This is a no frill hotel is in a terrible location. Their hotel room was not sound proof in any meaningful way. I was assigned a room facing the freeway. Even on the tenth floor, loud road noises and sirens throughout the entire night made it impossible to sleep. Thank goodness I only had to stay for one night.

Our stay at the Radisson hotel JFK was very enjoyable. But what made even more enjoyable was your employee Josh. His warm, welcoming, patient and efficient customer service was memorable. And the extra bonus... it was done with a smile. We really appreciated that!

I visited with my wife; for my business as well as to visit family we both have in NYC. The place is clearly not 1st rate, but the staff tries to act as if it is, and that makes up for a lot. Views from the upper floors can be great! - but you'll certainly notice the place needs maintenance, and a face-lift, and DON"T count on the breakfast - go elsewhere and eat hot food. The place is clean though. This is not a place to count out, but it isn't nice enough to be a "go-to" spot for whenever you visit.

Room was great, shuttle - at time. At the check out Receipt wasn't given. Every time I called them to email me receipt , they redirect me to someone "who knows better" where only voice mailbox is available. And after voicemail nobody calls back anyway.

$150 security deposit was charged (not held) from my bank card at check in and still not refunded 3 weeks later. Breakfast section wasn't open at 6am, but shuttle left 6:00 sharp - so no breakfast that morning.

the rooms are fairly clean. The only bad part is depending on the room, if it faces the back, it is mind breakingly loud!



The best part of the hotel is the amazingly kind and considerate front desk staff! the staff truly wants your stay to be pleasant and comfortable.



The other negative, there is nothing at all near the hotel and cabs are ghastly expensive

Great breakfast sandwiches. Great managers personally took our bags to the holding room and personally escorted us to the laundry room. Great service. However, the drier didn't dry anything. Perhaps it is not vented correctly.

Great experience upon checking in at the front desk the ladies were friendly and professional. Guest room could be more modern, on a whole the hotel needs a whole new makeover in my opinion. Bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in.

It was decent hotel for the price that I paid. Felt a bit like a budget airline where you had to pay for literally everything. But overall, a good clean room is all I needed.

My stay was originally for one night , the first night I had issues with the refrigerator door not able to close , and it was left unplugged and the bathroom sink faucet was leaking and not secure. I informed the front desk, no action. The following day when to the front desk, and Ms Victoria was very pleasant , and offered me another room to extend my stay which I accepted.

This one is nice and comfortable place but there are a few issues that needs to be addressed 1. Room cleaning needs improvement. (A supervisor of housekeeping needs to inspect) 2. The hotel restaurant should never be closed and the breakfast is a sham they only had to go option juice an apple and granola bar with coffee ☕ :-( I had to go to the hotel resturant next door to eat the Crown plaza which the food and service was fabulous 3. The hotel room windows need replacing or resealing and the sound of the highway the belt pwky and outside air was whistling in all night making the room noisy. The staff was friendly courteous and helpful. So between the comfortable beds and the staff I give three stars.

Hotel is very close to JFK airport, free shuttle is available from federal circle. Take air train to reach federal circle. Hotel staff's are friendly. Room service is good. Breakfast is scheduled between 6 to 9am. If you are leaving to airport before 6am, you won't be able to access breakfast section, they don't have take away service. You need to keep 150$ security deposit. It is refundable, if you already paid hotel through website. Hotel ambience is good

Terrible conditions.. poor service. There was a large contingency of people with mental health concerns staying there.. never again. Close to the airport, and needs renovations. It’s not OK to have people with mental health illnesses residing there... too much potential for something bad to happen. Highly displeased.

Free shuttle runs to airport starting at 5am. Nice to be able to stay near JFK for an early morning flight. Oversize and updated business rooms.

Review for long term parking.

I’ve used this lot for a few trips and every time it has been a positive experience. The shuttle drivers are prompt, friendly and even picked me up after the 11pm cut off which saved me a $40 Uber in the rain.

Attention to detail when dropping and picking up the car. Never had any problems.

I payed a lot of money for their airport parking and once we got there we called them, they said someone will be here in 2 min, after 15 we called again and they said someone is on the way.

after a few more mins they called us to say that we have to take a taxi because the driver just went home and they can’t help me since it’s the only driver they have, I tried to explain that it said online that they have a 24 hr shuttle and they hang up the phone on me.

i was waiting outside on the cold and rain with kids.

all the money we payed for was not worth at all.

I will not recommend this hotel.

It's a shabby place, u fortunately it was nearer to the JFK airport and I had to book this one. They mentioned a Airport Shuttle while booking which they said was not available. The place has so many strollers as if they came from a rehab center. Some were given rooms sto stay at the hotel which wasn't mentioned else where while booking or would have never booked this hotel.

Do not waste your money. The shower doesn't work and the towels are not cleaned. Long lines just to check in due to the staff at the front desk moving slow. Stay at your own risk!!! Never again. I would spend more money for the Hilton then to go the cheaper route. You will definitely see the difference. BTW I did stay at the Hilton and it was 1000% better. Radission no need to respond to this. You can save the apologies and " hope your next stay with us is more pleasant " it won't be.

As soon as I pull in there was a bunch of people in the lobby in and out like they been living here for years. I'm waiting on the lobby and people are talking about hey Ms. Brown I thought you left us. Lady said I finally got approved for section 8 I leave next week. People walking around the hallways and in the elevator without mask. Thus place is being use as a shelter not a hotel. Website does not mention about people living here waiting for a place to live. I don't think is fair I should be paying over 170 dollars for one night to be sleeping in a place making me feel like I'm in the project. Hallways smelling like wee. And if you getting in the elevator prepared yourself to be in a tiny elevator with like 15 people and some not wearing mask. Terrible!

Please don't stay here. The hallway smelled of smoke and there were kids racing down tje hallway and fighting till around 12 in the morning. Wearing masks was not enforced in the lobby. The room had bed bugs in the bath tub. The only bright side was the workers there were very polite. The one star is only for that.

The room was clean with a king bed which was nice, no standard phone chargers were available which most hotels offer now, hotel offers only valet parking for the car to be on their lot, I couldn't do that coz I was driving a rental so had to find street parking kind of inconvenience, room was dated especially the bathroom but clean nevertheless, i requested late checkout and they allowed me till 1Pm, rooms came with breakfast but i didn't try it "COVID Worries". I was on the 11th floor and had hard time sleeping as there were commotion every now and then infront of rooms, they also don't enforce the mask policy, I booked it because it's 7 min drive to JFK but I think next time I'll take my business somewhere else.
