Best price and close to the airport. The bus driver was very professional, very helpful, and extremely courteous. He should be commended. Now, the why not 5 stars. They don't help guide the parking very well. Had to park my medium crossover in a compact parking space between two full size 1-ton pickups, also in compact spaces. So, to no one's surprise, I worked very hard not to door ding the trucks. They in return dinged me as hard as they could with all four doors. The app to summon the bus to pick me up from the airport crashed and would not let me summon the bus. The FAQ says the bus loops continuously, but the master park busses came nine times in the time two wally park busses came.

Your shuttle driver made me and my family miss our flight! This was a beyond frustrating experience. I arrived at Wally Park @ 530pm in Seattle Self Park Lot with my wife and 2 year old with enough time to make it to the airport and catch our 655pm flight. By the time the shuttle arrived to pick us up at Wallypark lot is was 540. The driver begins to drive me and my family and another family to the airport. As we approach the airport the drive as my family first what airline and we say Delta, while the other family says Alaska and he acknowledges both of us separately. When we get to the airport it's 5:55pm which would leave us enough time to check bags and catch our flight. The driver drops the first family off at Alaska and we assumed we would be dropped off at the next stop. However, the driver proceeds to pick up additional passengers to take them back to the Wally lot. We are not able to see where the Delta stop is so I just assume the driver going to get to delta soon. As he stops again he picks up another man to return him to the lot and then begins to drive again. As he drives I notice we are leaving the terminal now and headed back to the lot via the highway. At this point I get the drivers attention and say "excuse me, we are going to delta!"....but it was too late as he was already out of the terminal. It's at this point I realize we are going to miss our flight. The replys back to me and says "oh sorry, I thought I had forgotten something" . Mind you we were the first family on the shuttle at 530. The driver then ask the other passengers on the shuttle if they are ok with him going back through the terminal and they are confused but oblige. Now the time is 6:05pm. By the time the driver makes his way back through traffic and to the Delta terminal the time is 6:11pm and me, my wife holding my 2 year old and me holding two large suitcases are running to the Delta terminal to get checked in. Not surprisingly when we get to the terminal @6:20pm the person at the desk tells us that we cannot check our bags as we have to check 40 minutes before the flight, which would have been 6:15pm and they are not willing to budge on that timing. Therefore since you are not allowed to travel without your bags we could not make that flight even though my wife and I both have tsa pre check and would have breezed through security with time to spare. Unfortunately that was also the last flight out for delta and we needed to be to our destination the next morning. Therefore the ONLY choice I had was to buy full price tickets for both my wife and I on Alaska Airlines inorder to make it to our destination in time. That's a lot of money that I didn't necessarily have but was forced into doing. I had never used WallyPark before and the only reason I used it was because I offered a corporate rate through my employer in Seattle. Never again. As I sit writing this review/experience on the airplane as it's fresh in my mind I realize it would have been cheaper to pay airport parking than to go through this experience just because the shuttle driver forgot about his first passengers.

WallyPark operates different levels of services from different sites (self park, garage, valet), so you need to get on the specific shuttle at the airport depending on which service. Unfortunately, I waited 30 min for shuttle pickup from the airport past 10pm for the outdoor self parking lot. During that more than 7 shuttle busses for premier/garage lots pass by. Driver told me he was the only one working for the self park, and it’s another 10 min from the airport to the car. I’m deducing that it’s because it’s the smallest lot and cheapest option, they short-staffed it. So... I guess it’s another lesson of you getting what you pay for, but it’s not a pleasant one to experience.

Very prompt shuttle service to/from the lot. Good price and you can prepay...made setting up my authorization easy.

Affordable option to Uber, but staff is pretty rude and we did not enjoy working with them. Also, their listed phone number for their self-parking doesn't even work because it says their voicemail is full. It was also ridiculous that we showed up, they didn't have our keys. It was odd that some other guests didn't have to leave their keys with WallyPark but we did? We were cold and tired and didn't need this additional stress coming back home. We insisted that they look again and no surprise, they did have our keys. Ugh.

The other similar businesses have similar prices anyway but the better customer service so I don't believe I'll be working with WallyPark again for these services.

This is the second time we have used the Wally Park Outdoor lot. We had zero issues the first time and today was probably one of the most stressful flight mornings we have ever had. We missed our first flight due to long TSA waits and had to go back and get our truck out of Wally Park then come back to the airport hours later. On our way back we lost my husbands wallet and were SO stressed out about it. We were already through security at the airport and called Wally Park. I spoke with Shelley who was very gracious and understanding. She asked questions and got directions to walk to our truck. Natasha, the attendant who parked us went out and searched the parking lot, looked in our truck, and finally on the shuttle which took us to the airport. She found my husband’s wallet! They called us immediately and let us know that they would hold it for us until we returned to Seattle. Thank you Natasha and Shelley!! You have allowed us to try to have a stress free trip minus a wallet! We appreciate your honest, caring and responsive staff!!!
