Messed up my credit card, no hair dryers in the room, bathroom exhaust did not work.
Went to the restaurant for dinner. Asked for no grape tomatoes on our pizza it came out covered. The soup was yummy! . Beds were comfortable. Liked the 12pm check out. Didn't like having to pay for parking on top of the hotel. With so many other options we will go to another hotel our next visit

Nice place to stay for a mini vacation.
Prices off the roof, but it's expected being so close to the airport.
Staff is somewhat helpful. They answer your questions, but I think this should be a given. I was not notified of anything when I checked in. I will give them points for walking me through the process for employee discount stay and what not. There was a trainee who seemed to not know much which is fine. There was another person doing most of the things needed to get done. They were cordial/professional, but did not WOWed me, not even with what it should be a given as part of check in process.
The room was so small for a King. Very claustrophobic area.
Shower door did not close. I had to use a wash rag to hold it closed.
Housekeeping and dirty dishes/trays laying in the hallway for a few hours.
Well decorated though.
The evening of my stay, I realized I had lost one earring of a very special pair. When checking out the following morning, I mentioned my loss to the kind gentleman working the front desk. He took down my information and said he would ask housekeeping to keep an eye out for it while cleaning the room. The lovely housekeeper phoned me later in the morning with the sad news that she hadn’t found it. However, later in the day, another guest found it out in the parking lot and turned it in to the afternoon front desk crew. Due to great teamwork and communication among all members of the staff, they knew how to reconnect the lost and now found earring with its’ rightful owner. Ms. June and Ms. Brittany both telephoned me and navigated the logistics of the return. This staff is amazing! Their dedication to their guests’ happiness and well-being, their follow-through, and can-do attitudes are truly a gift to this traveler! Thank you to all of you for being amazing!
I had to stay due to a missed connection related to a delayed flight, so Delta put me up here with a voucher. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was pristine.
For an above average hotel, I was expecting something better than "above average" all together. The room was not as spacious as a Hilton Garden room. The beds had some kind of mattress protector or whatever is found on toddler mattresses. Honestly, the bed means everything in a hotel and the bed for this hotel is a tad bit hard😩. If I wanted something like this, I'd find a cheaper than $200+ room. The only reason we chose to stay here was that they offered an airport shuttle and room service until midnight. Now, I know. Next time we will try The Radisson or something along the same road. The other complaint, the rug along the desk WAS STICKY😭.
Rooms are nice. In my room, the toilet had a view of the window which was a little strange. I also had a view of the mountain though, so that made up for it.
All of the staff was really helpful and friendly!
Try the salmon clam chowder.
Came here for a training and stay the night, food is solid. The staff is fantastic. My one major complaint would be the weird floating toilets in the hotel rooms, being a bigger guy I wasn't overly confident about putting my full weight on there. The rooms are 100% put together but they are nice. Comfortable bed as well
Comfortable hotel by the airport. You can take the shuttle or walk it (15-min). Rooms are bit on the smaller side, but for an airport hotel, you do need much. Self serve Starbucks espresso machine in the lobby. Quite a few eating options near by (walking distance). Recommend!
Rooms are nice. Beds are comfy but the front desk staff is unorganized.
The lamb burger at the restaurant is good. They also have delicious onion rings ! ;)

Hubby booked one room with King bed for us as he was picking me up from SeaTac at 10 PM on June 15th. When he arrived he found hidden fees which were not disclosed at booking and the room ended up being 2 double beds. He did get the room switched to the King bed and was then informed of a $50 refundable deposit and $25 for parking over night, which was reduced to $12.50. We have still, as of 6/28, yet to receive the $50 deposit and had to have our bank put in for an investigation. Seriously, parking should be part of the room rental not an addition to a bunch of hidden fees.
Great hotel for 1 night travel stop. Chelsea and Susan at the front desk were very courteous and helpful and Kasey and Noe at the restaurant were great. Terrific food and beverages there too. Clean comfortable room and the property is right next to the Link station. All was perfect.

Stayed here for work in April. Great hotel, amazing staff! East walk in/out from airport. Rooms are comfy, air conditioning runs well for temp and little background white noise for sleeping. Will def return.
It's like they decided to put lipstick on a pig. The rooms have been outfitted with newish looking furniture and modernized bathrooms.
The toilets are wall mounted, some of which are crooked.
The ceilings still have gnarly popcorn texture and the wallpaper is pretty outdated.
The lobby and restaurant are nice which is quite deceiving.
The showers are nice walk-in, glass door and tiled.
Overall I'd say it's nicer than a La Quinta but definitely not somewhere to take a romantic getaway vacation.
This hotel was so clean! The beds were extremely comfortable, the lady working the front desk was extremely kind & helpful. Overall great experience!
I had a unpleasant experience. I scheduled a shuttle bus to pick me up at the lobby at 5:40 am. I arrived the lobby at 5:25 am with my 2 large luggage (each weighs 23 kg) and carry on luggage (weighs 7 kg) to check out and wait for the shuttle bus. (By the way, I'm a middle-aged woman) I was the first passenger to be there. When the bus arrived, I had to go to the bus trunk to drop my heavy luggage while all other passengers lined up to get in the bus.
When I was ready to get in, the bus driver told me I had to take the next bus. His exact words: "first come first serve". I told him that I was the first one waiting and I got a plane to catch.
He told me that I have no choice but to take the next bus to catch my plane. Then I had to push the heavy luggage cart back to the lobby and waited for him to come back.
25 minutes later, I was able to get into the bus because there weren't too many passengers this time. How lucky I was this time.
The service we had experience was enough to what we need and even extended their mile. We were picked up from Airport to Hotel ( I think it's part of the package), we got in the hotel and we were assisted immediately as they can.
The reception during that time was so helpful from our check in to the check out. They even helped us out to print out important papers we need.
We stayed there overnight as it's only layover and we had relaxed night with the help of the staff.
We used Crowne Plaza as a long term parking option. The price was fair, the staff were efficient and helpful, and the shuttles dropped us of and picked us up in good time. We will use them again.
All things considered with this covid BS they are doing a fantastic job.
Although you cannot sit down and eat they do a take out for breakfast and dinner.
The rooms are decent size and they are quiet, most older properties they are conditioning is loud and obnoxious but they have done a good job keeping the rooms as quiet as possible being next to an airport.
Staff is fantastic and I'm glad our company has chosen to use it as our regular Hotel.
Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly service. Able to walk to the airport thanks to the nearby skybridge. Restaurant at the hotel has very good food.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and updated to a modern feel. Bed was very comfortable. I'm an airplane guy so having a view of Seatac and watching the planes take off was awesome. We ordered Bacon Cheeseburgers from the restaurant and they were very good. My only complaint is that they charge you $24 to park in their parking lot even though you are staying at the hotel. I have never stayed at a hotel where you have to pay to park in their parking lot when you are already paying for a room. I just don't understand that.
Very helpful. And very professional. Everyone was nice. From front desk to restaurant servers to bell hops and the hotel drivers to and from airport to hotel and back. Rooms were nice and clean.
Need a place to stay for one night as we were going to be able to catch the last ferry home after our vacation, so we tried the Crowne Plaza. Quiet room, comfy bed and a great shower. They seemed to take keeping things clean and safe very seriously. Thanks for a place to rest after 20 hours of travel!
Hotel staff was accommodating, respectful, and engaging. Loved the restaurant downstairs and respectful staff. Already planning a return trip.
I stay at many hotels regularly, normally don't care to review them. This location though is super cute and cozy, rooms and bathrooms are small and give off a European vibe which I love. The bed was super comfortable and fluffy. Towels were fluffy, just overall loved staying here on a short layover for work.
Laughable! the restaurant is overpriced for average food. internet doesn't accommodate well.
Very CONVENIENT and nicely appointed.
Hassel free check-in at the hotel for park n fly. Punctual shuttle. Clean, secure parking close to hotel entrance. Overall excellent
I always park here when flying. Very convenient location feel safe leaving my car there. Staff and shuttle drivers very friendly. Good rates. Brittany Stewart in Reservations is wonderful. Never have to wait more than 15 minutes for the shuttle to the airport highly recommend
Comfortable beds, decent bathrooms, and excellent restaurant on the first floor next to the lobby and check in. Pleasant experience.
We had a great stay this weekend. The room was very clean and comfortable. I'm not a huge fan of the sliding doors on the bathroom and shower though.
We were impressed with the restaurant. The food was excellent for a hotel restaurant and both of our servers, Gabe and Osmond were very friendly and attentive.
The front desk staff were very professional and accommodating with some last minute requests.
Nice hotel. Only restaurant nearby is 13 Coins, which is within about a 10-minute walk.
Comfortable, clean room. Only stayed one night. 24 hour shuttle to SEATAC. Friendly and efficient staff at front desk. Room was a decent size, clean and everyone worked.
Great customer service, comfortable quiet room and great breakfast. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay near SEATAC.
Great Service, clean facilities Respectful Staff. Definitely recommend that if your in town a few days to stay here
The staff were extremely helpful in working with the 3rd party I booked my room with. They honored the same price and had the 3rd party refund me, despite it being “non refundable.” The staff offered us refreshments for our wait, and extended our check out time. They wished me a happy birthday as that was the purpose of the room for the night. Room was large, bathroom was updated but kind of small, tv on offered cable and was not a smart tv, bed was cozy, room supplied mini fridge and many complimentary items (more than your typical hotel). I’d definitely go back.
I booked a room at The Crowne Plaza for three nights with Trip.com less than 24 hours after I booked that room I needed to cancel, after speaking with the hotel some of their areas that I was very interested in was shut down. So I contacted the hotel to try to cancel my reservation, Brittany told me that since I booked through trip.com.
That I would need to cancel through trip.com. I contacted trip.com who after spending hours on the phone with them came back with the answer that the Brittany at the hotel said that I can't cancel. That was quite confusing for me considering the fact that I had already talked to the hotel and they told me that I had to do it through trip.com and trip.com was completely up to them. Bottom line I am not very happy with these people I've spent hours on the phone with them. I believe if you ever ties that you have all these things available and then you don't when someone gets their you should allow them to have a chance to get their money back and go someplace else not hold them hostage. Thank you Crowne Plaza but no thanks. Will give another review and update after my 3-day stay on the hotel. I sure hope it is better then dealing with the reservation systems between the hotel and trip. Hopefully the experience it will be much better. I have been at the hotel less than a day now and the staff is outstanding in every way I am so very impressed reservation system sucks but you can't hold that against the staff and the facility itself because they are doing it out standing job I am very impressed and I am in the business. The front desk Clark has gone above and beyond to make me feel at home. Susan is definitely the star running the show at the front desk
Cozy lobby. Quick check in and pleasant staff. Good food in the restaurant. Nice room. Small workout room, but very well equipped. Airport shuttle leaves every 20 minutes right on the dot.
Poorly maintained being IHG member for years now, I can say this is one of worst hotels in their group after being so expensive $250 per night. Poorly maintained, quite noisy after requesting for quiet room got room opp to lift. Cheap breakfast. You can see ceiling and carpet. Don’t ever turn on Heater in room it sounds like a aircraft engine.
So upset that I have chosen to stay here.
Convenient to public transportation. Comfortable, updated, good food & a shuttle to the airport. A great place to stay.
We flew into Seattle airport in the evening time, the shuttle took approximately 30 minutes to reach us (we must have just missed it). If you fly into the Seattle airport, go towards the parking garage and wait at 1D under the courtesy vehicle pickup (always double check this in case it changes) a shuttle from the Crowne hotel will come and get you. The hotel was very quiet last night and the staff was very kind. We had the hotel breakfast this morning and it was wonderful, great food and service. If you are flying into Seattle or just need a quiet nice place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel.
Nice, clean hotel, friendly service, but tiny bathrooms for such a nice hotel. Large people especially might find the bathrooms claustrophobic and there are no regular doors, just sliding doors, so not much privacy if you are sharing your room with someone.
Excellent, very modern, and very clean Crowne Plaza Hotel, easily accessible to Seatac Airport. Our check-in was very easy and fast, and our room was Modern, updated, and impeccably clean. The lobby has a warm and inviting gas fireplace with plenty of area to sit for meetings or socializing. We went to the lobby restaurant and our breakfast omelette was excellent served hot and our breakfast potatoes were perfect. Osmond who worked in the restaurant was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend and give five stars to the Crowne Plaza Seatac Airport
The vegetarian sandwich with sweet potatoes fries are absolutely delicious, I highly recommend this sandwich. The people at the front desk is very hospitable and the room is nice and cozy. The waiter in the restaurant is very nice and professional.
Good location for a business trip to Seattle. Close to the airport and public transportation. Close to major roads, but wasn't loud at all.
Very nice and modern hotel. Staff is very friendly and professional.
Rooms were very clean as were the grounds and main areas.
Bar and restaurant well staffed with lots of variety of drinks.
Only downside is the parking, they also do park and fly so regular travellers will have to walk a bit to get in to the rooms.
Welcoming lobby and bar area beyond, with the restaurant to the side of that. Enjoyed a nice pizza and welcoming service there. The room looked fine, and I slept fine despite the close proximity of the hotel to the airport (fortunate, given that proximity was key in my choice of hotel). Unfortunately the curtains didn't cross over to prevent unnecessary external light from entering the room, so I had to jam a chair up against that wall to deal with that. There were fortunately face washers in the bathroom, which had been lacking in a couple of previous hotels I had stayed at recently - one of which I was able to use to chock the shower door closed, which otherwise wanted to roll open while I was showering.
Surprisingly pleasant for a big airport hotel. The staff was engaging and friendly, the rooms were large and quiet. Good food at the restaurant.
The staff are excellent... Friendly, helpful and a great sense of humour at the desk. The room was clean, everything worked. Power by the bed. What more do you need. Great job guys!!!
This place was really great. I'm 27 and stayed here with my twin sister, my niece, and mother. We all enjoyed the environment the rooms are outstanding and the staff is on point. It's a modern style building with a lot of class, located centrally in the middle of shopping and the airport. Thank you all for the pleasant stay.
