I originally booked a 1 night stay for $182, when I modified to 2 nights the price jumped to over $500 total. I called the Hilton to inquire and an advanced purchase specialist answered and said the best they could do was reduce to $433 total. I felt taken advantage of and when I tried to communicate that to Hilton employees they did not help.
While staying at this Hilton, I was told they currently have only 1 room cleaner (perhaps per day) and only come when scheduled. The phone in the room was disconnected, the refrigerator was leaking and a light was out. I went to the lobby to request towels and informed them of the room complications. They had someone deliver towels in a timely matter.
My family was in town for a soccer tournament. One of the families on the team that was staying at this Hilton had their vehicle stolen off of the Hilton's permitted parking lot. The Hilton comped the family a night stay, but obviously do not have adequate surveilance.
I will not be staying at any Hilton in the future after this experience. The customer service was horrible. Although, we are trying to get through a pandemic where I'm sure the hotel industry has been adversely affected, which it showed with this stay. I hope they can be more transparent and work on their maintenance items and service sector. I have been unable to talk to someone in their company about these grievances since my stay.
Great stay at Hilton very comfortable with large rooms but if you arrive later at night it's harder to find food. We ordered a pizza from a very limited menu and it was small, expensive and took an hour to arrive. If the bar/restaurant remained open longer it would have been a 5 star rating
We stayed during one of the hottest days of 2021. We phoned and asked if AC was working. Was told yes. At over 100 degrees F this was very important to my wife's heath. Made the reservation on line, forced to prepay the room at a significant premium price. When we checked in with the long check in line we were offered water, room was about 85 when we got to it. It got down to 80 degrees at night. When complained were told pretty much tough luck. Like it was my fault I chose a hotel that had broken AC. I stayed at this hotel about 5 years ago, totally different experience. Very disappointed. No apologies, or offers' of compensation. Hotel seems to have no sensitivity to people with handicaps. Although given a room with a walk in shower.
Spend $300 a night for a room with no working AC. Has absolutely no parking, besides if you get lucky and find a spot within the 25 spots they have but news flash you’re gonna be spending $35 a NIGHT for a damn parking spot. Definitely not the move, only stayed because other places were booked.
Rooms are decently spacious but dated. The bed were comfortable but there was a lack of cleanliness with the fitted sheets that had questionable stains, the restroom generally was clean but unfortunately the last guest left their blonde wad of hair on the shower wall.. My stay was short about day and a half stay but I did enjoy the jacuzzi even though the jets didn't work. The patio seating area was relaxing I did have to get my chairs back from other guest near my room but other than that I did enjoy my stay. Hopefully in the future they update some of the rooms especially the plugs for charging electronics that can actually function. I do hope the cost of parking changes especially for gold or diamond members I personally don't agree the cost should be that high. The restaurant is nice I did enjoy their food just wish there were house specials or chef recommend specialties other than that super tasty.
Shuttle took over an hour to get us although when I called They said that it is every 30 minutes and they were confused. Finally when we got to the hotel we checked in very quickly and went to the restaurant after 5 hour flight. When asked if they were still serving food she said Not after 10 proceed to look at her watch it was 959 and she looked at the bartender who gave her a filthy look and then turned and said no. Front desk did give us a free salad . Room was nice and clean but outdated a bit.. crown plaza next door much better customers servic and nicer rooms and the food was top notch. . . Try clam chowder
Love the hotel and location. Great staff, will definitely stay again BUT, the restaurant pricing is ridiculous, they are trying to take advantage of business travelers flying out. A glass of red wine was $25 for a very average wine (Believe the bottle is less then $30). Great place to stay but walk to another restaurant would be my advice.
Chose the Hilton for long term airport parking. Instructions said this was valet parking. It isn't and hasn't been for a year. Change your instructions. Told to park myself and when I tried to get back to the front of the hotel there were no signs. Had to run around the outside since all doors in were locked or needed a key card. Got lost in the kitchen area. Two employees wouldn't help. Finally found a chef who led me to the front. He was great. In addition, instructions said shuttle ran at 5, 25, & 45 after the hour. Not true only runs at top of the hour and half past.
We were very Exhausted from a long day of travelling and when we got to the Hilton it was a blessing when we met Luis, he was very friendly and extremely helpful. Very outstanding customer service. The best hotel stay we've ever had.
Only a 1 night stay, but comfortable room with king bed looking out to garden. On premise restaurant ("Spencer's") had good selection of items, and I enjoyed a tasty chicken Caesar salad. Only disappointment was the guide for the TV indicated an available channel, which turned out to be unavailable, for some reason.
This is an older hotel that is great for big events and meetings. Not so great if you are just connecting with the airport. It is spread out type of floorplan . If you have mobility issues, it important to get a room back near the parking garage. I do like how close it is the airport. It's what keeps me returning here.
I am shocked by the cost of parking and the quality of the room. The refrigerator is tiny. The rooms do not come with microwaves. You have to request one.
As a hearing impaired individual, I think the hotel would be better served by providing the clear face masks for their team members.
The girl who checked me in had broken English. Add the face mask and it was difficult to communicate with her. I will not stay here again. I normally love Hilton. Not this time
Stayed here for a few hours to catch my AMC flight out to meet my husband in Japan. Shuttle was easy to catch from the airport and helped with all my bags.
The hotel staff was excellent from check in to check out. There is a restaurant in the hotel, the food was pricey but very good. I highly recommend staying here if your looking for a hotel close to the airport.
First let me say that the staff and service were terrific. We had a large room with two king sized beds. The room was indeed large and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom however was extremely small. So small that once you closed the door there was no space to move forward or backward! The single sink had room for only one small makeup bag. There were no hooks to even hang a robe on. One towel rack and that was it! The layout for the room allowed plenty of room for a larger bathroom and it was just poorly planned.
The 2 king bed were a pleasant surprise. We were hungry when we arrived and there was not many options. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.
They have an indoor garage to park the car. If you are looking for long term parking, it's the right place to park as the car will more safe and secured compared to open parking spaces. Good value for money
I give it 4 stars just due to one of the staff members that automatically assumed that I was a crew member when i asked about my honors points. He didn’t think I booked my own ticket and shoved me off.
Other than that, the rooms were great and the night staff ladies were great as well. Perfect location
Maybe I expected too much of the Hilton, but for their prices and reputation it seems like it should be quite nice. First off my wife and I are moderately disabled. We can still get around, but the $35.00 a night parking garage was a block away and no shuttle. Once you get from the parking garage to the front desk, it was another 3/4 of a block to our room. Our room was adequate, but that's all. A dinky little refrigerator stuck in a cabinet that you practically had to get on your knees to see into and no microwave. The black out drapes didn't close all the way and we had to use closet coat hangers with clips to hold the drapes closed. Walked into the bathroom and the door wouldn't open all the way because it ran into the toilet.
We have had nicer rooms and better stays in Quality Inn if that helps give you a better understanding.
This Hilton Hotel was the first and last time we'll ever stay in the Hilton. No, we will not recommend the Seattle Airport Hilton to anyone! Quite the opposite!
The Hilton name is synonymous with quality and tastefulness. This reputation comes through during most aspects of a Hilton stay mid-pandemic, except when it comes to parking. Judging by the current rates alone, space is not in short supply, and the logic behind pausing valet service is obvious. So why still charge $35 to park one’s own car a half mile away? It’s a tacky add-on, like the later days of when they still tried to charge for WiFi. I hope higher management reconsiders the amount they charge for such a basic offering in the interest of good taste.
The rooms were comfortable and clean. All the staff I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right across the street from the airport and close to public transportation, convenient stores, restaurants and the highway.
For not being able to fly out because of a canceled flight and having a place to stay it was nice. Had a pool n fitness area. Was gonna use it but unfortunately I had fallen asleep in what they call their plush and softly made beds. Didn't even get to put blankets on before I passed out. Didn't even get to use my meal voucher 😂😭😭😭.
Very confusing set up, so if your not good w Directions like me good luck! Lol so very nice though. Parking was 41$ for one night, but it's literally right next to airport which is convenient. Careful cause there is a Hilton garden Inn down the street so just double check addresses. Good stay, very quiet, and comfortable. I left before breakfast but they also have a dinner.
Really bad service in the restaurant. The took way too long to do everything. It was not a pleasant experience.
Our toilet was plugged, this did not get fixed while we were still there. The shower and bath water came at the same time. So you were showering at the same time, when the bath water was running. The vents were so dirty there were dust build up measuring about an quarter inch thick. We r gold members, but not sure if this is a good thing. We may be looking for other and better hotels. Sorry Hilton you r going down hill quickly!

The 2 Barista's Almira and Addena were awesome! They found out I was retiring and gave me the 5 star treatment! I highly recommend this hotel.
Conveniently located; staff are nice. That said, hotel is outdated and confusing to get around; wayfinding signage should be updated. Passed two other people lost trying to look for their rooms.
Hotel has room service; think they may have been short staffed as it would ring and ring on their end - took quite awhile to place an order.

Shuttles leave hotel every half an hour (as of 9.4.20) and pick up/dropoff at islands 1 or 3 across from baggage claim, floor 3 of the parking garage. Hilton Honors member, checked in online but wouldn't give digital key. Front desk said only available to Silver and higher level members. Hotel itself decent, only problems I had was toilet felt as though it was leaning towards tub, although it was secured to the floor. My fourth floor room view was blocked by trees and it was a bit noisy from road noise, but I also slept with the window cracked open to let fresh air in.
Clean as usual, great effort to keep everyone safe.

If you need to be at the Seattle airport early, this hotel is your best option. Here's why:
1) Location: It may not be near Seattle's top restaurants, but it is close enough to the Seattle airport that you can easily walk. It's close to the Sea Tac/Airport light rail station with a skywalk that takes you directly into the airport. It took my little family about seven minutes to go from the hotel to check-in.
2) Size: It's a large hotel with plenty of rooms, conference space and lobby space. There's a restaurant/bar in the lobby as well as a Starbucks. There's plenty of seating throughout.
3) Rooms: The rooms are basic, but nicely kept. Ask for a bottom floor room with a walkout patio. It's close to their outdoor pool and nice to enjoy the nice weather (if you book in July and August when rain is rarer in Seattle).
4) Service: The staff are customer first, friendly and helpful.
Nice rooms and a great pool and hot tub. But parking is expensive and very far from most rooms.
Very nice hilton. Felt 5 star from the door to the room. The entry was very big and glamorous, with a classy looking restuarant off to the right. The courtyard was expansive and very cozy. The rooms were big and relatively updated. Very conveniently located to the airport. Parking is pricey but I would reccomend.
Pleasant stay with convenient airport access and free wifi. I think they provide complimentary shuttle but with easy access to airport via lightrail station, it was more convenient to walk than to shuttle.
I would have rated hotel higher but saw one of two cleaners servicing rooms un-masked. Please address this issue with your cleaning staff.

This is hotel is maybe a 2 star at best. They nickel and dime you for things 2 star hotels usually give for free too.

They wouldnt give me the king bed room i had paid for and booked, put me in a two bed instead and found a drug pipe in my room. Then they moved me 2 doors down to a room where the lights flickered. They have miss information on room service and ordering food, their is no room service. Bathroom is subpar, toilet seat looks 5 years old and is chipping. There is a whistling noise coming from the window. Overall looks nice, but it's just a pig with lipstick on. I've stayed at hotels for half this price with better quality furnishing and room service.
Decent. Had an unexpected layover, this was nice and close for an early morning flight. Seems like you might be able to get on the WiFi with a promo "current season"+"year (2 digits)"
No fridge in the room but they left cream out for the coffee maker. Would not recommend.

Parking is a nightmare!!!!!!! Garage is small and just awful, actually had to make a 3 point turn around when no spaces available. Awkward and ripe for fender benders. While I understand as we are across from airport, still very frustrating! Due to parking being such a pain, 2 stars!!!!!
The staff was super friendly while I was there for the United States Pony club’s annual symposium and convention. I really enjoyed the staff as well as the food and conference rooms. The only thing that was undesirable was the walk to and from the conference center as well as the layout of the rooms and halls. Overall, a great hotel and experience.
I recently stayed at this hotel for the first time. It was a very positive experience. They have a shuttle running from the airport, with several pickups each hour. The ride to the hotel is less than 5 minutes. The hotel is large and clean. The hotel staff were excellent. My room was very comfy and quiet. The price value was extremely reasonable. There is a quality restaurant just off of the lobby. The food was tasty, though a bit on the pricey side. There is a Starbucks inside for a quick breakfast bite. My stay was enjoyable and I will definitely be back again.

Great staff. Easy access on foot from the terminal. Love the ease of conducting transactions via mobile. But, the staff is also great to deal with.
I really didn't have a bad bite of food in my meal. The steak was beautifully seasoned and so nice and tender, the sides were delicious, and the bread pudding I had for dessert was amazing. Especially the bourbon caramel sauce that was served with it.

Had to stay here after a flight mishap and they were very friendly at the desk. The bed was the comfiest hotel bed ever and they provided a shuttle back to the airport. Only issue was the shower was weak, found a long black hair in my bed, and barely any of the available outlets worked properly.
When your flight gets canceled, all you want is a comfortable place to spend the night. This fit the bill. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
I was assigned a room far from the entrance in a run down outdated art of the hotel- I never would’ve chosen this hotel had I known this run down wing would be an option, as I’ve stayed here in the past and had a much better experience. I stay at Hilton properties frequently due to business travel, but I won’t be staying at this hotel again! Crown Plaza down the street looks nice and Marriott is right next door.
The property could use a makeover, but the rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. Housekeeping standard in the bathroom could be a little better. Great staff overall, and the bartender makes a mean Martini!
Large Hilton steps from the terminal and down the street from the car rental center. I was given the closest room to the reception, it couldn't have been more than 50 ft. and it had a view of the highway. Nevertheless it was quiet, clean, and met my needs. Decent gym. In warmer months, the pool looks like it would be nice.
Kerri Lynn was so helpful. She went out of her way to help us take care of issues out of our control. Great staff, great stay!
The Hilton Seattle airport and conference center hotel is extremely convenient her business travelers that need to stay by the airport. The lobby area and restaurant are beautiful. Breakfast buffet is worth the money and dinner, although a bit pricey, is very good as well. The rooms seem to be I bet outdated but the beds are comfortable. Large green TV in my room was very nice. Shower head was a disaster though. But a nice property.
Absolutely the worst check in service ever. After having to wait for her to finish her personal conversation she turned, irritated that she had to check me in. Told me I was downgraded because they were sold out, even though I had a reservation weeks in advance. Was rude during the entire transaction and did not get even my water as a diamond member because “they were out of water” whatever that means. When I asked where to park she replied rudely “its down there’. Down there is a dark unlit area in a city with a huge homeless problem. I would not treat my worse customer this way much less someone who has the highest status. Manager would only talk to me if i didn’t complain. It is clearly a trend with Hilton and a hotel management that is not tasked with customer service. So many wonderful places to stay in this area, i would avoid this one and caution on the entire chain as I will be switching loyalties due to this stay.
Nice hotel in good condition. The staff was very nice & helpful. The room was clean & we didn't hear any road noise even though the freeway was very close. Overall, it's definitely up to Hilton standards.
I gave them four stars for convenience to the airport, comfort, and the amazing shuttle driver/baggage checker. He was friendly, kind, and engaging. I took away TWO stars for a terrible check-in policy. I will not book a stay with them in the future solely due to their check-in policy. Due to an early flight, we arrived at the hotel 1.5 hours prior to check-in time. The desk clerk actually said to us that our room was ready but we couldn't check in unless we paid an extra $25 for that privilege. My husband asked him why and he actually said, "Because we have people willing to pay to check in early." Seriously? Just because you can doesn't mean you should. So we had to check our bags with the concierge and carry our passports and other important documents with us as we spent time downtown, at the pier, and visiting museums. What a great way to ruin a customer's first impression of your business AND your city. This is just downright BAD management.
My husband and I missed our flight and in desperate need for a room. Amazingly they had availability. Many hotels surrounding did not. Staff was so super friendly and fast. Valet was easy both night and raining morning. Loved loved the garden Nd of course the steak house inside the hotel. Along with the Starbucks.
I ordered a rib eye porterhouse I believe and hands down was the best steak I have ever had. And I live me some good steak!!!

Get a poolside room with a patio. My favorite oasis in a big loud city near an airport. Great pool and hot tub. Surrounded by greenery and flowers and you feel surrounded by peace. Excellent exercise room. Staff are wonderful. Parking is spendy - $38 so don’t get your rental till you are actually going to use it. Dining is limited. One place. It’s quite a full service conference center so it has what you need for large events.
