Nice and comfortable rooms. The hotel is right across the street from the airport. Close to restaurants, gas stations, convenient stores and the highway. Public transit is also steps from the hotel.
I love this hotel. The lobby is beautiful, loved the fireplace and the decorations. Really nice and friendly staff. Close to Seatac airport train station which is perfect if you want to go to the city.
Firm pillows which i love! Extra wipes to disinfect. My American breakfast of bacon, eggs, potatoes and sourdough toast was delicious....and felt safe eating with all of the social distanced tables. Staff was attentive and pleasant
I don’t write reviews often, this was just frustrating.
In addition to a $144 room + tax, be prepared to pay $28 in outdoor parking, and even pay $9-$18for WiFi. Ordered Room service, and was even disappointed with food quality. Again, not picky people but really wish if we wanted to spend $200 on a room, it would at least be worth it.
Came here for meps processing. What a beautiful hotel. Great food. Very clean and up to date rooms. Wish I could have stayed longer

The upgrade was awesome, but the power went out and never came back.
Great hotel, comfortable and friendly staff. Very close to the airport for those layover stays.
Best airport hotel at SeaTac. Great benefits for elites, even with the lounge closed. Walkable to the airport.
Great hotel, well appointed and very walkable from the metro station by the airport! Friendly staff and what appeared to be completely renovated rooms! Couldn’t get the showerhead to work properly and water leaked all over the floor (due to bad design) but was a great and restful sleep.
Beautiful furnishings and an updated interior. The staff were professional and helpful. It's what you'd expect from a Marriott.
$28 a day for parking, no free WiFi, no free breakfast, no vending machines and no microwave in the room. The rooms look nice, beds are comfortable and the hotel is secured so you’ll need your room key for everything.
This will be the 4th time in last year and half that I have stayed at this hotel, and every time has been just wonderful. From the check it is always an uplifting experience, to the restaurant wich is always pleasant and tasty.
The places to site and relax and do work is perfect with great views.
This is the second time bringing one of my children and they love it.
Recently did a redesign of the rooms. I really love them, especially the showers. The service staff is great and very positive and friendly. The only disappointment I have is that they removed the pool that was in the center of the building in the atrium.
Staff: helpful and able to assist.
Food: Breakfast was not included and the food was good.
Gym: was open and visited. Amazing during COVID-19.
Atrium: awesome place; green areas and plenty of space.
Would stay again.
I was pleasantly surprised with how spacious this place was. We lodged a number of our employees at the Marriott and everybody enjoyed their time there.
I had dinner at the restaurant inside the Marriott Hotel. The service was superb and the food was even better. I highly recommend.
The room was so quiet and we had to get up early for our flight. The staff was very very friendly and all (men included) beautiful
This hotel is somewhat nicely renovated. But there's some buts. Parking is outrageously expensive at $28/day plus tax. No microwave oven in the room, and only a tiny fridge that doesn't accommodate most sizes of take-out food containers. My wife and I stayed for two nights, but they didn't clean our room after the first night. And finally: The ice maker on the 7th floor generates a high-pitched, piercing noise when running that will keep you up all night when staying within 3-4 rooms' distance from it. When we called the front desk and brought this up, they said another customer had reported the same, and they had sent a technician to check it out, and that this was normal for the ice machine. When two customers complain about the same issue independently, you better question your own standards for what noises are "normal" for an ice machine to make. Oh, and did I mention that parking will cost you downtown-level fees. It's like the new "resort fee".
Somewhat expensive for what you get. Perhaps service was limited due to Corona virus but there were no carts or service to get baggage to the room, we had a lot of bags.. I was also unable to use the card on file to actually pay for the room which was disappointing since it was a travel card for this specific reason (hotels). The people at the front desk were nice.
Dealing with Covid well. Helpful staff, great shuttle service. Huge TV. Nice beds
Sweet staff & good enough facilities but no microwave. None in your room but also non in their common space. They said it is not a covid-19 relating arrangement. They just don't let customer use it. I have a special dietary needs by my medical reason so I pack my own food. I wouldn't recommend here for people like myself.
My husband and I booked last minute, but Roger was able to not only get us a room, but he also helped us check in early. The room was luxurious, and their tv has HBO and Netflix! We were comfortably entertained for hours before our airport departure. So glad we stayed here and stoked on the hospitality. We’ll definitely be coming back
We arrived at the hotel at about midnight due to a cancelled flight. We spoke with the desk clerk she promptly got us a room. We went to the room and within 2 minutes noticed cockroaches in the bathroom and on the bed. We called and changed rooms. Not happy at all (knowing if they're in one room they'll be in all of them) now I have to worry if my things have bugs in them. So now we're in our other room and there is so much dust that as soon as you walk by the dresser it comes off. Not only that there was blood stains on the bathroom wall and to top it all off there were dirty panties in the bed and on the floor, under the stool. I would never in a million years recommend this hotel. I wouldn't even have stayed the four hours I did had I had any other option. Absolutely disgusted. Never again will I stay or recommend a Marriott. Disgusting!
I personally enjoyed the stay. Not very costly for the quality of rooms they provide. Would love to stay there again as it is easily accessible to the airport :) Usually the wifi in other Marriott hotels is free although they charge $10 per day.
We stayed here with our soccer team and I can’t say enough good things about Leo. He went above and beyond to get us back in our room after check out to let our player shower after she got sick. Thank you Leo!
Rooms weren’t huge, but nicely kept. Showers were upgraded. Fairly up to date on charging technology. Didn’t love the overnight parking fee ($26), but probably normal for the area.
Perfect stay at the airport. I loved my newly remodeled, clean, comfortable room. Although a bit cozy, it had everything needed for a business trip. In particular I appreciated the hardwood floors, modern luxurious bath, comfortable bed and all the charging equipment anyone would ever need. I assume the complaints came from those here during construction, but a great night for me.
This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was very accommodating. We we able to check in early upon arriving after an early flight. I’m giving 4 stars because there was a lot of construction going on when we were there which was a bit noisy. I was very pleased with the shuttle service to/from the airport. If all you need is airport access, this is a perfect place to stay. However, it is about a 30 minute Uber ride to downtown Seattle which may be an issue if you want to see the city. If I visit Seattle again and plan to visit the city several times, I will stay in the city.
Marriott was easy to find, check in was as well. Room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff we interacted with were friendly and accommodating. No 5 star rating due to lack of sufficient bottled water, coffee and creamer. Also, our "key" was collected at checkout so we were unable to leave the parking lot as it was a secured lot. Had to repark and run back to reception desk, in a deluge of rain. Reception then had to find a key from a room that had paid to park to let us leave the lot. Staff needs a little more training in check out procedures. However, will happily return on our next trip!
Really convenient location by SeaTac. Shallow water but lots bass.. 👏🏼😲 Sometimes I like to go sailing other times I like just being on the water. Seattle is great for both most of the time. Get out and do something on the water, it is good for the soul. Also, Saint Nicklaus is the patron saint of sailors #nice list...🎅🤙
Seems like this place is constantly under construction. Rooms are. Ice and comfortable; but everytime I stay here there is something that is t open because it's under construction. This time it was the lobby bar. Large open area (new) looks like it could be interesting for a large event, assuming you're OK with a lot of people being able to watch the festivities from windows of their hotel rooms.
Very nice rooms and great staff. Buffet style breakfast that was served on the first morning during our convention was very unappealing. The only option for something served hot was oatmeal. The texture, taste and temperature was horrible. I recommend NOT serving oatmeal unless there are other hot menu items available and it is prepared correctly. All the other meals throughout our stay were decent.
The hotel is undergoing some renovation. I like what they are doing and they are doing a good job of not making the construction too disruptive. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything looked new and we'll kept. Only complaint is there was no free WiFi.
Stayed on a business trip. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was surprisingly good! Highly recommend the crab chowder and crab cakes; breakfast was similarly very good. Would have given five stars, but our water glasses in the bar had lipstick on the rim (ick!). Close and convenient to SeaTac and hotel has a free airport shuttle every 15 minutes. I will definitely return.
The hotel is disorganized and a poor representation of Marriott on the whole.
I left a credit card in the Aqua Terra restaurant. I received a call from my server stating the card was at the restaurant, but I was unable to return immediately as I had work until late in the evening. When I returned late no one was around. In the morning no one could find the card in question or the right person to talk to. Every time I returned to the desk I was asked to return another time when management was available to open the safe and return the card to me. I was told on two different times that someone would bring the card to me in my room followed by silence. In the end after six different attempts I left the hotel to fly home without my card.
When I got home I asked for a manager to call me on two occasions, no manager ever gave me a call. Shocking service really. I understand losing the card. Anything can happen on any given day, but just own up to it and treat your customers with respect. This was a sad occasion for me as I have business in Seattle and this was becoming my "go to" hotel.
The Seattle Airport Marriott is amazing! Great restaurant, bar, meeting space, l shuttle service to hotel, and excellent rooms. The one thing to note is the parking can be challenging. We generally use valet to save the hassle. The banquet and catering staff is very helpful and attentive. We love hosting meetings at the hotel and I enjoy taking my family there and using their park and fly services. THE INDOOR POOL IS GONE.
Nice choice for night before or after flight. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Outlet food production is good. Had a variety of drinks. I enjoyed the night relaxing in lobby lounge by the fireplace. Also if you have access to 8th floor, the concierge lounge has a nice view for breakfast.
The hotel no longer has a pool.
Upscale and recently renovated rooms are really nice and very clean. The shuttle takes you to the airport and leaves every fifteen minutes. I usually get rid of my rental the night before an early morning flight.
The hotel used to have an amazing pool and interior atrium that was the focal point of the hotel. It has been removed and replaced with meeting space.
Great accommodations with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Close proximity to the airport and a shuttle makes it very convenient.
Beautiful hotel, great rooms. Very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful. I loved every bit of my stay!
Beware...the pool shows beautifully on the website, but it does not exist! We booked 2 rooms with 4 kids, months in advance specifically at this location because of the pool only to find out, it was gone in December!? We had to scramble to find a different hotel the day we arrived and had to pay way more than we had budgeted due to the last minute booking. Not impressed. Very poor customer experience. Put a bit of a damper on a much anticipated trip for 2 families.
Very nice hotel. It is still having some renovations done. When the new construction is done this will be even better. The restuarant had great food and good selection. The room was clean and seemed untouched.
