DO NOT PARK HERE!!!! Absolutely horrible horrible service! I dropped off my car at 4am for a 6:15 departure and the parking attendant was sleeping inside one of the cars, I had to wake him up! Then upon my return I called for 45 minutes and nobody picked up the phone, finally I got a hold of someone and it took them 55 minutes to finally pick me up. After arriving at the lot, the parking attendant couldn’t find my car not my keys! On top of that he was drunk!! My son had to go and look for my car because the attendant couldn’t hold himself together long enough to memorize my cars make or color! This place needs to be shut down ASAP! On top of that I was charged an extra $21 for having a compact suv!
DO NOT PARK HERE, this place is poorly maintained, their little trailer which they use as an office is disgusting as well as the employees personal hygiene. Not cheap at all because, I ended up paying 5 dollars extra per day because of the size of my vehicle, so I paid the same fee as in other parking lots. When I got back from my trip, I called the number to get picked up several times and no one answered the phone, so I had to take Uber from the airport to the parking lot. When I got there the employee had no idea where my car was parked and I had to walk with him to help him out to find my car. I'm planning to write an email to WAY. I don't understand how the company keeps advertising this parking lot services. I would have given them a 0 star if I could.
Waited two hours at the airport for the shuttle to come pick us up. Nobody answered the phone and the shuttle never arrived. We had to Uber there and the employees were no help. Absolute garbage of a parking lot.
ZERO stars! The worst, dirtiest, and most unprofessional lot. Do not park here! Both times we came to drop off & pick up the vehicle, the attendant was sleeping in a car. It took 30 mins for us to find him and wake him up. And that is not even the worst part. When I came to pick up the car, it was nowhere to be found on the lot. We walked the entire parking lot checking every car and my car was NOT there. They also could not find the keys. I stood in the office with the workers looking through every car key on the wall, in drawers, boxes, etc. No key! The workers refused to take ownership of the fact that they couldn't find my car or even apologize, not even after I told them I was going to call the police. Instead he complained that he has been telling the owner to hire better staff. After 30-45 mins, we finally located the car OUTSIDE of the lot, parked on the street. All of a sudden, the keys miraculously appeared. We paid to park the car in an attended lot, NOT out on the street. It is entirely possible that someone was driving my vehicle because the gas level was lower than expected and there was no reason for my car to be on the street. There was still enough space inside the lot for more cars. Tried to contact the owner and he refused to respond.
If zero stars were an option, that's what I would rate this place. Abysmal! From the moment we arrived we knew it was a bad idea. Very unprofessional, unkempt lot. The workers are even worse. He tries to tell me $5 extra a day because my car is a minvan (which it clearly is not! ) Then when I correct him he says ok $3 per day and it's cash only?!?!? My husband had to leave us and walk through a bad neighborhood to get cash, we "owed" $32, my husband gave him $40 and he didn't give us change! What is the point of pre-paying and why are you charging extra for specific types of cars? If that is the price we should be able to pre-pay that at the time of booking. I think they just pocket that money. Very shady people. We would of left to find another lot but would of missed our flight. When we returned our flight was delayed over 5 hours, so we didn't land until almost 2 am. I'm trying to call to have the shuttle come pick us up and they didn't answer the phone. I had my 2 children with me, I was livid. After I finally got through I had an extremely bad feeling about the people I was dealing with, so much so I sent my mother a text of where the lot was and the name. No one should have to feel that way when dealing with what is supposed to be a professional airport parking lot. Worst experience of my life, and as I'm sure you guessed we were swindled out of more money for our flight being delayed. This time we "owed" $18, we gave $20 and no change again! I can't express enough how NO ONE should ever park here. Spend the extra money on a legitimate, professional business. I've parked at other airports with no issues. Needless to say, I will avoid JFK and this lot from now on!
We can’t stress enough not to park at this place. I type this now as me and my friends are stranded at the airport because they won’t answer the phone. Two guys are taking a taxi to the place. Don’t waste your money. What you save only turns into aggravation.
DO NOT PARK HERE ! I notified the parking attendant that my car locks and not to leave the key inside. Upon my return the keys were locked in my car and the owner was rude, unwilling to help, and even blamed me ! He refused to come to the lot and said it’s not his problem! PARK SOMEPLACE ELSE ! This spot is too dysfunctional.
They scammed me! They told me it wasn't the same lot I had reserved on the Way app and paid 76$ and ofcourse your desperate to not miss your flight so you park there, they charged me 180.00 cash for my SUV yet asked me for the confirmation number turns out that is the same place (Econo and Airlot) and when i called the guy said I had to bring a printout of the reservation because if you dont they will not tell u that is the lot. Makes no sense!! Cause i asked the guy showed him my reservation on the phone said they had no clue!! On top of that i waited an hour to be picked up, they drive horribly horrible and dude was smoking weed when we pulled up! Smh i got, got!!!! Way app says you have to send them the receipt of where from Airlot to prove I didn't park at the Econo completely unbelievable!! Scammers but that NY for you!!
Worst place to use! Made reservations for 6 passengers, the shuttle showed up 40 minutes late and driver said we only reserved for 1 person, and when showed proof of my reservation the driver took off. The dispatcher wasn't helpful at all, he kept on banging the phone down on me. Never again!!! My rating is bellow 0!

I too booked through Way.com. When I arrived the next morning, the gate was padlocked with a chain and there was no attendant in sight. I cancelled and went elsewhere. The lot (if you can call it that) is nothing like it is described.
I wish I saw these reviews earlier, but the name on google is different than the name I saw on the Way app where I booked it. All these reviews are accurate and no one should park here. First, it is in a very dark secluded area and does not feel safe at all. They are taking ZERO covid-19 precautions--the shuttle driver wasn't even wearing a mask. It is not "self" or "contactless" parking. They take your keys and move your car around as they please without using seat covers or steering wheel covers. We got our vehicle back with scratches it never had before. Luckily we took video when we initially dropped it off and right after we got it back, so we will be taking this up with their customer service. The shuttle is a large van, fits about 9 people, and no social distancing measures are taken when its full. The shuttle driver on our way back was extremely rude, and demanding a tip just because there were 6 of us--obviously we have no problem tipping, but why does the amount of people matter? It's not like he had to carry us on his back. We lifted our own bags and had 2 separate reservations. After arriving at the lot he continued to complain about our family and threw 1-2 of our bags from the trunk onto the floor. After that my brother in law stopped him and said not to touch our things and we will remove it ourselves. There was something wrong with this shuttle driver from the moment he picked us up, it was very weird. I contacted the people at Way so they can realize how misleading their description is and that this parking lot is not operating at all like it is described. Do NOT park here. Pay a little more, and park in a better place.

When i arrived there they told me that my car is called a SUV and i must pay a separate fee of $3 per day and i must pay it on the spot with cash only
when i came back i waited 1 hour for them to pick me up to bring me back to parking lot
This place has several different names, probably because each name gets crushed with terrible reviews, and rightfully so. NEVER park your car here. 30 min wait at airport and 20 min wait just to get my car out of the outdoor parking lot (!!). I eventually just jumped in my car and drove off (rather than wait for an attendant to get it for me. No customer service. No organization. Only 1 shuttle (with the check engine light on).
Had to find own car. My dad had to get in someone elses car and move it to get his own car out. They keep the keys in your car. 0/5 stars

My car is new and i park my car before in other place for 21 days no issue at all and last night come to collect got to find my own car in the middle of the night and no light and to the disappointment my car is battery dead and ask them wheres the key they says the key is in the car i need to get a boost and when i get home try to start again dont start... dis organized not gonna going back for this business

Perhaps THE worst JFK parking lot ever. Cheapest? Yes, maybe. However, in the future, I will pay more for a clean lot and friendly service. These guys are rude, unorganized and just clueless. Never ever EVER parking here again.
Great price, POOR ORGANIZATION, NOT COMING BACK. Had to park in their overflow lot, waited 30 minutes in the freezing cold for pick up. The "shuttle" was a small SUV, substituting for the normal shuttle who was taking a break. Total time from arriving to parking lot to being dropped off at the terminal: 90 minutes. To pick up the car, I had to find the car keys in their box with other 50 keys and help the driver find the keys of 7 cars ahead of mine to get out: 1 hour 30 minutes for that. Customer service is bad.

Terrible customer service, they barely spoke English, threw in last minute extra fees, took forever for them to find my car upon my return, and I came finding my car in need of a boost when I had just changed my battery before my trip. This parking lot is not worth the cheap price they offer.
Horrible experience- zero stars- they overcharged me for a “SUV” but my vehicle is a sub compact crossover AWD- much shorter than a sedan. They would only take the difference in cash and sent me walking to an ATM machine! They gave me the wrong expectation on when the shuttle would return. I had to call Uber to get to the airport. Hopelessly unprofessional, rude and need to be shut down.
You pay for what you get! This lot offered the cheapest rate via the Way app. However, it is very unorganized and once you pull into the lot you are instructed to remove your luggage and stand in the street to wait for shuttle. When I arrived my car was very dirty alot of dust in the parking lot. The police was also present. A customer was arguing about the additional fee for an SUV. Also, the keys are left in the car. You are not given a ticket but only an orange paper that the attendant did not look at when I returned. I only parked here when I observed the environment because my car is older and it was too late.
The lot is poorly maintained. My car was damaged upon my return and they were very hard to deal with.
