Very nice hotel. However, you pay to park your car, you pay to have internet in your room. The more moderately priced hotels provide these services. If this was just a place to stay overbite, I'd go elsewhere where these extra charges would be included in the charge for the room

Had a pleasant stay. Wonderful breakfast despite COVID restrictions. Sensible adjustments were made such as staff serving all hot food verse self service buffet. Pool was made available although the number of patrons was reduced.
The check-in was easy, the staff was very helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent, above and beyond. We also left our car parked here and took their shuttle to the airport. This was our first visit here, but it will definitely not be our last.

Super place to stay for a long layover at SEATAC. Shuttle service is punctual and included in guest price. Noelani was great at reception and got us in to our room and off to the great cooked to order breakfast we have come to expect from Embassy Suites. We stayed an an ES in Denver on the first leg of our trip and was not half as good.
The Outside building looks kinda old but the inside is very nice, new, and very clean. I like that there the sunroof in the middle of the common area, letting a lot of light into building.
The hotel is clean. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable.
Staff is friendly.
Noted that in the covid situation, There is limitation in using the Exercise room that you have to reserved and ask the front desk to open the door for you.
The breakfast is awesome. Love that they have hot, Made-to-order omelet and good pan cake. Love it.
The hotel is nice and the complimentary breakfast was especially nice. Large room and extremely friendly staff. The only issue I experienced was the fact that only one of the three elevators was working the entire time I was there (7 days) and that led to significant delays in getting to and from my room as well as led to a rather unsafe necessary practice of "packing" the elevator in which just about every elevator ride was overstuffed with people due to limited capacity and long wait times. Overall a good stay but the elevator issue certainly stood out.
I’ll be quick to admit my hesitancy at the Embassy Suites portfolio. They are dated and quite tacky, catering to traditional, or now I’d say old school businessmen. The room has a large, old wooden and glass desk in the living room with a wooden cutout map of the US. This one is clean and presentable... on the surface. First, the AC wasn’t running when we got in so the air was stale, musty and warm. When using the shower, the water didn’t drain and just pooled in the tub. The nastiest part was a clump of hair stuck to the wall of the shower. Disgusting and should have been cleaned. And finally, we used the pullout bed it was rickety and sloped toward the ground at the feet, making a very uncomfortable night sleep for the one on the sofa. Elevators were also extremely slow and LOUD, heard them all night from my bed. For this price, I’m quite disappointed.

After unexpectedly having to push back our flight until the following day this hotel was a very pleasant surprise after a rough morning at the airport. Megan at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure our room was available and a pack and play was set up for our little one when we arrived. She was very kind and accommodating. The rooms were nice and breakfast was tasty. We enjoyed our evening happy hour. Airport shuttle was a big help and the driver was very knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommend.
Went here for Father’s Day because my son wanted to go swimming! We had a great time. Happy hour was awesome! Breakfast was amazing. Fast Internet connection for his gaming. Clean room and great service! One of the staff is a DJ and now we are friends. His DJ name is DJ All$tate. I work for Allstate Insurance! Not a coincidence!
What a Beautiful Hotel.. I must say that the staff works very hard.. But in TRUTH its not as open... The pool you have to reserve for 1hr... The restaurant is closed... The Grab and Breakfast is very limited... There's really nothing for children to do.. So children create their own fun... By running through the halls or playing with the elevators... I understand COVID restrictions.. But this is the current reality... I purchased bottle sodas 3 dollars each.. Stock was low...
The people there are awesome they are all pleasant to be around in very helpful I especially enjoyed the breakfast bunch. Lovely ladies. Kind generous. I will be back. :)
A great hotel with exceptional staff. Front desk staff and shuttle drivers went out of their way to make our first visit to the Emerald City the best. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept. Lots of safe precautions to ensure you are safe from Covid-19. Will definitely stay here again if we ever return to Seattle.
I love this place. Great customer service. Clean and fresh smelling. The free breakfast is the best I've ever seen. And I've stayed at alot of different hotels in many states and this is by far my favorite. Cant wait till breakfast. You get so much food. So definitely tip the cook and staff.
Nice facility great staff. My only concern was that the "cleaning" did not include removing the bar of soap from the previous occupant. That makes me wonder what else is missed......
Staff could care less about guest comfort. Parking is 25 and good luck finding a spot. Three parking is out back and they lock the back doors at night. So have fun walking in the rain around the building.
Very pleased with stay. Location and rooms were both excellent. Some minor cleanliness issues but nothing that made us feel the rooms were dirty. Pool was open by reservation, which was awesome (very difficult to find during pandemic). Free breakfast was adequate. Rates were excellent for our experience here. NOTE: if you need more than 2 towels, request them when you check in. We had to wait hours for additional towels. Not a big deal, but inconvenient if with a family. Overall would stay here again in a heartbeat!
I have a mixed bag opinion regarding my stay. Breakfast was okay not great. Beds were nice. Not to soft not to hard.
The was a whole entire mess up on the hotel part regarding pool times. Highly disappointed with that part. Not enough toilet paper. Not sure if I would return.
This was an adequate hotel for our stay. The staff was very nice. The hotel was close to a mall that had several restaurants. The free shuttle to the airport was nice. A complaint was the beds were on a very high platform making it difficult for short people to get into the bed. Not sure why but would ask that be reworked. Also why not change out the double beds for queen size beds.
We stayed here two nights (prepaid or it likely would have been just one) March 18 & 19, 2021. Our stay did not live up to the expectation that we have for the Embassy Suites properties. We wanted to stay at this location due to its proximity to SeaTac airport for our flight home Saturday. We previously stayed at the Embassy Suites downtown location (March 13-16) and had a great experience. The first issue we had was that breakfast was not how it was portrayed both online and over the phone. It was acceptable (premade hot breakfast), but not the typical made to order breakfast that Embassy Suites is known for. I understand that times are currently different, but the Embassy Suites downtown was still serving the full breakfast. If there was a change from the normal service, it should have been made clear, both online and when we called to specifically ask (as this is a big reason we typically stay at Embassy Suites). Unfortunately, this was not the only issue. We also specifically asked about laundry facilities, which they told us they had. They technically do have laundry facilities, but there were only two sets of washers/dryers and one of the dryers was out of service. (Both washers were full and left full for quite some time). As a comparison, the Embassy Suites downtown had 4 full sets of washers/dryers. I guess one big take home is if you are debating between the downtown and airport locations, downtown wins by a large amount. (with little price difference). Unfortunately, that's not all. The airport location gave off a very bad vibe of being in an unsafe location. Doors were locked to the lobby upon arrival the first night, people milling around outside, and the heavy odor of pot (I know it's legal here, but not a great look for an Embassy Suites). On the bright side, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly (one star for each!)
Oh, and one last unfortunately thing, TBS and TNT were not working on either tv in our room, so we were unable to watch March Madness 😐

Love this place! Clean, spacious, and very, very comfortable rooms. Can't wait for COVID restrictions to be lifted- they have an awesome HH and hot breakfast 😋
A few draw backs are that there's usually too many kids staying here. The pool shouldn't be so deep and the elevators sometimes smell.
Stay here! Staff is wonderful at all hours and nothing left to want for. Cannot say enough. Will forever love Seattle!
I personally love this hotel. The pool is great and the fact that they keep it open by reservation during covid when all the other hotels just closed their pools is awesome. And they still do an AMAZING free breakfast with the best cooks and servers (even though they stop at 830am on weekdays). The rooms are clean and spacious.
Now for what some would consider the negatives. There is almost always a fight in the parking lot on Saturday nights. One time there was even a gun fired. I personally found this to be very entertaining and exciting to watch from my window, but I can see how this wouldn't be everyone's reaction.
There are also usually birthday parties (balloons and decorations) in numerous rooms through out the hotel with tons of minors running around in the halls and being very loud. But when I had one of these parties next door to me, the front desk had no problem allowing me to switch to a room in a quieter location.
Nice big rooms, ok breakfast, restaurant/bar is permanently closed. Good location.
Super over chlorinated pool, that will burn your eyes.
Carpet was stained.
People smoking MJ indoors skunked up my room.
Service was nice.
Bfast was very nice.
$19/night for registered guests to park with zero recourse for parking safely within walking distance is obscene and deplorable, a sad hidden fee that would absolutely have prevented booking had I known in advance. Don't list it as an amenity when you have to pay more than you do to park in downtown Seattle. 😡😡😡😡😡
Great place to stay. Highly recommend if you are just stopping in Seattle and wanting to stay close to the Airport. The service was phenomenal! As for the rest of Seattle don't bother with much of anything other than the Space Needle.
My family and I stayed here during a layover while PCSing for the Marine Corps. The people at this hotel were absolutely outstanding. Traveling with 6 people, 2 dogs and (10) 40 gallon totes. They sent multiple vans to get us room the airport, allow us to store the totes instead of dragging them to our room and made agreements to transport us back to the airport in the morning with 2 vans to get us there. They were all so nice, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding and the rooms were nice and clean. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Embassy Suites.
It was nice. Big. I was on the 2nd floor on request but out of i took the elevator to the 8th and glanced over railing. It was genuinely terrifying. I felt the elevator moved really fast from the 2nd floor sorta like an amusement park ride. so i was petrified of taking it from the 8th. And its clear glass so you can see all around you.. i was so close to helping for help because i thought i might be stuck and stairs were emergency stairwells. I did it anyway and it wasnt that fast but god i haven't been that frightened in a very long time. And i not saying this all as negative feedback. Looking back now, well, what s rush lol
I love this place. Helpful staff. Very friendly.
Don't let the stock photos fool you. If I could give 0 stars I would. Room smelled like an ashtray in a non-smoking room, stains ALL over the room (couch, floors, bathroom), and was not clean (especially during a pandemic).... Absolutely appaling. Checked in and immediately cancelled and checked out. 1000% don't recommend.
Didn't like that their beds were 2 high and small. Staff were very friendly. There breakfast menu could of added more veriaty like fruits or oatmea
Great friendly service, clean, free breakfast (cooked not microwaved), and had Pokemon gym :)
Cheap parking. Easy and simple shuttle use.
We stayed in the two room suite which was a great choice for winding down after a long flight and stretching out. Really nice clean rooms. Large Flat screens in both rooms. Reception and the shuttle drivers were beyond welcoming. All in all a solid choice in the area. Couldn’t ask for more than that from an establishment.
We Love this place everytime we go to Seattle this is our go to! The customer service and people there are so polite and take care of business to protect their customers. Plus it's so clean and well kept we always have a pleasant stay when we go there and the front desk always accommodates us so that we have a great stay and love the smiles from all the employees there makes us feel so welcome!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!! 💞
It was great our stay was really comfortable and all the employees where really nice and they respected the norms that they're supposed to follow. Love that we have the opportunity to enjoy the pool if we reserve it.
The facility is beautiful and they even have complimentary drinks and bar and restaurant inside... Wud definitely stay again on my next visit
I already liked the setup of the Embassy Suites. Now. I am also impressed by their COVID19 precautions with room cleaning and food offerings that still limit interaction.
Honestly hands down the best staff! Angela is really on top of her tasks and is so helpful (even since her new promotion;)). We had a few issues with our ac unit and it was attended to. We’ve been here since September 2019 as long term residents until we get a house the weekly rates are affordable. Even due to the recent Covid crisis I have never had a worry if our place was clean or not. They’re always cleaning lol! The newer staff are all super nice and respectful too compared to the old staff, when we first arrived. Respectfully- the family with the German Shepard! :)
We have stayed at many Embassy Suites, and we loved everything about this one...EXCEPT, $19 for parking...Really!!?? I understand paid parking in a downtown urban hotel (Seattle, Portland, LA, etc.), but $19 in this suburban setting with a large wraparound outdoor lot...again, REALLY!? There are at least 3-4 other large hotels very near and we didn't see any other with a one arm bandit parking barrier. Come on Hilton/Embassy! Unacceptable, we won't stay here again despite the great room and great staff. At the very least you should discount or comp your Hilton Honors members

The Embassy by Hilton is great with the family! Large rooms, pool and hot tub and just overall clean open feel. They have evening snacks that could be a meal with open bar to all who are staying and a good little complementary breakfast that includes cooked to your liking omelette. One down side is at this location they tac on additional charge for parking, but with snack and breakfast k feel like we come out ahead. Close to lots of shopping and access to Seattle or Tacoma depending on where we are heading. Darryl works as the one and only Omlette man! Serves up the omelettes with big smile, conversation and jokes! Keep this man around!
Nice clean rooms. Social hour is awesome and cooked to order breakfast. The atrium is really nice and the hotel is well taken care of. This is an older Embassy but overall we enjoyed our stay!
Love this chain of hotels. Always stay at them when we travel. Pool, hot tub free happy hour. Great staff and fun.
Comfortable, clean and close to the airport with shuttle services. Stayed twice already for the early morning flights from Seattle. Affordable parking through third party websites. Will stay here again.
Went here for continued education for my business. Basil's catered the 2 day event food was great.
I LOVE this place!! My wife and I, stay here once a month, as a little staycation. Their service is second to none. Their employees are always kind and professional. The onsite restaurant "Basil" is excellent. Free happy hour, and their bartender Ashley is extremely efficient. She works hard and makes every drink perfectly. She is also kind and even remembers us by name and our drinks. And then the next day, they have a breakfast buffet that rivals some of the breakfast buffets in Vegas. This place is AMAZING. Hands down my favorite of any Embassey Suites location. My only complaint is I often book through a third party site, and it takes the front desk to make sure your stay is credited towards your Hilton Rewards, and I ALWAYS ask them too, yet my stays are almost never tracked towards my rewards, I wonder if it is a training issue regarding that. But that is a small complaint, compared to their overall service.
My very favorite place to have a mini staycation. We come here monthly, just to get away and enjoy a change from homelife. Happy hour drinks poured to perfection from Ashley, and always a perfect breakfast buffet. This place is so good.
Grew up coming here every year for Christmas. Free breakfast in the morning is awesome, and free drinks during happy hours set Embassy Suites apart from the rest. Highly recommend, especially for groups.
We're staying here right now. The staff is super friendly and helpful! I came in, looking extra bedraggled from flying all day with a toddler but the desk person was friendly and didn't stick her nose up at us. The reception hour bartender was also super sweet and friendly. Our toddler pressed the 911 button on the phone and they were gracious about that too.
The rooms are clean and large. I absolutely love Embassy Suites and make a point to pick them. This one doesn't disappoint.
Visited Embassy Suites for a training. The hotel is beautiful but I spent the most time in the Triple Crown event room. The smell of mildew is overwhelming and has been causing myself and other attendees respiratory issues. This issue has been here, this doesn't develop overnight. I wonder if mildew or mold are prevalent elsewhere in the hotel also.
Julia at the front desk is the BEST! After I booked the Airport shuttle and she learned that I would be missing breakfast she brought up a box of breakfast and left it in my fridge. People like her are exactly why Hilton is successful and why customers return!
Great friendly staff! Large, clean room perfect for the family. We stayed for a Seahawks game and the front desk was very accommodating for early check-in and suggested we use the airport shuttle in order to take the train into the stadium. Saved us a ton of time, stress and money! We will definitely stay here again.
The breakfast was amazing, way more than we expected!
Really enjoyed everytime we stay here. The employees are all very polite and professional. And they always have a clean facility. Refreshments in the evening are never a bad thing. And made to order breakfast in the morning. This is where we will be staying from now on for any trips or vacations.
Always clean, great breakfast buffet. Perfect location to airport and shopping! The only drawback is their exercise room is a joke. So small and not enough cardio equipment. I'd give them 5 stars if that improved!

Only got to stay 1 night at this hotel, but everything was great! This is a nice hotel with friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.
Ample selections of their continental breakfast.
Relaxing and cozy place.
Closer to malls and airport.
Secured parking spaces.
I got a good night of sleep.
My family and I had an outstanding stay. The hotel is very clean and has a beautiful ambiance. Our room was clean they even had ceiling lights.
The complementary breakfast is amazing. Daryl who made my omelet was great service. There is a clean free shuttle the runs to and from the airport! This is a great place to stay

Convenient airport hotel with general amenities that most travelers need. Like other Embassy Suites they have the complimentary breakfast and happy hour drinks and snacks. The rooms are mostly suites bit they do have some rooms that are smaller than standard hotel rooms. The urban rooms are basically a small room with a queen bed, the vanity in the same space as the bed and a standing shower only. While they do have a variety of rooms, the building appears to have been renovated with some of the older fixtures still in place. The mattress was not very comfortable, but was sufficient. While they do say that have a mini store, it's basically a fridge full of beverages and frozen food and some candy, No toiletries or other convenience items. They do have a pool, jacuzzi and small fitness room. Overall, the hotel meets most travelers needs and looks to be renovated.
