
Nothing wrong with the staff, they're just doing their jobs (although they did call the room phone a bit too much even after I mentioned that it was a bit annoying).
Took a little longer than expected to get the $100 damage deposit back, but had no issues with that.
Would definitely stay here again.
This place is very run down, smells like smoke (yes even the non-smoking rooms) and the cleaning staff evidently need a refresher on how to do their job. The only good thing it has going for it is how close to the airport it is. Pay more, stay somewhere else...you're going to thank me.
No even a receipt for the stay in a dirty carpeted room but the bathroom was good and the microwave was fine so 2 stars for that.
Worse motel ever. Didn't even have proper locks on the doors. Charged one man $20 for 1 towel because chip residue on it. Towels that choice hotels provides for free. I only stayed here because the one I did book messed up my reservation and didn't have a room for my accommodation. So I left and went to closest one with my accommodation. I'll sleep in my vehicle before I stay here again. At least my car is safe, clean, and comfortable.
The owners and employees work hard but the crime committed on prem, the age of the facilities and the smell that is still on my clothes after having been washed is terrible. There's also this little gem of a sign. One pro us it's right across the street from the light rail and seatac. Consider this stay carefully.
Let's understand it's a $44 a night motel but it's clean and quiet, the staff are great and free parking.
Great place!! Love staying here when I need a vacation from my roommate. (We share a studio in u-district) cheap and friendly staff, totally recommend
Seriously kicked my brother and sister in law out a day early with no refund because they don't allow REGISTERED SERVICE DOGS that are PROTECTED by the AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT.
RCW 49.60.215 prohibits discrimination in a place of public accommodation due to the “use of a trained dog guide or service animal by a disabled person.
Service animals are not considered pets, so a “no pets” policy does not apply.
A business, entity or establishment may not charge a fee for a service animal.
Service animals are not limited to large dogs; small dogs and miniature horses may also work as service animals.
Service animals will often be identified with a harness or vest, but there is no legal requirement that the service animal have any identification.
The business cannot ask the customer about his or her disability, as this is private information, and the business cannot ask for proof of disability, a medical note, “papers”, an “I.D.” or “certification”.
If an animal is identified as a service animal, the business must allow the animal into all public parts of the business, including where food is sold and eaten. The business cannot segregate the service animal and its handler to a particular part of the place of public accommodation.
Her service dog was there with her from the start and then they get a wild hair and boot them out.
This place is literally surrounded by more expensive options. The staff are friendly and helpful. As long as you get a deal it's worth it but you get what you pay for. The 1km obstacle course around indigenous homeless to 7-11 is necessary because you can't even get a cup of coffee. This may be another pointless COVID regulation, but I notice other hotels manage.
Internet quality makes even VOIP calls difficult.
If you use a credit card or debit card for your deposit it takes 3-5 days to receive your room deposit back. Just a note of caution. OTOH the room was nice
I was not able to swim in the facility pool(outdoor-seasonal) yet the feel and presence speaks volumes for families
Good value. You get a clean room with a TV, bathroom, vanity sink, bed and wifi. They will give you a ride to/from the airport for free. Their rating was reduced from 5 stars to 4 stars due to 2 different items requiring maintenance.
Rude Indian customer service, this place smells horrible, the rooms are dirty and they don’t clean towels and bed sheets. Smells like weed. You are better off paying more for better hotel!!
This a really nice for an older property. The housekeeping team does amazing job keeping the place clean, the towels are soft and clean, the beds are soft and comfy, it sits next the transit station at Seatac airport. The rooms are non-smoking and the management really takes care of the property.
Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was as pictured, and very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The shower and tub are spotless. Wifi works great. Reasonable rates, good value for the price.
Convenient location, older place but price is right and comfortable for a night.
This place is quiet, affordable, and comfortable. I like the retro feel and the charming feel of the place. The only complaint I have is that the carpet and chairs could use a good cleaning. Other than that, it is pretty nice.
It smells really bad thay charge a 100 dollar deposit but don't tell you tell you get there that's just wrong
Private and safe kind employees fair price though the quality isn’t the best it’s quiet spacious
For 40 bucks a night
..retro 70's hotel...I am happy.. .By far the best hotel I have stayed at for under 50 bucks . Pictures of the rooms and grounds on their website are pretty accurate and the staff I met are friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean.
I was concerned as have had bad luck at other roadways but this was not the case at this location. Walk to airport and plenty of food and convenience stores in the area. Right on a bus line too.
I will br back when I am looking for a budget hotel. Another nice feature is a real cable network with movie channels like I have at home. Wifi is okay depending on your room. I was able to connect throughout the entire place .
I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. The value is great for being so close to the airport. I will say, the WiFi connectivity could be improved in some areas of the hotel. All rooms have your basic amenities, including a microwave, fridge and DISH, but security could be improved in the rooms by adding an additional lock. Good service from all times I've stayed here and they also provide an airport shuttle (although I recommend walking. It's super close to the airport LINK station, you're better off walking instead of waiting for a shuttle in some cases.)
Got turned away at the counter becuase i smelled like weed... I havent even checked into the room yet.. Its WA. I can smell like weed lol...i cannot smoke in the room, thats the hotel rule. Smh
Great little hotel. First room was smoky but the man behind the desk happily got us a new room. This is not a Hilton nor do they charge those prices. For what you pay this is a great place!
I know you get what you pay for, but they could've at least TRIED to remove the crust stains from the upper bed sheet and floor.
Pretty obvious they didn't clean the room after the previous guest's stay because there were hairs left in the bathtub.
It was a good place to stay but the bed isn't very comfortable
It's pretty much a dive of a hotel but it was cheap and they do have smoking rooms
This quaint cheap little motel along the road isnt too pleasing to the eye as you can see, but upon entering their establishment, I saw the ambience was quite lovely and so were the people inside the establishment. I slept very well, something I haven't done in quite some time, and was quite pleased with the lack of noise throughout the night. Thank yog ridgeway in for a surprisingly pleasant stay!
The manager refused to let my dog stay in the room without paying a non refundable fee of $125. My dog is registered as an emotional support animal. She can legally stay free anywhere. She does not have to pay a pet rent. I provided him doctors notes and proof and he would not allow it. Then he refused to refund me the whole price and gave me only half of the reservation back.
Worst customer service experience and the ugly man at the front desk claims he is the manager they need to replace him . He cancelled my check in even before I stay the company is loosing money because of him. Don't waste your money going there.
Really good price on the room! Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were nice; things were clean & orderly. Found comfort in the bed & room!
Very basic hotel near airport. But it's pretty quiet. Plenty of parking. Room looks like it's from the 70s or 80s. Breakfast is a couple cereals a pancake maker and some bread.
Can't really complain too much for a hotel at that price right by the airport. The free coffee was nice, and while the pancakes were a bit thin they were also free. I actually liked the ambiance and decorations of the room. The one thing I wish they had was a room to do laundry; I ended up having to take an Uber to a nearby laundromat to get some clothes cleaned (needed to do that since I was staying for over a week).
Just right for the price. Friendly staff, prompt shuttle, clean. Generally shabby but for $50ish that's to be expected. Perfect for a cheap airport overnight.
It's a cute hotel, the people who work it are very nice and helpful. the breakfast is good. They have a pancake machine. If it doesn't work, let them know and they fix it. The room has a fridge, and a microwave. And as someone from a big city was happy with, a tub! A clean tub! You can take a bath!
Affordable and clean not super fancy kinda out dated.. no bugs (so far).. will update if that changes.. the staff is nice and helpful and don't bother you nor are nosey on you about everything.. but they do constantly watch the cameras and know who is coming and going and will call you if you have visitors past visiting hours.. the place is pretty quiet.. there is a continental breakfast but it's finds disappointing.. very basic stuff.. 2 kinda of cereal 2 kinda of bread for toast butter jelly a pancake maker Apple and grape juice also coffee..
It is a very old building with "do it yourself" repairs and, as a mother of 2 by myself, it did feel more sketchy than I prefer. Beds not very comfortable but was fine for our 6 hour stay. It did seem to be clean though and the front desk was very kind and helpful. I ended up leaving 2 baby blankets there and the staff was very helpful and nice in communicating about getting them shipped to us
Not a bad to stay the are in a weird location.. And for a non smoking the have a $100 deposit, which they did refund. Walking range are many restaurants.. They offer a shuttle also.
Room was very clean. Friendly service. I just wish that they would serve their corteousy breakfast until 10 am because check out isn't until noon. So we missed breakfast. 😢
Block off main road. Tucked in behind Crown Hotel and not real easy to sight in dark and rain. Employees were friendly. Room was decent. Had to wipe something sticky off nightstand. Bed was fine with basic linens/blanket. Airport parking available. Price was reasonable. Flat s teen tv and coffee/toast breakfast. No juice.
This place was HORRIBLE. Husband and I flew in from Colorado and didbt know what to expect other than it had low prices. You get what you pay for here. The room smelled like cigarette smoke so badly that it gave us headaches. The walls were filthy and everything looked shady or questionable. Will spend the extra money next time and stay in a nicer hotel.
The is a terrible hotel. The room was filthy when I arrived. I had to go purchase linens just to stay there. The refrigerator has mold in it. I fairly certain that I cleaned up semen from the table. I will never stay there again.
Really clean. Great staff. Beds are firm but surprisingly comfortable. Check in was fast and painless. Older but well maintained. Only complaint was no spare roll of toilet paper.
Very nice room and bathroom. Close to the airport terminal. Free shuttle to airport and different shuttle for malls and other place. Very nice and helpful front desk. :) I have so much fun already. There are lot of blackberry all around.
So keeping in mind this is a 2 star hotel, it's great. Clean. AC works. Close to airport. Bridge to airport if you wanted to walk. Didn't see any bugs. Nice little hotel.
