Radisson Hotel shuttle runs 5 AM - 1 PM and 3 PM - 11 PM DEPARTS every 30 Minutes; first come, first served; to the airport and pickups are on demand.  NO SHUTTLE OUTSIDE OF THESE HOURS. This location requires you bring a copy of reservation (on your device/smartphone or printed).

This place is very nice and clean the staff is very professional and attentive . I would definitely come back. My room is very clean and comfortable.

This hotel is excellent my husband and I checked in with Ashana and she was amazing! We are only staying here one night before we fly out on our honeymoon and she upgraded us to a better room and gave us a little gift how thoughtful!! I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling in or just looking for somewhere to stay in the area great service!

My wife and I came here for just one night before flying out of JFK for our honeymoon they offer on-site long term parking and an airport shuttle which is perfect for us! We checked in with Ashana who was absolutely amazing! She upgraded us and gave us a little gift she really went out of her way to make sure we had a great stay even for one night! She also called when we got into our room to make sure everything was great! She is amazing! And I highly recommend staying her and dealing with Ashana! Thanks again!

My stay was originally for one night , the first night I had issues with the refrigerator door not able to close , and it was left unplugged and the bathroom sink faucet was leaking and not secure. I informed the front desk, no action. The following day when to the front desk, and Ms Victoria was very pleasant , and offered me another room to extend my stay which I accepted.

It was a short stay during the recent snowstorm. Service was great and I even got parking for free. I think the parking fee is $21.

I was in New York because I missed a connecting flight (due to my first flight being delayed). Stress levels were high and trying to figure it all out was exhausting. The staff was kind and courteous but one of them named Josh went above and beyond. He showed compassion and empathy to my situation and helped find a solution. To know there are still a lot of good people in the world really made me feel good. Thank you Josh you are a blessing!!

Our stay at the Radisson hotel JFK was very enjoyable. But what made even more enjoyable was your employee Josh. His warm, welcoming, patient and efficient customer service was memorable. And the extra bonus... it was done with a smile. We really appreciated that!

Great from the time I stepped out of my car. Prophet was the valet with the nicest welcoming demeanor making me feel great about my choice for airport parking

But wait it gets better….



Corey at the front desk kept the kindness fest going with her courteous and helpful information while checking me in and ensuring I was set for airport transportation!

Thank you Radisson for making such a pleasant experience at JFK.

Great breakfast sandwiches. Great managers personally took our bags to the holding room and personally escorted us to the laundry room. Great service. However, the drier didn't dry anything. Perhaps it is not vented correctly.

Free shuttle runs to airport starting at 5am. Nice to be able to stay near JFK for an early morning flight. Oversize and updated business rooms.

The Reception Staff - well trained , polite and courteous, Mr.Ronel and his colleague missed the name , did a fabulous check in process .

I stayed in room 938 - very spacious room , comfortable bed, pillow selection good - i personally like soft pillows.

Bibi the housekeeping attendant very attentive to all requests.

The hotel is old, and you should not have expectations of a 5* luxurious property.

The bathroom is really really small - not suitable for anyone with disabilities.



Breakfast 🥐 is simple / limited to croissant - pastries and Yogurt and coffee.



Airport Shuttle Service 25 minutes drive / very efficient.

We stayed here as a result of missing our flight. Love the location

a half mile from JFK Airport. We ended up in a suite. The room was clean and neat. Must say,the hotel needs updates but the bed was very comfortable. Has a shuttle service to and from the airport. A huge convenience. All said and done I'd stay there again. I recommend this hotel.

Decent hotel.

You will find everything you need in the room. (Iron, coffeemaker, microwave, amenities…)

Hotel is located near to the airport, so if you have overnight stay in JFK that’s pretty good option.

Review for long term parking.

I’ve used this lot for a few trips and every time it has been a positive experience. The shuttle drivers are prompt, friendly and even picked me up after the 11pm cut off which saved me a $40 Uber in the rain.

Attention to detail when dropping and picking up the car. Never had any problems.

Great customer service! I left some items in the fridge, called the hotel and the head of housekeeping located them and sent them to me via FedEx. Such a relief, so grateful. also, the room was spotless with fancy folded towels, to boot.

Our room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Everyone was very pleasant. But it was a first to stay at a hotel for the night and have to pay extra to park in there parking lot. I understand longterm parking. But when you are staying there you shouldn't have to pay to park. Also there breakfast is awesome,

Staff was incredible! Corey and another gentleman professionally handled a handful of tired (and some grumpy) passengers that missed connections due to mechanical issues coming in from Europe. Of particular note was how Corey worked hard to correct a mishap where the interline desk did not send us there with individual vouchers. She saved me a trip back to the airport with my elderly father in freezing weather. We spent 6-7 hours in the hotel, which was clean and comfortable.

Corey was absolutely wonderful. She made the check out and checking process very easy, she has a positive attitude and great energy and she was always polite and when we saw her. she gave me places to go to eat in the shop. When I come back I will most definitely book here again!!!

Stayed a night, happy with the room, great service. Late check out at 1pm. We were able to stay and work in a quiet business office. The receptionists went above and beyond to warm up food and water in their backroom microwave. And a free continental breakfast rather than grab-and-go was also a pleasant surprise. Overall, a 5-star experience.

the rooms are fairly clean. The only bad part is depending on the room, if it faces the back, it is mind breakingly loud!



The best part of the hotel is the amazingly kind and considerate front desk staff! the staff truly wants your stay to be pleasant and comfortable.



The other negative, there is nothing at all near the hotel and cabs are ghastly expensive

I booked over 7 rooms at this hotel for my wedding party, as well as parents approximately 3-4 months ahead of our wedding weekend. We knew the check in time was 3 pm but given this was for a wedding and things needed to be set much earlier on we requested that we could check in earlier than 3 pm on the day we would arrive. When the day finally came I started to freak out a bit because up to 72 hours ahead I called to remind that I would need the bridal party rooms to be able to check in a bit sooner for preparations etc. The morning of, my planner and I called several times to get this situated and unfortunately it seemed like early check in would not be happening. Thankfully, one of the front desk workers with impeccable customer service and patience (BIG SHOUT OUT TO ASHANA) finessed a room to open up around 1pm so that my girls could at least start the process of getting ready. By the time check in actually occurred she also upgraded the room I personally would be in, which was very thoughtful. Knowing just how frustrated and stressed I was, I was met at the desk with kind words and a snack and drink on the house. The rooms were clean though one did smell like cigarettes. Nonetheless, the front desk were very pleasant to work with that weekend. One of the rooms I booked for the parents for one night was a no show due to logistics on the first day of wedding weekend. Despite speaking with the team, the manager refused to give us a refund on the room which was quite unfortunate given the amount of rooms we had booked, we'd hope for some grace/leniency. Breakfast was simple but did the job and complimentary. Parking is not free and will be charged to your card so don't forget that! Overall would use the hotel again.

This stay has been outstanding. There is a very friendly staff that create a comfortable atmosphere, they were always professional, courteous, and helpful. The rooms were always clean with meticulous attention to detail. The people at the front desk, more specifically Thanusha and Ashana, always greeted guests with a smile and provided the utmost attention to their needs. Throughout my stay, they made themselves constantly helpful. The valet parking was great here as well. The parking attendants were always very friendly and took care of the cars well. This is one of the best stays I have had in a hotel throughout my life!

The service was great. Every employee we interacted with was not only eager to be helpful, but also just so nice. However, one went above the rest…Latoya…. you were so helpful and responsive while we dealt with travel delays. She coordinated a shuttle, provided exceptional customer service, and made us feel at home in a hotel space. @Management you should promote this person. These are the type of people who are the drivers of return business. This would be a 5 start review, but the actual space was fairly average. Latoya (and the rest of the staff), keep being above average!
