Parked here for the very first time in April 2022 for a trip out of the country. I had made the reservation through Way. The price was fine and I was aware after having read the reviews that they would charge me an additional $5.00 per day because we have a minivan. (larger vehicle)
The location was a little confusing because the GPS did not take us there, but we were very close. I had to call the ARB office and get instructions to the location, which was right down the street.
Upon return, we called for our pickup and the gentleman with whom I spoke with very nice and told me where we needed to go to wait for him. He called me within a few minutes to make sure we were at the waiting spot because he was a couple of minutes away. We were there waiting and when he arrived, he was very helpful and nice.
I will definitely use a ARB parking again as it is very close to the airport, very convenient, and the price is fair.

OMG! what a nightmare? I flew to Florida for 5 days. Upon my return, I observed a dent and scrapes on my right side door. They had no explanation except to say write a report, which will be forwarded to management. This place is run by East Indians. The drivers are not experienced, and they can easily hide damages done to your car. I intend to take legal action against ARB. Be careful and inspect your car before leaving the lot. It's not worth the aggravation.

Quick and easy to deal with .
Great experience! Went there with my wife and toddler ! Didn’t even waited 4 min . The shuttle was there already ! They help us with our luggage . Not even 8 min from terminal 7. Highly suggested.
I asked them ask that my dad would be pick up the car ! And they request all the safety documentation that I proved them ! And everything went well and great for my dad as well on the way back . 20 min after the call the shuttle was there at terminal 7 . Also didn’t charge because the plane arrived late and there was nothing that we couldn’t done.
Great guys and great service. Next time all book with them .

Best parking service ever! My flight was delayed so i arrived 11 hours late to my pick up. RUBY & Mr. KHAN is so understanding and did not overcharge me. They extended the parking so I can pay a small fee and get home safely. They are so empathetic & reasonable. It was truly a 24/7 service as they picked up the phone at midnight when I was stuck at the airport
I will recommend using this parking lot to my friends & family, and I will always park here movin g forward

I recommend this parking for anyone traveling through JFK airport. They have 24 hr service with shuttle to and from the airport which is literally like 4 minutes away. It’s perfect, safe and easy. We live in NJ and flew out of JFK and decided to take our car and park it at ARB so when we returned we didn’t have to UBER Home or wait for someone to pick us up. This was 100% the best thing we did. We arrived at 3:00am and the check in process was fast , the shuttle arrived within 15 minutes as they said it would. Coming back when we arrived we called to let them know we had arrived and they were there to pick us up within 10 minutes. And when we arrived to the lot our car was on and warm! (It was pretty cold out) I was impressed! It was a great experience and excellent service from Mr. Khan! I rate this place a 5 star and would recommend it to everyone. And the price for a week was superb! Thank you!

This is a well established ,professional , and quick and easy service which made my trip even better. They have a shuttle running 24/7 every 10-15 minutes it comes to pick up passengers. They even had my car warmed and started when I came to pick it up. And the best part it’s affordable and cheap. I will definitely comeback and request that other people come and show some love because it’s a new company that works their butts off too meet their customers demands which is astonishing for a mom and pop company.

The people make this place. The environment is a little rough, but my car was well taken care of. The shuttle service to and from JFK was quick, courteous and efficient (about 5 minutes). On my return, my car was parked close to the shuttle and being warmed up. I was a little worried about this place at first, but I would definitely do business with these folks again.

These guys are the best for parking near JFK! We arrived the day of our departure and were greeted by the friendly staff, and they quickly had us through the intake process which I had prepaid online. Upon return, the shuttle came quickly, and navigated the VERY fraught traffic situation outside of JFK and got us back to our car in no time. Awesome these guys are... They got me out soon when i went and parked and upon arrival it was even quicker. I didn't even wait a min and the car was warmed up fully. Great car service. Got our car into the lot, it was easy to jump on the shuttle at 530am, a quick 5 minute ride to the airport. When we came back, they started the car, made sure the heat was on and it was parked right out front for us!

Never had any issues. Shuttle is usually there to take you to your terminal. It’s quick and efficient. Gentlemen at the counter are always polite. My car has never had any scratches or anything missing. I’ve used their service about three times already and will continue to park here. 100% recommend.

This was a great parking place. At first it was a little tricky to find if you're not paying attention. However, fast pick up and drop off to the airport. Price was reasonable and great staff. I left 10$ in my cup holder before I left and when I got my car back, it was still there. Your car is in great hands with this place.

I had a great experience here! It was easy to get there, checking in I was worried about having them park my car, as a lot of cars were close together and blocking others, but they know what they're doing! When I got off the shuttle coming home, my car was already turned on and ready for me to go. Both ways, waiting for the shuttle didn't take long and requesting it through the link at the airport was very convenient. Will definitely be using this when I go to JFK next time!
