Service is outstanding. My car got blocked by several large SUVs. I tried to back it out, but couldn’t. I asked Rik from the reception for help. He was so kind to help me. Turns out he is a pro driver. Backed the car out as smooth as butter on hot toast lol.
Parked our car here for 11days and its catalytic converter was removed/stolen. There is a fence, but it’s an easy climb, should have known we were offering our car up for parts. This parking arrangement is an opportunity for an enterprising employee or just an observant parts thief walking down the street…. the contract waives the hotel’s responsibilty… so, we shoulda known, lesson learned.
Woman at the desk was rude. Definitely found bed bugs. Wanted to let her know about them but she said it wasn't her problem. Wouldn't refund my money when I wanted to leave and not get infested with their nasty bugs. My AC didnt work either but that was least of my worries
weird place. weird check in procedures-too an hour to check in. Staff quick to shoo away customers with short empty responses. The air works, the lights work, the water works along with the mini fridge and microwave. That front desk person loves using he word "unfortunately" as a response to everything.
Employees very warm and welcoming. Room way too hot even with max A/C. TV didn't work. But OK for the price including keeping my car for the week.
Better service than red roof! The front desk was accommodating.. only thing I did not like was the cleaning lady ignored my do not disturb sign and proceeded to bang on my door until I got out of bed.. she tried to force me to let her clean which I refused. Not cool. I was only there 2 days and this was the 2nd day. So I pretty much got really upset because I was hoping to not be bothered. Other than that I don't have much to complain about... Very slow check-in process (20ish minutes). I noticed broken glass in the parking lot when I arrived and they did mention they have had car break-ins. My room was upstairs (no elevator so had to make two trips since it was my toddler and pregnant self). The room was clean yet dated. The one we stayed in did not have a mini fridge or microwave and online it says they do. I had to throw away my daughters snacks and milk for morning. There was no deadbolt on my door as well as it looked like it was removed. Loud area but it was for a quick sleep. Coming home, I learned that the shuttle doesn’t run from 12:00am-4:00am. I had a 4 hour delay so I didn’t get in until 3:30am and had to Lyft. The email confirmation states 24/7 shuttle service so don’t go off of that- check their site. I requested a bottom floor in advance so I didn’t have to make two trips and this room did have a microwave and mini fridge. Oh and a dead bolt! The toilet ran every few minutes in the room and you can hear the water from the room above and next door. If you are a light sleeper I do not recommend! If you just need a quick place to sleep it was fine. The people working there are friendly!
This place is old and dated, they do a good job of keeping it clean. I didn't see any reason for them to hold our "non disclosed " $50 security deposit for 3 weeks.
Expedia options listed this motel accepting pets, so we booked, when we get to the office there is a piece of paper with the words 'No pets allowed' in their window. Now it's going to take 3 to 10 business days to refund my monies. Take it out in a matter of minutes but up to 10 business days to get it back??? UNSAT! Love the way a veteran gets treated in this state!! No help from staff to expedite either, very selfish of them. Won't do business with their chain of motels ever again!! Sad!
We have used Value Inn’s airport parking/shuttle service twice within the last year, both for at least a week. NEVER AGAIN. The first time was great, the service was wonderful, and the price was very reasonable. This last time was a nightmare. When we came back from our trip, we caught the shuttle back to the Inn. That is the moment we found out that our car had been broken into. When we went to talk to the front desk, we were informed that this happened the day before and they were still “reviewing security cameras to figure out what happened.” They claimed to have called us multiple times but there was no record of missed calls or voicemails(they had the correct phone number on file). We asked to speak to the manager but was told the manager was not in yet. When we asked if they could get the manager on the phone, they said no. The manager knew when we were due back into town as this is part of the reservation process yet did not make a point to be there to resolve the window issue with us. Instead we were told to fill out a simple piece of paper with basic contact information and a statement about what happened. There were no assurances that they would resolve the problem or make any effort to make things right.
Dont get fooled by the shabby look from outside. Their rooms are amazing. The parking is kinda disorganized and the breakfast was missing due to covid. But it is one of the best cheapest hotels that i have stayed in the contemporary times. Also they offer long stays and the one at the customer service was nice, even though we had a late checkin.
They keep your deposit and don't give it back because they need the money.
When I made reservations I did it on hotels.com for a cheaper price. When I checked in they changed me an extra 100.00 because they are not getting people like they use too. Don't rip people off because of how slow business is.

I paid for a room and a few nights of parking from parksleepfly.com. I showed up and decided that it was not safe to park and leave my vehicle in their parking lot. They had the cars in like sardines, so not worth the money in risk of leaving my vehicle there. They make the picture look so fancy on park sleep fly. So I literally took a loss and bought a package at the country inn down the street for less! I walked in at that hotel and staff was amazing. I’m not knocking the people that have stayed here or the people working here but it was just not for me. Park sleep fly was literally the worst in this scenario. First off they have more expensive deals than walk ups
and second I was unable to cancel the room. It was such a disaster trying to contact park sleep fly and waste time trying to cancel the trip. I mean if your looking for a budget spot for a park sleep fly and not worried about your car then go for it. But it was a big learning lesson for me next time I try this package in Seattle. Yeah the rate may be low but I did not think of the bigger picture of protecting my car that I have worked so hard to pay for.
I have stayed in this hotel and it's not bad. I have stayed in this hotel more than a week and the hotel does provide a microwave a refrigerator a hot shower and bath and the room is clean, parking is small - so if you have a big van or something like that it is hard to maneuver: just for your information they do have more parking available- lot in the side and where you can park your bigger vehicle in case but talk to the manager of course: They have a weekly rate. Please talk to the front desk about the rate. There is no breakfast and no coffee maker in the room. Television is included and Wi-Fi. The heater standard hotel heater thing :Works very well ;at least in the room I'm in. There is no smoking if you do need to smoke you have to go outside and they do have a smoking area without any covering it all so just be aware of that for any smokers. Nearby there's a Safeway store approximately two blocks to three blocks away you can walk but if you have trouble with your legs and stuff it's a little steep. little steep for going uphill but I did it I have trouble with my legs it took me a while. There is a gas station in the same area as a safe way on course : Also there is a laundromat nearby in the same location area as a Safeway. There is no laundry here at the hotel /motel. Average price you're paying right now is about $44.43 up to 47 dollars a night. Noise - to me it's not that bad but it might concern some people who are sensitive sleepers. The noise concerns are as follows: you do hear airplanes but it is not all the time. Car traffic you can hear also : sometimes you can hear muffled talking from the other room-but it is not the norm: Bed: extremely comfortable firm but soft . Bed coverings are a little worn but acceptable to me of course. but very comfortable. No problems. Overall the hotel is very quiet and peaceful to me of course. No real strange characters hanging around or any drug trafficking or anything like that: Everybody that comes to this hotel stays in the room etc. Food delivery if you don't want to go get it yourself: doordash does deliver. There are restaurants nearby: Chinese restaurant and Mexican food as you're walking towards Safeway of course but I never ate at those restaurants. I really don't know how good they are. I like this place it's close to everything. Value inn is clean and they care about the cleanliness of their rooms. Front desk very friendly there is always somebody there at the window. This is an honest review and I hope this is helps you. Always wherever you're staying and traveling always keep your eyes open and be safe thank you and have a safe and pleasant journey.

You should try the hotel down the street if you need to use your phone or laptop to work. I'm so mad about the wifi not working. The front desk just shrugs and changes the password to the wifi. There are ants everywhere. Some guy got jumped yesterday by four kids. One of the guests here left because of bed bugs. I wouldn't care about the wifi so much if there was other things to do. But we r in the middle of a pandemic and my health has been compromised.
For the price this motel is not bad at all! Soomdm was clean and everything was working properly . Neighbors were a little loud and stomped carelessly but that's of no fault to the motel. Check in was quick and easy. All workers were pleasant and used every precaution they were supposed to for covid.
This place is total dump and ghetto, workers came in while I was gone, stole my credit card number and ordered almost $100 in pizza. STAY AWAY!
I never write reviews, but I just had to because of this place. Worst place I have ever stayed. First off the staff was atrocious, especially the manager (the lady with the red hair who I believe is the manager is a real witch). They charged me because the pillowcase was dirty. Also there were ants throughout the room, especially in the bathroom. It was loud all hours of the night, with drug deals going on constantly and staff not caring at all. They double booked me one night and would not refund my money. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT STAY HERE! there are probably 40 other hotels in the five mile area and 10 of them all cost the same, go to one of those places.

Shower head was too low not over head. Housekeeping stole my phone charger! And then they kept my $50 deposit becuz they said I smoked in tha room.
Very noisy (due to the street), dirty (found other people's hair in shower and floor). But the beds are GREAT.
Staff doesn't wear masks when manager is away and manager doesn't want to be bothered, but when insisted, she will insult you with backhanded compliments.
Made my spouse sleep in the car because it was too late to add them to the room for just $6.
Was letting it all go, but, manager quoted us a room over the phone but enforced a higher price in person.

If I could give a zero I would. First things first BED BUGS! I got into my room and saw bed bugs already on the mattress. The room smelt like sewage and the floor had crumbs under the beds and every corner of the room. The shower had blood stains on the curtain and hair was on the supposed new clean towels. I went straight to the front desk and demanded a refund. But to only be blamed for bringing the bed bugs and my deposit was taken away as well. Will never do business here again!

Such horrible !!! Service !! Terrible management!! They have 17 year olds working at the front desk that are incompetent!! The manager is very rude ! Dirty rooms , dirty sheets and towels and I was told the reason it was dirty was because they usually only have locals which is a disgusting answer ! Lots of creepy men walking around making it very uncomfortable for a pregnant woman to stay there . After talking to the manager, Nothing was done for me wasted a couples hundred dollars to stay in the room for 10 minutes! Something must be done !!

If there is zero star, i would like to process with a zero star. Due to conora virus, a lot of plan and trip being cancelled. I was booked 4 nights on March 26th to March 30th. I called several time on March 5th to see what solution we can do in order to get some of my money back since it is $210++. They totally refuse to make any refund and just showed this is how they earned extra money.
Please do not go to this hotel anymore, super negative feeling. Stuff isn't friendly and manager dont want to deal with this thing. I have asked even with carried Conora virus, they would still want me in go and spread to other people. Their answer is a yes ........ So would you guys still brave to go there?
Cheap by comparision. Rooms were small but clean and well maintained both of my stays. OK for short periods.
No frills, bed and tv type of place. The parking lot is used for long-term airport parking so be aware when driving here yourself. They do have a complimentary airport shuttle, which is an added benefit when traveling. If you want more than a warm place to lay your head then you might want to look elsewhere.
A God awful experience start to finish. First we call multiple times to set up shuttle. We do it again while we have baggage to see if they could have one out for us. We call at 8:19 it arrives almost half an hour later. The driver is going down the road in neutral, then proceeds to stop in the middle of the road to put the vehicle back into drive. Checking in is awful because we find out the $50 we were charged wasn't for the room but for a deposit. Now we don't have money to pay for a room and we are moving funds around. But we are sitting out in the rain in cold with our toddler for about an hour. This place sucks please don't waste your money here.

DO NOT PARK HERE. They make you sign away the right to move your vehicle, guy zooms it around their tiny parking lot, and then they also make you sign away any liability of damage. They bashed my truck into someone else's car and won't take any responsibility for their reckless drivers
Overall is was a great budget hotel.
Warning, the water was scalding hot. I'm a plumber (licensed). I've told them on checkout that's too darn hot coming out the shower. The tub is really slippery. Poor choice their. I'm short, the shower spot was really low, my guess is 6'0. Get ready to squat to wash ur hair. The exhaust fan in the bathroom works really well. It's a dual light and exhaust on a single switch.
The sink counter outside the room is good. Long mirror, water gets hot within seconds. I've not seen any bugs, that's great. Bed was comfortable for me. Fridge is a mini. Decent overall for a budget, except that bathroom.
Need to do something about that tub floor.
Never did get that $50 deposit back! Filthy and refuse to let you have more than one pillow!!!! They are scammers, be careful!
The Good The Bad
Where to start...parking is terrible, floors look clear, but needed to be mopped bad. Bathroom needed cleaning bad. Toilet seat needed to be replaced. Was just old and stained. A/C worked but didn’t blow very hard. Nasty stuff on the wall in the bathroom including what looked to be a booger. Phone didn’t work. A couple of the bath towels were used but hung up nicely as if they were clean. Continental breakfast was a danish and coffee or orange juice. The price wasn’t worth what we got. One nice thing is if you like Mexican food there is a little place next to McDonald’s that isn’t far from the Valu Inn. Stay away from the McDonald’s they could get anyone’s order right even if they were paid $30. An hour.
They do airport parking there too and my experience was terrible! When we got back, at 12:30 am, we called to have the shuttle pick us up and was told shuttle shuts down at midnight. Nobody ever told us that, it wasnt on the receipt and it wasnt on our ticket to turn in to retrieve car. We paid extra for the shuttle and only got to use it to get to the airport. So we had to spend money on a taxi to get there. Once there, the lights were off, the open sign was off and door locked. How am i suppose to get my car key? Good thing I had an extra and was able to get my car on my own and go home. I called to get my other key mailed to me and explained why i took my car without checking out and the woman I talked to basically called me a liar and said there is always someone at the desk 24/7 because it never closes.
It was a good stay the room was very clean and it was a nice updated room. But the only complaint I would have is the did lie about Continental breakfast. All they had was breakfast claws, juice, and coffe
We only stayed a few hours before leaving on an early flight but The first room they gave us stunk like smoke, So they gave us another room which was better. This one had no bar fridge in it like the smoky one so we couldn’t store our perishables. The towels are super thin and almost like sand paper but the room was passable for a quick sleep and clean room and close to Angle train station so we could park across the street and get to SeaTac!
Outside could use some work, but the room was clean with a heater/air conditioner. Bar soap and a single use shampoo pouch were included. Service was friendly, and they offer a shuttle to the airport! It's a few dollars extra, but still cheaper than an Uber. Shuttle leaves on the hour and half hour.
There are a handful of restaurants within a quarter mile, if you want to walk, but Door Dash delivers here.
