Great service and very convenient. They are prompt and on point. Once you arrive to the lot you check-in and they drop you off to the airport which. They work very efficiently and prompt to pick you up once you arrive at the airport. Just make sure to confirm where the pick up spot is so you don't get confused the day you arrive at the airport. They are nice and kept my car safe and I had piece of mind while I was away.
Reasonable price compared to JFK long term parking. Super quick shuttle to and from the airport included in price. We accidentally left a valuable in the car (oops) and it was still there when we got back. Wouldn’t recommend doing that but the area was definitely safe.
Very friendly good people. Shuttle service was smooth to the airport from the lot, as well as back to the lot from the airport. Paid after I came back from my trip, and they charged me exactly the quoted price from their website and did not jip me with a random fee. Car was not damaged, nothing was stolen. Would 100% use them again.
The whole transaction was smooth. I went there and gave them my keys. They have another lot that they parked my car it was driven .6 miles. They got me to the airport quickly. When it was time to pick up, I called them and they were there in 10 minutes. There was a lot of traffic so I was surprised that they got there that fast. It took longer to get back to the lot from when I called them to pick me up. Customer service was on top and this is now my go to when I fly out of JFK.
Will use Safe Park going forward whenever flying from JFK. Waited less than five minutes for shuttle to arrive after picking up baggage. Car was ready when shuttle arrived at pickup location. Reasonably priced.
