Usually quick. Close to airport so even in heavy traffic the ride is never that long. Staff are always courteous and friendly. Once even needed to be driven back due to leaving something in car and they were kind and quick about it. Car is always ready to go when i get there. However respectively prices are always high ranging $16-20.

We pulled into the parking lot and immediately our bags were loaded onto the shuttle by one of the drivers while I went inside and confirmed my reservation. We were then driven to the terminal - total time from parking my car to arriving at the terminal was about 12-15 minutes, can't beat it.
When we arrived back at JFK 3 weeks later after a snowstorm 2 days before, we picked up our bags, called the number on the ticket and within about 10 minutes the shuttle was there to pick us up. When we got back to the parking lot my car was waiting out front and the driver loaded our bags back into the vehicle while I payed the bill.
The employees were very nice and I was very impressed with the timing of everything. I will definitely use their service in the future. I also recommend using their online reservation system, makes the check-in process very quick.

I used Airpark for a trip to CA. They are organized, helpful and the prices are very reasonable. I didn't have to wait at all to get shuttled to the airport or to get picked up when I got back! The staff there are so very friendly and they care. I took some cards and will give them out to my friends.
