We were very pleased with our experience with Park N Jet. I was a little concerned as hadn't used them before but found the lot without any trouble. As we had reserved and prepaid online the check in was very easy. Shuttle drivers very friendly and laid back. My wife left her cell phone in our vehicle and the driver said no problem and took us right back and we got to our airport check in with time to spare. Pick up was right on and our vehicle was waiting for us a few steps from where we got off the shuttle. Definitely would use Park N Jet again as their service is excellent and rates very competitive.

First time using Park N Jet-Lot 1, and so far, I'm thoroughly impressed at what a great experience it was!! I arrived early morning, and the man running things was super friendly, greeted me by name immediately, and gave me thorough instructions on where to park and what to do from there. The shuttle arrived right on time, we waited only a couple minutes in a clean and spacious waiting area with fresh coffee. The shuttle driver was just as friendly and helpful! The ride to the airport was quick, and the driver was great at loading and unloading everyone, paying close attention to the older passengers with walkers. I'll update this review when I return for my car, but I'm confident my car is in good hands.

First time using this lot and I was impressed. The drive through check-in was great. The bus to the airport left promptly. They picked us up in a reasonable amount of time on return and our car was waiting.
The only downside is that this lot is pretty far from the airport. That being said, the convenience and excellent service made it worth the extra few minutes to the terminal.
This is much better than the lot we had been using.

I have always received excellent service from Park N Jet Lot 1. Very easy to make reservations and fast to get to the airport. I have always left within 10 minutes of arriving at the parking lot. The ride to the airport is about 15 minutes, so plan ahead. The service has always been wonderful with my car waiting for me when I got back to the lot. The only thing you should be aware of is the pick-up at the airport can be a little slow. If they have only one or two vans running, it can take over 20 minutes if you just missed the van and have to wait for it to return. Not a problem when the weather is nice and you are not exhausted from a cross-country flight or it's freezing cold outside, but the price is good and I totally trust them with the safety of my car.

I have used this parking service several times while living here. I have never had any issues with my car's condition upon my return. Sometimes you have to wait ~20 minutes upon arrival back in Seattle but the trip to the airport is usually extremely prompt and quick. I've never waited more than 10 minutes even on holidays. I've had some very close calls with my arrival time to the parking lot and my flight time, but I have never been delayed at all by Park N Jet. I would say you need to give yourself an extra 30 minutes to be comfortably on time for your flight simply due to the distance and possible traffic complications. The drivers are very nice, will help you with your bags, and make sure you get off at the right stop. Park N Jet is a great alternative to the exorbitant parking prices at Seatac.

This place has high security and the facility interior is comfortable, they also serve Starbucks coffee! Restrooms are very clean and easily accessible. They are only a few miles from the airport and offer shuttling to and from the airport. I don't see myself parking anywhere else and will continue to recommend to all my friends and family!

My partner and I have purchased a prepaid package at Park N Jet and we've really liked it. We've utilized our days probably 4 or 5 separate times since purchasing, and regardless of whether we reserve our spot a few months out for a well planned trip or a few days out due to a family emergency, the reservation process is smooth and pain-free. The staff are always friendly when we arrive, and we've always had prompt shuttles to the airport itself. The return-to-car-from-airport process is smooth as long as you correctly read the instructions. Pickup has usually taken less than 10 minutes, and we've always returned to our vehicle safely.

When we picked up by the passenger shuttle and back inside the parking lot. The shuttle driver stopped in time to avoid a head on collision by a speeding car, driving by another parking attendant. Ironically the speeding car belonging to me. I was lucky that I could drive my car home.

If it is your first time, look at the islands (1, 2, or 3) when you get dropped off. I had to walk a little further because I wasn't aware of the island locations my first time. If you need a safe place to park your vehicle while you travel, this is the place. Their rates are reasonable. We went on vacation for 6 days and when we returned, it was easy to jump back on the bus at the designated pick up spot and when we go back to the lot, our car window was rolled down, because it was super hot that day we returned, and it was parked close to the drop off area. Would definitely recommend! At first I was worried about leaving my car there and getting damaged, but I’ve used them a couple of times now and nothing happened. It’s pretty cheap and easy to use. You do have to wait about 10-15 minutes for the shuttle to pick you up from the airport, but besides that, it’s easy to drop off and pick up your car.

Very good place to park while you fly out of sea tac. Drive in drop off you car keys and jump on to their shuttle to the airport. When you are heading back just give them a call from their phone in the pick up area. They will pick you up and take you back. They have coffee, hot chocolate and tea in the store for you.

Had a great experience all around. When I arrived, the line moved quickly for check-in, and there were two buses waiting to take all us early-morning folks to the airport. The ride was only about 10 minutes long. Once I returned, I called the service when I arrived to the pickup area, and their automated system was AWESOME. A bus came in under 5 minutes to pick me up, and they had my car waiting for me when I arrived. We have used Park N Jet three times now and we wouldn't change a thing. Pricing is pretty steady and way better than SeaTac proper. The shuttle service is prompt both ways and takes traffic into account and adjusts as needed. I recommend saving money and time by reserving with an account online. Checking in and out is simple as long as you keep track of your car ticket (so put it somewhere safe). This receipt has instructions for pickup from the shuttle service.
We've had to both cancel and adjust/extend reservations and they are accommodating every time.

I just used Park n Jet Lot 1 while away for a week.
From online reservations to parking and returning to my vehicle, everything was spot on, friendly and prompt.
The shuttle van left the lot for SEA departures as soon as it was almost full. The driver was courteous and efficient as any I've seen. That's what we pay for.
In fact, when I returned to SEA I called the automated number from the gate and by the time I reached the pickup point #1, the van arrived in two minutes.
When dropped off at Lot 1, my car was right there, ready to go. Easy!
Very satisfied and I recall the same result in previous times using Lot1 and Lot2 as well. I think they've got it together and I'll definitely use them again. Zero issues in the three or four times I've used them.

Please prepay with your reservation before arrival-it slows the process for others and yourself if you don't. Word is out this place is awesome-let's help them with the added crowds in peak time. :)

Everything went smoothly with parking and the shuttle between the lot and airport. The cost was very reasonable. The only thing I recommend is giving customers more information about contacting the lot for pickup. I needed to enter a 5 digit number, but my parking ticket only had 4 numbers. A shuttle was driving by and I was able to flag it down and get my ride. I would use this service again.

Affordable long term parking! I used this lot for 10 days. The drop off process was very easy. Upon return, we called for the shuttle and waited about 25 min. It had snowed around 3 inches that day. They had an ice scraper and tool that we could use to brush the snow off our car ourselves. I saw in reviews for the other lot that they retrieve your car so it’s ready to go when it arrives, but this wasn’t the case for us. I know there’s been staffing issues so I’ll say that was the reason, although folks in our shuttle seemed to have their car ready and running for them.

We returned home prepared with a tire patch kit in our luggage. It's always the worst timing when it comes to car trouble and these guys saved me a lot of water damage to my car. As I pulled in I rolled down my window to talk to the attendant and all went smoothly. So I pulled my car around to the valet area and *bzzzz clunk* and the window falls retracts into my door never to be seen again. A wide open window in Seattle when it's going to be left outside in the rain for a week is not what you want. I didn't have time or tools to pull the door panel so they offered me all they had available in the office which was a trash bag and they let me use up all their tape to get it covered. I asked if they'd allow it to be parked in any covered area of which they only have a few spaces that are probably extra expensive and I came back to find my car was parked there for no extra charge! Nice and dry. I was able to bring a few tools and get the window up while in their lot so I could make it home. I already liked this lot for their convenient and trouble-free service and good prices and now I like it even more. Thank you for saving my vacation from ending in disaster.

Awesome service. I was very surprised by the service given the low cost. There was essentially no wait to get from the parking lot to the airport using the shuttle. Upon return, we called the number on our ticket and were promptly picked up by a shuttle already en route. Once we arrived back at the lot, our car was already out and ready to go. The shuttle driver helped us get our bags on the shuttle and off the shuttle when we got to the airport. 2nd time parking here. We bought the 60-day package online. On both visits, we had conflicting issues with the website reservation or on-site ticketing dates but once we spoke to the employees our problems were resolved.
Wish there weren't issues to begin with but we appreciate the customer service we received.
First visit return shuttle pick-up took 40 minutes. Second, visit only 5 minutes. Both shuttle drop-offs were quick. Love that the shuttle driver makes quick work of the "lot > airport" trip and we make sure to tip accordingly.

Only bad thing was, the text option for pickup, it didn't work for me. You are required to enter a syntax that includes your ClaimID * Island * Minutes you will be on the Island for the pickup. It does NOT work, I tried 3 different variations following the example when I got an error message from the original text message I sent in. This was frustrating when you're doing this while at the baggage carousel at the airport. Call the number instead, you will be prompted to enter your Claim Number etc and proceed to the Island location pick up at the airport.
Aside from the text option that didn't work, our experience was great using this service. I would recommend this to family and friends.

Okay parking services when I leave the car to them. But it’s not a pleasant experience when i pick up my car. Sent the message to then at 10:18, 10:22, 10:40 and no shuttle came up at 10:50. Had to call their emergency number and they said no shuttle was being sent… Apparently their system is BROKEN.

Booking online was very easy. After I passed through the barrier gate the lady at the window asked me if I was John, she was expecting me! Parked in front of the door and handed over the valet key to my car in exchange for a ticket. They park the car in the lot and bring it back to front when you return. The shuttle took me to Departures in five minutes. When I returned and called them from Arrivals Island 3 the shuttle pulled up 2 minutes! Outstanding. Park N Jet gave great service for best price.

We've been coming here for maybe 5 years now. We fly out several times a year for a couple days, and sometimes a week or more. Never had an incident with car damage, or a reservation. Shuttle times were fine as long as you plan properly. They fill up, leave to drop off passengers and come back. Reserving a spot for your car does not guarantee there's a shuttle open and waiting for you. Sometimes you wait can wait a few minutes or more- especially during peak hours, but that's to be expected! the price seems more than fair to me.
Buying the bulk packages was a good deal for us.

I've used both lots, actually. Both are great. My last trip, I lost my return ticket. I called, verified, and there was no problem. I was quickly picked up. My car was in great condition. I always check and make note of my vehicle before I park anywhere, including mileage; gas; glove compartment; and other hidden areas. They customer service is always top notch.

This was a great place! The 2 gentlemen that were there ((super early)) were so nice. The shuttle was clean (and warm). The GPS directions were right on. Also the lot itself and restrooms were clean!!
Returning, it only took the shuttle about 10 minutes to arrive to pick me up. The driver was really nice. When getting to the Lot (1), apparently my tire had a flat, I was impressed that they had an air compressor to put more air in it. The compressor wasn't working 100%, but they were able to get enough air in it for me to make it to the nearest gas station.

We recently left our car in this lot for a month after booking and paying online. The price was right and the service was excellent. This location is clean and secure. The ride to the airport is short and we did not have to wait for shuttles going or coming back. The staff was courteous and efficient. We will use this lot again for sure.

I share this "secret" parking place with everyone we know. Their service is impeccable. The staff are so courteous, from the check-in, to the drivers. They've got the system down to perfection. On our return, it takes one text message and we're on the bus back to the lot, where our car is already pulled up, ready to drive off. Amazing! We love these guys, keep up the GREAT work! Thank you.

Used Park N Jet in March after being recommended to them by a friend. They were very nice and accommodating. My husband is now deployed so I decided to make another trip with our almost 8 month old son.. after extending our trip and having some worries about my windshield that had prior damage, RJ was kind enough to go check my car and make sure the extreme temps that just hit Seattle didn’t do anymore damage to my windshield. He went as far as calling me back and reassuring me that everything was fine. Such a personable young man and very professional. Not to mention, the price is right!! I trusted my brand new car with them. By the time I got there from Bellingham my mileage was kind of low.
I asked if they could charge it while I was gone on vacation. They didn't hesitate and were more than willing to do so.
Back from vacation, car was charged, got in my car and left for home.
Get a call from management and they told me that I left my key card behind.
I was already 15 minutes away, it was rainy, very late into the evening: I just wanted to get back home.
So they recommended that they could mail it to me: which they did!

I feel more than confident in leaving them my car.

For my first experience with off-airport parking, I had a very smooth experience. Marcos was a wonderful gentleman and my shuttle driver both ways. Pleasant even in the late hours. Instructions were clear and when I was confused, they were helpful in directing me. I waited basically not at all, they were expecting me when I arrived and my car was ready and waiting for me when I got back. Great experience.
