So far I have parked here 3 times and will continue to go back. Their service is excellent and it’s so convenient parking here for JFK flights.
We drove up to drop our car off and shuttle was leaving he saw us and waited which i thought was really nice. Didn’t have to wait long for a pickup. When we checked out we were helped by Erica who was very nice. I bought a Groupon and realized our dates were a blackout but she was nice to work with us for a better rate.
I would highly recommend anyone traveling to use them to park your car.

This parking facility is good if you're flying out of JFK, Excellent rates, professional staff and quick shuttle to and from the terminal. Pricing is competitive to the other lots in the area & this is a secure facility. I highly recommend this facility for short or long term parking! I recently used this facility for a 6 day parking and my bill was slightly over $100 including taxes!👍🏿No issues with this facility! A 3 time user.

This place is worth the extra money vs parking yourself or parking in a far away lot. They accepted our car very quickly and friendly and had us at the airport within 20 minutes of us arriving. The service was even faster when we returned. Best part was friendly service even though they were working Christmas Eve and New Years Eve when we were traveling. Will definitely use again!

Great place to park your vehicle, safe and in some cases half the price of the airport park lots. You can purchase before you go so no worries about getting a spot. They have the vans running, some smaller lots use only o e can and that means you will wait. I just book them again for my next trip. Another nice thing is they drop you off right in front.

Long time Park Plus clients. Saw bad reviews lately and had to counter with a positive one. Picked up at airport within 5 minutes. Driver was friendly, competent, professional. Car ready and waiting. Counter staff amenable, efficient. Wish the bathroom was fixed- a necessity for those of us with a 2 hours drive ahead. Would highly recommend.

This is my 3rd time using Park Plus and it's always been a great experience. When you arrive, you are taken to your terminal very promptly, when you return you are picked up very promptly and your car is waiting near the exit when you're dropped off. I've never had any issues with damage to the car. And the drivers have always been very courteous. They provide the exact service they describe, and the do it well!

We have used Park Plus in the past and were pleased when our recent experience differed from our past. This time the service was excellent. Check in was fast and easy. Pick up was prompt and without incident (i.e. no attitude when calling for shuttle). Our trip in the shuttle was relaxing because of the good driving and the classical music they are now playing. Our driver was very helpful with our luggage. And best of all our car was being heated for us when we arrived; that is a huge plus especially when traveling with children and arriving late in the evening! I thought I was done with Park Plus but am glad I had to give them another shot. Bravo.

Employees should approach each car to give instructions on the next step. After just sitting in my car for about 10 minutes I realized no one was gonna come to tell me anything. Thats when I got out n figured out the next steps for myself

Efficient and easy. One thing is don't put just the address in - took me to a lot behind the actual spot and then had to drive another 10 minutes to get back around. Once I put in "Park Plus" rather than the number address, I was fine. Next time, I'll start there :) Otherwise, it was very easy. Shuttle was there to take me immediately and came in about 15-20 minutes after I called to get back to my car. My car was parked and waiting right by the exit when I got back. Will definitely use them again!

We used Park Plus at JFK for long term parking when we went away for a long weekend. They got us out to the airport quickly and efficiently, and couldn't have been nicer. When we returned, I telephoned them to come pick us up, and the bus was there in two minutes, which was unbelievable. Again, we were treated with great courtesy. The charge for their services was reasonable. I would not hesitate to use Park Plus again the next time that I need long term parking at JFK and would recommend them to my friends.

Our experience with Park Plus was very positive, a shuttle was waiting to take us to the airport when we arrived, the transition from parking and getting to the airport was smooth. We parked our car here for 5 days and did not experience any damages to our car. Upon our return to the airport, we called the office for shuttle pick-up and waiting 5 minutes for the shuttle. We used a Groupon to pay for parking and it worked out great. I would recommend Park Plus and will definitely use them again. The employees were friendly and accommodating.

Easy and convenient. Pulled right in, a shuttle available within 10 minutes. 10 minute drive into the airport. Employee gladly helped to store your luggage in and out of bus. Pick up from airport was simple. Just call and they will notify a driver you are in need of a pick up. Highly recommend.

The entire experience was pleasant and efficient. We arrived on a Sunday evening and the drop off was seamless, we were checked in and on the shuttle within 5 minutes. The pickup on the way back was also easy. They came right away and our car was ready as soon as we checked out. I would very highly recommend Park Plus for anyone doing long term parking at JFK.

Easy and a way better price than JFK! Staff is friendly and helpful.
1. Pull your car up to the valet station, have your reservation printout ready.
2. They will give you a card and instructions. Leave your keys and take whatever bags you need. They shuttle you to the airport nice and quick. I got to Terminal 5 in about 4 minutes.
3. When you get back from your trip just call the number on the back of the card and give them your 6-digit registration number. They pick you up promptly, go in the office and pay and then you're out. Super easy!
These guys have a great service and the operation is clearly well put-together and well run. Totally worth booking!

Such a convenient and cheaper option than parking at JFK’s long-term parking. The drivers were all very friendly and helped us with our bags. Our car was right upfront when we arrived at the parking lot. I’ll never park in JFK’s long-term parking again as long as these guys are around!

We live in Central NJ and use Park Plus every time we have to leave out of JFK. Park Plus staff are always friendly, prompt, helpful, accommodating and quick. Whether early mornings or late at nights, there is always a few people in the office to get things squared away and a quick shuttle to take you to and from the airport. Upon return, I simply call the office for the shuttle and by the time I get to the Park Plus Lot, my car is already up front so all I have to do is check out and drive.

This was my second time using them, as I don't fly often. It was smooth and easy. Just applied for my reservation online, left a small deposit before hand. On day of trip, it was quick and easy. They dropped me off at my terminal in plenty of time. On the way back, it was still flawless. They picked me up at the designated area, took me back, I paid them and off I went! The people are all very nice and patient. Thank you!

The experience in terms of the shuttle service to and from was excellent. Quick and efficient exactly what everyone wants when getting to and from the airport. The guys are super friendly and helpful. I suggest some coaching with the girls up front about customer service. A smile and a greeting goes a long way. Don’t roll your eyes and suck your teeth when I say I have a Groupon. Your company put it out there and I bought it so when I want to redeem it don’t get annoyed. You don’t like your job find a new one or fake it while your at work.

Park Plus was so convenient. They were quick to load our things after dropping of the car & shuttle is to the airport. When we returned, the receptionist told us exactly where to wait for the shuttle. He was there within minutes & loaded our bags to go back. Our car was pulled up & ready to go. I paid my balance & we left. The longest wait was while the lady in front of me was arguing with the cashier because her Groupon didn't work. I'm so glad I reserved on their website. Stress free experience! I'll gladly use them again.

I drove from South Jersey and found the place easily, sandwiched between a few other parking lots. The people were very nice when I arrived, they have a heated trailer that you can wait in, which I only had to use as a I was meeting my sister who drove separately. The trailer also has a bathroom. On my return trip, I called the number and didn't wait long for a ride back. My car was waiting, the check-out process was easy - all in all, a very painless experience. I would definitely park here again.

This place gets the job done. I arrived at about 2am and check in was a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful. Shuttle was also comfortable and clean. Return journey was also super easy, I called as soon as I got my bags and was standing at the terminal exit, I was told where to go for pickup and the shuttle arrived shortly after. Getting back to the lot and paying was very quick, my car was ready and waiting and I was back on the road. The cost was also very reasonable. I would definitely use these guys again.
