The entire staff at the Sea-Tac Embassy Suites is spectacular! They are all professional, friendly and helpful. It is my go-to hotel in the area and always will be. Thank you for your hospitality!

Their standards are the normal Hilton high standards. Close to the airport. Not a noisy location even with the busy roads near by.

Comfortable, clean and close to the airport with shuttle services. Stayed twice already for the early morning flights from Seattle. Affordable parking through third party websites. Will stay here again.

Great friendly staff! Large, clean room perfect for the family. We stayed for a Seahawks game and the front desk was very accommodating for early check-in and suggested we use the airport shuttle in order to take the train into the stadium. Saved us a ton of time, stress and money! We will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was amazing, way more than we expected!

The atrium was marvelous and so relaxing. The rooms just took us by surprise with the spacious size, clean and so quiet for being close to a busy highway. Everything was so nice from the friendly staff to the complementary beverage cards and breakfast was great! We would stay here again or direct friends and family to this location for future travel accommodations.

Julia at the front desk is the BEST! After I booked the Airport shuttle and she learned that I would be missing breakfast she brought up a box of breakfast and left it in my fridge. People like her are exactly why Hilton is successful and why customers return!

Nice hotel in good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Made to order breakfast included. Drawbacks include uncomfortable beds, pay per day parking which is not closely monitored, our vehicle had items stolen from it. High volume of homeless and transients in the area.

Beautiful hotel! Perfect location, friendly staff! We enjoyed this hotel, The hotel is cleaned, the staff was professional and friendly ans the hotel isn't far from the airport and shopping center. The complimentary breakfast and evening reception was amazing! We highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Seattle.

Overall, it's a nice hotel in a very good location for me. It's close to the airport and to where I am traveling to. It has a ton of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The breakfast and the evening snacks are all great. I would say my only minor complaint is that the lobby could be updated a little bit. It seems a bit worn.

Really enjoyed everytime we stay here. The employees are all very polite and professional. And they always have a clean facility. Refreshments in the evening are never a bad thing. And made to order breakfast in the morning. This is where we will be staying from now on for any trips or vacations.

Always clean, great breakfast buffet. Perfect location to airport and shopping! The only drawback is their exercise room is a joke. So small and not enough cardio equipment. I'd give them 5 stars if that improved!

As always, Embassy suites provides a clean, well equipped and comfortable suite. It is just what I needed on a trip between Baltimore and Alaska. The evening reception is a treat as is the complementary full breakfast buffet and omelet bar. The front desk clerk went out of her way for us to make sure we had coffee and fruit even though we checked out before 6am. The shuttle drivers were efficient and accomodating

Excellent accommodations. Close to airport, easy access to I-5. Short drive to downtown attractions. Comfortable and clean rooms. Delicious made to order breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. An all around wonderful stay. Close to South Center Mall and restaurants. Wendy's, Taco Bell and Jack in the Box a 3 minute walk away. Chevron Station Mini Mart next to Wendy's.

Our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. One thing I’d have to say is that the front desk service was excellent. Tyler at the front desk was exceptional and truly made our stay even better with his great personality and service.

What a wonderful experience! My husband and I came here for our 13th anniversary. We come almost every year, but at LEAST once per year for one reason or another. We love the Manager’s Reception for free drinks in the lobby!

This visit was the best yet, so it had to be noted. Biggest shout out to Crystal & Eligton (sorry if the spelling is wrong. The front desk guessed). We struck up a conversation about our anniversaries spent there, and Dirty Shirley’s being my drink of choice, but nobody has ever heard of them, and then they had them on the recommendation menu! Then Eligton upgraded my drink experience by using cherry juice instead of grenadine. 🤤

We wanted to give them a tip, but had no cash. My husband asked reception, and they said they have an ATM, or we could charge a tip to our room, so we did the latter, leaving them a pretty decent tip.

You know what they did? After the reception ended, Crystal herself brought up a little bag for us! Inside were 2 of the drinks we had that night, and a slice of cake for each of us. We were so touched!🥲

Thanks for another great visit!

(My only actual critique is that the breakfast potatoes could use a little help. They’re always pretty awful.😉)

I LOVE this place!! My wife and I, stay here once a month, as a little staycation. Their service is second to none. Their employees are always kind and professional. The onsite restaurant "Basil" is excellent. Free happy hour, and their bartender Ashley is extremely efficient. She works hard and makes every drink perfectly. She is also kind and even remembers us by name and our drinks. And then the next day, they have a breakfast buffet that rivals some of the breakfast buffets in Vegas. This place is AMAZING. Hands down my favorite of any Embassey Suites location. My only complaint is I often book through a third party site, and it takes the front desk to make sure your stay is credited towards your Hilton Rewards, and I ALWAYS ask them too, yet my stays are almost never tracked towards my rewards, I wonder if it is a training issue regarding that. But that is a small complaint, compared to their overall service.

Location right off highway 405 worked great for us. A suggestion: make so the room key is required to activate the elevator. Its a "rough" area & anyone could walk in & take the elevator to any floor. Elevator issues was a bummer.

Large mall Southcenter is close.

My very favorite place to have a mini staycation. We come here monthly, just to get away and enjoy a change from homelife. Happy hour drinks poured to perfection from Ashley, and always a perfect breakfast buffet. This place is so good.

Absolutely fantastic service. Very Humane and very very endearing. Right from the time we were picked up by Mr Ned who was the shuttle operator from the airport, he drove us back three times because my wife forgot her phone at the airport.

We called up Mr Eric who was at the front desk who was so nice and helped us with a super late check-in. The staff at this hotel truly understands hospitality and made our stay extremely Pleasant and wonderful.

I would like to thank Mr Eric and Mr Ned for the very very warm hospitality. Thank you.

We had a mechanical failure on our flight and had to stay in Seattle because we missed our flight to Alaska. This hotel was one of the offerings available on the vouchers provided by the airlines.

The shuttle service was quick to arrive. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. And they were able to check us into a room at noon.

They have made to order breakfast that we didn't partake of only because we aren't breakfast people.

Rooms are beautiful, clean, comfortable, and quiet.

They also have a social hour in the evening that we missed because we were too busy enjoying the peace and quiet of the room.

The breakfast was awesomely delicious as always. The atmosphere is relaxing. I love the at home feel I always get from Embassy. I took off a star because the receptionist, Eric, held $75 per day ($225/3nights) on my card and told me I had to $19.97 per day for parking (another $60). I expressed my disappoinment in the hold and additional $60 for parking. Where exactly will PAYING customers park if they don't pay where they stay? I get that it's close to the airport...so, charging for off-site airport shuffle service parking, but as a "temporary resident"...come on. To Eric's credit...he didn't tell me but, he waived the charges I'm assuming because all my deposit was released w/o the parking fees. I also took off a star because our room could use some maintenance TLC.

What a great stay! The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport and can be reached via cab or the hotel shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Check-in and receiving the room key was a breeze with the Hilton Honors app, we went straight to our room and did not have to stand in line. The room was large, comfortable and very clean! Everything was perfect. There was a variety of pillows on the bed, fluffy and thin, so we could pick what we each preferred. The room is well appointed with a coffeemaker, microwave, and small fridge in the kitchen area; toiletry items were provided, as were plenty of towels; there is a TV in the living room and one in the bedroom; the couch and chair are very comfortable and I think I had the best sleep of my life on the amazing bed.

Riley at the bar downstairs provided great recommendations for dinner and was a total sweetheart, Eric at the main counter was wonderful; both were incredibly helpful and seemed to enjoy their job.

Fantastic customer service, rooms, food - everything. I won't stay anywhere else when I am in Seattle!

The Embassy by Hilton is great with the family! Large rooms, pool and hot tub and just overall clean open feel. They have evening snacks that could be a meal with open bar to all who are staying and a good little complementary breakfast that includes cooked to your liking omelette. One down side is at this location they tac on additional charge for parking, but with snack and breakfast k feel like we come out ahead. Close to lots of shopping and access to Seattle or Tacoma depending on where we are heading. Darryl works as the one and only Omlette man! Serves up the omelettes with big smile, conversation and jokes! Keep this man around!

We Love this place everytime we go to Seattle this is our go to! The customer service and people there are so polite and take care of business to protect their customers. Plus it's so clean and well kept we always have a pleasant stay when we go there and the front desk always accommodates us so that we have a great stay and love the smiles from all the employees there makes us feel so welcome!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!! 💞

Very nice hotel that worked out OK for my family. Unfortunately the walls allow too much sound and the people in the room next to mine were very loud into the early hours of the morning.

Upon arrival, I had already checked in and picked my room using the app. No issues using the app for access to my room or the gym. In the past at other Hilton locations it was less reliable. Unfortunately no luggage carts could be found. The front desk attendant told me she'd try to find one but they never returned before my family decided to do without.

My family and I had an outstanding stay. The hotel is very clean and has a beautiful ambiance. Our room was clean they even had ceiling lights.

The complementary breakfast is amazing. Daryl who made my omelet was great service. There is a clean free shuttle the runs to and from the airport! This is a great place to stay

Parking was easy walked into the main lobby it was open and very clean. The front desk team was very nice and helpful. We walked into our room it was very nice. It was very clean and the amenities were as advertised. Went and had breakfast which was delicious; nice to have an omlette made to order. Used the elliptical machine in the fitness center nice Precor machines.

We were in town for a funeral and stayed here for 5 days. The service was exceptional from the time we arrived until our last day. Desmond was spectacular! Thank you for welcoming my family and going above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. We’ll sing your praises from your amazing service. The suite was clean and spacious, beds were comfy and we all enjoyed breakfast with the made to order omelets every morning. The staff on every shift greeted us everyday and always asked if we were okay. Desmond always lent a helping hand when we’d use the dining area to feed our family, asking if we needed any ice, plates or napkins. Thank you so much for making our stay incredible we truly enjoyed every minute🙏🏽

My international flight from SeaTac was cancelled and I was put up here for the night my the airline. I always have enjoyed staying in Embassy Suites in the past. This one is definitely showing its age and is a little worn around the edges. But the hotel was clean and the staff were outstanding! The biggest advantages are the free drinks and snacks for happy hour and the fantastic hot breakfast in the morning with cooked to order omelettes! Great for an overnight stay.

Convenient airport hotel with general amenities that most travelers need. Like other Embassy Suites they have the complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks and snacks. The rooms are mostly suites bit they do have some rooms that are smaller than standard hotel rooms. The urban rooms are basically a small room with a queen bed, the vanity in the same space as the bed and a standing shower only. While they do have a variety of rooms, the building appears to have been renovated with some of the older fixtures still in place. The mattress was not very comfortable, but was sufficient. While they do say that have a mini store, it's basically a fridge full of beverages and frozen food and some candy, No toiletries or other convenience items. They do have a pool, jacuzzi and small fitness room. Overall, the hotel meets most travelers needs and looks to be renovated.

This hotel was a bit disappointing. It was very dated. The room setup was great. however, the whole place needs a really deep clean. The window trim was peeling. There was only 1 elevator working for 8 floors, I think. It took forever to get to the lobby with all our luggage. The breakfast was great, and the shuttle service was excellent, and our driver was awesome. I would stay here again in a pinch, but just be aware of what you're getting into.

Ample parking (fee $18/night)…. Quick check in with complimentary waters and breakfast for duration of stay!

Breakfast plenty of choices (fresh cut fruits, beverages, bakery, hot breakfasts made to order). Reasonable time 6-9 am. We have 3 pax in our room. Great values!

Room (king suite, separate room) was huge with sofa bed. Clean.

About 20-30 min from downtown Seattle, got a room upgrade to a corner room which had a front room & separate bedroom, breakfast was included & awesome! Hotel was very quiet for its size.

!!!!!DEFINITELY staying here again!!!!

Booked directly through Hilton's app and got better deal than mass travel/booking site!

We usually stay at Embassy suites for work. So when we needed to stay in Seattle with the family it was an easy decision. Great location near south center next to the mall and a lot of restaurants. Clean room and the breakfast was great! A lot of great options for the kids to eat. Great indoor pool for the kids as well. If you’re looking for a hotel near south center in Seattle I’d highly recommend this place!

Took advantage of the Park and Go package. Started our vacation with a night here. Can't beat the evening happy hour and free breakfast. Beautiful atrium, love watching the elevators go up and down. Unfortunately pool was overrun with children, so couldn't go for a dip. Free shuttle to the airport, they kept our vehicle safe during our trip to Hawaii. Will definitely do this again next time!

Very nice hotel. However, you pay to park your car, you pay to have internet in your room. The more moderately priced hotels provide these services. If this was just a place to stay overbite, I'd go elsewhere where these extra charges would be included in the charge for the room

What a Beautiful Hotel.. I must say that the staff works very hard.. But in TRUTH its not as open... The pool you have to reserve for 1hr... The restaurant is closed... The Grab and Breakfast is very limited... There's really nothing for children to do.. So children create their own fun... By running through the halls or playing with the elevators... I understand COVID restrictions.. But this is the current reality... I purchased bottle sodas 3 dollars each.. Stock was low...

This staff is so amazing, nice and friendly I feel like genuinely welcome and they are like family... From the driver to the Brakesfast crew. The hotel is nice and the complimentary breakfast was especially nice. Large room and extremely friendly staff. The only issue I experienced was the fact that only one of the three elevators was working the entire time I was there (7 days) and that led to significant delays in getting to and from my room as well as led to a rather unsafe necessary practice of "packing" the elevator in which just about every elevator ride was overstuffed with people due to limited capacity and long wait times. Overall a good stay but the elevator issue certainly stood out.

The pool and spa area is lacking in so many ways! For the prestigious image this place is boasting, a long with it's price, the pool and spa appear to have never been updated. The pool water appeared cloudy and I could not see the bottom of the pool. The hot tub was super small and towels were not stocked for two days.

I love this place. Great customer service. Clean and fresh smelling. The free breakfast is the best I've ever seen. And I've stayed at alot of different hotels in many states and this is by far my favorite. Cant wait till breakfast. You get so much food. So definitely tip the cook and staff.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any hotel. They compare countless hotel sites and typically will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you choose this place you for sure won't be disappointed.

We're staying here right now. The staff is super friendly and helpful! I came in, looking extra bedraggled from flying all day with a toddler but the desk person was friendly and didn't stick her nose up at us. The reception hour bartender was also super sweet and friendly. Our toddler pressed the 911 button on the phone and they were gracious about that too.

The rooms are clean and large. I absolutely love Embassy Suites and make a point to pick them. This one doesn't disappoint.

Stayed here for a few days while visiting Seattle and it was convenient to the airport. The parking was a little crowded and $19 per night, but it wasn't bad. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. They explained the usual evening reception and morning breakfast.

As far as the room, it was a nice corner room that was very clean. The living area was larger than most, but bedroom a little smaller than usual. Overall though, was a nice, clean room. Didn't use the evening reception, but the breakfast was the usual Embassy Suites experience. Nice options from fresh omelettes, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt, etc... Embassy Suites is always a good value with clean rooms and good amenities.

It was nice. Big. I was on the 2nd floor on request but out of i took the elevator to the 8th and glanced over railing. It was genuinely terrifying. I felt the elevator moved really fast from the 2nd floor sorta like an amusement park ride. so i was petrified of taking it from the 8th. And its clear glass so you can see all around you.. i was so close to helping for help because i thought i might be stuck and stairs were emergency stairwells. I did it anyway and it wasnt that fast but god i haven't been that frightened in a very long time. And i not saying this all as negative feedback. Looking back now, well, what s rush lol

Stayed at the Embassy Suites for two weeks for a work trip. It got busy real quick due to families overnighting from various cruises. But from the front desk staff, to the lovely ladies at breakfast, it felt like home away from home. Rooms and furniture are not as modern, but I’m not staying at the Four Seasons. Some bathroom hooks were unbalanced, and the holder that held the lotion was falling, but it did not ruin anything my comfort or stay. Breakfast is great, happy hour good too. Looking forward to my next stay here!

Clean rooms and kind service, though they were a little under staffed (which is common these days). 8th floor has laundry available, which is really useful! Room was clean and spacious. Microwave and fridge are also always appreciated at Embassy Suites.

Went here for Father’s Day because my son wanted to go swimming! We had a great time. Happy hour was awesome! Breakfast was amazing. Fast Internet connection for his gaming. My family and I stayed here during a layover while PCSing for the Marine Corps. The people at this hotel were absolutely outstanding. Traveling with 6 people, 2 dogs and (10) 40 gallon totes. They sent multiple vans to get us room the airport, allow us to store the totes instead of dragging them to our room and made agreements to transport us back to the airport in the morning with 2 vans to get us there. They were all so nice, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding and the rooms were nice and clean. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Embassy Suites.

Amazing experience from the shuttle pick up from the airport until when we left for our cruise. Jon the shuttle driver gave us awesome recommendations for sites and food and was very helpful by answering our questions. Tyler was just as awesome checking us in and making sure we were happy, not just satisfied. They both went above and beyond any experience I’ve had ever had at a hotel. Truly an experience to remember on our first visits to Seattle!

I've stayed at this Embassy more times than I can count. The staff is always incredible. Even during COVID, the staff was as helpful and accommodating as they could possibly be. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast, which is free is tasty and filling. I only wish I was still visiting Seattle so I could keep coming back here.

Great space for staying a night and catching a flight early the next day. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Bath tub faucet was leaking but they sent someone up to fix it. Not the most modern but perfect for a short stay especially if you're planning on being out of town for a week and need somewhere to stay/park.

Location was perfect for the tournament. Breakfast was great and breakfast staff was friendly. In fact most staff were kind except those regarding pool. They made it so room keys didn't open pool you had to ask. Then we're annoyed by it. The hot tub was yellow. The elevators were very slow and one was not working at all. With a full hotel that was a lot. Also parking was 22 dollars plus another 3 dollar parking tax that they don't mention.

After unexpectedly having to push back our flight until the following day this hotel was a very pleasant surprise after a rough morning at the airport. Megan at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our room was available and a pack and play was set up for our little one when we arrived. She was very kind and accommodating. The rooms were nice and breakfast was tasty. We enjoyed our evening happy hour. Airport shuttle was a big help and the driver was very knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommend.

Embassy Suites provide great facilities for your next stay or possible business meetings.

I was on site recently for a business conference that was also catered for lunch. The catering was fantastic and The food was great. Service was top-notch. Exactly what you would expect for a catered lunch. I have previously stayed overnight at embassy suites, and they also have great cookies!

Great experience! We were stuck in Seattle during the great Christmas 2021 air travel disaster. For our last two of four days waiting to fly home we stayed here. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Very well equipped rooms that were well maintained and clean. Amenities were first class

Nice breakfast and afternoon reception. Good location, walking distance to the mall which has restaurants.

So far pretty good. Breakfast seemed pretty limited but the omelet was good so it made up for it. The planes and traffic were pretty loud this morning but I didn't hear them at night. At $200 a night with fees it's kinda pricey for a weekday. 2 free drinks at night.

Very pleased with stay. Location and rooms were both excellent. Some minor cleanliness issues but nothing that made us feel the rooms were dirty. Pool was open by reservation, which was awesome (very difficult to find during pandemic). Free breakfast was adequate. Rates were excellent for our experience here. NOTE: if you need more than 2 towels, request them when you check in. We had to wait hours for additional towels. Not a big deal, but inconvenient if with a family. Overall would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was an adequate hotel for our stay. The staff was very nice. The hotel was close to a mall that had several restaurants. The free shuttle to the airport was nice. A complaint was the beds were on a very high platform making it difficult for short people to get into the bed. Not sure why but would ask that be reworked. Also why not change out the double beds for queen size beds.

A great hotel with exceptional staff. Front desk staff and shuttle drivers went out of their way to make our first visit to the Emerald City the best. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept. Lots of safe precautions to ensure you are safe from Covid-19. Will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Seattle.

Love this place! Clean, spacious, and very, very comfortable rooms. Can't wait for COVID restrictions to be lifted- they have an awesome HH and hot breakfast 😋

A few draw backs are that there's usually too many kids staying here. The pool shouldn't be so deep and the elevators sometimes smell.

We stayed in the two room suite which was a great choice for winding down after a long flight and stretching out. Really nice clean rooms. Large Flat screens in both rooms. Reception and the shuttle drivers were beyond welcoming. All in all a solid choice in the area. Couldn’t ask for more than that from an establishment.

I had to travel with my soccer team on very short notice to Seattle. I cannot tell you how fortunate I feel to have been able to get a hold of their Director of Sales and Marketing, Danielle Pineda. To say that my group was taken care of is the understatement of the century. My trip was very fluid with lots of moving parts and Danielle not only addressed every need, but only is solution oriented and is an excellent problem solver. There were many groups already staying there, so for Danielle to have found us meeting spaces and the rooms we needed felt miraculous. On top of that, the rooms were great, the included breakfast is one of the best values in hospitality, and the catered meals, done by head chef Gary Martin, were delicious. It is rare for us to be taken care of so well. Thank you to everyone who helped us!

As always this embassy suites has amazing amenities. We had great time staying there for a night. Breakfast was awesome with a good variety of choices. One issue I found with the breakfast was the place its organized. It was difficult to get the items second time if there is a queue for cook to order. I think they should separate the cook to order and the buffet. Other than that everything else is good.

Only went there to pick up some packages at the amazon lockbox but the decor was light and modern and felt new.

But the main reason for the 5* is the awesome overnight front desk attendant. She was helpful & genuinely pleasant & nice & not at all suspicious or judgemental that i was there at 2 am to gather said packages. Such a breath of fresh air since most people automatically assume I'm up to no good simply because of the time of night. I really appreciated her her and her kindness.

It was my Son's birthday, so I took him and my Grandson for a weekend swim and chance to get away from it all. We had the best room in the hotel and my family had the best time. My Grandson at bedtime said "this was so much fun, can we do it again?". My Son said he had a really good time and it reminded him of his childhood when we used to go every few months for a get away.

Very friendly, very welcoming! I don't think I have ever stayed at a hotel where my children have been more excited. They were so happy the entire time and I hope we get to visit again real soon.

The only notes I would have is that the water takes a LONG time to warm up for a shower, still great pressure and I did not run out of hot water at all. And the pool area was a little corroded. Like, you could tell it was an older area, clean, but tarnished and corroded from years of housing a steaming pool with chlorine. The children loved the pool though and I would take this hotel over a new shiny pool any day.

Super place to stay for a long layover at SEATAC. Shuttle service is punctual and included in guest price. Noelani was great at reception and got us in to our room and off to the great cooked to order breakfast we have come to expect from Embassy Suites. We stayed an an ES in Denver on the first leg of our trip and was not half as good.

The check-in was easy, the staff was very helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent, above and beyond. We also left our car parked here and took their shuttle to the airport. This was our first visit here, but it will definitely not be our last.

The Outside building looks kinda old but the inside is very nice, new, and very clean. I like that there the sunroof in the middle of the common area, letting a lot of light into building.

The hotel is clean. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable.

Staff is friendly.

Noted that in the covid situation, There is limitation in using the Exercise room that you have to reserved and ask the front desk to open the door for you.

The breakfast is awesome. Love that they have hot, Made-to-order omelet and good pan cake. Love it.

I personally love this hotel. The pool is great and the fact that they keep it open by reservation during covid when all the other hotels just closed their pools is awesome. And they still do an AMAZING free breakfast with the best cooks and servers (even though they stop at 830am on weekdays). The rooms are clean and spacious.

Now for what some would consider the negatives. There is almost always a fight in the parking lot on Saturday nights. One time there was even a gun fired. I personally found this to be very entertaining and exciting to watch from my window, but I can see how this wouldn't be everyone's reaction.

There are also usually birthday parties (balloons and decorations) in numerous rooms through out the hotel with tons of minors running around in the halls and being very loud. But when I had one of these parties next door to me, the front desk had no problem allowing me to switch to a room in a quieter location.

Honestly hands down the best staff! Angela is really on top of her tasks and is so helpful (even since her new promotion;)). We had a few issues with our ac unit and it was attended to. We’ve been here since September 2019 as long term residents until we get a house the weekly rates are affordable. Even due to the recent Covid crisis I have never had a worry if our place was clean or not. They’re always cleaning lol! The newer staff are all super nice and respectful too compared to the old staff, when we first arrived. Respectfully- the family with the German Shepard! :)

Thank you, thank you thank you! We sure appreciate this hotel and staff! We ran some issues to our final destination and they were so great to let us have a lateCheck out and hang out in the lobby. The breakfast is really good! It’s a great location. The only downside was one of the customer service reps at the front desk wasn’t friendly. I think her name was Maggie. But everyone else was so great and we will definitely be back.

Took a star off because the breakfast service was a mess, logistically. The breakfast staff was awesome though and were doing everything they can under the circumstances. Otherwise, very decent hotel. Loved the layout!

Great place to stay. Highly recommend if you are just stopping in Seattle and wanting to stay close to the Airport. The service was phenomenal! As for the rest of Seattle don't bother with much of anything other than the Space Needle.

I already liked the setup of the Embassy Suites. Now. I am also impressed by their COVID19 precautions with room cleaning and food offerings that still limit interaction.
