Horrible customer service. I came to drop my car off before my flight. The attendant rushed me, didn't allow me to fully get what I need from my car. He then continued to take my keys and pushing us towards the shuttle. We returned and almost were refused a shuttle back to the lot. I spoke with an Elizabeth at the register and she did not care or offer any help. Horrible customer service, rather pay $10 more for a better experience.
Quick service, in and out and my vehicle was safe and secure the 4 days I was gone.

Safe and very quick. Some of the best pricing for parking and usually they have some awesome coupons. The shuttles are quick and always friendly.
This is an amazing service! When departing, this is as simple as getting out of your car, obtaining a claim ticket, getting on a courtesy shuttle, and taking a quick ride to your gate. Upon returning, you have to walk to the courtesy shuttle area, use the courtesy phone to request pickup and provide your claim ticket number (be aware that the shuttle only picks up at certain courtesy shuttle islands, your claim ticket lists them for your convenience), wait for the shuttle (just a short wait), take a quick ride back to the lot, pay, and then hop in your car (which has been brought up for you) and leave! In my opinion, it is easier than parking in long term parking at the airport. Also, save yourself some money and get the cheaper rate often offered through Groupon if you are going to be gone 3 days or more. My only regret is that I didn't try MasterPark sooner!
