For the price this motel is not bad at all! Soomdm was clean and everything was working properly . Neighbors were a little loud and stomped carelessly but that's of no fault to the motel. Check in was quick and easy. All workers were pleasant and used every precaution they were supposed to for covid.

Outside could use some work, but the room was clean with a heater/air conditioner. Bar soap and a single use shampoo pouch were included. Service was friendly, and they offer a shuttle to the airport! It's a few dollars extra, but still cheaper than an Uber. Shuttle leaves on the hour and half hour.

There are a handful of restaurants within a quarter mile, if you want to walk, but Door Dash delivers here.

Be aware: there is a $50 safety deposit assessed separate from your actual room charge. This will be returned to you after you check out, but your initial booking cost may be substantially higher than you expected.

When I come to Seattle, I usually stay at the four points right down the street from this place. I stayed 2 nights last week and let me tell you, I’m glad I did. I saved a bunch of money and it was a very pleasant experience. The room was very clean and spacious. It even had a smart TV. They offer a very nice, hassle free shuttle service as well! For the price I paid, I couldn’t be more satisfied. The customer service is worth mentioning. From the front desk staff (especially the young hispanic kid who worked in the mornings) to the shuttle drivers, everyone was extremely gracious, respectful and friendly. This is a small but honest business. Highly recommend.

Clean, big rooms for an afforable price. Complimentary shuttle bus from the airport which was great. Images of the room are accurate. The neighbourhood isn't the safest but the staff were extremely helpful - We had an issue with the hotel we were going to next in San Fran and the young receptionist let us call the hotel using her phone (as we didn't have an American number yet). She helped & validated us during this stressful process. We truly appreciated it as 2 young girls travelling and felt like the Valu Inn was a safe place for us.

Perfect for brief layover or need proximity to SeaTac airport. Shuttle and breakfast. Clean rooms and basic but good value for the price. Michelle the manager was excellent! So helpful and kind.

We stayed here just for an overnight before an early flight. Motels get a bad rap, but this one was actually pretty great in a lot of ways. The staff was friendly and helpful and I was pleased with how clean the little check in room was and the outside as well. Beds are on the softer side which I LOVED, since mattresses in hotels tend to be a little bit too hard for me. The bathroom had some damage, plaster falling off the wall above the tub. The lighting was pretty bad, with different temperatures in the fixtures and them only one lamp by the bed. The built in furniture has seen far better days and there were stains on the chairs. However, it was clean and not musty or moldy, and that’s what counts the most!

You can easily walk to a nearby business to grab something to eat, relax with a drink, or grab an essential or two that you may need for your travels. We also used their shuttle, which starts at 3am. It’s a short drive to the airport so it really helps to relieve the stress of catching a flight.

TIPS:

- These rooms are truly bare bones. I wouldn’t choose to stay here if it wasn’t just for an overnight but only because it’s really built for exactly that purpose.

- The shuttle IS NOT FREE! They charge $7.

- The TVs are tiny and bolted down, which is only an issue because you can’t move it in order to see it easier from the bed.

- Make sure you have chargers that are long enough if you like to have your phone close by your bed. I had a 6ft one that was long enough, but the outlet was far from the bed.

- There is a mini fridge for you to use!

- ACCESSIBILITY: There is not an elevator to get to the second floor, so make sure you get a ground floor room if stairs are at all an issue!

While this motel is very basic, it’s my go-to place for early flights out of SeaTac. I just booked my 3rd sleep and fly stay there. Rooms are clean and the staff is courteous. The shuttle bus is reliable and shows up faster for pick up than some of the other, more costly, park and ride services I have used in the past.

Well, at first I was a little worried about going to this motel, knowing the area and it only being 51.00 a night. But, with that said. The rooms were actually redone and look great. They got rid of the nasty carpet and wooden floors. They have very comfortable beds. But, then you have parking that's hard to find a spot where your doors going to be dented.

A nice setting for those who love a busy scenery. Rooms very clean and beds that put you out as fast as you lay down. This motel is more for the lower budget visitors, but it still deserves 2 thumbs up.

Perfectly fine low budget motel if you're traveling south and want to beat Seattle rush hour. Keep in mind my 4 stars are in relation to other low budget motels, I'm not comparing it to the Ritz.

Beds were clean, hot water works fine. It's noisy, because of the highways and the airport, but that's only to be expected.

What's keeping me from giving it a better rating is a very meager breakfast (although there is fresh fruit) and only a small parking area.

Cheap by comparision. Rooms were small but clean and well maintained both of my stays. OK for short periods.

The room was very clean though the smell of cigarettes. The place is quite and nice but far from the downtown..good to crash for few nights. Close to SeaTac airport. The is no actual breakfast though they mention included.. it's just a cup of coffee/tea and banana and apple/cheese croissant.

The guy at front desk was friendly and welcoming.

Motel is super out dated really in need of upgrades, it seems by the office that they are starting to do some remodeling.

Location was kinda in the sketch ghetto part of town. We only stayed one night just to sleep before our flight. It's a decent place to stay if you just need a cheap place to rest.

Fast foods are walking distance

We had to book this place last minute due to a delayed flight and the online booking scheduled the wrong night. The staff was super helpful in revising our reservation and found a room for us that night. The rooms, as expected, weren't anything special but they were clean and comfy.

Better service than red roof! The front desk was accommodating.. only thing I did not like was the cleaning lady ignored my do not disturb sign and proceeded to bang on my door until I got out of bed.. she tried to force me to let her clean which I refused. Not cool. I was only there 2 days and this was the 2nd day. So I pretty much got really upset because I was hoping to not be bothered. Other than that I don't have much to complain about... Thanks valu inn for the stay

I have stayed in this hotel and it's not bad. I have stayed in this hotel more than a week and the hotel does provide a microwave a refrigerator a hot shower and bath and the room is clean, parking is small - so if you have a big van or something like that it is hard to maneuver: just for your information they do have more parking available- lot in the side and where you can park your bigger vehicle in case but talk to the manager of course: They have a weekly rate. Please talk to the front desk about the rate. There is no breakfast and no coffee maker in the room. Television is included and Wi-Fi. The heater standard hotel heater thing :Works very well ;at least in the room I'm in. There is no smoking if you do need to smoke you have to go outside and they do have a smoking area without any covering it all so just be aware of that for any smokers. Nearby there's a Safeway store approximately two blocks to three blocks away you can walk but if you have trouble with your legs and stuff it's a little steep. little steep for going uphill but I did it I have trouble with my legs it took me a while. There is a gas station in the same area as a safe way on course : Also there is a laundromat nearby in the same location area as a Safeway. There is no laundry here at the hotel /motel. Average price you're paying right now is about $44.43 up to 47 dollars a night. Noise - to me it's not that bad but it might concern some people who are sensitive sleepers. The noise concerns are as follows: you do hear airplanes but it is not all the time. Car traffic you can hear also : sometimes you can hear muffled talking from the other room-but it is not the norm: Bed: extremely comfortable firm but soft . Bed coverings are a little worn but acceptable to me of course. but very comfortable. No problems. Overall the hotel is very quiet and peaceful to me of course. No real strange characters hanging around or any drug trafficking or anything like that: Everybody that comes to this hotel stays in the room etc. Food delivery if you don't want to go get it yourself: doordash does deliver. There are restaurants nearby: Chinese restaurant and Mexican food as you're walking towards Safeway of course but I never ate at those restaurants. I really don't know how good they are. I like this place it's close to everything. Value inn is clean and they care about the cleanliness of their rooms. Front desk very friendly there is always somebody there at the window. This is an honest review and I hope this is helps you. Always wherever you're staying and traveling always keep your eyes open and be safe thank you and have a safe and pleasant journey.

Respectfully,

Andrew-Homeless in America.

I was worried about the reviews and ratings. The room was clean. Staff was very helpful despite the huge hickup at check in. Another staff stepped in promptly and helped us out. Also glad there was a shuttle to the airport. Thank you!

Affordable, clean and comfortable. Very close to the airport. Honestly one of the best hotel beds I've slept on. Only downside being it's right off the road, so it gets loud in the morning.

Room was clean. Window to the room was open upon arrival, trying to air out smell of smoke. Area seems safe, no loud outside noises. But you can hear upstairs if someone is walking around.

Freindly check in. Staff in office is nice.

Loose handle on bathroom door and tv had a spot on it where something had hit it.

Firm bed with 3 soft pillows. AC, fridge, and microwave work fine. Shower was clean - head is at about 5'5".

I stayed there years ago and it was infested with all kinds of insects, they must have new owners because I stayed again a few days ago and it's very nice and clean. No bugs,it's quite so I was able to get the rest I needed. Thank you for clearing up the motel

Great value. Super close to airport. Rooms were clean.

Service is outstanding. My car got blocked by several large SUVs. I tried to back it out, but couldn’t. I asked Rik from the reception for help. He was so kind to help me. Turns out he is a pro driver. Backed the car out as smooth as butter on hot toast lol.

Highly recommend.

Dont get fooled by the shabby look from outside. Their rooms are amazing. The parking is kinda disorganized and the breakfast was missing due to covid. But it is one of the best cheapest hotels that i have stayed in the contemporary times. Also they offer long stays and the one at the customer service was nice, even though we had a late checkin.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the airport. The room are very clean. The staff is friendly, especially a fully bilingual girl (English/Spanish) at the front desk who allowed me late check out at noon giving me an extra hour before the flight. I would recommend the place for its affordability and location, being close to the airport where the hotel has a shuttle. To commute. The only thing is that I wish the hotel had is a bigger variety for the breakfast. There are no sandwishes, milk and cereal or boiled eggs. I wish those were provided. Overall, I had a good and comfortable experience! Thank you, Rustam

My sister and I booked here for three nights. Overall it was pleasant and staff were very helpful. Hotel has a bus that can transport you to and from the airport. We did not have any complaints. There is a lot of noise during the nighttime with people driving and the airplanes but we are used to that. I would suggest bringing headphones or playing ambient music if it becomes bothersome. Would book again.

I know my review may seem over the top since this is after all only a 1 star MOTEL. But it does exactly what it advertises! In the last 30 days I have stayed in hotels up to $1500 a night. They were great too. But this time I wanted a cheap clean place near SeaTac. This place is very clean, no grunge around the bathtub or sink or even the baseboards. No bugs, clean sheets, no beat up furniture, good TV, a shuttle to the airport, and even a Grab n Go breakfast! Nice young women at the reception desk who are friendly and polite! All for $70! Do it!!

The staff is courteous & the rooms were clean. It is a great value when you do ParkSleepFly! It's an older place but we were satisfied with our outgoing stay, we will be there in 2 days for our return stay. The shuttle to the airport was great & we are sure the return ride will go smoothly too. I would recommend this to my friends & will use this place in the future! ☺️

Need to park my vehicle for one week while I went on a vacation. Valu Inn has the best price. I had to wait 15 minutes the shuttle left when I arrived, but the driver was very friendly and helpful. Place was father from airport than I usually park, but I would for it again as long as I am not in a hurry.

The room was very basic... no frills. But, it met my needs. I slept there the night before a 6am flight on Christmas Eve. I parked my vehicle with them for the week that I was gone. They shuttled me to and from the airport in good time. I will definitely utilize this park/sleep/fly option in the future.

Seems to be family run. Front desk employees were highly capable and organized both nights we interacted, they spoke perfect English. The shuttle driver didn't speak much English but we didn't have any issues. Rooms were clean and price is great.

There is road noise at night as you'd expect and we did have a snafu the first day with a maintenance person being in our room at first, but the front desk worker noticed without us raising the issue and booked us another room immediately (the worker hadn't let them know he was in there).

Overall would recommend, we'll be back again.
