I had a great experience! The staff was friendly and honest, my car was in the same condition as I left it, and it was very east to find/close to the airport.
I did wait about 20 minutes after my flight landed, but they were explicit about that on the phone.

Although it looks like it is located in a pallet warehouse, this place turned out to be a very convenient, friendly, well run place. We arrived early (before they even opened) but were waved in anyway and shuttled to JFK quickly and comfortably. After our return, we called at the curb and were picked up by the shuttle in a half hour or so and our car was waiting for us- car was in good shape (though a bit dirty from sitting out). For the price, it was really a great find and good experience start to finish. Would definitely use this place again!

Conveniently located, you park here and they will take you to the airport. When you come back they will pick you up and take you to your car. Not worries. Awesome service, our driver was so funny and respectful. My car was in good hands. I'd recommend this service to every one of my friends.

I am writing this review because I know how tough it was for me to pick a parking lot with all the negative reviews out there for each lot. I picked this lot because of the recent 5 star reviews. I can absolutely agree with the 5 stars! Not a bad experience at all. When you first arrive it’s going to look sketchy and you probably will wonder if you’re at the right place. I had to call the phone phone at the I office because the staff was out taking someone to the airport. He came promptly after speaking with him (maybe 10 mins), I paid and then he dropped me off. If paying with a card he will charge you $4.00 extra. I have a wrangler and he didn’t charge me extra for my car which I know other places try to. On my way back it was the same pleasant trip. Staff picked me up from the airport within 12 mins of calling them. Car in good shape! $60 for Tuesday- Sunday and a lovely experience for the city is a great price! Will come here again 👍🏽
