So easy to book online, and the stuff there it’s more than careful and ready to help.

My boyfriend forgot his phone in the car with his credit card. We called the driver and he check it and broth the phone in a few minutes . Very nice people . At returning we didn’t have to wait too long and they came to pick up . Definitely I recommend this place .

I was hesitant at first to leave our car after reading all the reviews. We decided to take a chance anyways because we needed something last minute. We had absolutely no issues at all. We were shuttled to the airport as soon as we got there and picked up as soon as we landed. We weren’t overcharged but also picked up our cars on time and gave our self enough time to do so when planning. I seen in the office they do have it in writing all the policies and yes they only take cash if needed based upon car type. That’s because online booking only charges a flat rate and the car rate. I think that’s fair honestly and not by much more. If you have a bigger car just be prepared for that. It’s a little run down but the employees do a great and organized job by getting you to your location and back. As well as our car was perfectly fine after are return, nothing else matters. The shuttle picked me up very quickly 8 min after I called them, I might have gotten lucky. The price was the best around. Know you will pay $7/day in cash upon arrival, it's written in your online contract too. The staff are not helpful and speak in Haitian creole among themselves and don't engage or help with bags. The vibe is dirty and unprofessional, but the $$ is right!! It's walkable to the airtrain if you are concerned about their free shuttle.

I was a little nervous after looking at the reviews but since I already had a booking I figured I would try and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t take the shuttle but the air train is in walking distance so it wasn’t a big deal to me at all. I came back and the guy was friendly and brought my car to me right away. It’s good and affordable and that’s all really I can ask for.

We had a good experience with the service; they dropped us off and picked us up at the airport. They have good, affordable prices. If you have an SUV, you have to pay $5 cash for each day you leave it, but I found my car safe and sound.

Excellent service and value three times in a row. yes there are potholes, yes it’s not well lit, and yes you have to wait a few minutes for the shuttle. Sorry to say the age we live in where people have become fragile snowflakes.

Wow they were really nice to me… It was easy to find coming from Taconic… they helped me load up… I was scared about leaving my keys…. The wait for the shuttle was a little bit after landing … I called like 5x and they answered every time and gave an update … I didn’t know they leave your keys in the cars they reviews have me scared now maybe my car got scratched and I did notice

When I booked my reservation, I didn't see that they were going to charge me extra for an SUV on site. Luckily I had cash on me, not sure what would have happened if I didn't. We had to wait maybe 15 min. for the shuttle to arrive on departure but they got us to the airport on time and picked us up quickly. The staff was friendly and the van shuttle was clean. They told me to take pictures of my car so that if I came back and there was damage I would have proof. They did not do any damage. Overall it was a good experience.

With all the negative reviews I see here, I’m guessing this place could be hit or miss but fortunately I had a decent experience. Was very, very skeptical while I read the reviews though. The day we dropped off our car, we were able to get into the shuttle almost immediately since somebody had just arrived from the airport. The day we had to get picked up from the airport though, was an absolute nightmare. If you plan on using their shuttle service, factor in 2 hours of time from JFK easy. We called up to let them know we had arrived and they said they would take 20 minutes. Eventually called back in 15 to say they would take an hour or more so it would be best for us to find another way back. It was very confusing to figure out but we ended up taking the air train at JFK to Lefferts Blvd and walking from there - which was not fun, because it’s a very shady area and felt super unsafe, especially with luggage. We have a large sedan and didn’t have to pay a penny more than what was paid online. The person who took us the to the airport drove extremely recklessly but the elderly gentleman at the garage is very nice and polite.

This place did an awesome job with us! Their shuttles were super fast, everyone was very kind and pleasant to deal with. No issues at all with parking our car here. We will definitely be back again for our next travels. Thank you for your promptness and efficiency.

I honestly don't understand why this place has so many bad reviews. I recently left my car here for 5 days. I booked through a third party website and it was clear that SUV and trucks had an additional fee. As a society we have to do better and read the terms of an agreement.



The shuttle picked me up from the parking lot within 5 minutes, and within 15mins from my return flight. I called in twice, once to see if I could drop off my car an hour and a half earlier than scheduled and from the arrival terminal. Both times the associate was responsive.

I am only leaving a review to tell my truth. I was going to cancel my reservation after reading the reviews, but glad I didn't. The people were nice, and the ride was quick and smooth. Minor issue is during my return home, I caught a cab because I was too tired to wait an additional 20 minutes for pick up. Honestly, I gave the driver the wrong terminal, and due to construction, going from terminal 5 back to 4 would have taken more time...this was on me thought. Car was in good condition and all is well. I will.use them again

I had a good experience it was pretty quick the shuttle is every 15-20mins it was on time, convenient and great for the price. They sound overworked but they’re ok & tipping them helps. They only thing I would say is that they need to try to put the cars close to the entrance that are getting picked up at a schedule. Car was the same way we left it.

Kind, efficient, good shuttle service(you should wait less than 15min). There were many cars. But I think someone used my car to rest. The passenger seat was reclined totally.

Honestly I was constantly worried that my car would be stolen or driven without my permission based on the reviews during my two-week vacation. When I came back however the shuttle showed up within 5 minutes, took us to the parking lot, and gave us our car back with no difference than when we left it! I would just suggest that they get lights for the parking lot because it is pitch black at night and difficult to see. Other than that great experience.

Yes, the wait time is long. I don't blame the company as much as I blame the egregious pick up process of JFK itself. When the airport is a chaotic mess, the drivers don't have much to work with.

Great and cheap parking with no issues.I booked this parking on the Way app because it was the cheapest option. Despite the poor reviews my experience was good. My pick up came within 10 minutes of calling them and got me back to my car safely. My car did not have any damage. This is an outdoor lot so my car had dust from 10 days of sitting which is to be expected. The staff at the lot was friendly and the driver was as well. I will definitely use this service again! Thank you.

This is a good secure spot to park your car when going on a trip leaving from JFK.The process was fast and quick from registering to getting shuttled to the airport. The staff was nice and professional. Getting picked up from the airport wait time is good. I have parked there for most of my European trips throughout the last 5 years and have had no issues. I book ahead online and it is really easy. There is a slight upcharge fee to park suvs and trucks.

First time using this parking lot. Would definitely recommend. Friendly, engaging staff. Comes quickly to pick you up and drop you off. Clean, white commutter van with space for luggage. Reserved online for 5 days at 89. I have a BMW truck and they charged about 7 per day extra when we got there - as stated in the fine print. Still a great price for fast and friendly service. I did not worry about my vehicle at all. Easy to get to - pay attention it is right for the exit when you get off the highway.
