Although it looks like it is located in a pallet warehouse, this place turned out to be a very convenient, friendly, well run place. We arrived early (before they even opened) but were waved in anyway and shuttled to JFK quickly and comfortably. After our return, we called at the curb and were picked up by the shuttle in a half hour or so and our car was waiting for us- car was in good shape (though a bit dirty from sitting out). For the price, it was really a great find and good experience start to finish. Would definitely use this place again!

My experience with this company really could not have been worse. My journey with Parking 4 Airport started out as fairly entertaining and innocent. There was what I’m guessing to be a 12 or 13 year old kid running the front desk. He was a hard worker and checked us in smoothly. We then had a 20 or 30 minute wait for the shuttle bus in the parking lot. There were rats running around near by, but hey, it’s New York City so you’ll have that. Once we got on the shuttle the driver made up for lost time by avoiding a traffic light by cutting through a gas station. This was entertaining at the time, but in hindsight it was par for the course. Then he pulled off in front of a tire shop. This was some sort of pit stop to the airport. I guess they needed to fill the tire up with air. OK, whatever, that was sort of entertaining too. Never experienced a shuttle like that, before though. We got to the airport fine for our departure.

My real problem started on the return. The shuttle came by and picked us up in a timely fashion. Great, thanks! The driver was friendly and courteous and asked about our trip. When we got back to the parking lot we started unloading our luggage. The driver went over and started backing out my car. We were discussing cash for a tip, when I watched the driver back into a tractor trailer parked behind it. There was damage to my taillight and a small dent. Not a huge deal, but I definitely wanted to get it fixed because the cracked taillight was going to cause me some problems with my electrical system. I’ve had it happen before.

So the manager wasn’t around. I was instructed to call back on Thursday to work out a solution. I called on Thursday, “manager’s not back yet.” Called back on Friday talked to the kid at the front desk. “Get us an estimate.” Got an estimate on Monday and sent it back. No response. On Tuesday I finally spoke with Naveed who I believe is the owner. He said, “Sure email me the estimate.” I emailed the estimate. “We can’t open it”. Resent the estimate again. And now they have gone silent. Looks like I am going to have to pay for this repair myself.

When I took photos of the truck driver and shuttle driver’s license, I noticed the shuttle driver didn’t have a chauffer’s license. I’m assuming that this is illegal, but I guess I’ll leave that for the police to decide.

Do not park here. You get what you pay for.

To say the least, my experience with Parking 4 Airport was quite terrifying and frustrating. To start of with, our shuttle driver was very rude and even worse, took his time in leaving causing me and my group anxiety and fear we were going to miss our flight. He did not seem to care. No assistance was offered when we started putting our bags in the back of the shuttle either. We managed to make to our flight and went on to our trip for the weekend. But sadly it gets worse from here.



Our flight back had been delayed three times and we didn't get back to New York until around 1:00AM. The business is advertised as a 24/7 service on Spot Hero which is where we reserved our spots on. However upon calling to let the person who answered know that we were running late due to our flight, he was yet again being very rude and was frustrated himself almost as if we were giving him a hard time for paying for his service and staying open late (Note that they asked and have our flight information and should expected to know the details on our flight).



We finally managed to get an Uber around 1:30AM and called the guy again to notify that we were on our way. Here's the best (worst) part. This was when the guy finally decided to tell us to go to a different address because that was where our cars were. He texted us the WRONG address from a completely different number (most likely his personal number) and we ended up getting dropped off a couple blocks down the road from the actual place where our cars were THAT was not originally where we left them. I say a terrifying experience because it was at this point, when we were dropped off in a dark quiet neighborhood around 2:00AM not knowing exactly where we were looking for our cars, that I felt completely unsafe and got to a point where I felt like the service was not real and we were being trapped into something more criminal. We called him one more time and at this point we are both frustrated and arguing with each other. As we are walking, he out of nowhere drove by in a black jeep to pick us up and we were brought to this different "parking" area that seem incredibly cramped and dangerous. Dangerous because all the cars among ours that were brought and parked there were completely surrounded with towers of stacked wooden pallets. He finally gave us our keys and then rudely said "Are you gonna give me my money?" for charging us another day due to our flights arriving very late. I didn't have the capacity for anything else and just wanted to get on the road so I proceeded to give him $30 in cash and wasted no time to put that whole "business" in my rear view mirror.



For the sake of your own travelling experience and maybe even your safety, I sincerely implore you to stay away from this place. I promise you will not regret spending more money to go park at a different spot.

I parked my car there last week and paid online. Once I arrived to park there, they told me that the shuttle can only take 4 people per car to the airport, in which I had a family of 8! I have never heard of this before from any other places I have used. They said that it was on their website, and turns out that there is not even a website I could find for Parking 4 Airport. Ultimately, they charged me an additional $30 for the other family members to bring us to the airport.

When we returned, it was even worse. We called and they told us that they didn’t have the big shuttle, but a small car instead. They picked up only 2 of us 1 hour later to go to the airport. We had to get our car and drive back to the airport to pick up the rest of our family and go home. I called them 2 days later and complained. The person who I talked to, told me he would verify the complaint and call me back and, no wonder, he never did!

It was a terrible experience and I will never use this company again!! This is not the right place to park your car!! These guys are trying hard to trick you to pay way more than what they pretend their price is. If I had a choice of scoring 0 stars, I would certainly do that!

I demand this company to respond to me and apologize for treating us that way! If this is not justified and corrected, I will contact the Better Business Bureau and make an official complaint.

We paid for parking via spothero and was given this company. Arrival was ok, the driver took his time to pick us up but nonetheless we made it to the airport on time. Our reservation was until Monday, however, we arrived Sunday evening around 6pm. My bf made contact with the company for transport and was told due to COVID it would take him 2-3 hours to pick us up. He proceeded to yell and get upset because we arrived early. My bf explained to him that we paid a company for a service and informed him that he would leave a bad review online. The guy pleaded that we didn’t and asked us to take an Uber to his office and someone will meet us there. We did exactly that and were sitting in a dark alley in the cold waiting. We placed multiple calls and the owner simply ignored them. When he finally arrived he was unapologetic and continued to blame this situation on COVID. I would avoid this company at all costs!

DONT DO IT!!! Dangerous neighborhood. We got to the lot after receiving 2 weird phone calls, one at 5:45 am asking us how far we were, our reservation said we would be there at 6. The man in the phone told us to call a phone number 10 min prior to arrival. Second call was to tell us to bring cash for the balance!!! We called the number no answer (weird) then arrived in a dark scary place with no gate and no one there to help us. ( so who was going to be protecting my vehicle while It was there?) My husband said this is freaking sketchy and we got the hell out of there. 30 min later we got a call asking us when we would be there. We said we were there and you weren’t!!!!

This place is dangerous. First of all, they advertise they have a shuttle with shuttle hours but they do not honor those hours. Second, your car is not protected from the environment as it may crammed in a lot with piles of debris or it may be left on the curb outside the business next to debris.

First time that I used the company I had to convince the desk attendant to take me to the airport. He said point blank that we do not have a shuttle because of Covid. This was not true. On my return I was picked up in a Honda Odyessey by the attendant and his family (3 kids and wife). The driver and I had mask on but no one else did. Every light on the Odyessey dash board was on (check engine, brake light, etc). The headlights only worked if the brights were on. It was night time on the freeway. I didnt feel safe with him.

The second time I used this company the attendant would not pick me up and told me to take a cab to his business despite their last shuttle pickup being 11 p.m. (listed on the website). My flight arrived at 10:25. This was too late for the attendant. I arrived at the lot office at 11:30 pm and called the attendant as instructed by him. He told me he left already but that I could find my keys under a piece of wood placed on my cars hood. There will not be a third time renting from this business. Tell anyone you know to stay away. The place is unprofessional and dangerous.

They opened late when we were dropping our car off at the lot. So we missed our morning flight. But whatever we dealt with it and just thought it was a human mistake.

but....

They really screwed us over by not wanting to pick us up from the airport on our return even though the website and even the parking ticket says "call to be picked up". We got there during regular business hours. They just said WE ARE NOT PICKING YOU UP without any explanation. We paid 42 dollars for 2 nights of parking, and ended up paying $35 EXTRA FOR an uber from airport to location because they denied us the shuttle service! What a disgrace, we could have saved money and the aggravation if we parked at the airport parking lot. THIS IS NOT A CHEAPER OPTION! STAY AWAYYYYY!!!

Stay away from this place. Let’s begin by stating that the driver doesn’t help you place the luggage for you in the car, he complains he has back pain. I left a my CRV Honda new just two weeks from the dealership with very little miles in this terrible place. I unfortunately was overseas for an entire month. Came back to my car with 931 miles on dashboard. Let’s back track a bit. I only used my car for two weeks before I left on vacation. There’s is no way that I used 931 miles driving locally. Who knows what they were using my car for, Uber , deliveries, other business, etc.,, the list could go on. My car only had 5 miles when I took it out of the dealership. The furthest I drove to was Jersey which was only 55 miles round trip. The numbers are not adding up. Car has no dents but any tickets given to my car during my absence in the country I’m definitely pressing charges. Stay away from this place. Untrustworthy business people, smh. 2020 has been an hell of a year and as New Yorkers we need to deal with this BS ? Just don’t go here.

I had a great experience! The staff was friendly and honest, my car was in the same condition as I left it, and it was very east to find/close to the airport.

I did wait about 20 minutes after my flight landed, but they were explicit about that on the phone.

I came for an early morning flight on my 2nd trip using this facility. They had the driver taking passengers and manning the check in desk. The office was closed. He was on his way back when several other passengers came in to park. They ended up double charging me, once on my credit card and once in cash because the driver forced me to pay because he claims I didn't have a reservation. I did. I have requested a refund and they promised to credit my card. I call each day and now they tell me they're too busy to process the refund and it's only $48! Once I get my money I will never park here again. Bad business. Park at your own risk as they say.

This place DOES NOT deserve one star. AWFUL costumer service. Our car was crashed by the driver before we arrived to the parking lot for pick up. No one even bothered to apologize. Terrible! They didn’t even want us to call the police but of course we did. Every time we called to speak to the owner he was “out sick” or “in the hospital”. Refused to provide us with company insurance information. Unprofessional and rude costumer service. PLEASE do yourself a favor and Pay extra for a different parking place. These people cannot be trusted! They sure will pay for all the damages and inconveniences they caused us! Our lawyer is preparing a good case!!

I almost missed my plane! No one was in the office at 5 AM last week--my drop-off time. A hand-written note on the office door said someone would be back in 15 minutes, but I left at 5:30 AM when no one showed up so I could make my plane at JFK (and had to pay a lot more for long-term parking). I called at 7 AM but had to leave messages--no one picked up. After calling multiple times the same morning someone answered but took no responsibility, never apologized, and told me to go to the website to have my money returned (I pre-paid). There is no place on the site to get back money. I then used contact info to email the company to complain and to find out how to get back my money but the email was sent to an inoperative email address! I then called my credit card company to declare fraud. That way they don't get paid. Do NOT use this terrible company!

They didn’t have a shuttle as promoted on their website prompting us to get a taxi to the airport which was about $50 round trip. Upon arrival to pick up our car, the attendant was extremely rude and unpleasant because we didn’t call in advance to let him know we were coming. No one let us know to call prior to picking up our car & only to call for shuttle pick up (which they didn’t offer.) I’d save yourself the trouble with this seemingly inexpensive parking lot.

The drop off went smoothly, but the pick up was another story. My family waited outside JFK for an hour and a half in the December cold, for the shuttle to our car. When I called one of the many times I was told another ride would be sent. We eventually took an Uber. When arriving the man had nerve to be upset with us for their awful service. They cram the cars in very close together and a strong gust of wind will likely topple the tower of old pallets right on top of your car.

Conveniently located, you park here and they will take you to the airport. When you come back they will pick you up and take you to your car. Not worries. Awesome service, our driver was so funny and respectful. My car was in good hands. I'd recommend this service to every one of my friends.

I will never use this company again and strongly recommend others to do the same. Don't know where to begin... The most frustrating experience ever. Upon returning on a red eye flight I was given my keys to a once clean car to a filthy one. As I approached my car I realized I was not about to have an easy morning. The front end of my car was destroyed! I had a police report filed. After following up with the report trying to contact the owner was the hardest part. He refused to pay for the repairs and would not give me his insurance info. I had to have my insurance subrogate their insurance. The part that makes me feel the most disrespected is I reserved covered parking and once we got there I asked if my car will stay where it's parked and they responded sorry this lot is for "nice cars only" and my once flawless 2012 was not good enough for the front lot. Imagine being a car guy and being told your rare car is "not nice" and returning to it filthy and smashed up!? Insane.

Parked at this place for about 10 days. Car went in with no bumps or bruises. DID NOT come back to me the same. The car had been damaged. Dents on my at front of the hood and the logo at the front had also been pushed further Into it’s place. The garage has giving me the run around. It been a traumatic and disappointing experience. If you want your car to stay in tact I DO NOT recommend this place. They are very irresponsible and untrustworthy.

They have good rates, but are terrible at drop off and pickup. We waited over 50 minutes for the van going both ways and heard people complaining over the phone about the same issue. The drivers are fast, but they are way understaffed and the phone operator is useless. He gives false times and just tries to get you off the phone.

If you are going to park by them leave a lot of extra time before your flight.

1.9 stars is high for what this is. I booked this before I saw the reviews but against my better judgement went there anyway. They insisted on keeping my car key, which I was uncomfortable giving off because of stories that people’s cars were lost by the staff on this parking lot. The man behind the counter was extremely rude. We obviously cancelled and went to the long term parking on JFK itself, which is a bit more expensive but worth it knowing that you’ll actually get your car back and you get a free skytrain to the airport that will actually show up. Really, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Terrible experience. When we arrived at the lot, the guy at the front desk was incredibly rude and told us the shuttle had just left and would take over an hour to come back. We had to get an uber which ended up costing us 20 dollars. When we returned from our trip, we called them to pick us up and the front desk guy asked me to hold and I heard him picking up calls from other customers and telling them where the shuttle would pick them up. He then proceeded to tell me that the shuttle was full because they had their small van today and I would have to wait 45 minutes for it to come back. We ubered to the lot which was another 28 dollars, and when we complained to the guy, he didn't seem to care. Very rude service, do NOT park here you'll end up paying way more than you think!!

I have never experienced a parking experience like this. Their shuttle to the airport never showed up, which made me miss my flight to visit my sick grandmother. In addition, when I returned, they couldn't find my car. I overheard the dispatch telling arriving passengers at JFK that they would have to wait and hour or pay for their own ride from the airport. Another passenger in front of me had missed her flight and had to pay $1500 to reschedule. They refused to refund her and have not offered me a refund. Do not use this service.
