Location is near LITERALLY everything you need. Right next to the airport and Link station. Fairly cheap to spend the night and free coffee and tea is provided in the lobby in the mornings. The hotel desk receptionists were very professional and kind.

Good value. You get a clean room with a TV, bathroom, vanity sink, bed and wifi. They will give you a ride to/from the airport for free. Their rating was reduced from 5 stars to 4 stars due to 2 different items requiring maintenance.

For an early morning flight it's okay. The property is very run down but for the price my expectations were low. I thoroughly checked for bedbugs and could not find any. There aren't even bedskirts so perhaps this was previously a problem and being dealt with now. The towels did not look clean and carpet was pretty gross. There was some amount of old hotel smell. This sounds like a terrible review but for $50 you're not going to find anything else.

Very nice room and bathroom. Close to the airport terminal. Free shuttle to airport and different shuttle for malls and other place. Very nice and helpful front desk. :) I have so much fun already. There are lot of blackberry all around.

Very basic hotel near airport. But it's pretty quiet. Plenty of parking. Room looks like it's from the 70s or 80s. Breakfast is a couple cereals a pancake maker and some bread.

Really clean. Great staff. Beds are firm but surprisingly comfortable. Check in was fast and painless. Older but well maintained. Only complaint was no spare roll of toilet paper.

So keeping in mind this is a 2 star hotel, it's great. Clean. AC works. Close to airport. Bridge to airport if you wanted to walk. Didn't see any bugs. Nice little hotel.

Let's understand it's a $44 a night motel but it's clean and quiet, the staff are great and free parking.

Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. Went out of their way to provide transportation from airport outside of posted hours. Informed me that there is a quick safe walking route to the Airport which helped me save money on transportation!

Pros: 10 minute walk from terminal and 5 minute walk to a 7/11

Cons: No Laundry Room service

I really enjoyed my stay here. They were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable which included a small refrigerator, microwave, and internet accessibility. What I loved most is that it was only a few minutes from the airport and they had their own shuttle to transport me there and back. It save me a few dollars from having to Uber. I will definitely revisit again.

This was a good place to stay and 5 minutes from the airport. The staff was nice, the bed was pretty comfortable and the room was pretty clean.

I'm not the type to spend a bunch on where I stay. I just need a bed, shower, and toilet.

This place has those. Staff is nice. Place is a place to rest

Basic, no frills hotel right next to SEATAC airport. Clean, but has few amenities. Best thing about it is the location.

It's pretty much a dive of a hotel but it was cheap and they do have smoking rooms

This quaint cheap little motel along the road isnt too pleasing to the eye as you can see, but upon entering their establishment, I saw the ambience was quite lovely and so were the people inside the establishment. I slept very well, something I haven't done in quite some time, and was quite pleased with the lack of noise throughout the night. Thank yog ridgeway in for a surprisingly pleasant stay!

So this is a great location about 1 mile from SeaTac Airport. The service staff were lovely and went the extra mile. The room we gave a three star rating. Comfortable beds and clean sheets, but the room smelled of smoke and the sink drain was blocked. If you're on a tight budget, this place will be fine - but don't set your expectations too high. It is what it is - cheap accommodation.

Service and staff were great, room was quiet if a little dated. Most importantly, no bugs. Satisfied with what I paid. Thanks again to the staff!

Love this hotel! It’s kinda retro but I think it's cool. The staff are friendly & I’ve never had an issue with bugs (I did in every other hotel in SeaTac..) this place is critter free & super cheap.

Room was very clean. Friendly service. I just wish that they would serve their corteousy breakfast until 10 am because check out isn't until noon. So we missed breakfast. 😢

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. The value is great for being so close to the airport. I will say, the WiFi connectivity could be improved in some areas of the hotel. All rooms have your basic amenities, including a microwave, fridge and DISH, but security could be improved in the rooms by adding an additional lock. Good service from all times I've stayed here and they also provide an airport shuttle (although I recommend walking. It's super close to the airport LINK station, you're better off walking instead of waiting for a shuttle in some cases.)

For 40 bucks a night

..retro 70's hotel...I am happy.. .By far the best hotel I have stayed at for under 50 bucks . Pictures of the rooms and grounds on their website are pretty accurate and the staff I met are friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean.

I was concerned as have had bad luck at other roadways but this was not the case at this location. Walk to airport and plenty of food and convenience stores in the area. Right on a bus line too.

I will br back when I am looking for a budget hotel. Another nice feature is a real cable network with movie channels like I have at home. Wifi is okay depending on your room. I was able to connect throughout the entire place .

Not too bad. A little outdated, but never was dirty or unsafe. Dude at the desk went above and beyond to get us some extra pillows, so we thank him for that. Good shower pressure too.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was as pictured, and very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The shower and tub are spotless. Wifi works great. Reasonable rates, good value for the price.

This a really nice for an older property. The housekeeping team does amazing job keeping the place clean, the towels are soft and clean, the beds are soft and comfy, it sits next the transit station at Seatac airport. The rooms are non-smoking and the management really takes care of the property.

It's a cute hotel, the people who work it are very nice and helpful. the breakfast is good. They have a pancake machine. If it doesn't work, let them know and they fix it. The room has a fridge, and a microwave. And as someone from a big city was happy with, a tub! A clean tub! You can take a bath!

Not a bad hotel at all. It's a little bit dated and doesn't have all the amenities of fancier hotels, but it's good enough and reasonable for the price. If you just need a place near the airport and aren't very picky it's great.

Sure it's not the best hotel, but it's perfectly fine for the price, and the location is great.

If you want a better hotel you'll have to pay more for it, it's that simple.

Nothing wrong with the staff, they're just doing their jobs (although they did call the room phone a bit too much even after I mentioned that it was a bit annoying).

Took a little longer than expected to get the $100 damage deposit back, but had no issues with that.

Would definitely stay here again.

Just right for the price. Friendly staff, prompt shuttle, clean. Generally shabby but for $50ish that's to be expected. Perfect for a cheap airport overnight.

I was looking for cheap and yet convenient in terms of location to the SEA airport. I found this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was good in terms of size but outdated and needed an upgrade and maintenance. I checked out at 11 am, but my flight was delayed, they were helpful and kept my bag while I went to have lunch. The staff goes an extra mile for you. Big Thank-you!!!

Well, it's a typical 2-star cheap motel that is only good for a short stay so don't expect a regular "hotel" convenience or service. However, you can walk from it to the SeaTac airport and pizza was delivered even when it was snowing outside, so what else could you ask? Happy they had rooms available when I had to wait for my next flight.

Happy surprise for a Seattle trip, this place rocks! Shady area might be a first impression it's nestled in a hillside off Pacific highway right by SeaTac but not close enough to hear airplanes. It's probably the cheapest option BUT fear not it has the vibe of a clean country inn..it even has a porch and the people at the desk are nice. Coffee and tea is served early. There may be popcorn paint and a few cracks in the plaster, but it's clean. Request a room facing west and you will have a sunplashed room with a decent size fridge. I loved it. The heater worked much better than more expensive options in the area. Free parking. Check it out for a humble comfy solo stay perfect for a busy trip to town for business

You get what you pay for. Really great price. Room was not fancy in any way but it was clean and had a fridge, microwave, desk and tv. The location didn't feel unsafe, though some people staying at the hotel weren't the best, coming from a girl in her 20's who stayed here solo. Pretty close to Seattle and other great WA cities. Used the money I saved on something better. If you love luxury this is not for you. If you want to save some $$ while traveling on a budget, would definitely recommend.

Great little hotel. First room was smoky but the man behind the desk happily got us a new room. This is not a Hilton nor do they charge those prices. For what you pay this is a great place!

So far so good, still staying. I will update this after my stay.

It's quiet and cozy though. I also wish you could extend your stay past 10 days but for the price... I can deal with that.

Probably the most ran down motel I’ve ever stayed in. However, the front desk guy was super friendly and helpful. They claim to do breakfast but I never saw it the one time I came in at 7am except for coffee. Nightstands were really beaten up and scratched up. TV was in Spanish and had the loud static noise which gave me headaches. Bedding had short black hairs and stains. I still give a decent review due to the customer service and the mini fridge and desk was convenient. I loved the blackout curtains to get good sleep, and the water in the shower stayed hot for a long time. Cheap price… the stay wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be walking in.

Super value for money with friendly staff. 10 min easy walk from the airport. Just follow the signs to the train and then go over the highway and down with the elevator. From there it's about 5 minutes walk.

I've uploaded images for most of the stages of this path.

Easy checkin easy checkout. Place was very quiet during this time of year (January). Only used room for sleeping and bathing. TV worked but volume controls were wonky. Heater worked intermittently but was sufficiently comfortable nonetheless. Would stay again if traveling on a budget.

This place is quiet, affordable, and comfortable. I like the retro feel and the charming feel of the place. The only complaint I have is that the carpet and chairs could use a good cleaning. Other than that, it is pretty nice.
