We went to our local car dealership, (Sunrise Auto Sales) when we were in need of a car because the last car was totaled in a accident. Mike was on site and offered a friendly greeting. My husband explained our needs and budget. Mike was really patient, and helpful. He showed us two cars in our price range and accompanied us on a test drive for both cars, the first day and also on the next day when we came back to make a decision. He listened well and worked to get us a car suitable for our needs. Boris gave us a decent price for our 2010 Sonata and was willing to be flexible in the payments. I purchased a 2016 Honda CRV with 42+ thousand miles on it last year. The financial process was not bad, I went through my bank instead of them. The car was nice clean, but had a few issues I was unaware of.



When I purchased it and drove it home, about 5 minutes away from the location, the battery completely died. I called them and they bought over a temp battery. A few days later the purchased me a brand new battery and installed it. I also purchased a warranty with them, but soon after I found out I didn't need it I contacted them and they gave me a full refund. Of course they tried to get me to keep it, but it wasn't too much of a hassle.



When I purchased the car they gave me a full carfax report. It said it had 1 accident. When I asked about it they said it was in a little finder binder. Not a bad accident just someone hit the rear bumper.



Not long after I found out that the "little finder binder" my mechanic told me this car was in was actually more serious. I can't blame that on them because they did let me know the car was in an accident. I should have investigated more but they said it wasn't that bad, so I took their word. This was my fist car buying experience and overall was pleasant.

I would recommend this place, just make sure you know what you want and have a reliable mechanic look at it before you purchase.



Ps: When I cleaned the inside of the car thoroughly. I found a lot of broken glass under the front and back seat. I wonder if it was from that finder binder?

We recently purchased our first used car from this dealership and I've never had such a pleasant experience when it came to buying a car.

We weren't rushed at all! They didn't try to push or sell us something that they had on the lot. They brought a car from a storage location that we didn't end up getting. Stood in a torrential downpour while we looked at several other cars. Everyone we interacted with were extremely patient! I also liked that they listened to my budget and showed me cars in my price range.

I am very happy with my new Jeep! These guys are so nice and truly honest people (kind of a rare thing in this industry from my experience). Boris and Richard were really nice and gave me a great deal and a generous warranty. They were also very patient and tried to work with all the other customers that came in. I expected buying a used car to be stressful but they made it a positive experience! This place can register and give you permanent plates the same day, which was very convenient (expect to pay a few hundred for this service). As they say on their website, they dont charge any made-up dealer fees. Absolutely 5 stars and will be recommending Sunrise to people I know.

Helped me obtain my first loan when denied by every bank…. They also weren’t creepy feeling …. Richard made me feel very comfortable along with every other salesman like they genuinely wanted to help me and not hound me into purchasing a vehicle! Amazing experience! They didn’t pressure me to put down too much and they made sure I found a car that was right for me, not the most expensive car on the lot.
