Very easy to use:::
1. Book online (keep the email at hand)
2. Show the email code at the entrance
3. Park (wait outside your vehicle, a shuttle will pick you up right away)
4. Keep and Read the paper that the shuttle driver will give you (don't lose it, you'll need it to read at what area you will be pickup up
when arriving back)
5. Remember where you were dropped off at the airport, you will have to go back there to take the shuttle when you are back
6. When arriving back, go to that area, read the paper that the shuttle driver gave you to know at what island you will be picked up (BE AT THE RIGHT ISLAND/STOP, and probably the shuttle has to be for the right Lot... for example, lot B or lot C, etc)
(You can call them to know if they have a driver already on the way, you don't have to but better to be sure)
7. Raise your hand when you see the driver, get in, give him the paper, buckle up
8. When arriving to your car, have your email code ready for checking out
9. Drive safe

I was able to use a Groupon and got a great deal. They also provide detailing services while your car is parked there! I recommend reserving your space for at least an hour before your boarding time, and an hour after you land. Keep track or take a photo of the ticket you’re given when you’re picked up from your parking space.

We booked online with less than 2 days before our trip because our original plans fell through.
This place was super reasonable. We paid about $110 for 5 days. For our experience, we got to park our own car, and the complimentary shuttle came and picked us up right from our spot.
The shuttle took about 5-8mins from when we hopped in to when we got dropped off at SeaTac. And our driver was very courteous!
When we were returning from our trip, our flight got delayed over an hour, making our pickup time delayed an hour as well. I would plan on 45min-1hour after your plane is expected to land to book your departure time from the parking lot.
The great news was the parking attendant was extremely accommodating, offering us the additional hour we needed for free and even giving us a rewards card with one free day and free water bottles for the road trip back home! We had a great experience and will definitely be using this place again for when we fly out of SeaTac.

This is our go to place for parking at Sea-Tac. Online reservations are easy. Paying early and reserving early saves us money and time. They meet us at our car relatively quick after we park. I love these guys. I've been parking here for roughly 10 years, some years with frequent travel others without. I don't even remember how I discovered them. Call me a creature of habit, but they've allowed me to stack up points through business use and I have a couple free weeks of parking saved up at this point. So basically when I go away on 3 day trips on my own time it's all free. I do quite a bit of business traveling these days for about four or five days at a time and bottom line, they've never let me down. Make reservations before hand. They send you a receipt which is scanned at the entry. If you don't make a reservation and they're busy you are completely out of luck, but they'll tell you right there on the website if you need to prepay. The rates are entirely fair. They'll get you where you need to go on time at Sea-Tac. The shuttles turn up fairly frequently, on the other end. An altogether good experience and I will keep using them to the exclusion of others essentially until further notice.

Parking lot is fenced and feels very secure, and I also like that it's self-park so I got to take my keys with me (my car is my baby so I'm always a bit reluctant leaving it behind in an unfamiliar area). I had a nice experience parking at SeaTac Park for 3 days last weekend. The staff at the entrance/exit, shuttle drivers were very polite and courteous. They just pick you up right from your parking spot. During my return, I called them requesting a shuttle ride back to the parking lot and as promised the shuttle arrived within 7 - 8 minutes. The person at the exit of the parking lot also offered me a bottle of water while I was checking out. All in all, a wonderful experience and I will use this service again in future.

I called their office line three times while planning and while on my trip and each time they were so friendly and helpful. I was not clear where to go to get to the shuttle bus back to the parking lot and the fellow asked me where I was and gave me step-by-step directions. As I was leaving the guy at the booth offered us bottled water. Tell me the last time you got bottled water after leaving an airport parking lot. They have 110V 15A outlets for EVs but you need to call ahead.

Can book parking on the day of or ahead of time I literally booked my reservation as we were 15 min away from the airport this was our first time doing this so we didn’t know what to expect. The website was easy to navigate I immediately got the receipt email with a barcode to scan at the gate there’s friendly staff there to help and guide us where to park. Once we parked theres a shuttle making rounds around the lot or followed us after entering the lot to pick us up. The shuttle driver was amazing, help us with our luggage and he even stopped us in the middle of traffic to give us direction cause he saw we were walking in the wrong direction to the terminal. The interiors of the shuttles are super clean, friendly, helpful drivers and frequent shuttle availability, honestly for us it was the fastest pickup and return back to a lot - And as others have mentioned, as we exited the lot on the way home, we were each offered a bottle of water after our long journey. 15 APR 24 - I paid full price online to reserve a spot. When I came back from my trip and got ready to leave this parking, they said I had an additional charge because I was leaving after my departure time by 42 minutes because of circumstances out of my control such as flight being delayed. Never again will I use this parking.
Update 27 Apr 24 - I emailed and they refunded my money the same day I was charged. I have to say, aside from being wrongfully charged, great customer service to fix this issue.

Amazing customer service! They are a great option for anyone who needs to go on a trip but doesn’t want to park at the more expensive SeaTac parking or take an Uber/Lyft. You have to make a reservation online but if you show up and there’s spots, they’ll direct you where to park nearby so you can make the reservation on your phone, and then they can help set you up! It was a very seamless and easy process so there’s no added stress! Their shuttle bus drivers are so sweet and I love how they’ll drop everyone off right where they parked! We’re definitely going to park here for future trips now that we know how amazing their customer service is!

As for the experience, everyone is helpful and friendly, and there's never a wait to take the shuttle to the airport.
I've used this place 3 times now, and the longest wait to get from the airport back to the lot is 5 minutes.

First time parking at SeaTac and had a great experience here. Unusually pleasant and efficient staff, even at 4am. Got me to the airport within about 15 minutes of entering and was easy to find and wave down the driver for a ride back.

Staffs and shuttle drivers were nice and friendly. Shuttle ran frequently. I didn't need to wait long for a shuttle to pick me up from the airport after 11 pm.

We have used SeaTac Park several times over the past 3-4 years and even with all the stress of traveling recently, their service is always a bright spot. The shuttles run efficiently with friendly drivers and the staff at the kiosk is always ready to greet you with a bottle of water when you return. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! The drivers got us to the airport fast and safely. When I got back and was heading home the staff offered me bottles of water for the road. I will definitely be using SeaTacPark whenever I fly out of Seattle!

Nice service. Good location, friendly, and pickup was quicker than other lots. They are more expensive than other park lots but it was a good experience to try them. Our ShuttlePark 2 lot was full so we were forced to use another lot. If it was cheaper I’d recommend.

Absolutely the safest place to park near the Airport but also the staff are amazing and courteous. They take extremely good care of each vehicle. They also handed us water at cashier station. I believe Armond was the last man we spoke. He was fantastic. It was on April 13th after 12:30am

I fly a lot for work and have used most of the larger parking outfits close to SeaTac and this has become one of my favorites. It's easy to get to from I5 and I can do everything from the app including requesting a shuttle. The shuttle is relatively quick and will pick you up and drop you off right at your car.
You also earn rewards points every day you park which can be redeemed for free days

I've been with seatacpark for many years. Always reliable, decent rates in available parking. Definitely need to make a reservation though. Also the rewards program is good. Currently I have like 14 days of free parking saved up the only thing is I wish their drivers came around to the pickup points at the airport more often.

I originally went because of the low price. Now it's because of the excellent service. The van drivers are very nice, it's easy to check in and out, and they give you a bottle of water for the drive home.

After reading quite a few reviews on multiple parking lots we decided to use SeaTac Park and we are so happy we did! We've used this lot for a few trips already and the service is superb since the moment you enter the lot until you are brought back from the airport to pick up the car. The lot is big and with plenty of space in between cars and lanes.

Exactly what I wanted, easy drop-off procedures, reasonable price, and A-1 staff who felt like they were doing their best to assist me at every step. After 20 days we returned to a car in the same condition we left it, no issues at all. Would highly recommend. I will also mention that their shuttle was prompt to pick us up (late at night) on arrival. I just had to text their number and they sent a shuttle out.

For the past 6 years, instead of imposing on someone to provide hour and a half rides to/from the airport, or taking a cumbersome 5 modes of transportation from Poulsbo, relying on others for rides to a bus or BI Ferry terminal at all hours, or use an unreliable airport shuttle, we have left our vehicle at SeaTacPark for as long as 4 weeks. It is secure, shuttles run efficiently 24/7, and staff is very friendly. We no longer stress out over inconveniencing anyone for rides, especially if flights arrive middle of the night and ferries or airporter shuttles are not in service. Also, instead of at least 2-3hrs, it takes less than 2 hours from our driveway to the Terminal! And using discounts like prepaying 10 days in advance and accumulating points for future free nights makes it very affordable, and definitely worthwhile. I recommend signing up for a free account, no matter how little or how often one expects to use it!

How did parking your car get more expensive than an airline flight? One has to shop around for prices and with some of the crime happening these days you want to leave your car someplace safe for a week or two. I highly recommend SeaTac Park. The people are friendly and reliable. I know my car is safe. If you book ahead of time, the prices are almost 50% off. The van picks you up right at your car and drops you off right at your car. Before you jump on the highway home they give you a bottle of water for the road. I've used their services for several years now and they have never disappointed me.
