These guys couldn't have been more helpful when our flight was delayed and we got to NY after the lot closed. Our car was safe at the hotel next door with no charge for the extra hours. Would use them again and again.

Experience was pleasant and smooth. Shuttle was ready to leave when we dropped our car off. When we returned, our car was clean and ready in front of the office. They have cameras and gates with locks, so the place seems pretty secure. Check your flight times before you reserve, since they're not open 24/7. Would park there again.

We recently left our car at Orom JFK parking for 8 days. And I am happy to say we were very pleased. The shuttle service to and from JFK was very efficient. The staff are friendly and caring. And the price is definitely right. We will be repeat customers!

I'm surprised by some of the sub-par service complaints .. but i suppose it differs for everyone.
We had a great experience with Orom! We left our car there for a week, and the whole process ran smoothly. We were able to leave the car and take the shuttle to JFK within minutes of us arriving. Very responsive too, as we called a number of times to work around flight delays and ask other questions. We retrieved our car minutes upon arriving back, and it was conveniently parked up front and ready for us.
