Not exactly what I was expecting for the price, and the hallways were pretty dimly lit. I was a female traveling alone, and they placed me in a room far, far in the back. I was a little nervous. This was my choice due to closeness to the airport and having a shuttle.

4 stars for a 3-star hotel. Room was clean, front desk staff member was super friendly and helpful. Room was basic but had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfy! Good water pressure in the shower and sink. Airport shuttle was efficient.

We needed a hotel close to JFK and we're really pleased with the proximity. The hotel is located primarily in a residential area. It was easy to order food from restaurants nearby for delivery (Sofia's a must!!!). Having shuttle service was a BIG plus. You're able to connect to the Airtrans then the A Train to all the tourist spots, during an extended layover.

Staff/customer service was excellent and friendly. We left an item behind and they graciously helped arrange mailing back to us, thanks to George the Front Desk Manager. Overall, a wonderful experience!

I enjoyed my stay. Joel and Edwin provided outstanding customer service. I also appreciated the late check out. The Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza JFK has recycling bins in the guest rooms, and also around the property. I like that this hotel is environmentally responsible. Also the fitness center is spacious and has a bathroom.

Good rooms but a little poor shower heads (pressure). But good food inside. Ok looks inside. But a little narrow entrance. But very good beds, which is very important for me!

Was booked here due to a canceled is a flight crew hotel also. the rooms are basic but comfortable our room did have an amazing nest of pillows slept like a log.note that if you are on the west side the rooms get hot in the afternoon and you are next to the expressway which can be noisy at night. Overall an acceptable place to stay near the airport. Has free shuttle does not have complimentary breakfast. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The hotel seems to be 10 to 12 years old? I thank considering the age they are doing a great job

Clean rooms, staff was friendly for 9/10 times I had to talk to someone. I checked out and left today. Half an hour later I realized I left my AirPod case and called quickly. They were quick to search for it. They found it and it is waiting for me to pick it up when I return tonight. Over all great experience! Shuttle drivers were friendly, efficient, and on time!

We had a lovely stay at the Crowne Plaza JFK. The woman at the front desk, Shanna (something like that), she was very sweet, helpful, and accommodating. Being a member, we were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a junior suite! The rooms were very nice and clean. We are at the restaurant which is open until midnight which was a big plus! The food was good, the service was great, and we were impressed that the manager came around to check and make sure we were enjoying everything. We took the shuttle to the airport in the morning and had no issues. They run every half hour. They also have a park and fly option which is great.

Only minor issue we ran into was there not being anyone at the 24hr lobby market for us to purchase some snacks and beverages before leaving. Other than that, everything was great and I would certainly stay here again in the future!

The staff was very nice to us, which was wonderful because we were so sleep deprived after our flight was delayed multiple times and finally cancelled. The desk clerk cheerfully took excellent care of us. Our room was nice but was on the first floor with the Belt Parkway right out the window. Traffic was loud all night long. Ask for a room on the other side of the building.

Came here at 2 am in the morning with 4 young kids solo after a jetblue flight cancelled. We had a 2 queen room. The beds were comfortable and extra pillows which is great. The room is standard but it was clean.

The breakfast staff is exceptional. I don't think one person walked by without greeting me. There are plenty of options on the breakfast buffet, its not gourmet but just perfect. Staff was busy restocking the entire time, can't say enough about the nice service.

Due to a flight cancellation, Jet Blue provided a hotel voucher to cover our overnight stay. This hotel was selected. We arrived at the hotel several hours before check in. Still, the clerks made sure the room was ready several hours before check in which appealed to us. However, there were several lights that did not operate well or were broken. Also, the rooms were smaller than expected and noise from the highway was audible during the night.

The lounge area was under renovation which was a disappointment, but the hotel restaurant was open for breakfast (see review below) 👇, lunch and dinner. Since the lounge was closed, the back end of the restaurant was rearranged to be the lounge area. Overall, this was a decent overnight stay.

The service was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. We were greeted by Joel on check in day and he made everything very easy. Then through out our 3 day stay Charlyn and the rest of the staff was accommodating to our questions and needs. The location is a little bit far from the action though.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Great location in relation to the airports and large highways. Very diverse food options in the area with local bodegas open 24 hrs. Well kept building and grounds, limited parking available.

Super happy with this hotel after being delayed by Royal Jordanian and not having slept for days. A very nice woman at reception listened to my request for a quiet room and gave me an excellent room facing the parking lot and far from the elevators, even though hotel was pretty full. Room was clean and spacious, toiletries locally sourced from Brooklyn, there was a vanity mirror, and I had everything I needed.

Very clean and nice hotel. Great location, very friendly and courteous staff. The view from my room was amazing. I enjoyed watching the aircraft ascending and descending. We didn’t have enough towels and wash rags for 4 people but, as soon as we called the front desk and requested more we got it. The only thing that was missing from the room is a microwave. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you to all the staff that is doing and amazing job.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great place! Food was good too! We had impossible burgers! It was good! The breakfast was good too!

Very close to JFK! The drivers of the hotel shuttle were fantastic! The shuttle goes every half hour and it takes only 10 minutes to reach ( traffic can change the situation).

Nice, big rooms.

I stayed here after a cancelled flight and reschedule that put me on the next flight at 6am. I was super tired and I had no reservations so I called and the receptionist said to find the shuttle and just come in. The shuttle was easy to find and when I got to the hotel I was given a room right away, it was really late and I was exausted so it was a blessing to be given a room so quickly. I had eaten at the Airport so can't review hotel food. I had a clean comfy room with great shower and slept really great. Very clean and well appointed. My main concern was to make it on time the next day to the Airport but the receptionist said the shuttle ran every half hr and I was able make it to my flight on time. I'm writing this a year later but now that I'm planning another trip to NYC I remember how much I liked the convenience of this hotel and will stay again after a late flight. Looking fwd to it.

Because of our travel issues, AA referred us to this property. We had a 7:55am flight and this was very convenient. From check in to the shuttle, our experience was five-stars! Clean room. Clean bathroom. Comfortable beds. All good!

Want to say big ,,Thank you ‘’to Alina , one of the staff people who was in charge of the shift about a week ago . She was extra helpful in every way to make our stay pleasant . It was really helpful and less stressful when she arranged a separate ride to airport port when I really needed to be on time to meet my sister who did not speak the language.Other staff was really nice offering free extra bottle of water when I needed one. Safe, clean , pleasant environment. Very much recommend for staying .

Good service, food, and clean acommodations. The hotel has been fairly modernized. Those with lots of luggage Keep in mind that the 1st floor is up a short flight of stairs. So the elevator might be advised.

The staff was really helpful, polite and efficient...and that was when travel was getting the better of me, so they must have been spectacular.

Very convenient hotel if you have a overnight layover. Shuttle bus every 30 minutes. Check-in was quick and easy. Room was clean. The room service was great, order food via there Butler website and got my food in less than 15 minutes.

Isn't what I thought it would be. A little disappointed. When we got there, there were only 2 towels, 1 washcloth, and the 1 roll of toilet paper that was already in use. There wasn't a microwave, not even a clock in the room. But the Buffalo wings from the restaurant was very good. Dominic greeted us,was awesome the entire time.

Best hotel near JFK, at least the I can book for business travel. The staff is great and very helpful. Room has been clean on every visit and the shuttle drivers are timely and friendly. I will continue to book here for my business trips.

We were comped a room here when our airline failed us. Despite the late hour, the staff was very friendly and got us into a room quickly. The room is clean and comfortable if not a little small. The location is convenient to JFK but it gets noisy on the highway side. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast in the downstairs restaurant before heading out. I recommend this hotel.

My stay was quite pleasant though the room was cold because of the weather but I was able to increase the temperature.

The receptionist was helpful when I checked in as she helped me to carry my bags to my room since I was coming from the airport and I had 3 boxes.

There was no one to help me when I checked out so the hotel needs to improve on this by getting a bellboy/man to help people with their stuff.

Overall experience was okay.
