Bonvoy is totally worth it. The concierge lounge is great. Wonderful personal service here!

We stayed here in order to be close to the airport for an early morning flight (7a). The room was fine--nothing special. The bed was comfortable. The main draw was that we were able to return our rental car the night before, get to the hotel in a reasonable time, get to sleep, and catch the shuttle to the airport in the morning. All of that went well except that we just missed the shuttle to the airport when we came outside. We waited another 20 minutes or so for the driver to return. By that time the shuttle was full to bursting, I'm not sure if everyone waiting got on. I'm glad we were running ahead of schedule and the 20 minutes didn't impact our trip.

Marriott was easy to find, check in was as well. Room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff we interacted with were friendly and accommodating. No 5 star rating due to lack of sufficient bottled water, coffee and creamer. Also, our "key" was collected at checkout so we were unable to leave the parking lot as it was a secured lot. Had to repark and run back to reception desk, in a deluge of rain. Reception then had to find a key from a room that had paid to park to let us leave the lot. Staff needs a little more training in check out procedures. However, will happily return on our next trip!

Seems like this place is constantly under construction. Rooms are. Ice and comfortable; but everytime I stay here there is something that is t open because it's under construction. This time it was the lobby bar. Large open area (new) looks like it could be interesting for a large event, assuming you're OK with a lot of people being able to watch the festivities from windows of their hotel rooms.

This hotel was beautiful. The room wasn't as spacious as we thought but still absolutely beautiful ans function. But the entrance, lobby and such... gorgeous. Very modern and relaxing. I want my house to look like this!

I had dinner at the restaurant inside the Marriott Hotel. The service was superb and the food was even better. I highly recommend.

Great check-in service by Al. We ate at the bar for breakfast/lunch which was great in service/food and we ordered room service which was also great. Rooms are spacious and clean. Free shuttle service to the airport and they were timely. The only thing to improve is the 1 elevator situation.

Nice choice for night before or after flight. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Outlet food production is good. Had a variety of drinks. I enjoyed the night relaxing in lobby lounge by the fireplace. Also if you have access to 8th floor, the concierge lounge has a nice view for breakfast.

We had breakfast in the restaurant and our server, Thao, was exceptional. She's warm, friendly, helpful and genuinely comes across as a person who really cares about making sure guests have a great experience. Marriott is lucky to have her and Gladys, on the front desk. Gladys was great at helping my husband take care of a double charge on our bill.

After a bad experience at an Air B&B we were so relieved to be able relocate to this wonderful hotel. It has been remodeled recently. The staff is friendly and genuine. Our room is comfortable and clean. I love the Marriott sheets.πŸ™‚

The Seattle Airport Marriott is amazing! Great restaurant, bar, meeting space, l shuttle service to hotel, and excellent rooms. The one thing to note is the parking can be challenging. We generally use valet to save the hassle. The banquet and catering staff is very helpful and attentive. We love hosting meetings at the hotel and I enjoy taking my family there and using their park and fly services. THE INDOOR POOL IS GONE.

Stayed on a business trip. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was surprisingly good! Highly recommend the crab chowder and crab cakes; breakfast was similarly very good. Would have given five stars, but our water glasses in the bar had lipstick on the rim (ick!). Close and convenient to SeaTac and hotel has a free airport shuttle every 15 minutes. I will definitely return.

Fantastic location - close to the airport. Close enough to walk if you don't have a lot of luggage. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes!! There is a 7-11 a couple blocks away. Although no food places right in the neighborhood. The train station is about a 15 minute walk - very handy.

Great place to stay especially if you have to catch an early flight out at 5AM or earlier. Friendly and helpful staff starting with Tyler who was able to check us in a little early because a room was available. This saved us the inconvenience of temporary luggage storage. Tyler was very friendly and outgoing and gave us excellent restaurant advice of places to eat within walking distance (we ended up going to Sharps Roasthouse and had a delicious BBQ meal). Room looked like new and was very clean.

Hotel courtyard is actually inside, expansive and very comfortable with a huge and well equipped workout gym. The room was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable, which enabled us to get a very restful night’s sleep for an early 3AM departure to the airport.

Although this Marriott is within a few blocks walking distance of both the Airport skywalk (as well as the Link Light Rail station), we really appreciated the 24-hour airport shuttle. It was raining at 3AM in the morning and wouldn’t have been a pleasant walk in the dark dragging a lot of luggage in tow. The shuttle driver was very helpful and got us to the airport drop-off very safe and quickly.

I stay here at least once a month for work- very convenient. Shuttle runs 24/7, every 15 minutes to/from airport. The rooms are clean and the restaurant/bar is good. The staff has been amazing. My last stay two weeks ago I forgot my husband's anniversary gift in the room and they found it, and mailed it to me- very kind and greatly appreciated!

What a beautiful room very clean very spacious up-to-date just got to let you know FYI parking you have to gather a ticket so when you leave you will also have an additional bill unless you indicate parking in your reservations and you stay for the 24 hours your bill will be $54.99 for parking I was a little upset about the parking but the time spent there was great if you're visiting gas and you have a ticket please go to the bar and have them validated so you will not have this extra expense enjoy your stay yes face masks are required

So this has to be the nicest Marriott I have ever stayed in! Clean, up to date, the shower actually had pressure! Only minor complaint was not enough light in the room. Highly recommend this hotel for a great stay. Oh yeah, waiter at the bar was hustling!! He was so busy, but drinks and food were coming out within a reasonable time frame. That guy either needs some assistance or a raise, he was jobbing!

Enjoyed our quick and quiet stay here. If you need to stay near the airport this is an excellent option with quick shuttle to and from SeaTac. Great rooms, nice amenities and good food. Staff were excellent as well

This is definitely going to become a regular spot for me whenever I’m in the area. I felt right at home here. The staff I met during my time here last month were fantastic. I forgot to get the names of the two gentlemen who helped me check in at the front desk but one had almost shoulder length dark hair and the other had blonde hair in a low ponytail (I think he was probably in training). They were very friendly and welcoming.

I must also rave about Rogelio at the restaurant bar. He is an absolute gem of a human being and a true professional of the service industry. I wish nothing but the best for him and hope his value is recognized by management. I don’t want to go into details but I was in awe of how he went above and beyond to help my friend!

The rooms are nice (although the see-through shower wall was a bit awkward), the building is beautiful/cozy/spacious and I enjoyed wandering around lol. The concierge lounge was a pleasant surprise with delicious breakfast.

The only disappointment was finding out they’ve gotten rid of the pool! It’s so heavily advertised in the top pictures online, I would definitely update those.

One more thing I didn’t like is they charged my card upon check-in for more than the total amount of my entire stay (which was almost doubled because I received a heavily discounted affiliation rate). It was a full-price hold I guess. They adjusted it after I checked out but would’ve been preferable if it were the right amount from the beginning. πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

All in all I had a great stay. Thank you to everyone at S.A.M! β˜ΊοΈπŸ™πŸ»

The room was excellent and luxurious. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby was spacious and had comfortable sofas and fireplace. Their coffee was good. The food at dinner was very tasty, clean and plenty although it was a little bit pricey. The location was a few minutes to the airport. I do recommend it and I would go back again.

Good choice for business travel if you get a good rate. I had some problems connecting to their Wi-Fi here and they want to charge you unless you become a bonvoy member so sign up for their app before you get here. One small nice little gift shop but there's a good 7-Eleven caddy corner that has real food. There's also a small bar that looks inviting and a decent restaurant. There's a cavernous center area for conference functions. All in all kind of a dark place probably because my room faced the center area so I got no outside light, but clean and efficient. They have a shuttle that gets you to and from the airport so you could avoid the high cost of parking if you don't need to drive around town. You have to go to the courtesy vehicle area at the airport but they run every 15 minutes so you have a cool wait but they get there.

This Marriott is a little past its prime. Dated interior. Staff helpful but seems understaffed. Dinner was OK though service was slow. Room was fairly up to date but lots of noise from the hallway late at night. Shuttle for airport convenient running 24/7 every 15 minutes. Very close to the airport but didn't notice a lot of landing or takeoff noise. Overall nice hotel if you need to get to the airport quickly or get stuck overnight with canceled flight.

I stayed here for just under three weeks and had an average experience. For starters, the concierge lounge for elite members closed around my third day at the hotel. Thankfully, they opened up a small area in the restaurant to act as the lounge during its closure. Another issue I had was the toilet in my room ran every ten minutes for no reason. This wasn't a huge deal but it was annoying in the middle of the night when it would go off. The rooms themselves are relatively nice with plenty of space and updated interiors. The views from the hotel are not great. The redeeming quality for this hotel is the staff. All of them were friendly and worked with me as I had to change my check out date multiple times.

When I travel, I like staying at Luxurious Hotels. I am staying at Marriott Hotels. It's always so clean, and I really like the bar and restaurant as well as the atrium inside the place. It even has a workout room and ballroom/conference rooms. It's relaxing and chill. It's very close to the airport and not far from the highway. I also like the location being It's between Seattle and Tacoma.

We stayed here with our soccer team and I can’t say enough good things about Leo. He went above and beyond to get us back in our room after check out to let our player shower after she got sick. Thank you Leo!

Rooms weren’t huge, but nicely kept. Showers were upgraded. Fairly up to date on charging technology. Didn’t love the overnight parking fee ($26), but probably normal for the area.

The hotel no longer has a pool.

Upscale and recently renovated rooms are really nice and very clean. The shuttle takes you to the airport and leaves every fifteen minutes. I usually get rid of my rental the night before an early morning flight.

The hotel used to have an amazing pool and interior atrium that was the focal point of the hotel. It has been removed and replaced with meeting space.

Good place to stay. A shuttle is available every 15 minutes.I noticed that during certain times of the day, two of them are running. I took a flight early in the morning, and they told me it is available all day every 15 minutes. The room was great, and I slept well. A full restaurant and a bar are available. Also, it is a small souvenir store with a Starbucks shop in it. I liked their sitting area. Gym is available too.

Very nice hotel. It is still having some renovations done. When the new construction is done this will be even better. The restuarant had great food and good selection. The room was clean and seemed untouched.

We had an overnight layover at SEA, so we stayed here given the close proximity to the airport.

The free shuttle took minutes to get to and from the airport.

The rooms are recently remodeled, clean, and comfortable. The Executive Lounge wasn't bad as well.

We would stay here again.

I have not stayed there but I use the parking for the airport a few times a year. Everyone is always super respectful and helpful, but the main reason I’m leaving this review is for the staff that was working at 1 am last night. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and happy. I had a very long day and picking up my car there was the last thing I had to do, and something that could be a very forgettable experience turned into one of the most pleasant parts of my trip. If I ever need a hotel in the area, you can bet that this will be where I book.

My room was GREAT! Newly renovated (room 459) with NO carpet!!! The bed & pillows were extremely comfortable!

Shower pressure was lacking.

We wanted to have dinner in the restaurant inside the hotel but it was SO hot in there we left. It was nearly ninety degrees outside & it felt like the AC was off.

Shuttle to the airport is quick & very convenient. I would stay here again if traveling from SeaTac

Good location with easy access to car rental facility and SeaTac airport. Bit older hotel, rooms have been refreshed a bit with more modern decor and a bathroom remodel. Large shower is nice compared to the tub/shower/curtain combo often found in Courtyard Marriott, Hamptons and more.

Full service bar offered the traditionally decent, if over priced Marriott burger n fries and a couple of other options. Burger, Fries and a cocktail came to $40 after tip.

Was nice to have a full breakfast offering in the restaurant on site. Again over priced, but after being in a courtyard all week with microwaved egg sandwiches it was a nice change before jumping on a flight back east.

As always I suspect the experience is better with statuses and/or in the concierge lounge. ( We only recently restarted work travel after the Covid era so I only have lifetime silver to fall back on )

Only other quibble is the bathroom products are all offensively over perfumed. Shampoo, shower gel, and the bar of soap were all obnoxious. I actually scrubbed my hands with the mouth wash to try to erase the aroma...

I only took advantage of the airport parking at the Marriott and will do it again. For basic parking (no valet) it was super easy and reasonable. The shuttle ran every 20 minutes, the drivers were so nice and helpful and I retrieved my car in less than 10 minutes. No damage and it was right where I left it. So much better than the other places I have used near Seatac.

Excellent stay !! Great , quiet room … amazing food and our waitress Tina was simply the best ! Even gave me a free desert for my birthday and sang to me !!. My recent stay at the Seattle Airport Marriott was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the convenience of the shuttle service stood out. It was seamless, providing a stress-free transition from the airport to the hotel, which is exactly what you need after a long flight.

The rooms at the Seattle Airport Marriott are a traveler’s sanctuary – spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that thought has been put into every detail to ensure guests’ satisfaction.

A standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its gym. Calling it the best gym in a hotel ever might not do it justice; it’s spacious, with a wide range of equipment that’s well-maintained and up-to-date. Whether you’re looking to stick to your fitness routine or just unwind after a day of travel, this gym exceeds expectations.

However, what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service, particularly from Tara at the front desk. Her welcoming demeanor, efficiency, and eagerness to go above and beyond made me feel valued and taken care of. Tara exemplified what it means to be an amazing host, setting the tone for a fantastic stay.

Place is functional, the rooms are nice and the food is alright. For the high class this hotel wants to show off, the food is not high class but it's pretty good depending on the dish. Staff are usually patient and welcoming. Overall a good hotel.

The hotel's proximity to the airport is notably convenient, complemented by the aesthetically pleasing design of its premises. While the rooms are of standard quality, they are comfortable and well-maintained. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness stand out, enhancing the overall guest experience. This combination of strategic location, pleasing interior design, adequate accommodations, and exceptional customer service contributes to a positive and memorable stay for visitors.

I always enjoy staying here because the rooms are clean and comfortable. Sometimes when I have enough time, I walk to the train station, hop on the train to downtown to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee or dinner. Just be a little cautious when you take the elevator so that you don’t get lost.

Great airport hotel - very comfortable room and bed. Shuttle was great, every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. I stayed twice (beginning and end of a trip) - and saw some differences. Reception was weak one time (employee was barely alive) and was great the other time. I am Marriott Platinum and was upgraded to the club access, the one time it was closed for some reason so I received full breakfast for two in the restaurant which was great (omelet station, selection of food, service). The other time I went to the club for breakfast - was ok at best, limited food selection, club is not "comfy", no arm chairs or couches, not a place you would hang out for a few hours to kill time. The selection of soda and water was nice to take to your room.

Shuttle drivers are very helpful with luggage.

Note - I did not explore the local area and there was no event going on in the open area while I was there.

The hotel is Great, newly renovated and done well. It meets a lot of what I am looking for when traveling. Shuttles to the airport run 24/7 every 15 mins (and actually run).

Rooms are quiet, bed is comfortable, extremely clean inside rooms and out. Hospitality is also good, I was greeted nicely by more than one employee.

The Internet is blasting fast and coverage is good. Water pressure and showers are also really good.

Location and amenities are about as good as you get being an airport hotel. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Recently updated, clean and comfortable rooms. The bar is nice, good food. Not in a great area but since it is the airport hotel, clean, quiet rooms, full service and a regular free shuttle are more important.

Room was pretty good. The drinking glasses for water in the room were filthy dirty. Also, although there are hundreds of pictures of the pool on google and says there is a pool, there has not been a pool/hot tub for over 3 years. The restaurant food was quite pricy so we ordered in food. Cool lounge area where the pool used to be

I did an extended park here for a business trip. It's a nice location very close to the airport. Shuttle runs every 15 mins. Staff were professional and courteous. I did not actually stay here, so I can't comment on the rooms but the entrance and lobby looked nice!

Perfect stay at the airport. I loved my newly remodeled, clean, comfortable room. Although a bit cozy, it had everything needed for a business trip. In particular I appreciated the hardwood floors, modern luxurious bath, comfortable bed and all the charging equipment anyone would ever need. I assume the complaints came from those here during construction, but a great night for me.

When our flight was canceled last minute, and all other flights were booked, the airline put us up at this hotel for 3 nights. We were very pleased with the whole experience, and the hotel staff were kind and accommodating to us. Very beautiful and spacious room , lobby, and inner covered courtyard with live plants, a fountain, workout room, and outdoor furniture placed in groups made it feel like being outside but you're still under the high glass roof. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I booked last minute, but Roger was able to not only get us a room, but he also helped us check in early. The room was luxurious, and their tv has HBO and Netflix! We were comfortably entertained for hours before our airport departure. So glad we stayed here and stoked on the hospitality. We’ll definitely be coming back

I've stayed here several times. It's my go-to for early SeaTac flights. Checkin is always friendly, usually pretty quick and the rooms are clean.

I appreciate the bar staying open late and the food is always fantastic. Breakfast opens at 6 which is convenient. The buffet is decent, the egg guy always good.

This was my first time at this hotel after about 20 years! I am very happy to see that they have totally Renovated the place. As an airport Marriott, the rooms are nicely appointed with modern business necessities such as ample outlets and charging stations. The internet speed was very adequate for business use. I was also happy to see that the bar and the concierge lounge were open, even though the level of food and beverages in lounges in the U.S. and Canada were never at par with the rest of the world, but we take what we can get! Oh, the shower was the best I have seen at a Marriott!

Comfortable room and well-kept hotel that seems to be emerging from pandemic life into near-normal operations. The lobby bar has a fair drink selection with some quick food options. The hotel breakfast is hearty, though I would appreciate significantly less butter in my food.

I had a VERY stressful weekend because I had to make an emergency trip home to say goodbye to my dear sweet dying cat, Buddy. I hadn't slept well for 2 days and fell asleep at my airport gate, missed my flight, and was SO distraught!! But the Marriott Hotel provided me with a place to rest, shower, have a delicious breakfast, and face a new day with a positive attitude. Thank you, MARRIOTT, for being my much needed therapy!! 😊

Had a great experience at this hotel! I was stressed and frustrated with canceled flights needing to find a last minute bed to sleep in and I’m so happy I chose this hotel! The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy while also giving me the β€œwow” factor with its architecture and fake outside design (you’ll see what I mean). Would definitely recommend this hotel, especially with it’s proximity to the airport. The staff was lovely, especially Lawrence at the front desk who was just the breath of kindness and warmth I needed! He was very helpful as well :). Definitely plan on returning.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was very accommodating. We we able to check in early upon arriving after an early flight. I’m giving 4 stars because there was a lot of construction going on when we were there which was a bit noisy. I was very pleased with the shuttle service to/from the airport. If all you need is airport access, this is a perfect place to stay. However, it is about a 30 minute Uber ride to downtown Seattle which may be an issue if you want to see the city. If I visit Seattle again and plan to visit the city several times, I will stay in the city.

Great hotel with a great gym, which has been missing the 20lb dumbbells for a while now. I reported this to the manager on duty a few times, but it didn’t seem to faze them.

Aside from that, great hotel!!

All around nice quality hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. The front desk service was simple and fast and we had no issues. We made the mistake of walking there from the airport because we were in a rush but we learned there are specific shuttle buses to the airport that leave from the hotel every 15m on the dot.

So I have stayed here twice. It has a great airport shuttle. However, a lot of the services the hotel would normally give is not really being performed because of Covid. The rooms do have these weird sliding doors on the bathroom that do not lock. I know this is a decent hotel but safety is still important. We got double beds room for both of our stays. The rooms were clean. Not too bad but I gave it a four star because both times we had a few rude people at the front desk. Also parking is expensive but we got good rates both times so we really did mind paying for it.

Beautiful hotel, very well maintained, and a great staff. I have stayed a few times and although it is a bit expensive, it is certainly worth it considering the convenience and location. Shuttles run to the airport every 15 minutes or so and that was awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. Great stay if your flying out early at SEA. It's an old building, but the rooms look like they've been renovated recently. There used to be a pool in the center atrium, but they filled it in, but it's an airport hotel, not a resort. Not sure why people complain about it. Regardless, beds very comfortable and water from shower is hot and has good pressure.

Parking fee is a bit expensive so I recommend just using the shuttle from the airport to get to the hotel unless you're using it for Park n fly.

The hotel seems to be an older building but the rooms are all updated and be very nice. The staff (front desk, room service and storage) were friendly and accommodating. I had several items delivered to the hotel and they were large boxes. The team delivered them to my room without any problem. The food was good. I had wings and short rib tater tots. Wings were tasty and crispy. The short rib tots were decent bit great. I was a bit disappointed in the cheesecake too. For the price I would have expected more. More flavor and a larger size. Regarding the room, updated and good size. I was concerned because other reviews said the walls were thin. I didn’t have any issues with that. The shower head has a second hand held which didn’t work in my room.

Overall, it was a great location for me and easy in and out.

My stay was decent. Not a bad hotel and it was nice to have a shuttle to and from the hotel 24/7. I travelled with 3 kids by myself, room felt small for me but nice. However one issue was the phone didn't work so I couldn't call the front desk or room service. They never sent a tech to repair it

I personally enjoyed the stay. Not very costly for the quality of rooms they provide. Would love to stay there again as it is easily accessible to the airport :) Usually the wifi in other Marriott hotels is free although they charge $10 per day.

The room was so quiet and we had to get up early for our flight. The staff was very very friendly and all (men included) beautiful

Experience was great. Valet and guest services was awesome they were happy to being the luggage cart to our room. The shuttle runs 24/7 every 15 minutes on the hour. The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. Traveling with a large family is sometimes difficult, staying at the Seattle Airport Marriott makes the travel more enjoyable and atress free. The rooms were very nice and clean the beds and pillows were comfortable.

The property and staff were all top notch. 5/5 recommend. The staff and location really sets this property apart!

I specifically want to mention the staff responding to Marriott app chat were exceptionally accommodating and responsive. Also Roger Peterson for kindly assisting us. Thank you!

We visited during an early September weekend. Early Checkin was a breeze, and staff happily brought us more toiletries, extra towels, etc. Clean, spacious room with an excellent bed. Excellent location in close proximity to the airport, food and drink.

We will see you again!

LOVE this hotel. I was in town for a 1-day meeting, arrived late after a 5 hour flight delay. The 24/7 shuttle is so easy and reliable. It’s so nice to enter a hotel that just calms the nerves and mind with its peaceful environment. The room design and decor is so modern and plush. Going home, my flight was delayed 3 hours so I enjoyed just relaxing in the atrium after a long day.

Sadly they’ve gotten rid of their pool and spa, but understand me for an airport hotel. Look forward to returning.

Now I’m normally not a Marriott fan however this Marriott was amazing!!! The rooms were nice and clean. Yes there were a few imperfections but not so many that it changed the outlook of my stay. J’nee and the young man that works with her has to be one of the nicest hardworking staff ever. They just took it over the top. They were the number one best thing about this hotel. The second best thing was the workout room. Best workout room in any hotel I’ve been to!

Very nice rooms and great staff. Buffet style breakfast that was served on the first morning during our convention was very unappealing. The only option for something served hot was oatmeal. The texture, taste and temperature was horrible. I recommend NOT serving oatmeal unless there are other hot menu items available and it is prepared correctly. All the other meals throughout our stay were decent.

The hotel is undergoing some renovation. I like what they are doing and they are doing a good job of not making the construction too disruptive. Room was clean and comfortable. Everything looked new and we'll kept. Only complaint is there was no free WiFi.

Recently renovated rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Dining and bar area have a good variety of delicious options. Just minutes away from I-5 gets you quickly to anywhere in the Seattle area. Free shuttle service to the airport which is literally across the street, and there is no noticeable airport noise to interrupt your sleep. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Parking is a bit steep but for corporate stays it’s worth the convenience.

Really clean, super friendly and attentive staff. Not very loud for how close it is to the airport and I was on the side closest/window facing. Hotel food and drinks were genuinely good! Free shuttle to and from airport was prompt. Here in the winter and the heater worked really well in my room too.

We took a room with two queen sized beds. It was on 5th floor over looking the atrium so decent view.

Easy checkin

Courteous staff

Adequate parking around the hotel premises and Valet parking is also available

Room size is good

Had wireless charger

Adequate lighting in the room

Washroom decent sized

Storage adequate

Only thing that was an irritant was the washroom door….it is a wooden sliding door that was difficult to open and close. It would slide off the rod and also cannot close completely.

Since we stayed one night only the amenities were comfortable

You know it's a good hotel when airlines pilots and crew stay there. This Marriott was better than expected. The good: Very comfortable, updated rooms and beds. It had the look and feel of a timberline lodge but upscaled. The restaurant was also excellent. Service was very friendly band and always ready to help. The bad: The prices are on par with hotels in the area no high but other than that nothing bad to say. Overall very good and I will return to this Marriott next time Im in Seattle.

Sweet staff & good enough facilities but no microwave. None in your room but also non in their common space. They said it is not a covid-19 relating arrangement. They just don't let customer use it. I have a special dietary needs by my medical reason so I pack my own food. I wouldn't recommend here for people like myself.

Best airport hotel at SeaTac. Great benefits for elites, even with the lounge closed. Walkable to the airport.

Outstanding venue with a welcoming entrance. When flying into Seattle this is a great first stop before embarking out.

We arrived during a major snow storm but had little delay in finding the airport shuttle to the hotel. I was able to easily communication with the Marriott staff using the app always getting reply promptly. I highly recommend pulling up the app if you have questions or concerns or want to let the hotel your flight has been delayed.

Overall very pleasurable hotel with an affordable price.

Sheets & towels are nice, bed is comfortable, and it's nice there is no carpeting in the rooms.

Not all entrances accommodate wheel chairs (or rolling heavy suitcases). Had to lug suitcases up 7 or 8 srsirs. Very helpful advising area to park to be closest to room. Elevator closest to room did not seem to accept room key to get to floor on which room was located. It was 1:30 am so just walked half way around hotel to next elevator which worked fine.

Amazing Stay;

Staff: helpful and able to assist.

Food: Breakfast was not included and the food was good.

Gym: was open and visited. Amazing during COVID-19.

Atrium: awesome place; green areas and plenty of space.

Would stay again.

Recently did a redesign of the rooms. I really love them, especially the showers. The service staff is great and very positive and friendly. The only disappointment I have is that they removed the pool that was in the center of the building in the atrium.

This will be the 4th time in last year and half that I have stayed at this hotel, and every time has been just wonderful. From the check it is always an uplifting experience, to the restaurant wich is always pleasant and tasty.

The places to site and relax and do work is perfect with great views.

This is the second time bringing one of my children and they love it.

Fantastic! We went to four other dirty hotels nearby before we ended up here at a cheaper rate; with superior service, and the cleanest room in town! The Marriott does it right. We were overly thankful to find this level of service, hospitality,

And cleanliness in one package’ next

Time we come to town we will book here automatically and will tell all our family and friends in town to tell their guests to do likewise. We’re so happy the Marriott saved our trip’

So we didn't stay here but my mom left my grandma's car parked here so my sister and I could pick it up when we flew into the airport. Lovely shuttle from the airport. Nice parkinglot. The parking attendant was nice. Pretty expensive to park there though. I hope the hotel is as nice as the outside looks.

Great hotel, well appointed and very walkable from the metro station by the airport! Friendly staff and what appeared to be completely renovated rooms! Couldn’t get the showerhead to work properly and water leaked all over the floor (due to bad design) but was a great and restful sleep.

Very clean and well presented room. There is a good bar with friendly serving staff. The airport shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes 24 hours a day and the driver was great and very helpful

I had messed up reservations on points with a different hotel and we were in a panic. It was so good, therefore, to be able to log into the Marriott Bonvoy app and get a reservation so easily at the Airport Marriott. However, I even messed up that, reserving two rooms for one adult each as opposed to one room for two adults, which is what I meant to reserve. The staff member checking us in immediately saw what had happened and corrected the situation. I could not have been more grateful.

The room was clean and comfortable and the food, in Aqua Terra, was well prepared and healthy. Shuttle to the airport, in the morning, was also helpful. Everyone, it seemed, was trying their utmost to make every part of the experience pleasant.

Really convenient location by SeaTac. Shallow water but lots bass.. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ˜² Sometimes I like to go sailing other times I like just being on the water. Seattle is great for both most of the time. Get out and do something on the water, it is good for the soul. Also, Saint Nicklaus is the patron saint of sailors #nice list...πŸŽ…πŸ€™

This is an airport hotel showing its age. It's convenient though if you have a flight in the morning. There is a bar in the center. Prices are quite high there. Prices for this hotel was quite high to begin with. However, it still beats most of the hotels in the area.
