Very confusing set up, so if your not good w Directions like me good luck! Lol so very nice though. Parking was 41$ for one night, but it's literally right next to airport which is convenient. Careful cause there is a Hilton garden Inn down the street so just double check addresses. Good stay, very quiet, and comfortable. I left before breakfast but they also have a dinner.

I really didn't have a bad bite of food in my meal. The steak was beautifully seasoned and so nice and tender, the sides were delicious, and the bread pudding I had for dessert was amazing. Especially the bourbon caramel sauce that was served with it.

Great location for guests who need a free shuttle to the airport and room to sleep before your travel.

Pro1): Excellent location, Gig car sharing parking lot was near (10 minutes walking distance) so it worked out great for us to explore city before checking in instead of using taxi or uber if you are a visitor

Pro2): Room is clean, quite spacious compared to one in Chicago airport (at least 1.5 times bigger). It has all basic amenities including refrigerator. Microwave is accessible at the floor where ice machine is located

Pro3): Outdoor pool time is generous. It was 6 am to 10 pm. My son enjoyed his morning swim himself at 7 am. Pool water is NOT HEATED (some reviewer said) yet there is jacuzzi next to the pool. Deeper side of pool collects leaves and sands which don't seem to be cleaned up as often as they should have. Nice outdoor fire-pit is also located in a swimming pool. Swimming pool is located in the center of side wing, not main building which facing a garden & street road. You need to walk passing a restaurant and several conference rooms to find it on your left.

Con1) Restaurant food and drinks that you can purchase at Starbucks are extremely overpriced for value that you get. My son got a gatorade (small bottle) for $5, Same one which costs him $2 at downtown Seattle hotel. Buy your own drinks elsewhere.

Con2) Front desk does not pick up the phone. It took 4 phone calls to talk to the front desk for asking questions about the hotel amenity

*Room tip: request a room facing inside garden, much quieter than ones facing main roads.

Love the hotel and location. Great staff, will definitely stay again BUT, the restaurant pricing is ridiculous, they are trying to take advantage of business travelers flying out. A glass of red wine was $25 for a very average wine (Believe the bottle is less then $30). Great place to stay but walk to another restaurant would be my advice.

Nice hotel by the airport. The shuttle from the airport took forever and we had to wait over an hour to be picked up while it’s only a 3 minute drive. The hotel was clean, friendly staff and they have what looked to be a very nice restaurant (we didn’t have time to try it). The view from our room was of the freeway off-ramp but there are beautiful green trees as well.

Very nice. Quiet restful. No free coffee bar? Seriously? $35 a night to park your vehicle overnight in the secure parking area. idk nice place, but it's surprising what isn't included in this "high-end" hotel. Just saying. I was given q pen at the front desk to take notes in the morning, though, so maybe it all works out.

People were friendly. Rooms were clean. Pull with chair lift.. Hot tub with chair lift. Many conference rooms. Food at the restaurant was good. Beautiful walk ways that were lit up for nighttime enjoyment of water.. Exercise room plenty of equipment, With showers and dressing area. Parking garages

Large Hilton steps from the terminal and down the street from the car rental center. I was given the closest room to the reception, it couldn't have been more than 50 ft. and it had a view of the highway. Nevertheless it was quiet, clean, and met my needs. Decent gym. In warmer months, the pool looks like it would be nice.

The Hilton Seattle airport and conference center hotel is extremely convenient her business travelers that need to stay by the airport. The lobby area and restaurant are beautiful. Breakfast buffet is worth the money and dinner, although a bit pricey, is very good as well. The rooms seem to be I bet outdated but the beds are comfortable. Large green TV in my room was very nice. Shower head was a disaster though. But a nice property.

Had to stay here after a flight mishap and they were very friendly at the desk. The bed was the comfiest hotel bed ever and they provided a shuttle back to the airport. Only issue was the shower was weak, found a long black hair in my bed, and barely any of the available outlets worked properly.

Couldn't be any happier with this hotel. The shining part of this hotel is Jamerah, she was so kind and helpful. Made my kids really happy cause she said how much she liked my kids green and blue hair colors. Great hotel we will definitely stay here again.

Nice enough Hilton. Showing its age a little (e.g. tubs rather than walk in showers). Easy access to the airport via walkway, but you have to walk half a block outside to get there.

Luis was so welcoming and helpful late at night when we needed to figure out some last-minute extended parking while on our trip. Great staff at this hotel, plenty of amenities, and very comfortable rooms. A+, and thank you so much Luis!!

I had the most outstanding service I have ever had from any hotel I have been to. Every single staff member had a warm smile and a genuine approach to me. The hotel and my room were immaculate. This hotel had so much positive energy. I highly recommend this place.

The rooms are fairly basic. I was given a ground floor, no view room near service entrance. And I was staying 3 nights. AND I am a Gold Hilton Honors member. For an airport hotel a 3 night stay deserves a better room. Also only one half a toilet paper roll left when i arrived. That said staff was friendly and very helpful. The GM can always be seen pitching in and is always around. I like that. Basically if I had had a nicer room with natural light and a view of anything besides a dumpster I would have given a better review. Again slightly expensive for the room. On par for expectations for everything else

The staff was super friendly while I was there for the United States Pony club’s annual symposium and convention. I really enjoyed the staff as well as the food and conference rooms. The only thing that was undesirable was the walk to and from the conference center as well as the layout of the rooms and halls. Overall, a great hotel and experience.

Only a 1 night stay, but comfortable room with king bed looking out to garden. On premise restaurant ("Spencer's") had good selection of items, and I enjoyed a tasty chicken Caesar salad. Only disappointment was the guide for the TV indicated an available channel, which turned out to be unavailable, for some reason.

Wonderful staff & service, stayed here when my flight was delayed for a day. Rooms were extremely well kept & clean. The in-house restaurant was top notch for breakfast, and not too pricey for the quality of food I received. And it's close enough to the airport that you can catch a Uber or drive pretty much everywhere in Seattle you'd want to see in the bay area.

This is an older hotel that is great for big events and meetings. Not so great if you are just connecting with the airport. It is spread out type of floorplan . If you have mobility issues, it important to get a room back near the parking garage. I do like how close it is the airport. It's what keeps me returning here.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and tidy. The mattress was comfortable they do have a pool and a gym. The restaurant on site *Spencers was nice they offer a lunch menu all day.

Traveler tip if you are getting the shuttle go to pick up location 1A. If you go anywhere else there's a strong possibility that the bus will be full

The room was outstanding with a great assortment of shower gels. Both bed and t.v. were more than adequate. The shuttle to the airport runs every 30 minutes as the shuttle staff assist in on/off loading your bags. The service earned a 2 star due to the unwelcoming attitude at the front desk and for double charging me. Myself and others were standing in front of them for more than 4 minutes while neither of the two front desk staff members acknowledged any guest. They seemed to be annoyed in helping us (we all picked up on the vibe), while they just typed on the computer. Do better staff members.

Been coming here with my love to spend 'quality/alone time' together for about a year now and this is one of our fav places to stay. Nice rooms, food at the restaurant was delicious and decently priced. Most resent times we've gotten Jasmine at the front desk and she's a sweetheart! Signed me up for the honors program and discounted our parking! 🙂 She's the best!

Very convenient to airport they provide shuttle service to and from on the half hour and hour beginning at 5AM and running through midnight I believe. They have a steak restaurant on-site as well as a coffee shop. OLDER building but in good repair large conference room make for easy social distancing.

Typical big chain hotel at the airport. A combo of business travelers and flight crews. Rooms were updated and clean. Perfect location if you are coming straight out of the airport.

Tip: if you want to walk there, even in a light drizzle, do the following. Follow the signs to the Light Rail. It is covered but is cool in the winter. Once at the station proceed through it following the signs to International Boulevard. This will take you to the sky bridge. Head over the road, jump on the elevator and walk about 1/2 a block to the Hilton.

My husband and I missed our flight and in desperate need for a room. Amazingly they had availability. Many hotels surrounding did not. Staff was so super friendly and fast. Valet was easy both night and raining morning. Loved loved the garden Nd of course the steak house inside the hotel. Along with the Starbucks.

I ordered a rib eye porterhouse I believe and hands down was the best steak I have ever had. And I live me some good steak!!!

Service was fast our server was hilarious!!! Good customer service.

Chill and great view to the garden

They have an indoor garage to park the car. If you are looking for long term parking, it's the right place to park as the car will more safe and secured compared to open parking spaces. Good value for money

Nice hotel in good condition. The staff was very nice & helpful. The room was clean & we didn't hear any road noise even though the freeway was very close. Overall, it's definitely up to Hilton standards.

Get a poolside room with a patio. My favorite oasis in a big loud city near an airport. Great pool and hot tub. Surrounded by greenery and flowers and you feel surrounded by peace. Excellent exercise room. Staff are wonderful. Parking is spendy - $38 so don’t get your rental till you are actually going to use it. Dining is limited. One place. It’s quite a full service conference center so it has what you need for large events.

Very nice hilton. Felt 5 star from the door to the room. The entry was very big and glamorous, with a classy looking restuarant off to the right. The courtyard was expansive and very cozy. The rooms were big and relatively updated. Very conveniently located to the airport. Parking is pricey but I would reccomend.

Stayed here for a few hours to catch my AMC flight out to meet my husband in Japan. Shuttle was easy to catch from the airport and helped with all my bags.

The hotel staff was excellent from check in to check out. There is a restaurant in the hotel, the food was pricey but very good. I highly recommend staying here if your looking for a hotel close to the airport.

Very old hotel, old fashion however, super service, clean which is the most important. Bed comfortable as Hilton brand. You can see the furnitures had better days but everything was fonctionnal. Found the restaurant pricy but I had real good food. Loved their avocado toast!!! If you are note someone who likes to walk. Make sure you choose a room close to the lobby. It is a huge complexe, even though it was big. It was very quiet. There was no event at the conference center during my stay.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the SeaTac location in a standard double queen room for my daughter’s dance competition. Our room (1460) was clean and well equipped. Our room had a mini fridge that worked great but no microwave. We found out through the front desk that there were two microwaves available for use in the building we were in located in. They were in the ice/snack area but only on the ground floor and the third floor. Our room was on the 4th floor and it was a bit of a hike to get to the opposite end of the building where the microwave was located on the 3rd floor. Small microwaves aren’t that expensive and it seems there should be one available on each floor considering this is the Hilton. We were trying to save on food costs and had brought some microwaveable things for meals and snacks. Also… our room location was a long hike to the convention center… if you are coming for an event taking place in the Convention Center consider the location of your room and the quick access you might want. At least I got lots of steps in. Everything else was good. Thank you.

Very clean room, albeit much smaller than expected. The food in the restaurant was very tasty, though a slightly bland sort of tasty. I imagine it was a menu designed with...palatable flavors for all, in mind. They also charge $37 for overnight parking. Didn't have the quality overall I'd expect from a Hilton. The shuttle to the airport was very handy though.

Stayed here 2 nights to go see a Husky game. It was super easy to get to the light rail, just across the street to the sky bridge then up to the rail. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was okay, we had the buffet, but dinner was delicious! Everyone we interacted with was so nice and very helpful. The room was perfect for 2 (single king), had more than enough room for us, and had a mini fridge. Two downsides, 1. The bed was firmer than I liked but that is just personal preference. 2. Parking was awful. We got there late, after 12am, and I believe we found the only parking spot left out of the whole 2 level parking garage including what was outside and we paid for parking. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Stayed one night to catch an early flight out the next morning. This is always my go to hotel when flying out of Seattle. The hotel is very clean. Everyone was very friendly. The bathroom as well as the room itself was also very clean. The room was quiet. The bed was super comfortable. The air conditioner worked really well. The gym is very spacious with many options available. The restaurant (Spencer’s) is a steakhouse. I appreciate that they have some non-steak options so my boss doesn’t fall over from my meal price. Overall, a great option if you need a hotel in the airport area.

Staff very friendly. Beds REALLY comfy. Showing its age with wear and tear. Breakfast experience, but yummy 😋. Close to sky bridge that takes you to airport and link rail. Great for practicality. Rooms were huge (double king room) comfortably fits family of four(two teens), luggage and we still had space.

We had a good time here. We came up the night before our flight to make sure we made it on time due to horrible Tacoma/Seattle traffic. Easy check-in, although the digital key wasn't working for the pool and other areas, we had to get a regular key.. no biggie. Cute place to stay for an easy plane trip.

I use this airport all the time because it’s a convenient walk to the airport. It’s an easy walk out the door, across the street, then up an elevator to the airport parking lot that leads into the terminal. The steakhouse inside is crazy expensive for basic food. The rooms are weirdly organized in two buildings so it is sometimes hard to find yours.

Rawan at the front desk was very kind and compassionate about my Delta flight cancellation situation, quickly confirmed by booking through Delta, and offered a room on the top floor in the quietest part of the hotel. The five star service is for her!

I'm not sure if it was the room location, but this hotel was quieter than others I've stayed at nearby; I couldn't hear as much from the next rooms or the hallways. I got a good night's sleep before my travel the next day!

Hotel was very accommodating and clean. Our fridge was freezing our food and they graciously brought us a different one. The microwave is not in the room but down the hall in a separate room with ice machine. Hot tub wasn’t as hot as we would like but it wasn’t the biggest deal. Great work out room and service.

We chose this hotel because we are Gold status with Hilton and we needed a hotel close to the airport for our 6 am flight back home. When we checked in, I wisely asked the front desk if I should reserve a spot on the shuttle at 3:30 am and was told yes, which was a good move. This property is very sprawling (huge) and our room was a LONG way from the lobby. After hauling all our luggage the night before, my daughter went to find a luggage cart at 3 am and the shuttle driver actually brought it for us, loaded our luggage onto the cart, and then into the shuttle, which was very much appreciated. The property and rooms are very clean and nice. The beds were incredibly comfortable. There is a lovely courtyard area and walkout patios on the first floor. Two small complaints are the bathroom was very poorly designed (and needs a night light!) and we could hear noise from our neighbors.

I received a complimentary room due to a flight error from Alaska Air. The hotel is nice but it is like a maze inside. I do wish that I had someone wheelchair me to my room because I was so exhausted after everything I just went through. Otherwise the room is amazing. Bed is super comfortable & pillows are extraordinary, linen is beautiful and clean. I would stay in this hotel. You can hear the planes fly by and if you don't draw the curtains you will see the lights from the parking lot this is a hotel next to the airport so it's to be expected.

My friend & I checked in last minute, late Monday evening, 8/28. It was a uniquely pleasant experience. From the friendly guest clerk who happily accommodated an unusual request, to the bellman, to the bartender in the restaurant, the staff appeared genuinely pleased to have us as guests.

The room was comfortable and spacious, with updated fit-out.

Breakfast continued the experience, with a waitress who could not have been more friendly. I stay at quite a few hotels, sometimes for business, but mostly for family vacation travel; this had to be one of the most pleasant experiences in quite a while. To management: whatever you're doing, please share your recipe with other hotels!

Clean and comfortable. Check - in was a breeze, even with an airline voucher. Fairly quiet and well , but not overly, lit. The cave downstairs had a good selection of cheaper and more expensive items. The parfait was better than expected and the chai tea latte was perfect. The shuttle to the airlift was punctual and clean.

Rooms were standard Hilton, nothing special.

Convention center was nice, but it was a bit odd to go to the parking garage to get there. All the A/V worked in all of the rooms I was in and the catering was great.

Location was very convenient for me as I flew in for an event.

Depending on how long your trip is, this room and parking during your trip is cheaper than parking at the airport garage. For those early morning flights, it is a fantastic place to stay and park. Walk about 10 minutes from the hotel to inside the terminal through the light-rail. Bed/Pillows are typical comfy and the bar/restaurant while overpriced (expected at hotel) has some good food. Will be staying again.

I give it 4 stars just due to one of the staff members that automatically assumed that I was a crew member when i asked about my honors points. He didn’t think I booked my own ticket and shoved me off.

Other than that, the rooms were great and the night staff ladies were great as well. Perfect location

If you appreciate the quality of Hilton service when it is spot on, you will appreciate this property. Very clean. Great service. Really nice restaurant. Diamond status room upgrade. We took advantage of the stay and park. The staff scheduled a middle of the night shuttle for us to the airport, and we were able to get a 1:30 AM shuttle back when we returned to Sea-Tac. I have been here for conferences before, and had used the extended parking, but had not stayed here. After this experience, it is now our go-to for when we travel out of Sea-Tac.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any room. They compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you stay for a few days you will love it I'm sure!

Hotel has a very high end feel. Fine dining restaurant inside and Heated Pool outside makes this hotel our go to!

I recently stayed at this hotel for the first time. It was a very positive experience. They have a shuttle running from the airport, with several pickups each hour. The ride to the hotel is less than 5 minutes. The hotel is large and clean. The hotel staff were excellent. My room was very comfy and quiet. The price value was extremely reasonable. There is a quality restaurant just off of the lobby. The food was tasty, though a bit on the pricey side. There is a Starbucks inside for a quick breakfast bite. My stay was enjoyable and I will definitely be back again.

We stayed here while flying out of SeaTac. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food on site is rather expensive, but there are lots of options nearby. We greatly appreciated the free shuttle to and from the airport, which runs every 30 minutes. Our room did not include breakfast, but it wasn't an issue.

If you need to be at the Seattle airport early, this hotel is your best option. Here's why:

1) Location: It may not be near Seattle's top restaurants, but it is close enough to the Seattle airport that you can easily walk. It's close to the Sea Tac/Airport light rail station with a skywalk that takes you directly into the airport. It took my little family about seven minutes to go from the hotel to check-in.

2) Size: It's a large hotel with plenty of rooms, conference space and lobby space. There's a restaurant/bar in the lobby as well as a Starbucks. There's plenty of seating throughout.

3) Rooms: The rooms are basic, but nicely kept. Ask for a bottom floor room with a walkout patio. It's close to their outdoor pool and nice to enjoy the nice weather (if you book in July and August when rain is rarer in Seattle).

4) Service: The staff are customer first, friendly and helpful.

The rooms, food, service, and ambience were all fantastic. The services provided by the professional management and staff are the main reasons that we keep coming back. Great stay at Hilton very comfortable with large rooms but if you arrive later at night it's harder to find food. We ordered a pizza from a very limited menu and it was small, expensive and took an hour to arrive. If the bar/restaurant remained open longer it would have been a 5 star rating

Had a late arrival and only spent one night. I had been traveling for 2 weeks and this was the best nights sleep the entire time. Bed was super comfy as well as quality pillows. Place was immaculate.

Only negative was that the walk to the room, even with the elevator, was long and a little confusing. No bell hop to help with luggage and it was late and I was tired. Then had to go all the way back to the lobby to ask for bottled drinking water. Not much of a negative, really ... the place was great I wish I had another night!

For not being able to fly out because of a canceled flight and having a place to stay it was nice. Had a pool n fitness area. Was gonna use it but unfortunately I had fallen asleep in what they call their plush and softly made beds. Didn't even get to put blankets on before I passed out. Didn't even get to use my meal voucher 😂😭😭😭.

This was once a great hotel. Now… it is still good and under-appreciated. The staff was friendly enough and the lovely towel lady at the pool was very warm and said I was the only one who had used it in weeks. Such a shame as it is nestled in a Japanese like garden and super-heated. I felt like I was swimming laps in the bath. For lunch, I waited until 11 for a buffet they planned for 3 conference groups that cancelled. The food was plentiful and Noriko, the manager there was super friendly and helpful. When it was time for my flight, I didn’t bother waiting for the shuttle as the airport is across the street and a mostly covered 5-10 minute walk. Great night sleep, grand old hotel, Alaska airlines paid the bill - win, win, win!

Shuttles leave hotel every half an hour (as of 9.4.20) and pick up/dropoff at islands 1 or 3 across from baggage claim, floor 3 of the parking garage. Hilton Honors member, checked in online but wouldn't give digital key. Front desk said only available to Silver and higher level members. Hotel itself decent, only problems I had was toilet felt as though it was leaning towards tub, although it was secured to the floor. My fourth floor room view was blocked by trees and it was a bit noisy from road noise, but I also slept with the window cracked open to let fresh air in.
