When we dropped off our car we handed over our keys and were able to immediately board a shuttle for the ride to the airport. Same when we returned from our trip; we were able to board one of the several shuttles that were already at the airport. We did call ahead to the lot to tell them to have our car ready and it was waiting up front for us upon our arrival back to the lot. We will definitely leave our car here next time we fly out of Seatac.
Been using MasterPark for years. I know that our car is safe whenever we leave our car there. It is also convenient to just hop in the bus that drops you off, and picks you up, at the airport
Employees are awesome. Left my purse in car and they had it on next shuttle to airport. Will definitely park there again.
The 3AM crew at MP Lot B is A+. The whole operation is top notch. Organized, efficient, and I feel like I can count on zero issues there- in all aspects. What a load off my mind. Shuttle drivers are great. Why can't the whole world operate like this?

The check-in process was the smoothest I've had. A shuttle was ready as soon as my husband and I grabbed our bags from the trunk. Upon standing in the security line I realized I had forgotten something in the car. I called the location, someone pleasantly answered the phone, I explained my situation and within minutes someone met my husband outside of the airport with the item. LIFESAVERS! Thank you all for being so wonderful!
Super helpful and quick. Clara was always available to help with any questions I had and made sure I was all set with my reservation. We got there at our reserved time, someone was already waiting for us, gave us our ticket, helped us with our bags and took us straight to the airport. 10/10 recommend!

I really like the people here but can only give it 4 out of 5 because they have left my hybrid car running twice in recent trips. Each time the car was left running until it ran out of gas and died. They were nice about buying me gas but I can't imagine it's good for the car to be left running a week.

Depending on the person you interact with, can make your experience different. Most, if not all of the drivers have been awesome and helpful, though some of the ones at Lot C would take my bags to my car after tipping them. But Lot C doesn't have shuttles as often as Lot B does. The employees in the building are always professional and helpful, but some of the ones who bring your car in could use some customer service awareness. At least once while I was walking to my car (which was parked in one of the farther away lanes), a more recent car was brought in and the driver pulled quickly in front of me to park the car instead of simply letting me continue to my vehicle. All the negative experiences don't outweigh the positive, which is why I still give them a 4 star.
It's convenient if you are in a hurry its a valet experience. The prices are outrageous..with my discount I was quoted $10 a day. My car was there for 34 hours and I Paid over $30 due to taxes and fees. I wish I was told about the hidden fees and taxes..I would have went elsewhere...
Customer service at the desk and valet stand was excellent. My first time using this parking facility. It was so easy. I arrived two hours before my departure. I was able to drop off my car and get to the airport within 20 minutes. It was also in the middle of the week, in the middle of the day. Traffic was very light and airport was not crowded. Keep that in mind if you decide to parking offsite. Purchased parking reservation through a 3rd party website. Next time I will book directly through MasterPark's website.
Great customer service and very friendly :-) I'll use this lot every time I fly out! I encourage you to check Groupon for coupons, that's what I did and got a great deal!
Place is legit . Always have space for me and also the driver that took me last week was on it and they are very helpful as well. I have a baby and a baby momma so we have a lot of luggage when it comes to us traveling . The driver es help my carry his stroller and all the luggage. Tossed them a couple bucks because some other ones are lazy and Barley even help.
A very good option for the park and fly. Shuttle ready to leave as soon as we pulled up. Would highly recommend.
Been parking here for a decade and done. Prices have gone way up, wait times for the shuttle are too long, and today had a horribly rude driver experience. Plenty of better options.
Used a Groupon and it was great to know our car was safe and ready when we got back.

I have parked here for years! Customer service is outstanding- they are quick & reliable. Shuttle drivers are polite and helpful. Their website is well organized & easy to understand.
They run many vans to and from their lot. My dissapointment is their charge rate versus what was quoted. My vehicle was there for 28 hours and I was charged $43.45. I was quoted $17 plus fees/sales tax. Beware. If you are 3 hours into a day, they charge the full day rate.
They also adjust your seat settings and I found a vape pen on the console. That's jacked up.
Love this location. I was saved this last weekend when I didn't have a reservation. Quick friendly service.
When you need to leave your vehicle this is a great location for flights out of SeaTac.
The Masterpark B lot is conveniently located by the airport.. We have used them multiple times.
The only complaint I have about Masterpark is the lot attendants.
1. They drive your car like they are on a race track whipping around corners and slamming on the brakes.
2. They moved all my mirrors around in the car.
3. They moved my seat.
You drive the cars for a very short period of time in a parking lot. Leave the CUSTOMER car settings alone. It’s very frustrating to have to reset your car settings.
Fast courteous just great service all around.
They are really nice here!! But If you pre pay.. make sure you print that paper out and don't lose it.. you need it when you get your car..

Kept our car safe and they had a shuttle to and from the airport. Very nice and helpful shuttle drivers. Don't forget to tip the drivers! They don't expect it, but they work hard and handled all of our heavy luggage. We were so glad we left our car with this company. This was our first time leaving our car at a place like this.

I have always been happy with the service there. This changed a bit last weekend when I took the chance to look at my bill. I had a coupon for $9.95, and parked for 12 hours. My bill totaled $19.95, with over $10 of add-ons, service fees, and taxes. Given the cost differential, parking at the main garage at Sea-Tac isn't a stretch. Three or more days of parking makes Uber an entirely reasonable alternative.
They always have my car parked undercover after my flight!

This service has always been so great. Courteous, professional and safe drivers. My car has never been tampered with either while in their care.
Everything was great until I got back and it was time to pay. Before I went to this place I called 3 times to be certain about the price. The last lady I spoke to on the phone expressed to me that it be in my best interest to use the daily coupon for I believe $9.95. I was ok with the price but no one explained to me that if I wasn't back by 8 am that I would be charged an additional day. I asked these people over and over if I would be charged for an extra day being that I checked my car in at 8am but my flight would not be landing until 8pm. The guy Justin (I believe that was his name) was very rude and dismissive, I told this guy that no one explained to me that after 5 hours I would be charged another day. His response was "I don't know what to tell you cause it's all over the poles out there" what he failed to realize was that nobody really have time to read the small font on the poles when you literally pull up and get out of your car then straight on the shuttle. I was very disappointed with that guy and his customer service and I felt that he should have worked with me being that I was not informed about the extra day fee, even after I inquired several times.

Everyone was nice. But, my Jeep had almost 50 extra miles on it and my side mirrors had been adjusted. Super lame.

I can't recommend this place enough! They were very helpful and accommodating on our return trip. My mother is disabled and in a wheelchair so it's difficult for her to ride the shuttle bus. The manager brought her car (at her request) to the airport and picked us up and drove us back to the lot to check out. He even helped load our luggage and the electric motor chair into the car. Will definitely be using MasterPark again!
This the only place I leave my car when I'm travelling for work or pleasure.

Horrible customer service. I came to drop my car off before my flight. The attendant rushed me, didn't allow me to fully get what I need from my car. He then continued to take my keys and pushing us towards the shuttle. We returned and almost were refused a shuttle back to the lot. I spoke with an Elizabeth at the register and she did not care or offer any help. Horrible customer service, rather pay $10 more for a better experience.
Quick service, in and out and my vehicle was safe and secure the 4 days I was gone.

Safe and very quick. Some of the best pricing for parking and usually they have some awesome coupons. The shuttles are quick and always friendly.
This is an amazing service! When departing, this is as simple as getting out of your car, obtaining a claim ticket, getting on a courtesy shuttle, and taking a quick ride to your gate. Upon returning, you have to walk to the courtesy shuttle area, use the courtesy phone to request pickup and provide your claim ticket number (be aware that the shuttle only picks up at certain courtesy shuttle islands, your claim ticket lists them for your convenience), wait for the shuttle (just a short wait), take a quick ride back to the lot, pay, and then hop in your car (which has been brought up for you) and leave! In my opinion, it is easier than parking in long term parking at the airport. Also, save yourself some money and get the cheaper rate often offered through Groupon if you are going to be gone 3 days or more. My only regret is that I didn't try MasterPark sooner!
my go-to lot for parking at seatac. quick valet service and great prices (with a work discount). be aure to make reservations on holiday weekends though.
