Purchase Park 2 Fly (JFK)

Have used at JFK multiple times. Good prices, realtively fast pick up times.

Close to the air port. Drop off and pick up quick and fast.

There are a lot of bad reviews here, so I'll just say I had the perfect parking experience at the LGA location. Everyone was very professional, the airport shuttles to/from the facility were quick with drop-off and pick-up, and my car looked as it did when I dropped it off. The location is very close to LGA and the price was fair, especially for covered parking. My only criticism is that the company's automated system for requesting a pick-up by phone takes many button presses and could be made more efficient.

We just got in from a delayed flight. I called from the airport and they said they closed at midnight. They would see if someone could get us. ARTURO SAVED US. He picked us up after hours and drove us directly to our car. They have our business for life. Few and far between do business go above and beyond. If I could give them 500 stars I would. THANK YOU!!

The staff is reliable and very nice. The car is always safe when we return.



The only issue I have is that sometimes the shuttle bus can be a little slow to arrive, but usually this is not a big deal.

Great experience parking with Park 2 Fly at HPN! Park 2 Fly made our travels convenient and easy. Located about a 4 minute drive from the airport; the shuttle was on time, had a friendly driver, and provided overall ease. It was so cold they let me stand in the little check in station with our little one while my husband got the car. They even had snow scrapers for us to use because it snowed while we were away. $100 for 4 days of parking in New York/ CT, not bad at all! We will definitely park here again.



Only thing I would recommend is added some signage on the college campus because we had slight difficulty finding the lot.

Using the parking service at the Purchase University - Park 2 Fly parking lot was a breeze, thanks to their easy online payment system.



Upon arrival, all you have to do is drop off your bag, grab a parking ticket to display on your dashboard, and then you can park your car. A shuttle service is readily available to take you straight to the airport.



Upon returning, the system is just as efficient—a text message with a link is sent to you. By clicking the link and confirming your pickup, the shuttle is notified to come get you. I barely waited 5 minutes before the shuttle arrived at the airport for pickup. The service is reliable and punctual.

5a.m. Arrival greeted by smiling face Clifton who showed us where to park ,carried our bags to the van and promptly delivered us to LaGuardia airport .It was a wonderful way to start our vacation. I highly recommend Park 2Fly! AHD

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! Purchase Park 2 Fly in Purchase College does not honor Spothero rate! They wouldn't let us leave until we pay the difference. First, they want me to pay $107 for 4 days, then $22/day. Reservation was prepaid through Spothero in advance $15/day which is the same on their website at time of booking. When we got there the older male attendant found our reservation and said we are good. That wasn't the case when we picked up the car. Short heavy set male with long hair couldn't tell me why the change. He finally said their rates changed to $16/day. Extremely rude! Wouldn't even look up my reservation number even after explaining that other attendant had a problem looking for our reservation. They know what they are doing and catch you when you are exhausted from your flight.

Competitive prices, outstanding attentive customer service.

Shortly after arriving on a return flight to Westchester White Plains, we were at the luggage carousel awaiting our bag and we received a call from one of the drivers at Purchase Park 2 Fly, checking to see if we were ready for pickup. We told him we needed a few more minutes, and by the time we got our bag off the carousel and went to the waiting area the shuttle van pulled up. The drivers and staff are courteous and attentive.

Such a completely different experience from other off-site parking services, where you have to call, and then wait and wait and wait until the shuttle van arrives.

Kudos to Jim and the staff at Purchase Park 2 Fly!!!! We’ve traveled an extra 39 miles to fly out of White Plains Airport (Albany is closer to us). Reservation, Parking & pick up was FLAWLESS!!! It was worth the trip, making coming home just as enjoyable as our vacation!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The driver saved my trip. I was 45 minutes from boarding when my app told me I left my window open.. I was going.away for five days and was at my wits end. I called the office and told them since they no longer hold onto your keys they could not close my windows. Instead they immediately sent a van picked me up, brought me to my car, and took my back to the airport in under 30 minutes.. great guys can’t thank them enough

I've been using Westchester Park2Fly for years and have always been happy. It's so convenient, you are guaranteed a spot (with a reservation) and the shuttle service is quick and easy. Also, the staff have always been very nice and helpful. I've parked at the airport twice over the years and did not have a great experience, plus I paid much more. I highly recommend Park2Fly

We’ve never used white plains airport before so we didn’t realize you had to book parking online ahead of time. Their lot was full…I discovered this on our drive down and then started to panic. With a quick google search, I found this place and booked it last minute online. It was not the easiest to find, but the service was great. The people were friendly and efficient! Competitive prices too! I would definitely use this company again and I would recommend them to anyone! Our vehicle was safe and they even send texts with links to click on for when you’re returning so they know when to come and get you from the airport. Quick, simple, easy and friendly! Thank you guys!

Great place to park, very convenient and customer friendly. Although the white plains lot opens at 5 am, staff arrived by 4 am and ran the first shuttle at 4:30 to get us to the terminal on time. On another matter, due to my error, a double booking review call was returned by their management on their day off and communicated that a credit would he issued. Very good company.

We have patronized Purchase Park 2 Fly a number of times. Parking is convenient, easy, staff is very friendly, and the shuttle buses are at pick up location when they say will be there. I'm hoping that when we have inclement weather, the shuttle drivers will pick you up in the lot on the way to the airport and take you to the location near your car on the return. That is worthy of 5 stars.

It was my first time using Park 2 Fly HPN & the experience was great. Directions were right on from Rockland Co. Easy check in, courteous staff. They called me when I landed & said they would be there in 10 minutes. Comfortable van for the transport for the less than 10 min ride. Great service.

So convenient! Not waiting for an Uber after a vacation is magical! The driver takes you directly to airport and is normally waiting when you arrive! Friendly staff and very clean shuttle Van's! All protocol in place! I've used them 4 times and will continue!

This is a convenient, safe, and affordable parking option if you're flying out of HPN. Considerably cheaper than parking at the airport. I've used the service several times now and never worried about leaving my car there.

The drop off to the airport was quick and easy. The pick up from the airport took longer, which may have been due our arrival on a holiday weekend.

The service is very good but compared to other airport locations the price for the Westchester is very expensive. Almost twice as expensive as JFK. More than three times as expensive as Bradley. What gives?

Very convenient. Reasonably priced. Short 6 minute shuttle ride from parking area. This is for the Westchester County Airport location

First time using them and they were great! The only thing bad was the signage once on campus. It leaves you hanging. I actually turned around and went back out because I followed the ONE sign and didn’t see them. Decided to go back in and keep driving. They are quite a ways from that one sign so KEEP GOING! After reaching them, all was smooth sailing from drop off to pick up. Awesome group of people.

So happy to have found this place! It makes travel from the White Plains airport less stressful. Plenty of parking and the shuttle service is excellent.

Great service! They close from 12am - 5am, so there is no free shuttle to take you back from the airport to the parking if you land in that time. You have to take an Uber. But they reimburse the Uber ride!

My recent experience parking at JFK using Purchase Park 2 Fly was fantastic. The service was incredibly efficient, courteous, and remarkably convenient. I look forward to using their services again for my future trips!

I've used them twice and it is a smooth operation. Give yourself 5 extra minutes to find it the first time as it is farther on campus than you would think. Buses run every 15 minutes to the airport so plan accordingly. Recommended. To clarify I use the Purchase park to fly at Westchester County Airport. Review of other locations are comingled here.

Door to door service may as well add a red carpet .that's how confident I feel when using them.

Every time I go there to park the staff is very inviting. The young lady by the name of Keisha is very helpful and kind has alot if patience due to the overwhelming customers they recieve. She made my experience very pleasant and I will always be a customer there due to her great customer service. This company is lucky to have her.

Pretty easy. Booked online. Got parked, they asked about my arrival so they could keep track for shuttling back purposes. Took the shuttle to the itty bitty airport.

When I returned, I got a text saying for me to go to their website. From there I could request the shuttle and see where it was (like what you see with Uber or Lyft)

They gave me my receipt, and off I went. No problems whatsoever

Had a great experience the shuttle driver Ian was very nice helped with my bags at the airport and the parking lot my car was ready when I arrived very good all around service.

Had Clint drop me last week & pick me up last night. Great conversation and made the ride delightful. They took great care of my car and I felt it was parked safely and at a good price. So close to the airport and quick and easy pickup, will definitely use their service again.

I just used Park 2 Fly for the first time, at the Purchase NY location.

I had a stellar experience.

Very quick, pleasant, and efficient service.

I felt my car was very safe in the picturesque campus lot.

Our flight home was canceled and rebooked for the next day, and when I called to notify Park 2 Fly, at a late hour, an actual person answered on the first ring and took care of it promptly and efficiently.

When does that EVER happen nowadays??

I had a 5 star experience, and would not hesitate to use them again.

Bit cheaper long term parking than the airport overflow lot. The shuttle drivers were nice. It’s not 5 stars because they need to pave the parking lot. There are some major craters. Need to be careful to avoid them.
