Always a great experience with these guys, they are always on time and booking with them is very easy. I always pre pay online and Doug Fox is very good about being up to date and knowing how to deal with that (I know it sounds weird but there are some parking places in the area that look at you weird when you say you pre paid). Over all great place and I feel comfortable leaving my car here.

Online booking great but cost more at gate? My times and dates were correct. Some reason charge me additional $11 bucks?????

Recently I had an incident with my Vehicle while it was parked at Doug Fox Parking. It was vandalized. It was not Doug Foxes fault but they stepped up and helped with my deductible and misc. expenses. They were under no obligation to do this but the owner appreciated my business and stepped up and offered a helping hand. When a company takes care of its customers above and beyond like this, it restores my faith in American small business. Thank you Doug fox. You have a customer for life!

Just had a great experience at Doug Fox Parking. We parked our car for 5 days. The drop off process was easy and the shuttles were speedy. It was just a easy to get out car when we got back. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend parking here.

This place is the best. They let you park your own car, and don't ever tell you it is valet only because of how full it is... They pick you up immediately right at your car. The shuttle trip both to and from the airport is (I think) the shortest of anywhere. I have found my "go to" place. -THANKS!!

Parking is a little more expensive than some of the other places around SeaTac that we have used, but the benefits outweigh the lower cost. At other places you park your car, turn in your keys, wait to be shuttled. When you get back you wait forever to be picked up, wait to get your keys, your car has been moved so you need to find it. At Doug Fox you get picked up at your car, keep your keys, get dropped off at the airport, and upon return you get dropped back off at your car, and are on your way. In our previous experience with another car parking service we waited 45 minutes in the cold for the van to pick us up as we watched the Doug Fox van pass by us about 20 times. Never again will I use another service. The extra couple dollars a day for the saved headache and issues was more than worth it. See you in a couple days for another trip. :)

As others said in their reviews, this place is quick, easy, convenient, and the service is friendly. The shuttle will pick you up from your car and drop you back off at it. The place is secure with barbed wire perimeter and there's only one entrance, so you need not worry about the safety of your car. Booking online and prepaying is highly recommended! Great place!

I generally don’t leave reviews, good or bad…but..I will never park anywhere else. These guys were great! After calling a competitor, I’m not going to say any names but( it rhymes peepcrickets). Doug Fox Parking’s competitor, advertised a price that I knew was ridiculously low, out of surprise, curiosity, and maybe even a little hope I took the bait..hmmmph. When I clicked on their website the price had changed, of course. ( kinda like Alaska Airlines 😏)..What was more frustrating is there was no address listed, you are instructed to pay first by credit card and then be rest assured all would be revealed in an email sent to you immediately. I had some questions and called the number provided, the person that answered the phone was not pleasant, there was nothing endearing about what came through to my ear. From what I was able to ascertain was.. this one call center managed all or most of parking lots advertised on peepcrickets. I was informed they were full, ( hmmmm even if there was space at one of the lots, it was 5 miles away, and the shuttle driver wouldn’t be at the lot for at least 30 minutes after I had arrived. I didn’t see a single listed lot that said it was 5 miles away, or a 30 min wait time for a shuttle. Now, in this persons defense, it was not their fault I booked a flight last minute. It was not their fault that I have some time management issues and am always running behind, and it was not there fault that who ever is in charge of advertising chooses to do so in a deceptive way. The only thing this person was completely in control of, was how they interacted with me over the phone. Peepcrickets is not only inviting you to contract through misleading statements, but the person who will be informing you about this is rude…Not being real familiar with the area, I made it to the cell phone lot and I looked up, and well well , what do I see, a beacon of hope, a ray of sunshine .. it was a giant sign that read “Doug Fox Parking.. com’on over here gurl, we gottchu “ I did a quick Google search and Bam! There they were, address and phone number clearly listed. I called to see if they had available parking and how or when they collected payment. The gentleman on the other end said, “We have plenty, and we don’t collect payment until you come to retrieve your vehicle, when you pull in, stop at the kiosk, I will give you a ticket”. I did just that … when he handed me the paper ticket to display trough my windshield, he pointed toward the far end of their lot and said , “ Do you see that shuttle van down there? You can park in then aisle right there, the driver said there’s a space 3 cars in and he’s waiting for you, have a nice trip and a Merry Christmas” … I parked my car and as I was gathering my luggage when another car had just parked, the shuttle driver helped me with my things and turned to the newly arrived and said, “ I will be rigt back, this young lady should’ve been at the airport 45 min ago” and off we went. I wasn't sure how much my parking fee was going to be .and I didn’t feel like I needed to worry about . I figured at least $115 for 5 days .. it ended up being $95 … shame on me for not writing this sooner, I only thought about it now because I’m flying out of SeaTac this Friday and will need a safe, reliable place to park and I didn’t have a second thought when I said Doug Fox. I only pray that the Shuttle driver who took such good care of me is there to greet me once again, I was so embarrassed that I only had $5 cash on me ( yeah! I know..) I told him sorry and that I’d get him when I returned, must’ve been his day off.. good faith and fair dealing has a way of making a hectic situation a lot more tolerable. Thank you, Doug Fox Parking, I’m looking forward to doing business with you once again .

This made our trip a whole lot easier! The process upon arrival and departure were both smooth. Shuttle drivers were extremely friendly, prompt and helpful. Reserving in advance saved us time and money. This is the first time I've ever used an airport parking service when flying but I'll definitely use this one again.

Took care of my refund vary easily. Friend had paper saying parking had been paid. Got charged for week's worth of parking. They billed my friend's account and I got my refund with no hassle.

It’s the only place I park now. Also is one of the few places where you can park a mid size SUV and exit your car after parking without hitting the one next to you. Bays are good size - shuttles frequent and drivers very friendly. They have free water that can come in handy. Being very close to the terminal helps as well. Prices are best online and go up closer to the time. Book in advance over 4-6 weeks and the deals are much better.

This makes it so easy , just have people call your cell after they have their bags , your there in 3 minutes !

We used Doug Fox parking in October and we were very happy with our experience. I had not tried an offsite parking service before, and had always opted to park in Seatac's parking garage. The customer service was excellent and shuttle was extremely fast, both going to Seatac and taking us back to our car. I also appreciated the prepay and save option. Highly recommend!

From drop off to pickup, top notch. What took it above and beyond, was at checkout, i was extremely tired after a long day of flying arriving late last night, the gentleman asked if I needed anything, like coffee or just to sit in my car before heading out in the heavy rain that was coming down. Seemed genuinely concerned for my safety. Thank you sir, made it home safe.

I park here every time I travel from SeaTac. This last time the shuttle was at my bumper before i even got out of my car! Great service always.

Parked w/DFP for 2 weeks. Research revealed they’re affordable, safe and provide very attentive service + on-demand shuttle. They did not disappoint. Very close to airport. Use their services!

I did lots of research on choosing a parking spot including reading Reddit forums but ultimately I chose Doug Fox and it was a great experience overall! If I could make one suggestion, that would be make it more clear that the shuttle is going to find you in the parking lot when you arrive. No need to call or anything. It wasn’t super clear what to do when we arrived.

I feel like DougFox is the hidden gem of parking for air travelers leaving from SEA. You can’t beat the reservation process and price, and the shuttle is super quick with every driver being professional and incredibly courteous.



Direct to car pick up and drop off, baggage/luggage handling and support, and a rapid shuttle to and from the terminal. Frequent parkers can and should take advantage of the reservation and rewards program for discounted and even free parking.

Fast, easy, convenient. Cheap to moderate pricing about $12 a day. Did a reservation online for 10% discount, saved receipt to phone Apple wallet. Their process is insane efficient. Arrived and grabbed a gate ticket to keep in car. Shuttle is waiting nearby, follows you to pick you up directly from your spot and takes you to airport. Driver gives you a business card and spot receipt. On return, call the number for island 1 or 3 pickup via auto system on phone. Wave the shuttle once you see it, give back spot receipt, get back to car, show your online reservation and ticket at the gate, GOOD TO GO! I would no doubt come back because 4 days stay earned me one free one on my account!

Love this place. Rates are always reasonable especially considering factors like close location to airport, reliability, and quick efficiency to get you to and from airport without hassles. Have tried others and paid by the lost and annoyance. Always kind and professional staff. Highly recommend and will continue to use.

Easy and Cheap. Pick ups and Drop offs went most smoothly with these folks. No nice office to hang out in and get coffee while waiting but that didnt matter. Waiting in the car was just fine and they drive up right to your car

I've tried many airport parking lots for travel, and Doug Fox has been the easiest and most convenient by far. Immediately after parking, I was shuttled to the airport, and when I returned, I waited approximately 6 minutes before I was taken back to my vehicle. Drivers are courteous and attentive, I highly recommend.

That was the easiest parking I’ve done at the airport, ever. Secure, fast efficient-easy in, easy out, driver right on time-never parking anywhere else again.

I’ve been parking at Doug Fox for years! I feel safe, at all hours, and the people here are friendly. The pick up vans are fast. Last night, I returned to my car, to find some mice had thrown a party on my battery, and it was 100% dead. One of the Doug Fox employees saw me walking to the pay booth and jumped right it with a handy portable charger. The pay station attendant was kind and funny. Park here..you wont regret it!

For years I’ve used another airport parking/shuttle lot, but I had a bad experience on a recent trip. So I tried Doug Fox Parking for the first time on my last trip. SO MUCH BETTER!! They're easy to get to, their system is great, their lot is huge and clean, and their proximity to the airport makes for a quick shuttle after parking. Plus their drivers are friendly and courteous. I plan to use Doug Fox Parking for all my future trips.

I was very impressed with the shuttle service from Doug Fox Parking. The drivers were very cordial and friendly. Thr shuttle was at the airport pick up point just as I reached the pickup point at 7:00 am, which impressed me even more. When it was time to leave the parking lot, the attendant was polite and friendly. Kudos to the staff of Doug Fox Parking.

This is my second time to park at the Doug Fox parking lot and it is great. It is very close to the terminal and it is well marked and everyone I had contact with was very friendly and professional. The web site allows you to reserve a spot and even offers a discount for reservation in advance.

I like that they follow you to car and pick you up. I like that especially when my spouse travels alone. Large tall fence around perimeter and well lit

Convenient and quick access to SeaTac. I’ve never had to wait more than about 5 minutes for a shuttle, even during red eye hours. I’ve had consistently good experiences over 5 visits now. Sign up for the rewards program and reserve in advance; it pays off quick and you’ll get to park for free. Reserved spaces are held even during the busiest times on holidays. Leave nothing in sight in your car and you shouldn’t have any problems.

I’ve used Doug Fox twice now and have been so pleased both times! Quick, easy, and pretty inexpensive considering how close it is to the airport and compared to other nearby lots. The drivers and employees I’ve interacted with have always been super nice and helpful. I’ve used a few other parking companies near SeaTac which were further away, more expensive, and overall not great. I will definitely be using Doug Fox whenever I need to park at SeaTac!

I'm always amazed at how well this process works, and how quickly we're transported to the airport and back again to our car at the end of our trip. The drivers are courteous and helpful and the price is extremely competitive. I wouldn't park anywhere else.

I like this lot. You drive in and park your own car. You keep you keys. No valet banging your car door, moving your seat position or driving it like a maniac. Unload your luggage and wait by your car where drives up and you get in. My only complaint is I prepaid and upon exit that tried to charge me again. This is why I print off two copies of receipts when I travel so I can hand them a hard copy, gets things straightened out fast. They cost a little more than the others, but I prefer them

I have used this parking lot twice now. Very, very happy with the service. Since I pre-paid for parking, a spot was guaranteed when I got there. If I had not prepaid, the lot would have been full, so I was very glad I had prepaid. The shuttle came to pick me up immediately and I was at the airport in less than 10 minutes. After arriving on my flight back to Seattle, the shuttle was right there when I got to the pick up location. Again, about 10 minutes later I was at my car. Excellent service! I highly recommend them.

Decent rates (pay when you book to save even more) and very easy access to and from the terminal. The shuttle drivers do a great job handling luggage.

We've been parking here for years but today they nearly lost me as a returning customer. I went online to make parking reservations for a month from now and the site wouldn't process payment. I called the phone # on the site and got someone (evidently a shuttle driver) that told me the site was shut down because they are full this week and to try again next Monday. That the site stops taking reservations when there is no CURRENT availability, not based on availability of the dates I need parking. I told him I thought that was a ridiculous way of doing it and that I was NOT going to "try again" a week later in hopes of getting parking and that I'd have to go elsewhere and he was totally fine with that. I wasn't going to take a chance of places being sold out the closer we get to our travel dates. I decided to try again a couple of hours later in case the site was just having issues and I DID get my dates booked but an employee giving out misinformation instead of just saying "please call later when someone else can help you" nearly lost us as customers.

Great service. When I arrived to drop off my car, I was barely even out of my car before the shuttle was there waiting to pick me up. When I got back to SeaTac they were there in minutes. Friendly staff. I just reserved again today for another trip!

Booked parking with them at a great rate. My travel plans changed. Sent am email and within a few hours they refunded my payment.

Not sure or am just sorry for the bad comments. Parking here was some of the smoothest airport parking I have ever had around the country! Shuttle picked up right from my car, took less then a minute, and dropped off at departures within 5 minutes. Once arriving back, you just call the number on the card they give you with what section you’re standing at. I was picked up from airport within 10-15min, completely reasonable. The driver was friendly, and dropped me right back off at my car. Exiting the lot was smooth. Even with having pre paid 5 days, but staying an extra 3 days. Simply told the gentleman that I had prepaid a few days, but stayed a few extra. He then scanned the prepaid QR, and I paid the remaining balance. Cashier was really kind, and polite. He was working the midnight shift of 3/23/23. He deserves some recognition. Thank you for keeping a smile at such late hours!

My first time using Doug Fox was absolutely perfect! The shuttle picks you up and drops you off exactly at your car, and there were no delays on either end. Access to 405 is better than where I parked prior- I am a new fan. Price was good, too.

I have been a very loyal customer of ParkNJET2 for the last 13 years. Have always had the best service from them. Started to book with them for a Memorial Day 7 day stay and they wanted to charge me $140.00. I started looking around for a tad cheaper place. Came across Doug Fox and they wanted $79.00 for the same exact dates. Fell in love and will never park anyplace else. Shuttle to and from airport was super quick. They picked us up 30 seconds after we parked. We had to hurry and get out of the car. When we arrived back to the airport, we didnt even have to call, we came down the escalator and the shuttle was just waiting there. Too fast!!! Thank you DOUG FOX!!

This was our first time using Doug Fox Parking and it definitely won't be our last!! Every step of the way ran so smooth from booking online, parking in the early morning, quick pick up and shuttle to the airport and then getting picked up and back to our vehicle! Their location is so close to the pick up that you are back before you realize it! The shuttle driver even brought our bags to the car and was so happy. He actually gave us more energy at the end of a long travel day. Thank you for your excellent service!

Online booking and confirmation email couldn’t be more easy or clear. Check-in and finding a spot is easy. Shuttle was at my car -instantly-, driver even had to wait for us to unload and so on. Easy drop off.



When I flew back, a shuttle was already waiting in the same general shuttle pickup area, and dropped us off right at my car. Check-out was easy. Shuttles and lot were nice and clean. Drivers and cashier were lovely. Great value too, for a lot that’s practically walkable to the terminal. Thank you!

My favourite place to park at SeaTac airport. Quick pickups and drop off right at your car and near the arrival gates. Always helpful and friendly drivers. The points club is a nice perk too.

Doug Fox parking is ez and convenient. Parking employees are alway courteous and helpful. We travel every week and have tried all the other parking lots and none of the others even come close!

Valid member since 2019, the only company I trust to watch after my car. It's easy and convenient 😌. Customer service is always okay. Depending on the driver and the day, you may encounter a grumpy driver, however we all have bad days and deserve a lil grace. I've encounterd friendly drivers, usually just in a rush. It's an uncovered lot so weather is to be expected in Seattle. Shuttles arrive within 5 minutes not too long of a wait. Again Depending on the day and the amount of people flying out of SeaTec can increase wait times. Best to always plan with enough time to expect somesort of delay. Nevertheless Doug Fox Parking is the only place I park when flying out.
