All things considered with this covid BS they are doing a fantastic job.

Although you cannot sit down and eat they do a take out for breakfast and dinner.

The rooms are decent size and they are quiet, most older properties they are conditioning is loud and obnoxious but they have done a good job keeping the rooms as quiet as possible being next to an airport.

Staff is fantastic and I'm glad our company has chosen to use it as our regular Hotel.

This is a great hotel right next to the airport. The moment you walk in you feel comfortable, and they have snacks you can buy right near the front desk, which was so nice when I had just gotten off a plane and hadn't eaten in hours and it was late at night. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I also enjoyed the restaurant. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Will stay here again next time I have an early morning flight out of Seatac.

Right by the train station and they have airport shuttle

The vegetarian sandwich with sweet potatoes fries are absolutely delicious, I highly recommend this sandwich. The people at the front desk is very hospitable and the room is nice and cozy. The waiter in the restaurant is very nice and professional.

I stay at many hotels regularly, normally don't care to review them. This location though is super cute and cozy, rooms and bathrooms are small and give off a European vibe which I love. The bed was super comfortable and fluffy. Towels were fluffy, just overall loved staying here on a short layover for work.

We flew into Seattle airport in the evening time, the shuttle took approximately 30 minutes to reach us (we must have just missed it). If you fly into the Seattle airport, go towards the parking garage and wait at 1D under the courtesy vehicle pickup (always double check this in case it changes) a shuttle from the Crowne hotel will come and get you. The hotel was very quiet last night and the staff was very kind. We had the hotel breakfast this morning and it was wonderful, great food and service. If you are flying into Seattle or just need a quiet nice place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent, very modern, and very clean Crowne Plaza Hotel, easily accessible to Seatac Airport. Our check-in was very easy and fast, and our room was Modern, updated, and impeccably clean. The lobby has a warm and inviting gas fireplace with plenty of area to sit for meetings or socializing. We went to the lobby restaurant and our breakfast omelette was excellent served hot and our breakfast potatoes were perfect. Osmond who worked in the restaurant was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend and give five stars to the Crowne Plaza Seatac Airport

We used Crowne Plaza as a long term parking option. The price was fair, the staff were efficient and helpful, and the shuttles dropped us of and picked us up in good time. We will use them again.

Nice hotel. Only restaurant nearby is 13 Coins, which is within about a 10-minute walk.

My family was not expecting the level of accommodations and convenience we had staying here. This is my first time going out of my way to make a positive recommendation on a hotel so they really made a positive impression on us.

1: they provide free 24hr shuttle service pickups at the Seattle Int airport every 20 minutes. If you do not know where to go, no worries… they walk you through the whole route to get you from baggage claim to the parking garage area if you just call the hotel number. Just a 2 minute walk.

2: The hotel let us check in super early free of charge. Had they not had any early check in capability they will hold your bags for you so you can go explore the city/go shopping till your room becomes available.

3: they are partnered up with the Sea-Tac shuttle service that picks people up at hotels free of charge and takes them to the mall just 5 minutes down the road. The shuttle also returns you from the mall back to the hotel for free about ever hour and a half.

4: they have a self service guest laundry machine that accepts both coins and credit cards! First time I have seen this in my many travels.

5: they are conveniently located right next to the city train service if you want to go down town for little to nothing.

6: they have a restaurant in the hotel and another right next to the hotel.

7: staff is super friendly and professional.

Overall highly recommend!

Worked near SeaTac, so this property was well placed for my needs. Service was great, breakfast options were typical for an American Crowne Plaza property, but the rooms were tiny and cramped. The elevators were cramped and tiny also. You know what wasn’t tiny? The price.

There’s much better value everywhere in the area. Don’t settle too quickly if you don’t have to. Luckily it didn’t cause any hassles. I will say, I would not bring my family to this property. Solo stays only.

Only stayed here a short while before an early morning flight. Overall clean and comfortable. Dinner in the lobby restaurant was decent. Some cosmetic issues in the room (minor damage to bathroom door) but nothing terrible. Appreciated the free airport shuttle. Parking here is not free so I opted to return the rental car a bit early and utilize the free shuttle back, rather than paying for a night of parking and taking the car back the next morning.

Comfortable hotel by the airport. You can take the shuttle or walk it (15-min). Rooms are bit on the smaller side, but for an airport hotel, you do need much. Self serve Starbucks espresso machine in the lobby. Quite a few eating options near by (walking distance). Recommend!

Free shuttle to/from airport runs every 20 minutes, 24-hours a day; visually appealing lobby, clean/spacious rooms, friendly staff. Amenities could be of a higher quality, but okay for just 1 night. The crazy thing, though - the restaurant offers a diverse menu and amazingly delicious food!! Totally unexpected, unlike any other airport hotel restaurant I've experienced - can't rave about it enough! Will definitely stay here again if ever flying in/out of SeaTac.

We parked our car at this hotel. The shuttle and front desk service is perfect. Shuttles run 7/24. We arrived in SeaTac before 5 am. And had not to wait for the shuttle at all.

You can walk to the terminal from this hotel too.

Will certainly use it again.

This hotel is very close to SeaTac and can even be walked to if you have little luggage. The Hotel is nice and very clean. The restaurant was nice and the food was very good. Lots of snack options at the front desk also. Definitely a great hotel to stay at if leaving on an early flight!

Very nice and modern hotel. Staff is very friendly and professional.

Rooms were very clean as were the grounds and main areas.

Bar and restaurant well staffed with lots of variety of drinks.

Only downside is the parking, they also do park and fly so regular travellers will have to walk a bit to get in to the rooms.

Just right across the street from the airport, you will find this oasis of calm.

Despite being able to see the tower from the rim window, I didn't hear the planes.

The room was very nice and cleaned very well.

It is a small thing, but the solid door on barn tracks into the restroom had a very satisfying sense of substance.

Little touches like that worked together to make this a nice pause from the hustle and bustle of life.

Welcoming lobby and bar area beyond, with the restaurant to the side of that. Enjoyed a nice pizza and welcoming service there. The room looked fine, and I slept fine despite the close proximity of the hotel to the airport (fortunate, given that proximity was key in my choice of hotel). Unfortunately the curtains didn't cross over to prevent unnecessary external light from entering the room, so I had to jam a chair up against that wall to deal with that. There were fortunately face washers in the bathroom, which had been lacking in a couple of previous hotels I had stayed at recently - one of which I was able to use to chock the shower door closed, which otherwise wanted to roll open while I was showering.

This place was really great. I'm 27 and stayed here with my twin sister, my niece, and mother. We all enjoyed the environment the rooms are outstanding and the staff is on point. It's a modern style building with a lot of class, located centrally in the middle of shopping and the airport. Thank you all for the pleasant stay.

Great hotel for 1 night travel stop. Chelsea and Susan at the front desk were very courteous and helpful and Kasey and Noe at the restaurant were great. Terrific food and beverages there too. Clean comfortable room and the property is right next to the Link station. All was perfect.

Only a 4 minute walk from the 1-Line Sea-Tac Light Rail station. They have a very efficient shuttle that runs every 20 minutes to the departure gates. Nice modern rooms. A good place to stay if you have an early flight out.

The room was very clean and the ac worked well. I loved having a view of Mt. Rainier!! The hotel staff are friendly. I only gave it a 4 out of 5 rating though because they billed me incorrectly...overcharging me by $50 according to my bank statement. Plus, the invoice I received when checking out was also incorrect and had someone else's charge card (last 4 digits) on there. It had my correct name at the top though and the correct room number stayed in. If I didn't have to rush off to the airport early in the morning I would have tried to get it taken care of while I was there. UPDATE - I ended up being charged the correct amount. I am guessing the $50 was an incidental/hold charge. I was not made aware of that so it would be nice if they put something about that on the reservation. I changed my rating to 5 out of 5 stars.

This hotel was a slay. The staff were super nice, the rooms were comfy with nice amenities, and they had room service available until 11pm which was perfect. All I ordered from room service was some wings which were only $15. They brought them to me plated with ranch, veggies, and a giant ice water in a wine glass which was so nice because I forgot to order a drink. Honestly 10/10 we will be booking again for ourselves, friends and family.

I've never stayed at this hotel but I always go here to eat. The food is amazing. Probably the best chowder in town as well as the fish and chips. Also, the servers have always been friendly and gone out of their way to help.

They have a shuttle but I walked to and from the airport. It only takes ten minutes. Make sure to cross into the parking lot area and just head towards the train and then walk through the station and it will be crystal clear how to get there. Great bed and really nice bathroom and all the staff were really nice. Very good option for overnight stays if you are traveling.

Excellent service every time we stay here. Very busy place but the rooms are well maintained for such high traffic. The heaters are kind of loud in the room but they also cover any outside noises. For being right across from the airport this is a quiet place. The restaurant and bar downstairs are also great.

We parked our car there in there end lot for aiport parking for about two weeks. It was the most affordable option we could find last minute that didn't have less than three stars or so many negative reviews. Checking in for the parking was no issue. There was no wait and they were friendly and It went pretty quickly. They give you a pass you hold in your car and then when you return you bring the pass to them and they give you a ticket to leave. Make sure to hold onto your ticket though because you'll need to press for a ticket to even get into the property. That made me feel a little better and safer but there was nothing wrong with my car when I returned which is ultimately ultimately the most important part of parking there for so long. The only reason why I gave them. 4 stars is because the shuttle driver was not friendly at all.He did not even smile once and when we asked how he was he didn't even respond. It was the same older driver both times and again. That's the only reason why I give it. One less star is because of his unfriendly personality.

Clean room, warm and considerate service. It’s safe for car parking. Parking costs are very economical. my flight was cancelled 2 times by snowing weather. The hotel waived extra 6 days parking fee. I’d like to chose it again.

Great hotel close to the airport. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. I was super sick and ended up missing my flight. They got me in quickly and accommodated an early check-in. They ever were kind enough to leave my room service outside the door so I could eat and not have anyone see me sick.

We stayed here on our last night on the west coast to catch an early flight back to Maryland. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the excellent room and customer service. However, the restaurant deserves a very special mention. Reflections is an excellent restaurant, well above what you would expect from an airport hotel. They have a very talented Chef named Jonah, who clearly has a following. We would seek out this restaurant again even if we weren’t staying at the hotel. Everything well prepared with gorgeous presentation, wine paining suggestions, and impeccable service. We highly recommend staying here and letting Chef Jonah impress you!

I had a very comfortable one-night stay. The shuttle was convenient. Hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was very cozy, stylish and well furnished, and I slept very well. Water pressure in the showers was great. I had the abundant buffet breakfast which was a great deal, and the restaurant staff were courteous and hospitable. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

Stayed one night before a flight the next day. It’s an easy walk to the hotel from the airport. There is a shuttle, but as I watched from my window, I could see the huge lines of traffic slowly snake their way into departures. I knew walking would be faster, and it’s also less stressful. There is an elevator to the pedestrian bridge, and stairs.

Room was large and clean. It was also surprisingly quiet for being next to the airport. I didn’t use the amenities as was only there less than 12 hours. It’s pricier than other local hotels, but you can’t beat the convenience of walking into the terminal from your hotel.

We stayed here due to a plane delay. The employees are wonderful and accommodating. My biggest complaint is that I could hear everything in the rooms nearby. Overall, a nice stay!

We chose the crown for its proximity to the airport and value.

A block south is an elevator to the skybridge leading to the metro link station at the airport. From there it's a short walk to the terminal.

Or simply take the hotels dedicated shuttle that departs every twenty minutes.

The check in was quick and easy. The staff was very nice.

The room was awesome. Very modern. The rooms are quiet. I never heard a peep.

Their restaurant had good food at good prices.

They offer a link to a local free shuttle company offering a ride to the Westfield mall near by.

This is a great place to stay arriving or departing.

The service we had experience was enough to what we need and even extended their mile. We were picked up from Airport to Hotel ( I think it's part of the package), we got in the hotel and we were assisted immediately as they can.

The reception during that time was so helpful from our check in to the check out. They even helped us out to print out important papers we need.

We stayed there overnight as it's only layover and we had relaxed night with the help of the staff.

Stayed here to be close to airport in order to catch an early flight. I scored on close, literally across the street from the terminal. My main two criteria for a hotel is quiet and clean. The newly renamed Skybridge checked those boxes. The shower is 4 star. Parking for $30 is a bit unreasonable in my opinion. Remodeling for the Rebranding from Crown Plaza hasn't started yet. It will be fun to see how they will be able to transform this hotel into this century. Biggest complaint would be a very outdated TV which I am sure will be upgraded in the remodel. If you're booking this expecting a new Skybridge, your expectations will come up short. It does score 5 Stars for being quiet, I slept undisturbed and for that, I would stay here again

An EXCELLENT CHOICE when flying out or flying into Seatac. The restaurant on site was well beyond expectations…..the chef certainly know their β€œstuff”! The rooms are great (the tv offerings are dated and difficult to maneuver through), but the amenities in the bathroom are fine, the bed is comfortable & the air conditioner works! It is dated but compared to newer hotels at least there is a feeling of β€œsolid construction” and not thin walls and fake mouldings! We will most definitely return when we need a hotel stay on our next departure/arrival @ Seatac.

The evening of my stay, I realized I had lost one earring of a very special pair. When checking out the following morning, I mentioned my loss to the kind gentleman working the front desk. He took down my information and said he would ask housekeeping to keep an eye out for it while cleaning the room. The lovely housekeeper phoned me later in the morning with the sad news that she hadn’t found it. However, later in the day, another guest found it out in the parking lot and turned it in to the afternoon front desk crew. Due to great teamwork and communication among all members of the staff, they knew how to reconnect the lost and now found earring with its’ rightful owner. Ms. June and Ms. Brittany both telephoned me and navigated the logistics of the return. This staff is amazing! Their dedication to their guests’ happiness and well-being, their follow-through, and can-do attitudes are truly a gift to this traveler! Thank you to all of you for being amazing!

Hotel was close to the airport with free shuttle service to and from. The service was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean and spacious. The onsite restaurant had a wonderful breakfast buffet, and great options for lunch and dinner. Offered 3 party shuttle service to pier 66 for a decent charge and free shuttle service to the mall.

The Crowne Plaza SeaTac is an older hotel which has be totally updated. The outside view look 60/70 ish. But walking in, you can immediately see that this hotel has been updated. The lobby looks appealing and the restaurant looks inviting.

Rooms have also been updated and are exceptionally clean. πŸ‘Œ. The rooms are definitely smaller than average. πŸ₯Ί

Plenty of towels and plant based shampoo and body bath gel. Shower strength was excellent.

Service was a definite highlight. Housekeeping was thorough , and front desk personnel were professional and welcoming.

BE FORWARNED ...if you are parking a car in their parking lot , there is a $30.00/ night parking fee!!!!!!

Atmosphere is SeaTac airport function . The location is directly at the airport perimeter.

Final take....this is decent property if staying for a few nights because of the small room size. Recommended.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and updated to a modern feel. Bed was very comfortable. I'm an airplane guy so having a view of Seatac and watching the planes take off was awesome. We ordered Bacon Cheeseburgers from the restaurant and they were very good. My only complaint is that they charge you $24 to park in their parking lot even though you are staying at the hotel. I have never stayed at a hotel where you have to pay to park in their parking lot when you are already paying for a room. I just don't understand that.

This is an impressive establishment. I cant say enough about the authentic professionalism of the staff. The breakfast buffet is incredible and the staff especially shined there. I stayed with a group of 40 Japanese exchange students and staff was very helpful in accomodating our needs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza Seattle airport hotel which surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I arrived until I departed, the experience was nothing short of excellent. With a complimentary shuttle service running every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day, it provided seamless transportation to and from the airport.

Upon entering the hotel lobby, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The presence of complimentary water, coffee, and tea in the lobby ensured that guests would feel refreshed and energized, regardless of the hour. This thoughtful touch certainly set the tone for a remarkable stay.

One of the standout features of the Crowne Plaza Seattle airport hotel was the parking provision during my stay, which greatly eased any apprehensions I had about leaving my vehicle unattended. This convenience added to the overall peace of mind, allowing me to fully enjoy my trip without worrying about my car.

The buffet offered a delectable spread of breakfast options, ranging from various types of eggs, bacon, sausage, and fluffy waffles. The selection was outstanding, ensuring that all guests would find something to satisfy their cravings and start their day off right.

I was thoroughly impressed by the size of the rooms, finding them to be spacious and well-appointed. Although bathtubs were not included, this minor omission went unnoticed given the other fantastic features. The room, complete with a mini refrigerator and Keurig machine, provided a convenient way to store perishables and brew a fresh cup of coffee or tea at any time. The extra blankets and pillows ensured optimal comfort, allowing for a restful night's sleep.

The location of the hotel was undoubtedly perfect. Situated at a convenient distance from the airport, it offered easy access for travelers. Additionally, nearby attractions and amenities were within reach, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers alike.

The staff at the Plaza Seattle Airport Hotel truly elevated the experience. Throughout my stay, they were consistently accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Any questions or requests were promptly handled, reinforcing the sense of genuine care they had for their guests' comfort and satisfaction.

In summary, my stay at the Crowne Plaza Seattle Airport Hotel exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. The availability of a complimentary shuttle, along with the provision of water, coffee, and tea in the lobby, added a touch of convenience to the overall experience. The buffet offered a wide array of delicious breakfast options, and the generous room size and amenities ensured a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, setting the stage for an easy and enjoyable trip. Lastly, the remarkable staff made a lasting impression with their outstanding service. I highly recommend this airport hotel for anyone seeking an exceptional stay while traveling.

We had a really enjoyable experience here. For a one night stay it was a little bit more pricey than I prefer to pay, but the rooms were clean and quiet. They also offer a free shuttle service, the rooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and plenty of towels. We got stuck in the area after our long flight and it was a good spot to rest overnight and there is a Denny’s that is less than a 5 minute walk down the road. The front desk staff was also very kind.

Every single thing about this hotel exceeded our expectations! From the shuttle to and from the airport, the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff, etc. We mostly dealt with Robert at the front desk who was incredibly nice and incredibly helpful. We all felt right at home. The hotel itself, was very nice and clean. We traveled from a small town 3,000 miles away (we were worried that we'd feel out of place or possibly unsafe in a larger city so far away) but we felt very welcomed and very safe here. We will definitely return the next time we fly into this area again!

Pleasantly surprised last minute deal.

Location, cleanliness, and timely shuttle service were the highlights.

A little difficulty with check in and prices in the restaurant were the downside.

Still overall a very nice Crown.

Need a place to stay for one night as we were going to be able to catch the last ferry home after our vacation, so we tried the Crowne Plaza. Quiet room, comfy bed and a great shower. They seemed to take keeping things clean and safe very seriously. Thanks for a place to rest after 20 hours of travel!

I had a great experience at this hotel. Their customer service, housekeeping, and location are unmatched. The hotel is an easy three-minute walk to the elevator and skywalk that takes you to the light rail, easily getting you into downtown Seattle within 45 minutes. Tina was our waitress at the hotel’s restaurant, and she was incredibly kind and informative. The food was good, too. I’m very happy we chose Crowne Plaza for our hotel! Thank you all for your hard work and hospitality!

It's like they decided to put lipstick on a pig. The rooms have been outfitted with newish looking furniture and modernized bathrooms.

The toilets are wall mounted, some of which are crooked.

The ceilings still have gnarly popcorn texture and the wallpaper is pretty outdated.

The lobby and restaurant are nice which is quite deceiving.

The showers are nice walk-in, glass door and tiled.

Overall I'd say it's nicer than a La Quinta but definitely not somewhere to take a romantic getaway vacation.

Ticks almost all the boxes--nice and clean, newly refurbished, friendly staff, easy in and out, has most of the amenities needed---reading light, charging spots, amenities, magnifying mirror. No restaurant on site (small breakfast bar), and no bathrobes, but I have no complaints!

One of my favorite hotels in the IHG chain. Super quiet. Great value. Extremely comfortable beds. I love the soaps.

The food is amazing. If you're feeling adventurous, try the lamb burger or ceviche. Both are great. Oh and the wings.... so good.

Elevators are very small and slow. All used for housekeeping and visitors with luggage racks. It was not unusual to have to let 2 or 3 elevators go because they were full. Staff I interacted with in the bar and registration desk were excellent!

This hotel is borderline 4/5 (due to its age), but we give it 5 cause the staff were all so great to deal with, the shuttle to the airport couldn’t have been simpler and I slept real good despite being literally across the street from the airport. I really enjoyed the larger toilet seat for a more β€œAmerican” experience. I also parked my vehicle here while out of town. I can’t believe after ten days in Seattle I didn’t come back to a busted out window, but it seems this lot is decently safe. Obviously completely remove any and everything from your vehicle before you park. The restaurant attached to the hotel actually has some pretty good food and the service is impeccable.

We had a great stay this weekend. The room was very clean and comfortable. I'm not a huge fan of the sliding doors on the bathroom and shower though.

We were impressed with the restaurant. The food was excellent for a hotel restaurant and both of our servers, Gabe and Osmond were very friendly and attentive.

The front desk staff were very professional and accommodating with some last minute requests.

Rooms are nice. In my room, the toilet had a view of the window which was a little strange. I also had a view of the mountain though, so that made up for it.

All of the staff was really helpful and friendly!

Try the salmon clam chowder.

Comfortable beds, decent bathrooms, and excellent restaurant on the first floor next to the lobby and check in. Pleasant experience.

We've stayed at this location twice when traveling out of SeaTac for business and family vacations. The location is very convenient for walking to the airport terminal and they allow long term parking while you're gone. They have a shuttle too but the walk is probably faster. From the front entrance of the hotel it's only about 1 block to an elevator / stairs up to the train mezzanine, then just stay on that level and follow the signs all the way to the terminal in elevated bridges above the traffic. The rooms are decent quality but the TVs are old and small. The restaurant is actually quite good with a decent menu and good cocktails too.

Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly service. Able to walk to the airport thanks to the nearby skybridge. Restaurant at the hotel has very good food.

Just stayed there one night. Large room on the 10th floor. Quiet. The bed was super comfy. Ice machine by the elevator. Bathroom layout was a bit weird with the toilet right in front of the door facing the bedroom. Poor shower water pressure due to a restrictor in the spray head. Internet DL speed wasn’t great. Had fish & chips in the restaurant - great! Would stay there again. One reviewer said to take the metro rail skywalk from the airport to the light rail station and then just walk across the parking lot, 10 min. We tried that but it’s a bit of a schlep with a large bag and roll-aboard. Took about 20 min. And he said just walk across the parking lot by the hotel. But now it’s fenced in and you have to walk down the highway sidewalk. Shuttle runs every 20 min. so do yourself a favor and take that.

The rooms are very spacious with large beds a sofa, TV, desk, etc. They have a safe, ironing board, tea/coffee station. The ensuite also has everything your'e likely to need. They have air-conditioning which is easy to use. There is adaquet lighting but they are lacking charging options such as USB ports. The bar is pretty good as far as in-hotel ones go. The staff are friendly and helpful.

When we checked I was a little grumpy… Yet, I was treated very cordial and friendly. I Apologize ✌🏽

The room was very clean and comfortable and it’s close to the airport.

We also dined in the restaurant and made it in time for β€œHappy Hour” πŸ˜€

Our server Sylvia made us feel comfortable as we dined.

I give the restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The food was prepared well and plated with care but was not my favorite.

I had a lay over with my wife and four kids. We had just flown from S. Korea and was tired so we picked the closest hotel to the airport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle bus driver was helpful too.

Everything I needed a pre-cruise hotel to be. Clean, good location, friendly service. Transportation from the airport and to the ship. Good restaurant. Comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom. Quiet even though my room was near an elevator. They were nice to accommodate putting me on the same floor as my travel companions.

Came here for a training and stay the night, food is solid. The staff is fantastic. My one major complaint would be the weird floating toilets in the hotel rooms, being a bigger guy I wasn't overly confident about putting my full weight on there. The rooms are 100% put together but they are nice. Comfortable bed as well

Nice place to stay for a mini vacation.

Prices off the roof, but it's expected being so close to the airport.

Staff is somewhat helpful. They answer your questions, but I think this should be a given. I was not notified of anything when I checked in. I will give them points for walking me through the process for employee discount stay and what not. There was a trainee who seemed to not know much which is fine. There was another person doing most of the things needed to get done. They were cordial/professional, but did not WOWed me, not even with what it should be a given as part of check in process.

The room was so small for a King. Very claustrophobic area.

Shower door did not close. I had to use a wash rag to hold it closed.

No microwave.

Housekeeping and dirty dishes/trays laying in the hallway for a few hours.

Well decorated though.

I booked a room at The Crowne Plaza for three nights with Trip.com less than 24 hours after I booked that room I needed to cancel, after speaking with the hotel some of their areas that I was very interested in was shut down. So I contacted the hotel to try to cancel my reservation, Brittany told me that since I booked through trip.com.

That I would need to cancel through trip.com. I contacted trip.com who after spending hours on the phone with them came back with the answer that the Brittany at the hotel said that I can't cancel. That was quite confusing for me considering the fact that I had already talked to the hotel and they told me that I had to do it through trip.com and trip.com was completely up to them. Bottom line I am not very happy with these people I've spent hours on the phone with them. I believe if you ever ties that you have all these things available and then you don't when someone gets their you should allow them to have a chance to get their money back and go someplace else not hold them hostage. Thank you Crowne Plaza but no thanks. Will give another review and update after my 3-day stay on the hotel. I sure hope it is better then dealing with the reservation systems between the hotel and trip. Hopefully the experience it will be much better. I have been at the hotel less than a day now and the staff is outstanding in every way I am so very impressed reservation system sucks but you can't hold that against the staff and the facility itself because they are doing it out standing job I am very impressed and I am in the business. The front desk Clark has gone above and beyond to make me feel at home. Susan is definitely the star running the show at the front desk

The staff were extremely helpful in working with the 3rd party I booked my room with. They honored the same price and had the 3rd party refund me, despite it being β€œnon refundable.” The staff offered us refreshments for our wait, and extended our check out time. They wished me a happy birthday as that was the purpose of the room for the night. Room was large, bathroom was updated but kind of small, tv on offered cable and was not a smart tv, bed was cozy, room supplied mini fridge and many complimentary items (more than your typical hotel). I’d definitely go back.

We stayed at the hotel for one night and were very happy with the service. The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean. The shuttle between the airport and hotel is running every 20 minutes which is very convenient for people who need to be picked up or drop off. Would recommend it to anyone who needs a short stay in airport area!
