They provide a great service. Great place to park and very quick shuttle to airport. Sometimes a little slower on the pickup but overall a wonderful experience for a reasonable price.

Efficient, great customer service, easy pick up and drop off and SAFE parking for your car. Plus they don't charge extra for oversize vehicles. I take 15 flights a year and only park with Smart Park JFK & LGA.

We have used SmartPark twice while on vacation and one other company in between. With SmartPark we were immediately shuttled over and on the return we were picked up in 10-15 min and in our way. We waited over a half hour to be picked up with the other company. We did have one issue with SmartPark but they were quick to resolve it. We won’t use the other companies anymore.

Speedy service to the check in and fastmpick up when u land!!! Amazing!

They also take great care of the cars-never a scratch after any stays! They also help with the bags!!

They take the stress off of us on our trips out of town! I really recommend Smart Park above all other services at JFK!!!

Terrible experience! I was super skeptical about using any service where you leave your keys, and based on my experience I was right to be so.



We'd arrived off an international flight and were tired, upon picking up the car we noticed it was dirty but attributed that to the rain while we were away. We walked around the car and didn't see any issues with the body work so drove the car away. Upon getting home (+underneath the dirt) we noticed some scratches to the left side of the bumper. I immediately called up and was told a claim had been registered, and we'd hear back in 2-3 days. I called 3 days later, and was told to call back after 10 days. After 10 days I called up, and was told that they didn't have a claim registered. Diego registered the claim today, and I've forwarded some photos. I'm not optimistic about hearing back given my experience to date, and would encourage anyone reading this to either choose a different option and / or check your car extremely closely on pick-up (especially if it is significantly dirtier than when you dropped it off).

It is not clear from the video whether or not the damage was made prior to entering the parking lot (I tried zooming in but the glare makes it impossible to reach a conclusive answer). "The video showed you doing a physical inspection at the time of service", is purely a false claim unless retrieving luggage and making sure I have all of my belongings constitutes this. If SmartPark have additional technology to help clear this up I'd be interested to see. Please re-open this claim.



Regardless, the customer service I received after was unacceptable and my review stands.

You pay for them to park your vehicle and provide some level of protection (as opposed to simply parking on the street), to then find out they damaged your vehicle and do not take any responsibility for it. Manager is conveniently away for 2 weeks and no one can tell me what their corporate office number is.



FYI, claim was made prior to leaving their facility upon pickup. I had photos to prove damage and they could not and did not produce the video they took of my vehicle. Again, how convenient.



Update:. Smart park revisited my claim and owned up to their responsibility. They covered the cost of the damages on my vehicle. Updated to (2) stars.

Have used this service several times. Easy, fast, courteous, and easier than circling JFK long term parking to hopefully find a place. Definitely recommend!!

Used Smart park for the first time when flying out of JFK last week. Very impressed at how this company operates. We pulled in and within 5-10 minutes we were on the shuttle headed to airport. When we returned from our trip, we called, they directed us where to go for pickup and again within 5-10 min we were on a shuttle. Our car was waiting parked in front of the office. Within minutes we were on our way back home. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend to anyone flying out of JFK.

Always courteous and prompt service for pick up and drop off, my car is warmed up, if it snowed when I was away, it’s been cleaned off, and there’s always a hot cup of coffee available to keep me awake for the long drive home. Since I began using SmartPark, I haven’t gone back to trying out other parking services, as I’m consistently pleased with the service. I once had a problem, and they dealt with it in a respectful and very generous manner. Added benefit: their orange and white vans are the most easy to spot among all the other vans! I highly recommend them.

Overall, good service. Arrived almost midnight. Was sent to airport right away. When came back, would be able to contact the front desk for pickup fast. Waited about 30 mins to get picked up. The problem is the driver of the bus. Not friendly at all. We are a family of four with kids. The guy did not even want to help my wife to take the big luggage onto the bus. But when he picked up another couple of white. He offered the help right away even though it is a small luggage. He did exactly the same thing when we got off the bus. He brought the small luggage for the white couple to their car and left us alone by taking ourselves. Don't know what to say about this. We tipped him when we left.

I have parked in this facility and I really liked the service. My flight was at 8 in the morning, on arrival at the parking there was a shuttle waiting and the Valet parking was really quick n easy. When I returned the other day I waited for less than 10 mins for a pickup. My car was ready at the parking. I would recommend this facility

Left our car in the JFK lot for 23 days. Great drivers, very friendly. Staff at the lot wasn't as friendly, but nothing too horrible. Very disappointed to see when we arrived that someone went through our center console and stole a ziploc baggie with $5-10 in quarters. Paid $422 to park our car there for 23 days and returned to find out someone helped themselves to some more of our money. Definitely will not use again in the future. Emailed the company, awaiting a response.



UPDATE: Just received a call from SmartPark. They quickly refunded $20 to my account which I greatly appreciate.
